٤٢٣٧ - عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: «أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ ذِي النِّجَادَيْنِ الَّذِي هَلَكَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فِي جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ، فَنَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فِي حُفْرَتِهِ، وَقَالَ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ: " دَلِّيَا إِلَيَّ أَخَاكُمَا "، فَلَمَّا وَضَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فِي لَحْدِهِ قَالَ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي رَاضٍ عَنْهُ فَارْضَ عَنْهُ "، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: وَاللَّهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي صَاحِبُ الْحُفْرَةِ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ. وَكَثِيرٌ: ضَعِيفٌ.
#4237 On the authority of Kathir bin Abdillah, from his father, from his grandfather: That Abdullah Dhu al-Bijadayn, who passed away during the expedition of Tabuk in the middle of the night, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) descended into his grave and said to Abu Bakr and Umar, "Lower your brother down to me." When the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) placed him in his niche, he said, "O Allah, I am well-pleased with him, so be pleased with him." Abu Bakr said, "By Allah, I wish I were the occupant of that grave."

- Nga Kethir bin Abdilah, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij: «Se Abdullah Dhi'n-Nixhadejni, i cili vdiq në betejën e Tebukut në mes të natës, i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) zbriti në varrin e tij dhe u tha Ebu Bekrit dhe Omerit: "Ma ulni vëllanë tuaj". Kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e vendosi në lahdin e tij, tha: "O Allah, unë jam i kënaqur me të, prandaj bëhu i kënaqur me të". Ebu Bekri tha: "Pasha Allahun, do të dëshiroja të isha unë pronari i këtij varri"».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në el-Eusat. Kethiri është i dobët.
