٤٣٩٥ - وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ
بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ بَعَثَ مُصَدِّقًا فَقَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالسَّخْلِ؟ فَقَالُوا: يَعْتَدُّ عَلَيْنَا بِالسَّخْلِ، وَلَا يَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ. فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَى عُمَرَ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: نَعَمْ يُعْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالسَّخْلَةِ يَحْمِلُهَا الرَّاعِي وَلَا يَأْخُذُهَا، وَلَا يَأْخُذُ الْأَكُولَةَ، وَلَا الرُّبَّى، وَلَا الْمَاخِضَ، وَلَا فَحْلَ الْغَنَمِ، وَيَأْخُذُ الْجَذَعَةَ، وَالثَّنِيَّةَ، فَذَلِكَ عَدْلٌ بَيْنَ غَذِيِّ الْمَالِ وَخِيَارِهِ ..
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ.
#4395 4395 - And from Sufyan bin ‘Abdullah, that ‘Umar bin al-Khattab sent a zakat collector and said: "Do you count the lambs against them?" They said: "He counts the lambs against us, but he does not take from them." When he arrived back to ‘Umar, he mentioned that to him, so ‘Umar bin al-Khattab said to him: "Yes, the lamb carried by the shepherd is counted against them but he does not take it, and he does not take the fattened animal, nor the nursing one, nor the pregnant one, nor the breeding ram of the sheep. He takes the jadha‘ah and the thaniyyah, for that is justice between the inferior of the wealth and its best."

4395 - Dhe nga Sufjan
bin Abdullahu transmetohet se Omer bin el-Hatabi dërgoi një mbledhës zeqati dhe ai tha: "A i llogaritni atyre qengjat?" Ata thanë: "Ai na i llogarit qengjat, por nuk merr prej tyre." Kur u kthye te Omeri, ia përmendi këtë, dhe Omer bin el-Hatabi i tha: "Po, u llogariten atyre qengjat që i mbart bariu, por nuk i merr ato. Gjithashtu, nuk merr as atë që majmet për ngrënie (el-ekuleh), as atë që rrit të voglin (er-rubba), as atë që është barrë (el-mahid), as dashin e kopesë (fahl el-ganem). Ai merr delen njëvjeçare (el-xhedha'ah) dhe atë dyvjeçare (eth-thenijjeh). Kjo është drejtësi mes pasurisë së dobët dhe asaj më të mirë."

E ka shënuar Taberaniu në 'el-Kebir', dhe në të ka një burrë që nuk është emëruar, ndërsa pjesa tjetër e transmetuesve të tij janë të besueshëm.
