٢٥٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ الْبَرِيدِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثًا بِهَذَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ، قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ: «تُبَرِّئُ ذِمَّتِي، وَتُقْتَلُ عَلَى سُنَّتِي».
#2570 2570 - Abbad narrated to us, Ali bin Hashim bin al-Barid narrated to us, Muhammad bin Ubayd Allah bin Abi Rafi' narrated to us, and he mentioned a hadith regarding this, then he said: And by this chain of transmission, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to Ali, before his death: "You shall discharge my obligations, and you shall be killed upon my Sunnah."

2570 - Na ka treguar Abbadi, na ka treguar Ali bin Hashim bin el-Beridi, na ka treguar Muhamed bin Ubejdullah bin Ebi Rafi', i cili përmendi një hadith lidhur me këtë, e pastaj tha: Dhe me këtë zinxhir transmetimi (përcillet) se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha Aliut, para vdekjes së tij: "Ti do të shlyesh detyrimet e mia dhe do të vritesh në Sunetin tim."
