1387 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hisham ed-Destuva'i, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, nga Hilal bin Ebi Mejmune, nga Ata bin Jesari, nga Rifa'ah bin Arabe el-Xhuheni, i cili ka thënë:
«Ishim me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) derisa arritëm në el-Kedid, ose tha: në Kudejd, ku disa burra prej nesh filluan të kërkonin leje për t'u kthyer te familjet e tyre dhe ai u dha leje. Atëherë ai e lavdëroi Allahun dhe foli fjalë të mira, e pastaj tha: "Çfarë u bë me ju, që ana e pemës që është pranë të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) është më e urryer për ju sesa ana tjetër?" Pas kësaj, nuk pe askënd prej njerëzve veçse duke qarë. Një burrë tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, ai që kërkon leje prej teje pas kësaj, është vërtet i pamend."
Ai (transmetuesi) tha: Atëherë ai e lavdëroi Allahun dhe foli fjalë të mira, e pastaj tha: "Dëshmoj para Allahut se nuk vdes asnjë rob që dëshmon se nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut dhe se Muhamedi është i Dërguari i Allahut, me sinqeritet nga zemra e tij, e pastaj qëndron i palëkundur në rrugën e drejtë, veçse do të hyjë në Xhenet." Dhe tha: "Zoti im më ka premtuar se do të fusë në Xhenet nga umeti im shtatëdhjetë mijë veta pa llogari dhe pa dënim, dhe unë shpresoj që ata të mos hyjnë derisa ju dhe ata që ishin të mirë nga bashkëshortet tuaja dhe pasardhësit tuaj, të zini vendet tuaja në Xhenet."»

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ،
عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ
رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ عَرَابَةَ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ
اللهِ - ﷺ - حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالْكَدِيدِ أَوْ قَالَ: بِقُدَيْدٍ
جَعَلَ رِجَالٌ مِنَّا يَسْتَأْذِنُونَ إِلَى أَهْلِيهِمْ فَيَأْذَنُ
لَهُمْ، فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَقَالَ خَيْرًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: مَا بَالُ شِقِّ
الشَّجَرَةِ الَّتِي تَلِي رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - أَبْغَضُ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنَ
الشِّقِّ الْآخَرِ، فَلَمْ تَرَ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ إِلَّا
بَاكِيًا، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ الَّذِي
يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ بَعْدَ هَذَا لَسَفِيهٌ. قَالَ: فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَقَالَ
خَيْرًا، وَقَالَ: أَشْهَدُ عِنْدَ اللهِ لَا يَمُوتُ عَبْدٌ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ صِدْقًا مِنْ
قَلْبِهِ ثُمَّ يُسَدِّدُ إِلَّا سُلِكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَقَالَ:
وَعَدَنِي رَبِّي أَنْ يُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعِينَ
أَلْفًا لَا حِسَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا عَذَابَ، وَإِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ
لَا يَدْخُلُوهَا حَتَّى تَبَوَّءُوا أَنْتُمْ وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ
أَزْوَاجِكُمْ وَذَرَارِيِّكُمْ مَسَاكِنَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ».
1387 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham ad-Dastawa'i narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from Hilal bin Abi Maymunah, from 'Ata bin Yasar, from Rifa'ah bin 'Araba al-Juhani, who said: "We were with the Messenger of Allah (saw) until we reached al-Kadid, or he said: Qudayd, some men among us began asking him for permission to return to their families, and he would grant them permission. Then he praised Allah and spoke well, then he said: 'What is the matter that the side of the tree which is near the Messenger of Allah (saw) is more hated by you than the other side?' At that, you could not see anyone from the people except that they were weeping. A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, indeed the one who asks your permission after this is surely a fool.' He said: Then he praised Allah and spoke well, and said: 'I bear witness before Allah that no servant dies testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, sincerely from his heart, and then remains upright, except that he will be ushered into Paradise.' And he said: 'My Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without account or punishment, and I hope that they will not enter it until you and those who were righteous among your spouses and your offspring have taken up dwellings in Paradise.'"
