٤٣٣٣ - وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ - ﵁ - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: " «لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَرْضِهِمْ وَرَفِيقِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهِ إِلَّا الصَّدَقَةُ» ".
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَالْبَزَّارُ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا: «قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ: " لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ» ".
وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ، وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ.
#4333 4333 - And on the authority of Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "They shall retain what they possessed upon their acceptance of Islam, of their land, their servants, and their livestock, and there is nothing due from them upon these except the Sadaqah." It was narrated by Ahmad, al-Bazzar, and al-Tabarani in al-Awsat, except that the latter two stated: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said regarding the protected people: 'They shall retain what they possessed upon their acceptance of Islam.'"

4333 - Dhe nga Burejda (r.a.) ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Atyre u takon ajo mbi të cilën kanë pranuar Islamin nga toka e tyre, shërbëtorët e tyre dhe bagëtia e tyre, dhe nuk kanë detyrim tjetër për to përveç zekatit."

E ka transmetuar Ahmedi, el-Bezzari dhe et-Taberaniu në 'el-Evsat', përveç se ata të dy kanë thënë: "I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë për banorët e mbrojtur (ehludh-dhimmeh): 'Atyre u takon ajo mbi të cilën kanë pranuar Islamin'."
