٤٣٧٧ - وَعَنْهُ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا بِرَقِيقِ الرَّجُلِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ، الَّذِينَ هُمْ تِلَادُهُ وَهُمْ غِلْمَتُهُ لَا يُرِيدُ بَيْعَهُمْ، فَكَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَلَّا نُخْرِجَ عَنْهُمْ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ شَيْئًا، وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُخْرِجَ الصَّدَقَةَ عَنِ الَّذِي يُعَدُّ لِلْبَيْعِ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ - وَرَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ مِنْهُ: «كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُخْرِجَ الصَّدَقَةَ مِنَ الَّذِي نُعِدُّ لِلْبَيْعِ فَقَطْ -»، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضَعْفٌ.
#4377 And from him, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to command us regarding the slaves of a man and a woman, those who were his long-held property and his young servants whom he did not intend to sell; he used to command us that we should not pay anything from them as Zakat, and he used to command us to pay the Zakat from those who were prepared for sale.

4377 - Dhe prej tij transmetohet se: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na urdhëronte që për skllevërit e burrit dhe të gruas, të cilët janë pronë e vjetër e tyre dhe shërbëtorë të tyre që nuk synojnë t'i shesin, na urdhëronte që të mos jepnim asgjë si sadaka (zekat) për ta. Ndërsa na urdhëronte që të jepnim sadakanë (zekatin) për atë që ishte përgatitur për shitje.»

E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në «el-Kebir». Ebu Davudi ka transmetuar prej tij: «Na urdhëronte që të jepnim sadakanë nga ajo që e përgatisnim për shitje vetëm», dhe në zinxhirin e tij të transmetimit ka dobësi.
