٤٦٥٦ - وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فِي أَضْحَى، أَوْ فِطْرٍ، فَصَلَّى، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ، فَوَعَظَ النَّاسَ، وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَقَالَ: " يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ تَصَدَّقُوا ". ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَمَرَّ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ، فَقَالَ لَهُنَّ: " تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُكُنَّ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِ النَّارِ ". فَقُلْنَ: بِمَ ذَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: " إِنَّكُنَّ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ، وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ، مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ نَاقِصَاتِ عَقْلٍ وَدِينٍ أَذْهَبَ لِقَلْبِ الرَّجُلِ الْحَازِمِ مِنْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ، يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ ". فَقُلْنَ: مَا نُقْصَانُ عَقْلِهَا وَدِينِهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: " أَلَيْسَ شَهَادَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ
بِنِصْفِ شَهَادَةِ الرَّجُلِ؟ فَذَلِكَ مِنْ نُقْصَانِ عَقْلِهَا. أَلَيْسَ إِذَا حَاضَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ لَمْ تُصَلِّ؟ ". قُلْنَ: بَلَى. قَالَ: " فَذَلِكَ مِنْ نُقْصَانِ دِينِهَا ". قَالَ: ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَلَمَّا صَارَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ جَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ تَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذِهِ زَيْنَبُ تَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْكَ. قَالَ: " أَيُّ الزَّيَانِبُ؟ ". قِيلَ: امْرَأَةُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ. قَالَ: " ائْذَنْ لَهَا ". فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فَقَالَتْ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ، إِنَّكَ أَمَرْتَنَا الْيَوْمَ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَعِنْدِي حُلِيٌّ لِي، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَزَعْمَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ هُوَ وَوَلَدُهُ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتُ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ -: " صَدَقَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، زَوْجُكِ وَوَلَدُكِ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتِ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ».
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ.
#4656 And from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, he said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) went out on the day of Adha or Fitr and prayed. Then he departed and exhorted the people and commanded them to give charity, saying: 'O people, give charity.' Then he departed and passed by the women and said to them: 'Give charity, for I have seen that you are the majority of the inhabitants of the Fire.' They asked: 'Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?' He replied: 'You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in reason and religion who can lead away the heart of a prudent man than one of you, O assembly of women.' They asked: 'What is the deficiency in her reason and religion, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Is not the testimony of a woman equivalent to half the testimony of a man? That is due to the deficiency in her reason. Is it not the case that when a woman menstruates, she does not pray?' They replied: 'Yes.' He said: 'That is due to the deficiency in her religion.' He (the narrator) said: Then he departed, and when he reached his home, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud came to him seeking permission to enter. It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, this is Zainab seeking permission to enter upon you.' He asked: 'Which of the Zainabs?' It was said: 'The wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud.' He said: 'Grant her permission.' So she was granted permission and said: 'O Prophet of Allah, you commanded us today to give charity, and I have some jewelry of mine. I intended to give it as charity, but Ibn Mas'ud claimed that he and his children are the most entitled of those to whom I give it as charity.' The Prophet (pbuh) then said: 'Ibn Mas'ud has spoken the truth; your husband and your children are the most entitled of those to whom you give it as charity.'"

- Dhe nga Ebu Seid el-Hudriu se ai ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - doli në ditën e Kurban Bajramit ose të Fitër Bajramit, u fal, pastaj u kthye, i këshilloi njerëzit dhe i urdhëroi ata për sadaka, duke thënë: "O ju njerëz, jepni sadaka". Pastaj u kthye dhe kaloi pranë grave, e u tha atyre: "Jepni sadaka, sepse unë ju pashë juve si shumicën e banorëve të Zjarrit". Ato thanë: Përse kështu, o i Dërguari i Allahut? Ai tha: "Ju mallkoni shumë dhe jeni mosmirënjohëse ndaj bashkëshortit. Nuk kam parë dikë me mangësi në mendje dhe fe që t'ia marrë mendjen një burri të vendosur më shumë se ndonjëra prej jush, o ju gra". Ato thanë: Çfarë është mangësia e mendjes dhe e fesë së saj, o i Dërguari i Allahut? Ai tha: "A nuk është dëshmia e gruas
sa gjysma e dëshmisë së burrit? Kjo është prej mangësisë së mendjes së saj. A nuk është kështu që kur gruaja është me menstruacione, ajo nuk falet?". Ato thanë: Po. Ai tha: "Kjo është prej mangësisë së fesë së saj". Tha: Pastaj u kthye dhe kur shkoi në shtëpinë e tij, erdhi gruaja e Abdullah bin Mes'udit për të kërkuar leje për të hyrë tek ai. Iu tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, kjo është Zejnebi që kërkon leje për të hyrë tek ti. Ai tha: "Cila Zejneb?". Iu tha: Gruaja e Abdullah bin Mes'udit. Ai tha: "Lejojeni atë". Atëherë ajo u lejua dhe tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, ti na urdhërove sot për sadaka, ndërsa unë kam disa stoli të mia dhe dëshirova të jap sadaka me to, por Ibn Mes'udi pretendoi se ai dhe fëmijët e tij janë më meritorët që t'u jepet sadaka. Atëherë Pejgamberi - (s.a.v.s.) - tha: "Ibn Mes'udi ka thënë të vërtetën, bashkëshorti yt dhe fëmijët e tu janë më meritorët për atë që jep sadaka ndaj tyre».
