Hadith #4417 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

٤٤١٧ - وَعَنْ سَرَّاءَ بِنْتِ نَبْهَانَ الْغَنَوِيَّةِ قَالَتْ: «احْتَفَرَ الْحَيُّ فِي دَارِ كِلَابٍ فَأَصَابُوا بِهَا كَنْزًا عَادِيًّا، فَقَالَتْ كِلَابُ: دَارُنَا، وَقَالَ الْحَيُّ: احْتَفَرْنَا فَنَافَرُوهُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَضَى بِهِ لِلْحَيِّ وَأَخَذَ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمْسَ، فَاشْتَرَيْنَا بِنَصِيبِنَا ذَلِكَ مِائَةً مِنَ النَّعَمِ، فَأَتَيْنَا بِهِ الْحَيَّ فَأَرَادَ الْمُصَدِّقُ أَنْ يُصَدِّقَنَا، فَأَبَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ، وَأَتَيْنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: " إِنْ كُنْتُمْ جَعَلْتُمُوهَا فِي غَيْرِهَا، وَإِلَّا فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي هَذَا الْعَامِ ". وَقَالَ: " إِنَّ الْمُصَدِّقَ إِذَا انْصَرَفَ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ وَهُوَ عَنْهُمْ رَاضٍ ﵃، وَإِذَا انْصَرَفَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَاخِطٌ سَخِطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْغَسَّانِيُّ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

#4417 4417 - And on the authority of Sarra' bint Nabhan al-Ghanawiyyah, who said: The tribe excavated in the dwelling of Kilab and discovered an ancient treasure. Kilab said: "It is our dwelling," and the tribe said: "We excavated." They brought their dispute concerning that to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he ruled in favor of the tribe and took the fifth (Khums) from it. We then purchased one hundred head of livestock with our share of that treasure and brought them to the tribe. The Zakat collector wanted to collect Zakat from us, but we refused him and came to the Prophet (pbuh). He said: "Unless you have converted them into something else, there is nothing due from you in this year." And he said: "Indeed, when the Zakat collector departs from a people while he is pleased with them, Allah is pleased with them; and when he departs while he is angry with them, Allah is angry with them."

- Dhe nga Sarra' bint Nabhan al-Ghanawiyyah ka thënë: «Fisi gërmoi në shtëpinë e Kilabit dhe gjetën aty një thesar të lashtë, kështu që Kilabi tha: 'Shtëpia jonë', ndërsa fisi tha: 'Ne gërmuam'. Ata u grindën për këtë te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), i cili gjykoi në favor të fisit dhe mori prej tyre të pestën. Me pjesën tonë ne blemë njëqind krerë bagëti dhe i sollëm në fis. Mbledhësi i zekatit deshi të na merrte zekatin, por ne refuzuam dhe shkuam te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), i cili tha: "Nëse i keni shndërruar ato në diçka tjetër, përndryshe nuk keni asnjë detyrim për këtë vit". Dhe tha: "Nëse mbledhësi i zekatit largohet nga njerëzit duke qenë i kënaqur me ta, Allahu është i kënaqur me ta, e nëse largohet duke qenë i zemëruar me ta, Allahu është i zemëruar me ta"».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në el-Kebir, dhe në të është Ahmed bin el-Harith el-Gassani, i cili është i dobët.
