٢٧٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ: ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ سَيِّدُكُمْ يَا بَنِي سَلَمَةَ؟» قَالُوا: الْجَدُّ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَلَى أَنَّا نُبَخِّلُهُ، قَالَ: «بَلْ سَيِّدُكُمُ الْجَعْدُ الأَبْيَضُ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْجَمُوحِ» قَالَ: وَكَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْجَمُوحِ يُولِمُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ.
#2705 2705 - Humayd ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us: Al-Hajjaj al-Sawwaf narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Who is your chief, O Banu Salama?" They said: "Al-Jadd ibn Qays, although we find him to be stingy." He said: "Rather, your chief is the curly-haired, fair-skinned Amr ibn al-Jamuh." He said: And Amr ibn al-Jamuh used to provide the wedding banquet for the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) whenever he married.

٢٧٠٥ - Na tregoi Humejd bin er-Rebi‘: Na tregoi Ismail bin Ulejje: Na tregoi el-Haxhaxh es-Seuaf, nga Ebu ez-Zubejri, nga Xhabiri, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Kush është udhëheqësi juaj, o Beni Seleme?" Ata thanë: "El-Xhed bin Kajs, megjithëse ne e konsiderojmë atë koprrac." Ai tha: "Përkundrazi, udhëheqësi juaj është flokëdredhuri e lëkurëbardhi, Amr bin el-Xhemuh." Tha (Xhabiri): Amr bin el-Xhemuh përgatiste gostinë e dasmës për të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) sa herë që ai martohej.
