Hadith #1855 - Kashf al-astar an zawaʾid al-Bazzar (The Unveiling of the Curtains regarding the Extra Hadiths of al-Bazzar)

١٨٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: كَانَتْ مَجَالِسُ النَّاسِ الْمَسَاجِدَ حَتَّى رَجَعُوا مِنْ صِفِّينَ، وَبَرِئُوا مِنَ الْقَضِيَّةِ، فَاسْتَخَفَّ النَّاسُ، وَقَعَدُوا فِي السِّكَكِ يَتَخَبَّرُونَ الأَخْبَارَ، فَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ قُعُودٌ عِنْدَ عَلِيٍّ، وَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِأَمْرٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ النَّاسِ، قَالَ: فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، ائْذَنْ لِي أَنْ أَتَكَلَّمَ، قَالَ: فَشُغِلَ بِمَا كَانَ فِيهِ مِنْ أَمْرِ النَّاسِ، قَالَ: فَأَخَذْنَا الرَّجُلَ فَأَقْعَدْنَاهُ إِلَيْنَا، وَقُلْنَا: مَا هَذَا الَّذِي تُرِيدُ أَنْ تَسْأَلَ عَنْهُ أمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ، فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَائِشَةَ، فَقَالَتْ: مَا هَؤُلاءِ الَّذِينَ خَرَجُوا قَبْلَكُمْ، يُقَالُ لَهُمْ: حَرُورَاءُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: قَوْمٌ خَرَجُوا إِلَى أَرْضِ قَرْيَةٍ مِنَّا يُقَال لَهَا: حَرُورَاءُ، قَالَتْ: فَشَهِدْتُ هَلَكَتَهُمْ، قَالَ عَاصِمٌ: فَلا أَدْرِي مَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ؛ نَعَمْ أَمْ لا، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: أَمَا إِنَّ ابْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ لَوْ شَاءَ حَدَّثَكُمْ حَدِيثَهُمْ، فَجِئْتُ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ عَلِيٌّ مِمَّا كَانَ فِيهِ قَالَ: أَيْنَ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْتَأْذِنُ؟ قَالَ: فَقَامَ، فَقَصَّ عَلَيْهِ مَا قَصَّ عَلَيْنَا، قَالَ: فأَهَلَّ عَلِيٌّ وَكَبَّرَ، وَقَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ غَيْر عَائِشَةَ، فَقَالَ: «كَيْفَ

#1855 1855 - Muhammad ibn Ma'mar narrated to us, Abu Hisham al-Makhzumi al-Mughirah ibn Salamah narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Asim ibn Kulayb narrated to us, my father narrated to me, he said: The gatherings of the people used to be in the mosques until they returned from Siffin and disavowed the arbitration. Then the people became restless and sat in the streets seeking news. While we were sitting with 'Ali, and he was speaking about a matter regarding the affairs of the people, a man stood before him and said: "O Commander of the Faithful, permit me to speak." He said: But he was occupied with the matter of the people he was engaged in. He said: So we took the man and sat him down with us and said: "What is this that you want to ask the Commander of the Faithful about?" He replied: "I was performing 'Umrah and I visited the Mother of the Believers, 'Aisha. She said: 'Who are these people who rebelled before you, called Harura'?' I said: 'A people who went out to the land of a village of ours called Harura'.' She said: 'Did you witness their destruction?'" 'Asim said: "I do not know what the man replied, whether yes or no." 'Aisha then said: "Verily, if the son of Abu Talib wished, he would have narrated to you their story; so I have come to ask him about that." When 'Ali finished what he was engaged in, he said: "Where is the man who asked for permission?" He said: So he stood up and related to him what he had related to us. He said: Then 'Ali proclaimed the Oneness of Allah and glorified Him, and said: "I entered upon the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) while no one was with him except 'Aisha, and he said: 'How...'"

١٨٥٥ - Na ka treguar Muhamed ibn Ma'mar, na ka treguar Ebu Hisham el-Mahzumi el-Mugireh ibn Seleme, na ka treguar Abduluahid ibn Zijad, na ka treguar Asim ibn Kulejb, më ka treguar babai im, i cili ka thënë: Vendtubimet e njerëzve ishin xhamitë derisa u kthyen nga Sifini dhe u distancuan nga çështja e gjykimit (arbitrazhit). Atëherë njerëzit u treguan të shkujdesur dhe uleshin rrugëve duke kërkuar lajme. Ndërsa ne ishim ulur te Aliu, kur ai po fliste për një çështje prej punëve të njerëzve, u ngrit një burrë para tij e tha: "O Prijës i Besimtarëve, më jep leje të flas." Ai ishte i zënë me çështjen e njerëzve që po trajtonte. Ne e morëm burrin, e ulëm pranë nesh dhe i thamë: "Çfarë është kjo që dëshiron ta pyesësh Prijësin e Besimtarëve?" Ai tha: "Isha në Umre dhe hyra te Nëna e Besimtarëve, Aishja. Ajo më tha: 'Kush janë këta që u rebeluan para jush, që quhen Harura?' Unë i thashë: 'Një popull që doli në një tokë të një fshati tonë që quhet Harura.' Ajo tha: 'A dëshmove shkatërrimin e tyre?'" Asimi tha: "Nuk e di çfarë u përgjigj burri; po apo jo." Aishja atëherë tha: "Vërtet, sikur djali i Ebu Talibit të donte, do t'ju tregonte historinë e tyre; kështu që erdha ta pyesja për këtë." Pasi Aliu përfundoi atë që po bënte, tha: "Ku është ai burri që kërkoi leje?" Ai u ngrit dhe i tregoi atij atë që na kishte treguar ne. Aliu shqiptoi Teuhidin dhe Tekbirin, e pastaj tha: "Hyra te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kur nuk ishte askush tjetër me të përveç Aishes, dhe ai tha: 'Si...'"
