١٤٢٥ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ صَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَهُ، [فَدَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ] فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ
اللَّهِ، خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَنِي الْبَرْدُ، وَقَدْ قَالَ اللَّهُ - ﷿ - ﴿وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا﴾ [النساء: ٢٩]، فَسَكَتَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ، وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ.
#1425 1425 - And on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that Amr ibn al-Aas led the people in prayer while he was in a state of major ritual impurity. When they came before the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), they mentioned that to him. [So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) summoned him and questioned him about it]. He said: "O Messenger of Allah, I feared that the cold would kill me, and Allah—the Mighty and Sublime—has said: 'And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful' [An-Nisa: 29]." So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) remained silent regarding him.

1425 - Dhe nga Ibn Abbasi transmetohet se Amr ibn el-Asi u priu njerëzve në namaz duke qenë xhunub. Kur erdhën te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ia përmendën atij këtë gjë. [Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e thirri atë dhe e pyeti rreth kësaj]. Ai tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, u frikësova se do të më mbytej i ftohti, ndërsa Allahu - i Plotfuqishmi dhe i Madhërishmi - ka thënë: «Dhe mos vritni veten tuaj. Vërtet, Allahu është i Mëshirshëm ndaj jush» [En-Nisa: 29]". Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) heshti ndaj tij.
