Hadith #4391 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

٤٣٩١ - وَعَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ كِتَابَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ: أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ شَيْءٌ. فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا فَفِيهَا شَاةٌ إِلَى تِسْعٍ. فَإِذَا كَانَتْ عَشْرًا فَشَاتَانِ إِلَى أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ. فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ فَفِيهَا ثَلَاثٌ إِلَى تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ. فَإِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْعِشْرِينَ فَأَرْبَعٌ إِلَى أَرْبَعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ. فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ إِلَى السِّتِّينَ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا ابْنَتَا لَبُونٍ إِلَى التِّسْعِينَ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ إِلَى الْعِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ.، وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ. وَلَيْسَ فِي الْغَنَمِ شَيْءٌ فِيمَا دُونَ الْأَرْبَعِينَ. فَإِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْأَرْبَعِينَ فَفِيهَا شَاةٌ إِلَى الْعِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَشَاتَانِ إِلَى الْمِائَتَيْنِ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ عَلَى الْمِائَتَيْنِ فَثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى الثَّلَاثِ مِائَةٍ. فَإِذَا زَادَتْ عَلَى الثَّلَاثِ مِائَةٍ فَفِي كُلِّ مِائَةٍ شَاةٌ.
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وِجَادَةً كَمَا تَرَاهُ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ.

#4391 4391 - And from Nafi’ that he read the letter of Umar ibn al-Khattab: That there is nothing due upon fewer than five camels. When they reach five, then one sheep is due, up to nine. When they reach ten, then two sheep are due, up to fourteen. When they reach fifteen, then three sheep are due, up to nineteen. When they reach twenty, then four sheep are due, up to twenty-four. When they reach twenty-five, then one one-year-old female camel (Bint Makhad) is due, up to thirty-five. If they exceed that, then one two-year-old female camel (Ibna Labun) is due, up to forty-five. If they exceed that, then one three-year-old female camel (Hiqqah) is due, up to sixty. If they exceed that, then two two-year-old female camels (Ibnata Labun) are due, up to ninety. If they exceed that, then two three-year-old female camels (Hiqqatan) are due, up to one hundred and twenty. If they exceed that, then for every fifty, one three-year-old female camel (Hiqqah) is due, and for every forty, one two-year-old female camel (Ibna Labun). And there is nothing due on sheep for fewer than forty. When they reach forty, then one sheep is due, up to one hundred and twenty. If they exceed that, then two sheep are due, up to two hundred. If they exceed two hundred, then three sheep are due, up to three hundred. If they exceed three hundred, then for every hundred, one sheep is due.

4391 - Dhe nga Nafiu se ai e lexoi librin e Omer ibn el-Hatabit:
Se nuk ka asgjë për më pak se pesë deve. Kur ato arrijnë pesë, atëherë për to jepet një dele deri në nëntë. Kur bëhen dhjetë, atëherë dy dele deri në katërmbëdhjetë. Kur arrijnë pesëmbëdhjetë, atëherë për to jepen tri deri në nëntëmbëdhjetë. Kur arrijnë njëzet, atëherë katër deri në njëzet e katër. Kur arrijnë njëzet e pesë, atëherë për to jepet një deve femër njëvjeçare (bint mahad) deri në tridhjetë e pesë. Kur shtohen, atëherë për to jepet një deve femër dyvjeçare (ibnetu lebuna) deri në dyzet e pesë. Kur shtohen, atëherë për to jepet një deve femër trivjeçare (hikka) deri në gjashtëdhjetë. Kur shtohen, atëherë për to jepen dy deve femra dyvjeçare (ibneta lebuna) deri në nëntëdhjetë. Kur shtohen, atëherë për to jepen dy deve femra trivjeçare (hikkatani) deri në njëqind e njëzet. Kur shtohen, atëherë për çdo pesëdhjetë jepet një deve femër trivjeçare (hikka), dhe për çdo dyzet një deve femër dyvjeçare (ibnetu lebuna).

Dhe nuk ka asgjë për delet për më pak se dyzet. Kur arrijnë dyzet, atëherë për to jepet një dele deri në njëqind e njëzet. Kur shtohen, atëherë dy dele deri në dyqind. Kur shtohen mbi dyqind, atëherë tri dele deri në treqind. Kur shtohen mbi treqind, atëherë për çdo njëqind jepet një dele.
E ka transmetuar Ebu Jala si vixhada (gjetje e shkrimit) ashtu siç e sheh, dhe burrat e tij janë të besueshëm.
