١٨١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: اجْتَهِدُوا الرَّأْيَ عَلَى الدِّينِ، قُلْتُ: فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ: رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَكْتُبُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ: «اكْتُبْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ،» فَقَالُوا: لَوْ نَرَى ذَلِكَ صَدَّقْنَاكَ، وَلَكِنِ اكْتُبْ فِيمَا نَكْتُبُ: «بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ»، قَالَ: فَرَضِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ، وَأَبَيْتُ، حَتَّى قَالَ لِي: «يَا عُمَرُ، تَرَانِي قَدْ رَضِيتُ وَتَأْبَى أَنْتَ!» قَالَ: فَرَضِيتُ. قُلْتُ: هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِطُولِهِ، وَلَمْ أَرَ فِيهِ قَوْلَهُ: «يَا عُمَرُ تَرَانِي قَدْ رَضِيتُ وَتَأْبَى أَنْتَ».
شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: لا نَعْلَمُهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ إِلا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ مُبَارَكٌ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِهِمْ.
بَابُ غَزْوَةُ خَيْبَرَ
#1813 1813 - Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, who said: Nafi' informed me, from Ibn Umar, from Umar that he said: "Exert judgment of opinion regarding the religion." I said: Then he mentioned the hadith of al-Hudaybiyyah until he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was writing [a treaty] between himself and the people of Makkah and he said: "Write: In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful." They said: "If we recognized that, we would have believed you, but write what we usually write: 'In Your name, O Allah'." He said: So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was content, but I refused, until he said to me: "O Umar, you see that I am content and yet you refuse!" He said: So I became content. I said: It is in the Sahih at length, and I did not see therein his saying: "O Umar, you see that I am content and yet you refuse."

١٨١٣ - Na tregoi Muhamed ibn el-Muthena, na tregoi Jahja ibn Seid, nga Ubejdullahu, i cili tha: Më njoftoi Nafiu, nga Ibn Umari, nga Umari se ai ka thënë: "Përdorni gjykimin me mendim rreth fesë." Thashë: Pastaj ai përmendi hadithin e Hudejbijes derisa tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) po shkruante [marrëveshjen] mes tij dhe banorëve të Mekës dhe tha: "Shkruaj: Me emrin e Allahut, të Gjithëmëshirshmit, Mëshirëplotit." Ata thanë: "Sikur ta njihnim këtë, do të të kishim besuar, por shkruaj atë që shkruajmë ne zakonisht: 'Me emrin Tënd, o Allah'." Ai tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u pajtua, ndërsa unë refuzova, derisa ai më tha: "O Umar, ti po sheh që unë u pajtova, ndërsa ti po refuzon!" Ai tha: Atëherë u pajtova. Thashë: Ky hadith gjendet në Sahih në formë të gjatë, por nuk kam parë në të thënien e tij: "O Umar, ti po sheh që unë u pajtova, ndërsa ti po refuzon".
Koment: El-Bezzari ka thënë: Nuk e njohim këtë nga Umari përveçse përmes kësaj rruge; Mubaraki është i vetmi që e ka transmetuar nga Ubejdullahu, ndërsa është transmetuar edhe nga të tjerë përveç tyre.
