Transmeton Ibn Abbasi: Një grua kishte bërë nezer që ta kryente Haxhin, por vdiq pa e kryer atë. Vëllai i saj erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe e pyeti për këtë. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha: "Sikur ajo të kishte ndonjë borxh, a do ta shlyeje ti?" Ai tha: "Po." Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Shlyejani borxhin Allahut, sepse Allahu e meriton më së shumti përmbushjen e obligimit."
أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَحُجَّ فَمَاتَتْ، فَجَاءَ أَخُوهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَوْ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتَ قَاضِيَهُ؟ ". قَالَ : نَعَمْ. قَالَ :" فَاقْضُوا اللَّهَ، فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ بِالْوَفَاءِ "
Sahl ibn Hammad informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas: that a woman vowed to perform Hajj but then died. Her brother came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and asked him about that. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to him: "If she had a debt, would you have settled it?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then fulfill [the debt to] Allah, for Allah is more deserving of fulfillment."

Transmeton Omeri: I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), unë kisha bërë një zotim në kohën e xhahilijetit, e pastaj erdhi Islami." Ai tha: "Përmbushe zotimin tënd!"
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ نَذْرًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ؟ قَالَ :" فِ بِنَذْرِكَ "
Abdullah bin Sa'id narrated to us, Hafs narrated to us, Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from 'Umar, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah (pbuh), indeed I made a vow during the pre-Islamic period of ignorance, then Islam came?" He (pbuh) said: "Fulfill your vow."

Transmeton Ukbe bin Amir el-Xhuheni: Motra ime u betua që të kryente haxhin për Allahun në këmbë dhe pa mbulesë në kokë. Unë ia përmenda këtë të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), e ai tha: "Urdhëroje motrën tënde që të mbulohet, të udhëtojë me mjet (të hipë) dhe të agjërojë tri ditë."
أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الرُّعَيْنِيّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، قالَ : نَذَرَتْ أُخْتِي أَنْ تَحُجَّ لِلَّهِ مَاشِيَةً غَيْرَ مُخْتَمِرَةٍ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ :" مُرْ أُخْتَكَ فَلْتَخْتَمِرْ، وَلْتَرْكَبْ، وَلْتَصُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ "
Ja'far ibn 'Awn informed us, Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn Zahr, from Abu Sa'id al-Ru'ayni, from 'Abd Allah ibn Malik, from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir al-Juhani, who said: "My sister vowed to perform Hajj for Allah on foot and without a head-covering. I mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he said: 'Command your sister to wear a head-covering, to ride, and to fast for three days.'"

Transmeton Ibn Abasi: Motra e Ukbes u zotua se do të udhëtonte në këmbë deri te Shtëpia (Qabeja), ndërsa i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Vërtet, Allahu nuk ka nevojë për zotimin e motrës sate; le të udhëtojë me mjet dhe le të ofrojë një kurban."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ أُخْتَ عُقْبَةَ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنْ نَذْرِ أُخْتِكَ، لِتَرْكَبْ وَلْتُهْدِ هَدْيًا "
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi informed us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed me, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas: that the sister of 'Uqbah vowed to walk to the House, so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah is free from need of your sister's vow; let her ride and let her offer a sacrificial animal."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejra: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) pa një të moshuar që po ecte i mbështetur mes dy djemve të tij dhe pyeti: "Çfarë është puna e këtij të moshuari?" Djemtë e tij u përgjigjën: "Ai është zotuar të ecë (në këmbë)." Atëherë ai tha: "Hipi (mjetit), sepse Allahu nuk ka nevojë as për ty, e as për zotimin tënd."
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدْرَكَ شَيْخًا يَمْشِي بَيْنَ ابْنَيْهِ، فَقَالَ : " مَا شَأْنُ هَذَا الشَّيْخِ؟ "، فَقَالَ ابْنَاهُ : نَذَرَ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ، فَقَالَ :" ارْكَبْ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْكَ وَعَنْ نَذْرِكَ "
Sa'id bin Mansur narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Muhammad narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Abi 'Amr, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah: that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) encountered an old man walking between his two sons and said, "What is the matter with this old man?" His two sons said, "He vowed to walk." He said, "Ride, for Allah is indeed in no need of you or your vow."

Transmeton Imran bin Husajni: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Nuk ka përmbushje të zotimit në mosbindje ndaj Allahut, e as në atë që nuk e posedon biri i Ademit."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا وَفَاءَ لِنَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ، وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ "
Abu Nu'aym informed us, Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from Imran bin Husayn, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "There is no fulfillment of a vow in disobedience to Allah, nor in what the son of Adam does not possess."

Transmeton Ajsheja se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kush zotohet se do t'i bindet Allahut, le t'i bindet Atij; ndërsa kush zotohet se do t'i bëjë mëkat Allahut, le të mos i bëjë mëkat Atij."
حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْأَيْلِيِّ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَطِيعَ اللَّهَ، فَلْيُطِعْهُ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَ اللَّهَ، فَلَا يَعْصِهِ "
Khalid bin Makhlad narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Talha bin Abd al-Malik al-Ayli, from al-Qasim bin Muhammad, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him; and whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Him."

Transmeton Xhabir bin Abdullahu: Një burrë tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë jam zotuar se nëse Allahu të jep fitore, do të fal namaz në Bejtul-Makdis". Ai i tha: "Falu këtu". Burri e përsëriti këtë tri herë, ndërsa Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) në fund i tha: "Atëherë vepro si të duash".
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي بَقِيَّةَ الْمُعَلِّمِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ إِنْ فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ؟ فَقَالَ :" صَلِّ هَاهُنَا ". فَأَعَادَ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " شَأْنُكَ إِذَنْ "
Hajjaj ibn Minhal narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Baqiyyah al-Mu'allim, from 'Ata ibn Abi Rabah, from Jabir ibn Abd Allah: that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have vowed that if Allah grants you victory, I will pray in Bayt al-Maqdis." He said, "Pray here." The man repeated it to him three times, so the Prophet (pbuh) said, "It is your affair then."

Transmeton Ibn Omeri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Vërtet zotimi (nedhri) nuk ndryshon asgjë, por përmes tij vetëm se nxirret pasuria nga koprraci."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ :" إِنَّ النَّذْرَ لَا يَرُدُّ شَيْئًا، وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الشَّحِيحِ "
Amr bin Awn informed us, Abu Awanah informed us, from Mansur, from Abdullah bin Murrah, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, the vow does not avert anything, and it is only something by which [wealth] is extracted from the miserly."

Transmeton Ibn Omeri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e arriti Omer ibn el-Hatabin teksa po udhëtonte me një grup dhe po betohej në babanë e tij. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Vërtet, Allahu ju ndalon të betoheni në baballarët tuaj. Kushdo që betohet, le të betohet në Allahun ose le të heshtë."
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ يَسِيرُ فِي رَكْبٍ، وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيه، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ، فَمَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا، فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللَّهِ، أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ "
Al-Hakam ibn al-Mubarak informed us, Malik ibn Anas narrated to us, from Nafi‘, from Ibn ‘Umar: that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) caught up with ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab while he was traveling in a group of riders, and he was swearing by his father. So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah forbids you from swearing by your fathers; so whoever is to swear an oath, let him swear by Allah or remain silent."

Transmeton Ibn Omeri: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që bën një betim e pastaj thotë: 'Në dashtë Allahu' (Insha-Allah), ai ka bërë përjashtim."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنِ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى "
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi informed us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (pbuh), who said: "Whoever takes an oath and then says, 'If Allah wills,' then he has made an exception."

Transmeton Ibnu Omeri: Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që betohet në një betim e pastaj thotë: 'Nëse dëshiron Allahu' (InshaAllah), ai ka të drejtë zgjedhjeje: nëse dëshiron e kryen atë dhe nëse dëshiron nuk e kryen."
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ : إِنْ شَاءَ فَعَلَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ "
Hajjaj informed us, Hammad ibn Salama narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever takes an oath and then says: 'If Allah wills,' then he has the choice: if he wishes, he fulfills it, and if he wishes, he does not."

Transmeton Ibn Abbasi: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i tha Ebu Bekrit: "Mos u beto."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ : "لَا تُقْسِمْ ". قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ : الْحَدِيثُ فِيهِ طُولٌ
Abdullah ibn Salih informed us, al-Layth narrated to me, Yunus narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Abdullah, from Ibn 'Abbas: That the Prophet (pbuh) said to Abu Bakr: "Do not swear."
Commentary Abu Muhammad said: The Hadith is lengthy.

Transmeton Adi bin Hatimi se një burrë i kërkoi diçka, e ai u betua se nuk do t'i jepte asgjë. Pastaj tha: Sikur të mos e kisha dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: "Kushdo që betohet për diçka, e pastaj sheh se diçka tjetër është më e mirë se ajo, le të veprojë atë që është më e mirë dhe le të bëjë shpagim për betimin e tij."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو هُوَ : ابْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو زَمَنَ الْجَمَاجِمِ يُحَدِّثُ، قَالَ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ ، فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يُعْطِيَهُ شَيْئًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ : لَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، فَلْيَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ، وَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ "
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Amr—who is Ibn Murrah—he said: I heard a man called Abd Allah bin Amr narrating during the time of al-Jamajim, he said: A man asked Adiy bin Hatim [for something], so he swore that he would not give him anything, then he said: "Had it not been that I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: 'Whoever takes an oath, then sees something else to be better than it, let him perform that which is better, and make expiation for his oath.'"

Transmeton Abdurrahman bin Semurah: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "O Abdurrahman bin Semurah, mos e kërko udhëheqjen, sepse nëse të jepet për shkak se e ke kërkuar, do të lihesh i vetëm me të, ndërsa nëse të jepet pa e kërkuar, do të ndihmohesh në të. Dhe nëse betohesh për diçka e pastaj sheh se diçka tjetër është më e mirë se ajo, atëherë bëj kefaret për betimin tënd dhe vepro atë që është më e mirë."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ،لَا تَسْأَلِ الْإِمَارَةَ فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ أُعْطِيتَهَا عَنْ مَسْأَلَةٍ، وُكِلْتَ إِلَيْهَا، وَإِنْ أُعْطِيتَهَا عِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ، أُعِنْتَ عَلَيْهَا. فَإِذَا حَلَفْتَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَيْتَ غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، فَكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ ". أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :. .. .. .. فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ الْحَدِيثِ
Muhammad ibn al-Fadl informed us, Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us, al-Hasan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samurah narrated to us, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "O 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samurah, do not seek leadership, for if you are given it as a result of asking, you will be left alone with it, and if you are given it without asking, you will be aided in it. And if you take an oath and then see something else to be better than it, then expiate for your oath and do that which is better." Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Muhammad ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan from Yunus, from al-Hasan, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: ... and he mentioned the likeness of the hadith.

Transmeton Esh-Sheridi: Shkova te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe i thashë: "Nëna ime e ka detyrim lirimin e një skllavi, ndërsa unë kam një skllave të zezë nubiane; a mjafton ajo për të?" Ai tha: "Thirre atë." Pastaj e pyeti: "A dëshmon se nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut?" Ajo tha: "Po." Ai tha: "Liroje atë, sepse ajo është besimtare."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ : إِنَّ عَلَى أُمِّي رَقَبَةً، وَإِنَّ عِنْدِي جَارِيَةً سَوْدَاءَ نُوبِيَّةً، أَفَتُجْزِئُ عَنْهَا؟. قَالَ : " ادْعُ بِهَا "، فَقَالَ :" أَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ؟ "، قَالَتْ : نَعَمْ. قَالَ : " أَعْتِقْهَا، فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ "
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi informed us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Amr, from Abu Salamah, from al-Sharid, who said: I came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said: "Indeed, my mother has an obligation to free a slave, and I have a black Nubian slave girl; will she suffice on her behalf?" He said: "Call her." So he said to her: "Do you testify that there is no god but Allah?" She said: "Yes." He said: "Free her, for she is a believer."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejra se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Betimi yt është sipas asaj që të beson bashkëbiseduesi yt (ai që kërkon betimin)."
أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" يَمِينُكَ عَلَى مَا يُصَدَّ قُكَ بِهِ صَاحِبُكَ "
Uthman bin Muhammad informed us, Hushaym narrated to us, Abdullah bin Abi Salih informed us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Your oath is according to what your companion believes you in."

Transmeton Ibën Umari: Betimi i të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), me të cilin ai betohej, ishte: "Jo, për Rrotulluesin e zemrave!"
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : كَانَتْ يَمِينُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّتِي يَحْلِفُ بِهَا" لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ "
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa informed us, from Sufyan, from Musa ibn 'Uqbah, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The oath of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) by which he used to swear was, "No, by the Turner of the hearts."
