Hadith #2563 - Kashf al-astar an zawaʾid al-Bazzar (The Unveiling of the Curtains regarding the Extra Hadiths of al-Bazzar)

٢٥٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ شَاهِينَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ثنا أَجْلَحُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ جَيْشَيْنِ، وَأَمَّرَ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، وَعَلَى الآخَرِ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ، فَقَالَ لَهُمَا: «إِذَا اتَّفَقْتُمَا، فَعَلِيٌّ، عَلَى النَّاسِ، وَإِنْ تَفَرَّقْتُمَا فَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُمَا عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ»، فَالْتَقَيْنَا، فَظَهَرَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَقَتَلْنَا الْمُقَاتِلَةَ، وَسَبَيْنَا الذَّرِيَّةَ، فَاصْطَفَى عَلِيٌّ ﵁ امْرَأَةً مِنَ السَّبْيِ لِنَفْسِهِ، فَكَتَبَ مَعِي خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِذَلِكَ، وَأَمَرَنِي خَالِدٌ أَنْ أَنَالَ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، فَلَمَّا قُرِئَ الْكِتَابُ، نِلْتُ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: فَرَأَيْنَا

#2563 2563 - Ishaq bin Shahin al-Wasiti narrated to us, Khalid bin Abdullah narrated to us, Ajlah narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Buraydah, from his father that the Prophet (pbuh) sent two armies to Yemen, and appointed Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) over one of them, and Khalid bin al-Walid over the other, and he said to them: "If you unite, then Ali is in command over the people, and if you separate, then each one of you is over his own companions." So we met the enemy, and the Muslims prevailed over the polytheists; we killed the combatants and took the progeny captive. Then Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) chose a woman from the captives for himself, so Khalid bin al-Walid sent a letter with me to the Prophet (pbuh) regarding that, and Khalid commanded me to disparage Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). When the letter was read, I disparaged Ali. He said: "And we saw..."

٢٥٦٣ - Na ka treguar Is-hak bin Shahin el-Wasiti, na ka treguar Halid bin Abdullah, na ka treguar Ajleh, nga Abdullah bin Burejde, nga babai i tij, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi dy ushtri në Jemen dhe emëroi Ali bin Ebi Talibin (r.a.) në krye të njërës prej tyre, ndërsa Halid bin el-Velidin në krye të tjetrës, e u tha atyre: "Nëse bashkoheni, Aliu është prijësi i njerëzve, e nëse ndaheni, secili prej jush është prijës i shokëve të vet". Ne u takuam (me armikun) dhe myslimanët triumfuan mbi idhujtarët; vramë luftëtarët dhe i morëm pasardhësit e tyre si robër. Pastaj Aliu (r.a.) zgjodhi një grua nga robërit për vete, kështu që Halid bin el-Velidi dërgoi me mua një letër te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) lidhur me këtë, dhe Halidi më urdhëroi që të flisja keq për Aliun (r.a.). Kur u lexua letra, unë fola keq për Aliun. Ai tha: "Dhe ne pamë..."
