227 - (57)
Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Musa bin Talha, nga babai i tij (r.a.), i cili ka thënë:
«Isha me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.), kur ai kaloi pranë disa njerëzve që po pllenonin hurmat, dhe tha: Çfarë po bëjnë këta? Thashë: Po pllenojnë hurmat, duke vendosur mashkullin te femra. Ai tha: Nuk mendoj se kjo u bën ndonjë dobi. Pastaj tha: Nëse u bën dobi atyre, le ta bëjnë, mos më merrni për bazë për mendimin tim, por kur t'ju them diçka nga Allahu i Madhëruar, unë nuk gënjej asgjë për Allahun».

Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë).
٢٢٧ - (57) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ﵁، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَأَتَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ يُلَقِّحُونَ النَّخْلَ، فَقَالَ: مَا يَصْنَعُ هَؤُلَاءِ؟ قُلْتُ: يُلَقِّحُونَ النَّخْلَ، يَجْعَلُونَ الذَّكَرَ فِي الْأُنْثَى، قَالَ: مَا أَظُنُّ هَذَا يُغْنِي شَيْئًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ يَنْفَعُهُمْ فَلْيَصْنَعُوهُ، لَا تُؤَاخِذُونِي بِالظَّنِّ، وَلَكِنْ إِذَا قُلْتُ لَكُمْ شَيْئًا عَنِ اللهِ ﷿، فَإِنِّي لَا أَكْذِبُ عَلَى اللهِ شَيْئًا».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Simak bin Harb, from Musa bin Talhah, from his father (ra), who said:
"I was with the Prophet (saw) when he came across some people pollinating palm trees. He asked: 'What are these people doing?' I said: 'They are pollinating the palm trees, putting the male into the female.' He said: 'I do not think this will avail anything.' Then he said: 'If it benefits them, let them do it. Do not hold me accountable for my opinion, but if I tell you something from Allah (azwj), then I never tell a lie against Allah.'"

(57) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is an addition (Yunus narrated to us, he said).

228 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selami dhe Jezid bin Ata, nga Simaku, nga Musa bin Talha, nga babai i tij (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Një ditë i përmendëm të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kafshët që kalonin para nesh ndërsa ne falnim namaz. Ai tha: 'Le të vendosë secili prej jush para vetes diçka si mbështetësja e shalës dhe pastaj nuk e dëmton atë çfarëdo që kalon para tij'.»
٢٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ﵁، قَالَ: «ذَكَرْنَا يَوْمًا لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ، وَنَحْنُ نُصَلِّي، فَقَالَ: لِيَضَعْ أَحَدُكُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِثْلَ مُؤْخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُ مَا مَرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ».
228 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam and Yazid bin 'Ata' narrated to us, from Simak, from Musa bin Talhah, from his father (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "One day we mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) the animals that pass in front of us while we are praying. So he said: 'Let one of you place in front of him something like the back of a saddle, and then whatever passes in front of him will not harm him.'"

٢٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ لَهُمْ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ﵁ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ
229 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from a Shaykh of theirs, from Talhah ibn 'Ubaydullah (ra) that the Prophet (saw) was asked about the meat of game (hunted animals)
