Transmeton Adij b. Hatimi: E pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjahut me qen, e ai tha: "Haje atë që qeni yt zë për ty, sepse kapja e tij është therja e tij. Por nëse me të gjen një qen tjetër dhe frikësohesh se ai mund ta ketë zënë së bashku me të dhe e ka mbytur, atëherë mos e ha atë. Ti e ke përmendur emrin e Allahut mbi qenin tënd, por nuk e ke përmendur mbi tjetrin." Gjithashtu e pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjahut me shtizë pa pendë, dhe ai u përgjigj në mënyrë të ngjashme.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ، فَقَالَ :" مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ كَلْبِكَ فَكُلْ، فَإِنَّ أَخْذَهُ ذَكَاتُهُ، وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ مَعَهُ كَلْبًا فَخَشِيتَ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ أَخَذَهُ مَعَهُ، وَقَدْ قَتَلَهُ، فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ، فَإِنَّكَ إِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ، وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ ". أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
Ya‘la bin ‘Ubayd informed us, Zakariyya narrated to us, from ‘Amir, from ‘Adi bin Hatim, who said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) about hunting with a dog, and he said: "Whatever your dog catches for you, eat it, for its catching it is its slaughtering. But if you find another dog with it and you fear that it might have caught it with it and killed it, then do not eat it; for you only mentioned the name of Allah over your dog and did not mention it over the other." Abu Nu‘aym informed us, Zakariyya narrated to us, from ‘Amir, from ‘Adi bin Hatim, who said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) about hunting with a featherless arrow (al-mi‘rad), and he mentioned the same as it.

Transmeton Ibn Umeri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që mban një qen, përveç qenit të gjuetisë ose të bagëtisë, do t'i pakësohen shpërblimet e punëve të tij për çdo ditë nga dy kirate."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا إِلَّا كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ، نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ "
Abu Nu'aym informed us, Sufyan narrated to us, from 'Abdullah bin Dinar, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever keeps a dog, except a hunting dog or a livestock dog, two qirats shall be deducted from his deeds every day."

Transmeton Sufjan bin Ebi Zuhejri: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: "Kushdo që mban një qen i cili nuk i shërben për ruajtjen e mbjelljeve apo të bagëtive, do t'i pakësohet shpërblimi i veprave të tij për çdo ditë nga një kirat." Njerëzit e pyetën: "A e ke dëgjuar vërtet këtë nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)?" Ai u përgjigj: "Po, për Zotin e kësaj xhamie!"
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ ، عَنْ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ نَاسًا مَعَهُ عِنْدَ بَاب الْمَسْجِدِ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ :" مَنْ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُ زَرْعًا وَلَا ضَرْعًا، نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ ". قَالُوا : أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ : إِي وَرَبِّ هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ
Al-Hakam ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khusayfah, from al-Sa'ib ibn Yazid, that he heard Sufyan ibn Abi Zuhayr narrating to some people with him at the gate of the mosque, saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: "Whoever keeps a dog that is not for guarding crops or livestock, one qirat is deducted from his [reward for] deeds every day." They asked: "Did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)?" He replied: "Yes, by the Lord of this mosque."

Transmeton Abdullah bin Mugaffeli: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi vrasjen e qenve, pastaj tha: "Ç'punë kam unë me qentë?", dhe më pas dha leje për mbajtjen e qenit të tufës dhe qenit të gjuetisë.
أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " مَا بَالِي وَلِلْكِلَابِ؟ "، ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ فِي كَلْبِ الرَّعْيِ وَكَلْبِ الصَّيْدِ
Wahb bin Jarir informed us, Shu'bah related to us, on the authority of Abu al-Tayyah, from Mutarrif, from Abdullah bin Mughaffal, that the Prophet (pbuh) ordered the killing of dogs, then he said: "What is the matter with me and the dogs?" Then he granted a concession regarding the herding dog and the hunting dog.

Transmeton Ibën Omeri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi vrasjen e qenve.
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ "
Khalid bin Makhlad informed us, Malik narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) commanded the killing of dogs."

Transmeton Abdullah bin Mugafeli se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Sikur qentë të mos ishin një umet prej umeteve, do të kisha urdhëruar vrasjen e të gjithë atyre, por vritni prej tyre çdo qen që është plotësisht i zi."
Seid bin Amiri ka thënë: "El-Behim" do të thotë krejtësisht i zi.
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنْ الْأُمَمِ، لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا كُلِّهَا، وَلَكِنْ اقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ ". قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ : الْبَهِيمُ : الْأَسْوَدُ كُلُّهُ
We were informed by Sa'id bin 'Amir, who narrated to us from 'Awf, from al-Hasan, from 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Were it not that dogs are a nation among the nations, I would have ordered the killing of all of them; however, kill every jet-black one of them."
Commentary Sa'id bin 'Amir said: "Al-Bahim" means that which is entirely black.

Transmeton Adi bin Hatimi: E pyeta Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjuetisë me mi'rad (shigjetë pa pendë), e ai tha: "Nëse e godet prehun me majën e tij, haje, por nëse e godet me pjesën e tij të gjerë dhe e mbyt atë, ajo është e mbytur nga goditja (vekiidh), prandaj mos e hani."
أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمِعْرَاضِ، فَقَالَ :" إِذَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ، فَكُلْ، وَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَقَتَلَ، فَإِنَّهُ وَقِيذٌ، فَلَا تَأْكُلْ "
Sulayman ibn Harb informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi al-Safar, from al-Sha'bi, who said: I heard 'Adi ibn Hatim saying: I asked the Prophet (pbuh) about the weighted arrow (al-mi'rad), and he said: "If it strikes with its sharp edge, then eat; and if it strikes with its broad side and kills, then it is an animal killed by a blunt blow (waqidh), so do not eat."

Transmeton Abdullah bin Ebi Aufa: Kemi marrë pjesë në shtatë beteja së bashku me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe gjatë tyre kemi ngrënë karkaleca.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، قَالَ : " غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍنَأْكُلُ الْجَرَادَ "
Muhammad bin Yusuf informed us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ya'fur, from Abdullah bin Abi Awfa, who said: "We participated in seven military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), eating locusts."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejre: Një burrë e pyeti Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.): "Ne lundrojmë në det dhe marrim me vete pak ujë. Nëse marrim abdest me të, do të mbetemi të etur. A mund të marrim abdest me ujin e detit?" I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u përgjigj: "Uji i tij është i pastër, ndërsa e ngordhura e tij është e lejuar."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قِرَاءَةً، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ مِنْ آلِ الْأَزْرَقِ، أَنَّ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ وَهُوَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّا نَرْكَبُ الْبَحْرَ وَنَحْمِلُ مَعَنَا الْقَلِيلَ مِنْ الْمَاءِ، فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأْنَا بِهِ، عَطِشْنَا، أَفَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ مَاءِ الْبَحْرِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" هُوَ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ، الْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ "
Muhammad ibn al-Mubarak informed us, by recitation, from Malik, from Safwan ibn Sulaym, from Sa'id ibn Salamah of the family of al-Azraq, that al-Mughirah ibn Abi Burdah—who was a man from Banu Abd al-Dar—informed him that he heard Abu Hurayrah saying: A man asked the Prophet (pbuh), saying: "Indeed, we travel by sea and we carry with us a small amount of water; if we perform ablution with it, we will become thirsty. Shall we then perform ablution with seawater?" The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Its water is purifying, and its dead creatures are lawful."

Transmeton Xhabiri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na nisi në një ekspeditë me treqind burra. Na kaploi një uri e madhe derisa arritëm në breg të detit, ku gjetëm një krijesë që e kishte nxjerrë deti. Hëngrëm prej saj derisa trupat tanë u rimëkëmbën. Ebu Ubejde mori një nga brinjët e saj dhe e ngriti në këmbë, pastaj mori njeriun më të gjatë të ushtrisë mbi devenë më të madhe dhe ai kaloi nën të.
أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي : ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : " بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَلَاثِ مِئَةٍ،فَأَصَابَنَا جُوعٌ حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا الْبَحْرَ وَقَدْ قَذَفَ دَابَّةً، فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهَا حَتَّى ثَابَتْ أَجْسَامُنَا، فَأَخَذَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ ضِلْعًا مِنْ أَضْلَاعِهَا فَوَضَعَهُ، ثُمَّ حَمَلَ أَطْوَلَ رَجُلٍ فِي الْجَيْشِ عَلَى أَعْظَمِ بَعِيرٍ فِي الْجَيْشِ فَمَرَّ تَحْتَهُ، هَذَا مَعْنَاهُ "
Zakariya ibn Adi informed us, Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr—meaning Ibn Dinar—from Jabir, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) dispatched us in a company of three hundred, and we were afflicted by hunger until we reached the sea, and it had cast up a beast. We ate from it until our bodies regained their strength. Abu ‘Ubaydah then took one of its ribs and set it up; then he mounted the tallest man in the army upon the largest camel in the army, and he passed under it—this is its meaning."

Transmeton Enesi: Kur ishim në Merru az-Zahran, nxorëm një lepur. Njerëzit vrapuan pas tij derisa u lodhën, ndërsa unë e kapa dhe ia dërgova Ebu Talhas. Ai e theri dhe ia dërgoi ijët apo kofshët e tij – dyshon Shu'beja – të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), dhe ai (s.a.v.s.) e pranoi atë.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : هِشَامُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ أَخْبَرَنِي، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، يَقُولُ :أَنْفَجْنَا أَرْنَبًا وَنَحْنُ بِمَرِّ الظَّهْرَانِ ، فَسَعَى الْقَوْمُ فَلَغِبُوا، فَأَخَذْتُهَا وَجِئْتُ بِهَا إِلَى أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، فَذَبَحَهَا وَبَعَثَ بِوَرِكَيْهَا أَوْ فَخِذَيْهَا، شَكَّ شُعْبَةُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَقَبِلَهَا "
Abu al-Walid informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn Zayd ibn Anas informed me, he said: I heard Anas ibn Malik saying: We flushed out a rabbit while we were at Marr al-Zahran, and the people chased it until they became exhausted. I caught it and brought it to Abu Talhah, who slaughtered it and sent its haunches or its thighs—Shu'bah was in doubt—to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he accepted it.

Transmeton Muhamed bin Safvani: Ai kaloi pranë Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) me dy lepuj të varur dhe i tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, i gjuajta këta dy lepuj te delet e familjes sime, por nuk gjeta mjet prej hekuri për t'i therrur, kështu që i thera me një gur të mprehtë. A mund t'i ha?" Ai u përgjigj: "Po."
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ ، أَنَّهُ مَرَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَرْنَبَيْنِ مُعَلِّقُهُمَا، فَقَالَ : " يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّيدَخَلْتُ غَنَمَ أَهْلِي فَاصْطَدْتُ هَذَيْنِ الْأَرْنَبَيْنِ، فَلَمْ أَجِدْ حَدِيدَةً أُذَكِّيهِمَا بِهَا، فَذَكَّيْتُهُمَا بِمَرْوَةٍ، أَفَآكُلُ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ "
Yazid bin Harun informed us, Dawud bin Abi Hind informed us, from 'Amir, from Muhammad bin Safwan, that he passed by the Prophet (pbuh) while carrying two rabbits he had hanging, and he said: "O Messenger of Allah, I was among my family's sheep and caught these two rabbits, but I did not find an iron tool to slaughter them with, so I slaughtered them with a sharp flint stone. Should I eat them?" He said: "Yes."

Transmeton Ibn Omari: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u pyet rreth ngrënies së hardhucës (dhabit), e ai u përgjigj: "Unë nuk e ha atë, por as nuk e ndaloj."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الضَّبِّ، فَقَالَ :" لَسْتُ بِآكِلِهِ وَلَا مُحَرِّمِهِ "
Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, from Sufyan, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) was asked about the spiny-tailed lizard, and he said: "I am not an eater of it, nor am I its prohibitor."

Transmeton Thabit bin Vedia: Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) i sollën një hardhucë (dab), e ai tha: "Është një popull që u shndërrua (në kafshë), e Allahu e di më së miri."
أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ وَدِيعَةَ ، قَالَ : أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِضَبٍّ، فَقَالَ :" أُمَّةٌ مُسِخَتْ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ "
Sahl ibn Hammad informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, al-Hakam narrated to us, who said: I heard Zayd ibn Wahb narrating from al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, from Thabit ibn Wadi'ah, who said: A mastigure was brought to the Prophet (pbuh), and he said: "A nation was transformed, and Allah knows best."

Transmeton Halid bin el-Velidi: Ai hyri bashkë me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) te Mejmuneja, bashkëshortja e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), e cila ishte tezja e tij dhe e Ibn Abasit. Aty gjetën një hardhucë të pjekur (dhab) që e kishte sjellë motra e saj, Hufejda bint el-Harithi, nga Nexhdi. Hardhuca iu servir të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Ai rrallëherë e zgjaste dorën drejt ushqimit pa u njoftuar paraprakisht se çfarë ishte. Kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e zgjati dorën drejt hardhucës, njëra nga gratë e pranishme tha: "Tregoni të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) se çfarë i keni servirur." Ato thanë: "Kjo është hardhucë." Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e tërhoqi dorën e tij. Halid bin el-Velidi e pyeti: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, a është e ndaluar (haram)?" Ai u përgjigj: "Jo, por kjo nuk gjendej në tokën e popullit tim, prandaj ndiej prapësi ndaj saj." أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ الَّذِي يُقَالُ لَهُ سَيْفُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ خَالَتُهُ وَخَالَةُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَوَجَدَ عِنْدَهَا ضَبًّا مَحْنُوذًا قَدِمَتْ بِهِ أُخْتُهَا حُفَيْدَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ مِنْ نَجْدٍ ، فَقَدَّمَتْ الضَّبَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكَانَ قَلَّمَا يُقَدِّمُ يَدَهُ لِطَعَامٍ حَتَّى يُحَدَّثَ بِهِ وَيُسَمَّى لَهُ، فَأَهْوَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ إِلَى الضَّبِّ، فَقَالَتْ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ نِسْوَةِ الْحُضُورِ : أَخْبِرْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا قَدَّمْتُنَّ لَهُ. قُلْنَ : هَذَا الضَّبُّ، فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ، فَقَالَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ :أَتُحَرِّمُ الضَّبَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ : " لَا، وَلَكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِأَرْضِ قَوْمِي، فَأَجِدُنِي أَعَافُهُ ". قَالَ خَالِدٌ : فَاجْتَرَرْتُهُ فَأَكَلْتُهُ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْظُرُ، فَلَمْ يَنْهَنِي
Abdullah ibn Salih informed us, saying: al-Layth narrated to me, saying: Yunus narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, that he said: Abu Umamah ibn Sahl ibn Hunayf al-Ansari informed me that Abdullah ibn Abbas informed him that Khalid ibn al-Walid, who is called the Sword of Allah, informed him that he entered with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) upon Maymunah, the wife of the Prophet (pbuh), who was his maternal aunt and the maternal aunt of Ibn Abbas. They found with her a roasted spiny-tailed lizard that her sister Hufaydah bint al-Harith had brought from Najd. She presented the lizard to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). He would rarely reach his hand toward food until he was told what it was and it was named for him. So, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) reached his hand toward the lizard, and a woman from among the women present said: "Inform the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) of what you have presented to him." They said: "This is a lizard." Then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) withdrew his hand. Khalid ibn al-Walid asked: "Is the lizard forbidden, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "No, but it was not found in the land of my people, so I find that I dislike it." Khalid said: "Then I pulled it toward me and ate it, while the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was watching, and he did not forbid me."

Transmeton Ebu Vakid el-Lejthi: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) erdhi në Medine, ndërsa njerëzit u pritnin gungat deveve dhe bishtat e dhjamtë dhenve. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Çfarëdo që i pritet kafshës derisa ajo është e gjallë, konsiderohet e ngordhur (cofëtirë)."
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ : أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ ، وَالنَّاسُ يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الْإِبِلِ وَأَلْيَاتِ الْغَنَمِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَا قُطِعَ مِنْ بَهِيمَةٍ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ، فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ "
Ubayd Allah bin Abd al-Majid informed us, Abd al-Rahman bin Abd Allah bin Dinar narrated to us, Zayd bin Aslam narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman said: I reckon it was from 'Ata' bin Yasar, from Abu Waqid al-Laythi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) arrived in Medina while the people were cutting off the humps of camels and the fat-tails of sheep. So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whatever is cut from an animal while it is alive is carrion."
