٤٨٠٧ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ: «شَهِدْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ وَبِهَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى وَالِيهَا وَشَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ هِلَالِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَسَأَلَ ابْنَ عَمَرَ وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ شَهَادَتِهِ، فَأَمَرَاهُ أَنْ يُجِيزَهَا، وَقَالَا: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ عَلَى رُؤْيَةِ هِلَالِ رَمَضَانَ، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةً فِي الْإِفْطَارِ إِلَّا شَهَادَةَ رَجُلَيْنِ».
قُلْتُ: هُوَ فِي السُّنَنِ بِاخْتِصَارٍ عَنْ هَذَا.
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَيْلِيُّ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
#4807 4807 - And on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, who said: "I was present in Medina while Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas were there. A man came to its governor and testified before him regarding the sighting of the crescent moon of the month of Ramadan. So, the governor asked Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas about his testimony, and they commanded him to accept it, and they both said: 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) accepted the testimony of a single man regarding the sighting of the crescent of Ramadan, and the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) would not accept testimony regarding the breaking of the fast except the testimony of two men.'"

- Dhe nga Abdylmelik bin Mejsere ka thënë: «Isha dëshmitar në Medine kur aty ishin Ibn Omeri dhe Ibn Abbasi. Një burrë erdhi te guvernatori i saj dhe dëshmoi para tij për shikimin e hënës së re të muajit të Ramazanit. Ai (guvernatori) i pyeti Ibn Omerin dhe Ibn Abbasin për dëshminë e tij, dhe ata të dy e urdhëruan atë që ta pranonte atë, dhe thanë: 'I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e pranoi dëshminë e një burri të vetëm për shikimin e hënës së re të Ramazanit, ndërsa i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk e pranonte dëshminë për përfundimin e agjërimit përveçse me dëshminë e dy burrave'.»
