Hadith #4482 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

٤٤٨٢ - عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَجَدَ تَمْرَةً تَحْتَ جَنْبِهِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَأَكَلَهَا، فَلَمْ يَنَمْ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُ نِسَائِهِ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَرِقْتَ الْبَارِحَةَ؟ قَالَ: " إِنِّي وَجَدْتُ [تَحْتَ جَنْبِي] تَمْرَةً فَأَكَلْتُهَا، وَكَانَ عِنْدَنَا تَمْرٌ مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَخَشِيتُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهُ».
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ.

#4482 4482 - On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, that the Prophet (pbuh) found a date under his side during the night and ate it. He did not sleep that night, so one of his wives said: "O Messenger of Allah, did you suffer from insomnia last night?" He said: "I found a date [under my side] and ate it, and we had dates from the charity (Sadaqah) dates, so I feared that it might have been from them."

4482 - Nga Abdullah bin Amri se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) gjeti një hurmë nën ijet e tij gjatë natës dhe e hëngri atë, por nuk fjeti atë natë. Disa nga gratë e tij i thanë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, a pate pagjumësi mbrëmë?" Ai tha: "Gjeta [nën ijet e mia] një hurmë dhe e hëngra, ndërkohë që ne kishim hurma prej hurmave të sadakasë, andaj u frikësova se mos ishte prej tyre".

E ka transmetuar Ahmedi dhe burrat e tij janë të besueshëm.
