981 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Humejdi, nga El-Hasani, nga Uthman bin Ebi El-Asi: «Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i vendosi ata në një tendë në xhami që t'u zbuteshin zemrat e tyre. Kur pranuan Islamin, ata i vunë kusht atij që të mos mblidheshin me forcë për luftë (la juhsheru), të mos jepnin të dhjetën (la ju'sheru) dhe të mos faleshin (la juxhebbu). I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Keni të drejtën të mos mblidheni me forcë dhe të mos jepni të dhjetën, por nuk ka mirësi në një fe që nuk ka në të ruku (namaz)'.»

Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Ibn Fadale ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar El-Hasanin duke shtuar në këtë hadith se fisit Thekif i është thënë: Do t'jua japim këtë (përjashtim) pavarësisë dobësisë që ka në të.
٩٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - أَنْزَلَهُمْ فِي قُبَّةٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ لِيَكُونَ أَرَقَّ لِقُلُوبِهِمْ، فَاشْتَرَطُوا عَلَيْهِ حِينَ أَسْلَمُوا أَنْ لَا يُحْشَرُوا وَلَا يُعْشَرُوا وَلَا يُجَبُّوا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُحْشَرُوا وَلَا تُعْشَرُوا وَلَا تُجَبُّوا، وَلَا خَيْرَ فِي دِينٍ لَيْسَ فِيهِ رُكُوعٌ».
قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : قَالَ ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَزِيدُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ ثَقِيفًا قَالَتْ: سَنُعْطِيكَهَا عَلَى قَمْأَةٍ فِيهَا.
981 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Humayd, from al-Hasan, from 'Uthman bin Abi al-'As: "That the Messenger of Allah (saw) settled them in a dome in the mosque so that it might be more softening for their hearts. When they embraced Islam, they stipulated to him that they should not be mobilized for war (yuhsharu), nor pay the tithe (yu'sharu), nor be made to bow in prayer (yujabbu). So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'You shall not be mobilized for war, nor pay the tithe, nor be made to bow; and there is no good in a religion that has no bowing (ruku').'"
Abu Dawud said: Ibn Fadalah said: I heard al-Hasan adding to this hadith that Thaqif said: "We will give it to you despite the humiliation in it."

982 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bin Murre, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Seid bin el-Musejjibin, i cili ka thënë: Ka treguar Uthman bin Ebi el-As, i cili ka thënë:

«Gjëja e fundit që më porositi i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ishte: 'Kur t'i prish njerëzve në namaz, fali shkurt (lehtësoju atyre namazin)'».
٩٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ ، قَالَ: «آخِرُ مَا عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: إِذَا أَمَمْتَ قَوْمًا فَأَخْفِفْ بِهِمُ الصَّلَاةَ».
982 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr bin Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Sa'id bin al-Musayyib say: 'Uthman bin Abi al-'As narrated, he said:

'The last thing the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) exhorted me with was: "When you lead a people in prayer, make the prayer light for them."'

983 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Ma'shari, nga Jezid bin Husajfe el-Medeni, nga Amër bin Abdullahu bin Ka'b bin Malik el-Ensariu, nga babai i tij, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nëse ndonjëri prej jush ankohet (për dhimbje), le ta vendosë dorën e tij aty ku ndjen dhimbjen, e pastaj të thotë: Kërkoj mbrojtje me krenarinë e Allahut dhe fuqinë e Tij mbi çdo gjë nga e keqja e asaj që ndjej, duke e thënë këtë shtatë herë».

Këtë hadith e transmeton Malik bin Enesi nga Jezid bin Husajfe, nga Amër bin Abdullahu bin Ka'b bin Malik, nga Nafi' bin Xhubejri, nga Uthman bin Ebi el-Asi, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
٩٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ الْمَدَنِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِذَا اشْتَكَى أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَهُ حَيْثُ يَجِدُ أَلَمَهُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ، يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ سَبْعًا».
وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ يَرْوِيهِ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
983 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Ma'shar narrated to us, from Yazid bin Khusayfah al-Madani, from 'Amr bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b bin Malik al-Ansari, from his father, that the Prophet (saw) said: "If one of you suffers from an ailment, let him place his hand where he feels the pain, then say: 'I seek refuge in the glory of Allah and His power over all things from the evil of what I find,' saying that seven times."
And this hadith is narrated by Malik bin Anas from Yazid bin Khusayfah, from 'Amr bin 'Abdullah bin Ka'b bin Malik, from Nafi' bin Jubayr, from 'Uthman bin Abi al-'As, from the Prophet (saw).
