٩٣٨ - وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَيْضًا قَالَ: «بَيْنَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: " مَنْ كَانَ هَهُنَا مِنْ مَعَدٍّ فَلْيَقُمْ ". فَقَامَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ -: " اجْلِسْ "، فَجَلَسَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " مَنْ كَانَ هَهُنَا مِنْ مَعَدٍّ فَلْيَقُمْ "، فَقَامَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - " اجْلِسْ "، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " مَنْ كَانَ هَهُنَا مِنْ مَعَدٍّ فَلْيَقُمْ "، فَقَامَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ -: " اجْلِسْ "، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مِمَّنْ نَحْنُ؟ قَالَ: " أَنْتُمْ مِنْ قُضَاعَةَ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ حِمْيَرَ، النَّسَبُ الْمَعْرُوفُ غَيْرُ الْمُنْكَرِ». فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو: فَكَتَمْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ حَتَّى كَانَ أَيَّامُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيَّ فَقَالَ: هَلْ لَكَ أَنْ تَرْقَى الْمِنْبَرَ، فَتَذْكُرَ قُضَاعَةَ بْنَ مَعَدِّ بْنِ عَدْنَانَ، عَلَى أَنْ أُطْعِمَكَ خَرَاجَ الْعِرَاقَيْنِ وَمِصْرَ حَيَاتِي؟ فَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ: نَعَمْ. فَنَادَى بِالصَّلَاةُ جَامِعَةٌ، فَاجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ، وَجَاءَ عَمْرٌو يَتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ النَّاسِ، حَتَّى صَعِدَ الْمِنْبَرَ، فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا مَعْشَرَ النَّاسِ، مَنْ عَرَفَنِي فَقَدْ عَرَفَنِي، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَعْرِفْنِي فَأَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ الْجُهَنِيُّ، أَلَا إِنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ دَعَانِي عَلَى أَنْ أَرْقَى الْمِنْبَرَ، فَأَذْكُرَ أَنَّ قُضَاعَةَ بْنَ مَعَدِّ بْنِ عَدْنَانَ، أَلَا:
إِنَّا بَنُو الشَّيْخِ الْهَجَّانِ الْأَزْهَرِ ... قُضَاعَةَ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ حِمْيَرِ
النَّسَبُ الْمَعْرُوفُ غَيْرُ الْمُنْكَرِ
ثُمَّ نَزَلَ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ: إِيهِ عَنْكَ يَا غُدَرُ، ثَلَاثًا، قَالَ: هُوَ مَا رَأَيْتَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، فَاتَّبَعَهُ ابْنُهُ زُهَيْرٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ: يَا أَبَةِ، مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ إِذَا أَطَعْتَ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَطْعَمَكَ خَرَاجَ الْعِرَاقَيْنِ وَمِصْرَ حَيَاتَهُ؟ فَأَنْشَأَ يَقُولُ:
لَوْ قَدْ أَطَعْتُكَ يَا زُهَيْرُ كَسَوْتَنِي ... فِي النَّاسِ ضَاحِيَةً رِدَاءَ شَنَارِ
قَحْطَانُ وَالِدُنَا الَّذِي نُدْعَى لَهُ ... وَأَبُو خُزَيْمَةَ خِنْدَفُ بْنُ نِزَارِ
أَضَلَالُ لَيْلٍ سَاقِطٍ أَوْرَاقُهُ ... فِي النَّاسِ أَعْذَرُ أَمْ ضَلَالُ نَهَارِ
أَنَبِيعُ وَالِدَنَا الَّذِي نُدْعَى لَهُ ... بِأَبِي مَعَاشِرَ غَائِبٍ مُتَوَارِ
تِلْكَ التِّجَارَةُ لَا نَبُوءُ بِمِثْلِهَا ... ذَهَبٌ يُبَاعُ بِآنِكٍ وَإِبَارِ
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ دَلْهَاثُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، قَالَ الْأَزْدِيُّ: حَدِيثُهُ عَنْ آبَائِهِ لَا يَصِحُّ. وَهَذَا مِنْ حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ.
#938 938 - And from 'Amr ibn Murrah al-Juhani also, he said: "While we were with the Prophet (pbuh), he said: 'Whoever is here from Ma'add, let him stand.' So 'Amr ibn Murrah stood up, and the Prophet (pbuh) said to him: 'Sit.' He sat, then he said: 'Whoever is here from Ma'add, let him stand.' So 'Amr ibn Murrah stood up, and the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to him: 'Sit.' Then he said: 'Whoever is here from Ma'add, let him stand.' So 'Amr ibn Murrah stood up, and the Prophet (pbuh) said to him: 'Sit.' He then asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, from whom are we?' He said: 'You are from Quda'ah ibn Malik ibn Himyar, the well-known lineage that is not denied.' 'Amr said: I kept this Hadith hidden until the days of Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan, who sent for me and said: 'Would you be willing to ascend the pulpit and mention that Quda'ah is the son of Ma'add ibn Adnan, on the condition that I grant you the land tax of the two Iraqs and Egypt for as long as I live?' 'Amr ibn Murrah said: 'Yes.' Then the call for congregational prayer was made, and the people gathered. 'Amr came, stepping over the necks of the people, until he ascended the pulpit. He praised Allah and extolled Him, then said: 'O people, whoever knows me knows me, and whoever does not know me, I am 'Amr ibn Murrah al-Juhani. Behold, Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan called upon me to ascend the pulpit so that I might mention that Quda'ah is the son of Ma'add ibn Adnan. Behold:
Indeed, we are the sons of the noble, radiant elder... Quda'ah ibn Malik ibn Himyar
The well-known lineage that is not denied.
Then he descended, and Mu'awiyah said to him: 'Away with you, O traitor!' three times. He said: 'It is as you have seen, O Commander of the Faithful.' Then his son Zuhayr followed him and said: 'O father, what would it have mattered to you had you obeyed the Commander of the Faithful, and he would have provided you the tax of the two Iraqs and Egypt for as long as he lived?' So he composed, saying:
If I had obeyed you, O Zuhayr, you would have clothed me... among the people, in an open garment of disgrace
Qahtan is our father to whom we are attributed... and the father of Khuzaymah is Khandaf ibn Nizar
Is the darkness of a night whose leaves are falling... more excusable among the people, or the darkness of day?
Shall we sell our father to whom we are attributed... for the father of tribes who are absent and concealed?
That is a trade whose like we shall not return with... gold sold for lead and needles."

Vërtet, ne jemi bijtë e plakut fisnik e të ndritshëm... Kuda’ah ibn Malik ibn Himjer

Atëherë e ndoqi i biri, Zuhejri, dhe i tha: 'O babai im, çfarë do të të gjente po t’i bindeshe të Parit të Besimtarëve, e ai të të jepte haraçin e dy Irakëve dhe të Egjiptit sa të ishte gjallë?' Atëherë ai thuri këto vargje:
Sikur të të kisha bindur ty, o Zuhejr, do të më kishit veshur... para njerëzve me rrobën e dukshme të turpit.
Kahtani është ati ynë, të cilit i atribuohemi... ndërsa ati i Huzejmes është Hindef ibn Nizari.
A është humbja në natën që i bien gjethet... më e falshme ndër njerëz, apo humbja në mes të ditës?
A ta shesim atin tonë, të cilit i atribuohemi... për atin e fiseve që janë të panjohura e të fshehura?
Kjo është një tregti, të cilën nuk do ta bënim kurrë... ari që shitet për plumb dhe gjilpëra.»
Koment: E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në "El-Kebir", dhe në zinxhirin e tij është Delhath ibn Davudi. El-Ezdiu ka thënë: "Hadithi i tij prej etërve të tij nuk është i saktë." Dhe ky është prej haditheve të tij që transmeton nga etërit e tij.
