٤٧٠٤ - وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: إِنَّ لِفُلَانٍ فِي حَائِطِي نَخْلَةَ عِذْقٍ، وَإِنَّهُ قَدْ آذَانِي وَشَقَّ عَلَيَّ مَكَانُ عِذْقِهِ. فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: " بِعْنِي عِذْقَكَ الَّذِي فِي حَائِطِ فُلَانٍ ". قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: " فَهَبْهُ لِي ". قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: " فَبِعْنِيهِ بِعِذْقٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ". قَالَ: لَا، يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " مَا رَأَيْتُ الَّذِي هُوَ أَبْخَلُ مِنْكَ إِلَّا الَّذِي يَبْخَلُ بِالسَّلَامِ».
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَالْبَزَّارُ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ.
#4704 4704 - And on the authority of Jabir, that a man came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said: "So-and-so has a cluster of a date-palm in my garden, and he has harmed me and the location of his cluster has caused me hardship." So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent for him and said: "Sell me your cluster which is in the garden of so-and-so." He said: "No." He said: "Then give it to me as a gift." He said: "No." He said: "Then sell it to me for a cluster in Paradise." He said: "No, O Messenger of Allah." Then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "I have not seen anyone more stingy than you, except the one who is stingy with the Salam."

- Dhe nga Xhabiri: «Një burrë erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha: "Filani ka një palmë hurme në kopshtin tim, dhe ai më ka shqetësuar dhe vendi i degës së tij më ka rënduar." Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi pas tij dhe i tha: "Ma shit palmën tënde që është në kopshtin e filanit." Ai tha: "Jo." Ai tha: "Atëherë ma dhuro atë." Ai tha: "Jo." Ai tha: "Atëherë ma shit atë për një palmë në Xhenet." Ai tha: "Jo, o i Dërguari i Allahut." Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Nuk kam parë dikë më koprrac se ti, përveç atij që është koprrac me selamin.»

E transmeton Ahmedi dhe el-Bezzari, dhe në të është Abdullah bin Muhamed bin Akil, për të cilin ka pasur fjalë, por ai është konsideruar i besueshëm.
