Hadith #2936 - Kashf al-astar an zawaʾid al-Bazzar (The Unveiling of the Curtains regarding the Extra Hadiths of al-Bazzar)

٢٩٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ، فَسَكِرَ، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ، تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا وَسَكِرَ، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ، تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا الرَّابِعَةَ، فَسَكِرَ، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ، لَمْ يَتُبِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ .... » فَذَكَرَهُ. قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ، خَلا قَوْلِهِ: «لَمْ يَتُبِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ».

#2936 2936 - Abd al-A'la ibn Hammad narrated to us, from Ya'la ibn 'Ata, from Nafi' ibn 'Asim, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever drinks wine and becomes intoxicated, no prayer shall be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks it again and becomes intoxicated, no prayer shall be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks it a fourth time and becomes intoxicated, no prayer shall be accepted from him for forty nights, and if he repents, Allah will not accept his repentance..." then he mentioned it.

2936 - Na ka treguar Abdyl-Ala bin Hamadi, nga Jala bin Ata, nga Nafi' bin Asimi, nga Abdullahu bin Amri, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Kushdo që pi alkool dhe dehet, nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net. Nëse ai pendohet, Allahu ia pranon pendimin. Nëse ai e pi përsëri dhe dehet, nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net. Nëse ai pendohet, Allahu ia pranon pendimin. Nëse ai e pi për herë të katërt dhe dehet, nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net, dhe nëse pendohet, Allahu nuk do t'ia pranojë pendimin..." pastaj e përmendi atë.

Koment: Unë them: E ka transmetuar Nesaiu dhe Ibn Maxheh, përveç thënies së tij: "Allahu nuk do t'ia pranojë pendimin".
