٢٨٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ، فَهُوَ حَلالٌ، وَمَا حَرَّمَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ، وَمَا سَكَتَ عَنْهُ، فَهُوَ عَفْوٌ، فَاقْبَلُوا مِنَ اللَّهِ عَافِيَتَهُ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ، لَمْ يَكُنْ نَسِيًّا» ثُمَّ تَلا هَذِهِ الآيَةَ ﴿وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا﴾ [مريم: ٦٤].
شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: إِسْنَادُهُ صَالِحٌ، قُلْتُ: وَذَكَرَ كَلامًا، ذَكَرْتُهُ، فِي سُورَةِ مَرْيَمَ.
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ وَالْخَيْلِ وَالْبِغَالِ
#2855 2855 - Ibrahim ibn Abd Allah narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Dimashqi narrated to us, Ismail ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Asim ibn Raja' ibn Haywah, from his father, from Abu al-Darda' who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whatever Allah has made lawful in His Book is lawful, and whatever He has forbidden is forbidden, and whatever He has remained silent about is an exemption. So accept from Allah His exemption, for indeed, Allah is never forgetful." Then he recited this verse: {And your Lord is never forgetful} [Maryam: 64].

2855 - Na ka treguar Ibrahim ibn Abdullahu, na ka treguar Sulejman ibn Abdurrahman ed-Dimeshkiu, na ka treguar Ismail ibn Ajjashi, nga Asim ibn Rexha ibn Hajvehu, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu ed-Derda, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Atë që Allahu e ka lejuar në Librin e Tij, ajo është hallall (e lejuar), dhe atë që Ai e ka ndaluar, ajo është haram (e ndaluar), ndërsa për atë që Ai ka heshtur, ajo është lirim (falje). Prandaj, pranojeni nga Allahu lehtësimin e Tij, sepse vërtet Allahu nuk harron kurrë." Pastaj ai lexoi këtë ajet: {Zoti yt nuk është harrues} [Merjem: 64].
Koment: El-Bezzari ka thënë: Zinxhiri i tij i transmetimit është i mirë (salih). Unë (autori) them: Ai ka përmendur një diskutim të cilin e kam cituar te surja Merjem. Kapitulli: Çfarë është transmetuar rreth gomarëve shtëpiakë, kuajve dhe mushkave.
