٣٩٦٤ - وَعَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ ﵁ قَالَ: «كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأُتِيَ بِجِنَازَةٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ الْقَوْمُ: إِنْ كُنْتَ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ. ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِأُخْرَى فَقَالَ الْقَوْمُ: إِنْ كُنْتَ وَكُنْتَ، فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ
خَيْرًا وَالْأُخْرَى شَرًّا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ سَلَّمَ: " أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ، وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي السَّمَاءِ» ".
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: " «فَإِذَا شَهِدْتُمْ وَجَبَتْ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِي السَّنَدِ الْأَوَّلِ عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ أَبُو مَرْيَمَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ، وَفِي الْأُخْرَى مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
#3964 3964 - And on the authority of Salama bin al-Akwa (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: We were with the Prophet (pbuh) when a funeral was brought, and the people said regarding it: "If you were [such and such] and if you were [such and such]." Then another was brought, and the people said: "If you were and you were." Thus, they praised one with good and the other with evil. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) then said: "You are the witnesses of Allah on the earth, and the angels are the witnesses of Allah in the heaven." And in a narration: "So when you testify, it becomes incumbent."

٣٩٦٤ - Dhe nga Seleme bin el-Ekve’ (r.a.) transmetohet se ka thënë: «Ishim te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur u soll një xhenaze dhe njerëzit thanë për të: "Vërtet ti ishe kështu dhe ishe ashtu". Pastaj u soll një tjetër dhe njerëzit thanë: "Vërtet ti ishe kështu dhe kështu", duke e lëvduar njërën për të mirë dhe tjetrën duke e përmendur për të keq. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Ju jeni dëshmitarët e Allahut në tokë, ndërsa engjëjt janë dëshmitarët e Allahut në qiell"». Në një transmetim tjetër thuhet: «Kur ju dëshmoni, ajo (shpagimi/përfundimi) bëhet i pashmangshëm».
Koment: E ka transmetuar et-Taberaniu në "el-Kebir". Në zinxhirin e parë të transmetimit është Abd el-Gaffar bin el-Kasim Ebu Merjem, i cili është i dobët, ndërsa në tjetrin është Musa bin Ubejde, i cili është po ashtu i dobët.
