٢٢٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ كَعْبُ بْنُ الأَشْرَفِ مَكَّةَ، فَقَالَتْ لَهُ قُرَيْشٌ: أَنْتَ سَيِّدُهُمْ، أَلا تَرَى إِلَى هَذَا الْمُنْصَبِرِ الْمُنْبَتِرِ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ، يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِنَّا وَنَحْنُ أَهْلُ الْحَجِيجِ، وَأَهْلُ السِّقَايَةِ، وَأَهْلُ السِّدَانَةِ، قَالَ: أَنْتُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ، قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ: ﴿إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الأَبْتَرُ﴾ [الكوثر: ٣].
#2293 2293 - Al-Hasan bin 'Ali al-Wasiti narrated to us, Yahya bin Rashid narrated to us, from Dawud, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: Ka'b bin al-Ashraf arrived in Makkah, and Quraysh said to him: "You are their leader. Do you not see this man who has withdrawn and is severed from his people? He claims that he is better than us, while we are the people of the pilgrimage, the providers of water, and the custodians of the Ka'bah." He said: "You are better than him." He said: Then it was revealed: {Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off} [Al-Kawthar: 3].

2293 - Na ka treguar El-Hasan bin Ali el-Vasitij, na ka treguar Jahja bin Rashid, nga Davudi, nga Ikrimeja, nga Ibn Abbasi, i cili ka thënë: Ka’b bin el-Eshrefi erdhi në Mekë, dhe kurejshët i thanë atij: “Ti je udhëheqësi i tyre. A nuk po e sheh këtë njeriun e vetmuar, të shkëputur nga populli i tij? Ai pretendon se është më i mirë se ne, ndërsa ne jemi njerëzit e haxhinjve, përgjegjësit e furnizimit me ujë dhe shërbëtorët e Qabesë.” Ai u tha: “Ju jeni më të mirë se ai.” Atëherë u shpall: “Vërtet, urrejtësi yt është ai i shkëputuri (pa pasardhës)” [El-Keuther: 3].
