602 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (146), na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu el-Bahteriun duke treguar nga Ebu Saidi, i cili ka thënë: «Kur zbriti ky ajet: ﴿إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللهِ وَالْفَتْحُ﴾ (Kur të vijë ndihma e Allahut dhe çlirimi), i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e lexoi atë derisa e përfundoi, pastaj tha: Unë dhe shokët e mi jemi një grup, ndërsa njerëzit e tjerë janë një grup tjetër. Nuk ka hixhret pas çlirimit (të Mekës).
Ebu Saidi tha: Ia tregova këtë hadith Mervan bin el-Hekemit - i cili ishte emir i Medines - e ai tha: Gënjeve. Pranë tij ishin Zejd bin Thabiti dhe Zejd bin Erkemi. Unë thashë: Sikur këta të dy të dëshironin, do të të tregonin, por ky (Zejdi) ka frikë se do ta largosh nga mbledhja e sadakasë, ndërsa ky tjetri ka frikë se do ta largosh nga udhëheqja e popullit të tij. Atëherë ai (Mervani) ngriti thuprën mbi mua, e kur ata të dy e panë këtë, thanë: Tha të vërtetën».

٦٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (146)، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: «لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ﴿إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللهِ وَالْفَتْحُ﴾ قَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَنَا وَأَصْحَابِي حَيِّزٌ، وَالنَّاسُ حَيِّزٌ، لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ.
قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ - وَكَانَ أَمِيرًا عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ - فَقَالَ: كَذَبْتَ، وَعِنْدَهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، وَزَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ ، فَقُلْتُ: أَمَا إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ لَوْ شَاءَا لَحَدَّثَاكَ، وَلَكِنَّ هَذَا يَخْشَى أَنْ تَنْزِعَهُ عَنِ الصَّدَقَةِ، وَهَذَا يَخْشَى أَنْ تَنْزِعَهُ عَنْ عِرَافَةِ قَوْمِهِ، فَرَفَعَ عَلَيَّ الدِّرَّةَ، فَلَمَّا رَأَيَا ذَلِكَ قَالَا: صَدَقَ».

602 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud (146) narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he heard Abu al-Bakhtari narrating from Abu Sa'id, who said: "When this verse was revealed: {When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest}, the Messenger of Allah (saw) recited it until he finished it, then he said: 'I and my companions are one group, and the people are another group; there is no migration after the conquest.'
Abu Sa'id said: So I narrated this hadith to Marwan ibn al-Hakam - and he was the governor of Madinah - and he said: 'You have lied,' while Zayd ibn Thabit and Zayd ibn Arqam were with him. I said: 'Indeed, if these two wished, they would have narrated it to you, but this one fears that you will remove him from the collection of charity, and this one fears that you will remove him from the leadership of his people.' So he raised the whip against me, and when they saw that, they said: 'He has spoken the truth.'"

603 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Vuhejbi, nga Davud bin Ebi Hind, nga Ebu Nadra, nga Ebu Saidi, i cili ka thënë:
«Kur ndërroi jetë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), u ngritën oratorët e Ensarëve dhe disa prej tyre filluan të thonë: O ju Muhaxhirë, Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur dërgonte një burrë prej jush, e shoqëronte atë me një burrë prej nesh, andaj ne mendojmë që këtë çështje (udhëheqjen) ta marrin përsipër dy burra, një burrë prej jush dhe një burrë prej nesh. Atëherë u ngrit Zejd bin Thabiti dhe tha: Vërtet Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ishte nga Muhaxhirët, ndërsa ne ishim Ensarët (ndihmëtarët) e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), prandaj Imami duhet të jetë nga Muhaxhirët, kurse ne jemi ndihmëtarët e tij ashtu siç ishim ndihmëtarët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.). Atëherë Ebu Bekri (r.a.) tha: Allahu ju shpërbleftë me të mira si fis, o ju Ensarë, dhe e forcoftë atë që foli; pasha Allahun, po të thoshit diçka tjetër përveç kësaj, ne nuk do të pajtoheshim me ju».
٦٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: «لَمَّا تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَامَ خُطَبَاءُ الْأَنْصَارِ، فَجَعَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ يَقُولُ: يَا مَعْشَرَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا بَعَثَ رَجُلًا مِنْكُمْ قَرَنَهُ بِرَجُلٍ مِنَّا، فَنَحْنُ نَرَى أَنْ يَلِيَ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ رَجُلَانِ، رَجُلٌ مِنْكُمْ وَرَجُلٌ مِنَّا، فَقَامَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، فَكُنَّا أَنْصَارَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَإِنَّمَا يَكُونُ الْإِمَامُ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، وَنَحْنُ أَنْصَارُهُ كَمَا كُنَّا أَنْصَارَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ﵀: جَزَاكُمُ اللهُ مِنْ حَيٍّ خَيْرًا يَا مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْصَارِ، وَثَبَّتَ قَائِلَكُمْ، وَاللهِ لَوْ قُلْتُمْ غَيْرَ هَذَا مَا صَالَحْنَاكُمْ».
603 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Wuhaib narrated to us, from Dawud bin Abi Hind, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id, who said:

"When the Messenger of Allah (saw) passed away, the speakers of the Ansar stood up. Some of them began saying: 'O assembly of the Muhajirun, indeed, whenever the Messenger of Allah (saw) appointed a man from among you, he would pair him with a man from among us. Therefore, we see that two men should take charge of this matter: a man from among you and a man from among us.'

Then Zaid bin Thabit stood up and said: 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (saw) was from the Muhajirun, and we were the Ansar (helpers) of the Messenger of Allah (saw). Thus, the Imam shall only be from the Muhajirun, and we are his helpers just as we were the helpers of the Messenger of Allah (saw).'

Thereupon, Abu Bakr (ra) said: 'May Allah reward you with goodness as a tribe, O assembly of Ansar, and may He keep your speaker firm. By Allah, had you said anything other than this, we would not have made peace with you.'"

604 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katadeja, nga Enesi, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: «Hëngrëm syfyr me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.), pastaj dolëm për në namaz.»
٦٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: «تَسَحَّرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ خَرَجْنَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ».
604 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from Zayd bin Thabit, who said: "We ate the pre-dawn meal with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), then we went out to the prayer."

605 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Imran el-Kattan, nga Katade, nga Enesi, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) shikoi drejt Jemenit e tha: 'O Allah, ktheji zemrat e tyre (nga ne)!', pastaj shikoi drejt Shamit e tha: 'O Allah, ktheji zemrat e tyre (nga ne)!', pastaj shikoi drejt Irakut e tha: 'O Allah, ktheji zemrat e tyre (nga ne)! Dhe na jep bereqet në sa'in tonë dhe në mudd-in tonë'.»
٦٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: «نَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قِبَلَ الْيَمَنِ، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ، ثُمَّ نَظَرَ قِبَلَ الشَّامِ، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ ثُمَّ نَظَرَ قِبَلَ الْعِرَاقِ، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَمُدِّنَا».
605 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, 'Imran al-Qattan narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from Zayd ibn Thabit, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) looked towards Yemen and said: "O Allah, bring their hearts forward." Then he looked towards Ash-Sham and said: "O Allah, bring their hearts forward." Then he looked towards Iraq and said: "O Allah, bring their hearts forward, and bless us in our Sa' and our Mudd."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Muhamed bin Thabiti, nga babai i tij Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: «Eca bashkë me Enesin dhe ai filloi t'i bënte hapat e shkurtër, e pastaj tha: O Thabit, përse nuk më pyet se pse po veproj kështu me ty? Ai tha: E përse po e bën këtë? Tha: Unë kam ecur me Zejd bin Thabitin dhe ai veproi kështu me mua, e më tha: Përse nuk më pyet se pse po veproj kështu me ty? Tha: E pyeta atë, dhe Zejdi tha: Kështu veproi me mua i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe më tha: O Zejd, a e di pse po veproj kështu me ty? Thashë: E përse e bëre këtë? Tha: Desha që të na shtohen hapat tanë drejt xhamisë».
٦٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: «مَشَيْتُ مَعَ أَنَسٍ فَجَعَلَ يُقَارِبُ بَيْنَ الْخُطَى، فَقَالَ: يَا ثَابِتُ، لِمَ لَا تَسْأَلُنِي لِمَ أَفْعَلُ بِكَ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: وَلِمَ تَفْعَلُهُ؟ قَالَ: إِنِّي مَشَيْتُ مَعَ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، فَفَعَلَ بِي مِثْلَ هَذَا، وَقَالَ: لِمَ لَا تَسْأَلُنِي لِمَ أَفْعَلُ بِكَ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَقَالَ زَيْدٌ : هَكَذَا فَعَلَ بِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَقَالَ لِي: يَا زَيْدُ، أَتَدْرِي لِمَ أَفْعَلُ بِكَ هَذَا؟ قُلْتُ: وَلِمَ فَعَلْتَهُ؟ قَالَ: أَرَدْتُ أَنْ تَكْثُرَ خُطَانَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ».
606 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Thabit narrated to us, from his father Thabit, who said: "I walked with Anas, and he began to take short steps. He said: 'O Thabit, why do you not ask me why I am doing this to you?' He said: 'And why are you doing it?' He said: 'Indeed, I walked with Zayd ibn Thabit, and he did the same to me, and he said: Why do you not ask me why I am doing this to you?' He said: 'So I asked him, and Zayd said: This is what the Messenger of Allah (saw) did with me, and he said to me: O Zayd, do you know why I am doing this to you? I said: And why did you do it? He said: I wanted our steps to the mosque to be many.'"

607 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Adij bën Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bën Jezid el-Ensariun duke treguar nga Zejd bën Thabiti, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), kur u nis për në Uhud, një grup prej atyre që ishin me të u kthyen mbrapa. Shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) u ndanë në dy grupe lidhur me ta; njëri grup thoshte: 'T'i vrasim', ndërsa grupi tjetër thoshte: 'Jo'. Atëherë zbriti ky ajet: ﴿فَمَا لَكُمْ فِي الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِئَتَيْنِ وَاللهُ أَرْكَسَهُمْ بِمَا كَسَبُوا﴾ 'E ç'është me ju që rreth munafikëve (hipokritëve) jeni ndarë në dy grupe, kur Allahu i përmbysi ata për shkak të asaj që vepruan', deri në fund të ajetit."
٦٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «لَمَّا خَرَجَ إِلَى أُحُدٍ رَجَعَتْ طَائِفَةٌ مِمَّنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ، فَكَانَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِيهِمْ فِرْقَتَيْنِ; فِرْقَةً تَقُولُ: نَقْتُلُهُمْ، وَفِرْقَةً تَقُولُ: لَا، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ﴿فَمَا لَكُمْ فِي الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِئَتَيْنِ وَاللهُ أَرْكَسَهُمْ بِمَا كَسَبُوا﴾ الْآيَةَ كُلَّهَا».
607 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Adi ibn Thabit, who said: I heard 'Abdullah ibn Yazid al-Ansari narrating from Zayd ibn Thabit, that when the Messenger of Allah (saw) went out to Uhud, a group of those who were with him returned. The companions of the Prophet (saw) were divided into two groups regarding them; one group said: "We should kill them," and another group said: "No."

Then this verse was revealed: {What is [the matter] with you that you are two groups concerning the hypocrites while Allah has made them fall back [into error and disbelief] for what they earned?} the entire verse.

608 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Adij b. Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah b. Jezid el-Ensariun duke treguar nga Zejd b. Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Ajo është Tajbe, dhe ajo e largon ndyrësinë e saj, ashtu siç zjarri e largon ndyrësinë e argjendit».
٦٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّهَا طَيْبَةُ، وَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِي خَبَثَهَا، كَمَا تَنْفِي النَّارُ خَبَثَ الْفِضَّةِ».
608 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Adi bin Thabit, who said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Yazid al-Ansari narrating from Zaid bin Thabit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "It is Taybah, and it expels its impurities just as fire expels the dross of silver."

609 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Ibrahim b. Sa'di, nga ez-Zuhriu, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ubejd b. es-Sebbaku, se Zejd b. Thabiti i ka treguar atij, duke thënë: «Më dërgoi fjalë Ebu Bekri (r.a.) pas vrasjes së njerëzve në Jemame, dhe kur shkova te ai, aty ishte edhe Omer b. el-Hattabi (r.a.). Atëherë (Ebu Bekri) tha: Ky (Omeri) më erdhi dhe më njoftoi se vrasja është shpeshtuar në mesin e lexuesve të Kuranit - domethënë në ditën e Jemames - dhe unë kam frikë se vrasja do të shpeshtohet ndaj lexuesve të Kuranit edhe në vendet e tjera, e kështu do të humbasë Kurani. Unë mendoj se ti duhet ta mbledhësh atë. Unë i thashë: Si do të bëni një gjë që nuk e ka bërë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)? Pasha Allahun, sikur të më ngarkonin me zhvendosjen e një mali prej maleve, do të ishte më e dashur për mua sesa kjo që më ngarkuan».
٦٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ السَّبَّاقِ ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ: «أَرْسَلَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ ﵁ مَقْتَلَ أَهْلِ الْيَمَامَةِ، وَإِذَا عِنْدَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، ﵁، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا أَتَانِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ الْقَتْلَ قَدِ اسْتَحَرَّ بِقُرَّاءِ الْقُرْآنِ - يَعْنِي يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ - وَإِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَسْتَحِرَّ الْقَتْلُ بِقُرَّاءِ الْقُرْآنِ فِي سَائِرِ الْمَوَاطِنِ، فَيَذْهَبَ الْقُرْآنُ، وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ أَنْ تَجْمَعَهُ، فَقُلْتُ: كَيْفَ تَفْعَلُونَ أَمْرًا لَمْ يَفْعَلْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ فَوَاللهِ لَوْ كَلَّفُونِي نَقْلَ جَبَلٍ مِنَ الْجِبَالِ كَانَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا كَلَّفُونِي».
609 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, who said: 'Ubayd ibn al-Sabbaq informed me that Zayd ibn Thabit narrated to him, saying: "Abu Bakr (ra) sent for me after the slaughter of the people of al-Yamama, and Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) was there with him. He said: 'This man (Umar) came to me and informed me that the killing has intensified among the reciters of the Qur'an—meaning on the day of al-Yamama—and I fear that the killing will intensify among the reciters of the Qur'an in other places, and thus the Qur'an will be lost. I have seen that you should collect it.' I said: 'How can you do something that the Messenger of Allah (saw) did not do?' By Allah, if they had tasked me with moving one of the mountains, it would have been more beloved to me than what they tasked me with."

610 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Ibrahim bin Sa'di, nga ez-Zuhriu, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Harixhe bin Zejdi, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: «Më mungonte një ajet që e kisha dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke e lexuar, kështu që e kërkova dhe e gjeta te Huzejme bin Thabiti: ﴿Prej besimtarëve ka burra që e vërtetuan besën e dhënë Allahut﴾, dhe e bashkëngjita në suren e saj.»
٦١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: «افْتَقَدْتُ آيَةً كُنْتُ أَسْمَعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَؤُهَا، فَالْتَمَسْتُهَا، فَوَجَدْتُهَا عِنْدَ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: ﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللهَ عَلَيْهِ﴾، فَأَلْحَقْتُهَا فِي سُورَتِهَا».
610 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, who said: Kharijah ibn Zayd informed me, from Zayd ibn Thabit, who said: "I missed a verse that I used to hear the Messenger of Allah (saw) reciting, so I searched for it and found it with Khuzaymah ibn Thabit: {Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah}, so I attached it to its Surah."

611 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Abdurrahman bin Ebi ez-Zinadi, nga babai i tij, nga Harixhe bin Zejdi, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, kjo pasuri është e gjelbër dhe e ëmbël, andaj mos i shitni frytet derisa të shfaqet pjekuria e tyre.»
٦١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «إِنَّ هَذَا الْمَالَ خَضِرٌ حُلْوٌ، فَلَا تَبِيعُوا الثِّمَارَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا».
611 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from his father, from Kharijah ibn Zayd, from his father, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Indeed, this wealth is green and sweet, so do not sell fruits until their ripeness becomes apparent."

٦١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ السَّبَّاقِ ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ، حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: «فَقَدْتُ آيَةً كُنْتُ أَسْمَعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ بِهَا، فَالْتَمَسْتُهَا، فَوَجَدْتُهَا عِنْدَ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: ﴿لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ﴾، الْآيَةَ، فَأَلْحَقْتُهَا فِي سُورَتِهَا».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, 'Ubayd ibn al-Sabbaq narrated to us, that Zayd ibn Thabit narrated to him, saying: "I missed a verse that I used to hear the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) reciting, so I searched for it, and I found it with Khuzaymah ibn Thabit: {There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves}, the verse, so I attached it to its Surah."

613 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Kajs bin er-Rebi', nga er-Rukejn bin er-Rebi', nga el-Kasim bin Hassan, i cili ka thënë: «Më dërgoi Vedi'ah el-Ensari te Zejd bin Thabiti për ta pyetur rreth namazit të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) në kohë frike (namazi i frikës). Shkova tek ai dhe e pyeta, e ai tregoi se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u priu shokëve të tij në namaz duke i ndarë në dy grupe: një grup përballë armikut dhe një grup me të. Ai fali me ata që ishin pranë tij një rekat, pastaj ata shkuan në pozicionet e vëllezërve të tyre, pastaj erdhën të tjerët dhe ai fali me ta një rekat. Kështu, Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) fali dy rekate, ndërsa njerëzit falën nga një rekat.»
٦١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، قَالَ: «أَرْسَلَنِي وَدِيعَةُ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ إِلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْخَوْفِ، فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ، فَفَرَّقَهُمْ: فِرْقَةً تِلْقَاءَ وُجُوهِ عَدُوِّهِمْ، وَفِرْقَةً تِلْقَاءَهُ، فَصَلَّى بِالَّذِينِ يَلُونَهُ رَكْعَةً، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقُوا إِلَى مَصَافِّ إِخْوَانِهِمْ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْآخَرُونَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً، فَكَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ رَكْعَتَانِ، وَلِلْقَوْمِ رَكْعَةٌ رَكْعَةٌ».
613 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Qays ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, from al-Rukayn ibn al-Rabi', from al-Qasim ibn Hassan, who said: "Wadi'ah al-Ansari sent me to Zayd ibn Thabit to ask him about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (saw) during fear. So I went to him and asked him, and he narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw) prayed with his companions, and he divided them: one group facing the enemy, and one group facing him. He prayed one rak'ah with those who were with him, then they went to the positions of their brothers, then the others came and he prayed one rak'ah with them. Thus, the Messenger of Allah (saw) had two rak'ahs, and the people had one rak'ah each."

614 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga Jezid bin Abdullah bin Kusejti, nga Ata bin Jesari, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: «I lexova të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) suren en-Nexhm, dhe ai nuk bëri sexhde në të.»
٦١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: «قَرَأْتُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ النَّجْمَ، فَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ فِيهَا».
614 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Yazid bin Abdullah bin Qusayt, from 'Ata bin Yasar, from Zaid bin Thabit, who said: "I recited [Surah] an-Najm in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he did not prostrate during it."

615 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Junus bin Xhubejrin duke treguar nga Kethir bin es-Salti, «se ata ishin duke shkruar mus'hafet te Zejd bin Thabiti, dhe arritën te ky ajet, e Zejd bin Thabiti tha: Kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'I moshuari dhe e moshuara, nëse bëjnë zina, gurëzojini ata patjetër, si ndëshkim nga Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij'.»
٦١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ ، «أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَكْتُبُونَ الْمَصَاحِفَ عِنْدَ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، فَأَتَوْا عَلَى هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ، فَقَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: وَالشَّيْخُ وَالشَّيْخَةُ إِذَا زَنَيَا فَارْجُمُوهُمَا أَلْبَتَّةَ نَكَالًا مِنَ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ».
615 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who said: I heard Yunus bin Jubayr narrating from Kathir bin al-Salt, "that they were writing the Mushafs (copies of the Quran) in the presence of Zayd bin Thabit, and they came upon this verse, so Zayd bin Thabit said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: 'The old man and the old woman, if they commit adultery, stone them both certainly as an exemplary punishment from Allah and His Messenger.'"

616 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Omer bin Sulejmani, nga Abdurrahman bin Ebani, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Zejd bin Thabitin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Tri gjëra nuk e tradhtojnë zemrën e muslimanit: sinqeriteti i veprës për Allahun e Madhëruar, këshillimi i udhëheqësve dhe qëndrimi me xhematin; sepse lutja e tyre i rrethon ata nga pas».
٦١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ قَلْبُ مُسْلِمٍ: إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلهِ ﷿، وَمُنَاصَحَةُ وُلَاةِ الْأَمْرِ، وَلُزُومُ الْجَمَاعَةِ; فَإِنَّ دَعْوَتَهُمْ تُحِيطُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِمْ».
616 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Umar bin Sulayman, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Aban, from his father, who said: I heard Zayd bin Thabit saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying:

"There are three things upon which the heart of a Muslim does not harbor rancor: sincerity of action for Allah, offering sincere advice to those in authority, and adhering to the community (al-Jama'ah); for indeed, their supplication encompasses them from behind."

617 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Omer bin Sulejmani, nga Abdurrahman bin Ebani, nga babai i tij, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Kujt i bëhet dunjaja qëllim i tij, Allahu i Madhëruar do t'ia shpërndajë çështjen e tij, do t'ia vendosë varfërinë para syve të tij dhe nuk do t'i vijë nga dunjaja asgjë tjetër përveç asaj që i është shkruar. Ndërsa kujt i bëhet Ahireti qëllim i tij, Allahu i Madhëruar do t'ia vendosë pasurinë në zemrën e tij, do t'ia tubojë çështjen e tij dhe dunjaja do t'i vijë asaj (përulur) edhe pse ajo nuk dëshiron».
٦١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَانَتِ الدُّنْيَا نِيَّتَهُ فَرَّقَ اللهُ ﷿ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرَهُ، وَجَعَلَ فَقْرَهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ، وَلَمْ يَأْتِهِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَا كُتِبَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَتِ الْآخِرَةُ نِيَّتَهُ جَعَلَ اللهُ ﷿ غِنَاهُ فِي قَلْبِهِ، وَجَمَعَ لَهُ أَمْرَهُ، وَأَتَتْهُ الدُّنْيَا وَهِيَ رَاغِمَةٌ».
617 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Umar bin Sulayman, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Aban, from his father, from Zayd bin Thabit, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "Whoever makes this world his primary intention, Allah (azwj) will scatter his affairs for him, and place poverty before his eyes, and nothing of this world will come to him except what has been written for him. And whoever makes the Hereafter his primary intention, Allah (azwj) will place his richness in his heart, and gather his affairs for him, and the world will come to him submissively."

618 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Omer bin Sulejmani, nga Abdurrahman bin Abani, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Zejd bin Thabitin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Allahu e ndriçoftë njeriun që dëgjon prej nesh një hadith dhe e mëson përmendsh derisa ta përcjellë atë. Sepse mundet që një bartës i fikhut (dijes) t'ia përcjellë atë dikujt që është më i dijshëm se ai, dhe mundet që një bartës i fikhut të mos jetë vetë fakih (i dijshëm).»
٦١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «نَضَّرَ اللهُ امْرَأً سَمِعَ مِنَّا حَدِيثًا حَفِظَهُ حَتَّى يُبَلِّغَهُ، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ، وَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ لَيْسَ بِفَقِيهٍ».
618 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Umar bin Sulayman, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Aban, from his father, who said: I heard Zayd bin Thabit saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "May Allah brighten a man who hears a hadith from us and memorizes it until he conveys it; for perhaps a carrier of knowledge conveys it to one who is more knowledgeable than himself, and perhaps a carrier of knowledge is not himself a scholar."

619 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Sehl bin Sulejmani, nga Seid bin Sinani, nga Ibn ed-Dejlemi, i cili ka thënë: Shkova te Zejd bin Thabiti, e ai tha: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Sikur Allahu i Madhëruar t'i dënonte banorët e qiejve të Tij dhe banorët e tokës së Tij, do t'i dënonte pa u bërë atyre padrejtësi, e sikur t'i mëshironte, mëshira e Tij do të ishte më e mirë për ta sesa veprat e tyre. Edhe sikur të kishe ar sa mali i Uhudit dhe ta shpenzoje atë në rrugë të Allahut, nuk do të pranohej prej teje derisa të besosh në Kaderin (paracaktimin) tërësisht, në të mirën dhe në të keqen e tij. E nëse vdes me tjetër besim përveç këtij, do të hyje në Zjarr».
Kështu ka thënë Ebu Davudi, ndërsa njerëzit e tjerë e transmetojnë nga Seid bin Sinani, nga Vehb bin Halidi, nga Ibn ed-Dejlemi.
٦١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ لَوْ عَذَّبَ أَهْلَ سَمَاوَاتِهِ وَأَهْلَ أَرْضِهِ عَذَّبَهُمْ غَيْرَ ظَالِمٍ لَهُمْ، وَلَوْ رَحِمَهُمْ كَانَتْ رَحْمَتُهُ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ مِنْ أَعْمَالِهِمْ، وَلَوْ كَانَ لَكَ مِثْلُ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا، فَأَنْفَقْتَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْكَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنَ بِالْقَدَرِ كُلِّهِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ، وَإِنْ مُتَّ عَلَى غَيْرِ هَذَا دَخَلْتَ النَّارَ».
هَكَذَا قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، وَالنَّاسُ يَرْوُونَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ.
619 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Sahl bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id bin Sinan, from Ibn al-Daylami, who said: I came to Zayd bin Thabit, and he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "If Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, were to punish the inhabitants of His heavens and the inhabitants of His earth, He would punish them without being unjust to them, and if He were to have mercy on them, His mercy would be better for them than their deeds. And if you had the equivalent of Mount Uhud in gold and spent it in the cause of Allah, it would not be accepted from you until you believe in the Divine Decree (Qadar) entirely, its good and its evil; and if you were to die upon other than this, you would enter the Fire."
This is how Abu Dawud said it, while the people narrate it from Sa'id bin Sinan, from Wahb bin Khalid, from Ibn al-Daylami.

620 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Amër bin Dinari, nga Tavusi, nga Huxhr el-Mederiu, nga Zejd bin Thabiti, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Umra (pronë e dhënë në shfrytëzim gjatë jetës) i takon trashëgimtarit», ose ka thënë: «Rruga e saj është rruga e trashëgimisë».
٦٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى هِيَ لِلْوَارِثِ، أَوْ قَالَ: سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ».
620 - Narrated to us Abu Dawud, narrated to us Shu'bah, from 'Amr bin Dinar, from Tawus, from Hujr al-Madari, from Zayd bin Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The 'Umra (life-grant) belongs to the heir," or he said: "Its path is the path of inheritance."
