٥٤٣٠ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ (مَكَّةَ) وَأَصْحَابُهُ مُلَبِّينَ - قَالَ عَفَّانُ: مُهِلِّينَ - بِالْحَجِّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: " مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ ". قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَيَرُوحُ أَحَدُنَا إِلَى مِنًى وَذَكَرُهُ يَقْطُرُ مَنِيًّا؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ ". وَسَطَعَتِ الْمَجَامِرُ وَقَدِمَ عَلِيٌّ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: " بِمَا أَهْلَلْتَ؟ ". قَالَ: أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ. قَالَ رَوِّحْ: فَإِنَّ لَكَ مَعَنَا هَدْيًا، قَالَ حُمَيْدٌ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ طَاوُسًا فَقَالَ: هَكَذَا فَعَلَ الْقَوْمُ (قَالَ عَفَّانُ: اجْعَلْهَا عُمْرَةً)».
قُلْتُ: هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِاخْتِصَارٍ.
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.
#5430 5430 - And from Ibn ‘Umar that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) arrived at Makkah while he and his companions were reciting the Talbiyah—‘Affan said: 'reciting the Ihlal'—for Hajj. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Whoever wishes to make it an ‘Umrah may do so, except for those who have brought a sacrificial animal with them.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, shall one of us go to Mina while his private part is dripping with semen?' He said: 'Yes.' And the scent of incense burners spread. ‘Ali arrived from Yemen, and the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'With what did you enter the state of Ihram?' He replied: 'I entered Ihram with whatever the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) entered Ihram with.' Rawh said: [The Prophet] said: 'Then stay (in Ihram), for you have a sacrificial animal with us.' Humayd said: 'I narrated this to Tawus, and he said: "This is what the people did."' (‘Affan said: 'Make it an ‘Umrah')."

5430 - Nga Ibn Umeri transmetohet se ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) erdhi (në Mekë) dhe shokët e tij duke thënë telbijen - Affani tha: duke bërë ihram - për haxh. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Kush dëshiron ta kthejë atë në umre (le ta bëjë), përveç atij që ka me vete kurbanin (hedjin)". Ata thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, a të shkojë ndonjëri prej nesh në Mina ndërkohë që organi i tij pikon spermë? Ai tha: "Po". Dhe u ndezën temjanicat, ndërsa Aliu erdhi nga Jemeni. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e pyeti: "Me çfarë ke bërë ihram?". Ai tha: Kam bërë ihram me atë që ka bërë ihram i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Rawh tha: Sepse ti ke kurban me ne. Humejdi tha: Ia tregova këtë Tausit dhe ai tha: Kështu vepruan njerëzit (Affani tha: bëje atë umre)».
