٤٤١٨ - وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ» ".
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مُرْسَلًا، وَإِسْنَادُهُ صَحِيحٌ.
#4418 4418 - And on the authority of al-Hasan, who said: It has reached me that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The mine is without liability, the beast is without liability, the well is without liability, and for buried treasure, a fifth is due."

4418 - Dhe nga el-Hasani transmetohet se ka thënë: Më ka arritur se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Miniera është xhubar (pa dëmshpërblim), kafsha është xhubar, pusi është xhubar, ndërsa për rikaz-in (thesarin e gjetur) jepet një e pesta.»

E ka transmetuar Ahmedi si mursel, dhe isnadi i tij është i saktë.
