١٥١٥ - عَنْ قَاضِي الْأَجْنَادِ بِالْقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: " «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَقْعُدَنَّ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ يُدَارُ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ إِلَّا بِإِزَارٍ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يُدْخِلْ حَلِيلَتَهُ الْحَمَّامَ» ".
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ.
#1515 1515 - On the authority of the Judge of the Armies in Constantinople, that he narrated that Umar ibn al-Khattab said: O people, I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not sit at a table upon which wine is circulated; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not enter the public bath except with a waist-wrapper; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not send his wife into the public bath."

١٥١٥ - Nga gjykatësi i ushtrive në Kostandinopojë përcillet se ai ka treguar se Omer ibn el-Hatabi ka thënë: "O njerëz, unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'Kush beson në Allahun dhe në Ditën e Fundit, të mos ulet në një tryezë ku qarkullon alkooli; kush beson në Allahun dhe në Ditën e Fundit, të mos hyjë në hamam (banjë publike) përveçse me izar (mbulesë rreth belit); dhe kush beson në Allahun dhe në Ditën e Fundit, të mos e lejojë bashkëshorten e tij të hyjë në hamam.'"
