- وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - يَأْتِي دَارَ
قَوْمٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَدُونَهُمْ دَارٌ، فَشَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ
فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، تَأْتِي دَارَ فُلَانٍ وَلَا
تَأْتِي
دَارَنَا؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ -: " لِأَنَّ فِي دَارِكُمْ كَلْبًا ".
قَالُوا: فَإِنَّ فِي دَارِهِمْ سِنَّوْرًا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ -: "
السِّنَّوْرُ سَبُعٌ».
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ، وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ الْوُضُوءُ بِفَضْلِهَا.

1585 - And on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) used to visit the home of a group of the Ansar, and there was a house closer than theirs [which he bypassed]. This was distressing for them, so they said: "O Messenger of Allah, you visit the house of so-and-so, yet you do not visit our house?" The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Because there is a dog in your house." They said: "But there is a cat in their house." The Prophet (pbuh) said: "The cat is a beast of prey."
١٥٨٥ - Dhe nga Ebu Hurejra ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) shkonte te shtëpia e një grupi nga Ensarët, ndërsa para tyre ndodhej një shtëpi tjetër (të cilën ai e anashkalonte). Kjo gjë u rëndoi atyre, ndaj thanë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, ti shkon te shtëpia e filanit, ndërsa te shtëpia jonë nuk vjen?" Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u përgjigj: "Sepse në shtëpinë tuaj ka një qen." Ata thanë: "Por edhe në shtëpinë e tyre ka një mace." Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Macja është kafshë grabitqare."»
