851 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar el-Mes'udi, nga Ibrahim es-Seksaki, nga Abdullah bin Ebi Aufa: «Një burrë erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë nuk mund ta mësoj dot Kuranin, a ka diçka që e zëvendëson Kuranin? I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Subhanallah, vel-hamdulilah, ve la ilahe il-lallah, vallahu ekber, ve la havle ve la kuvvete il-la bil-lah. Pastaj burri u largua, por u kthye përsëri e tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, kjo është për Allahun, po për mua çfarë ka? Ai tha: Thuaj: Allahummagfirli verhamni, ve afini vehdini verzukni (O Allah, më fal, më mëshiro, më jep shëndet, më udhëzo dhe më furnizo). Burri i shtrëngoi këto dhjetë (fjalë) në dorën e tij, e atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Sa i përket këtij, ai i mbushi duart e tij me mirësi».
٨٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّكْسَكِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي لَا أُحْسِنُ الْقُرْآنَ، فَهَلْ شَيْءٌ يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ، ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ الرَّجُلُ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، هَذَا لِلهِ، فَمَاذَا لِي؟ قَالَ: قُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي، وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي، فَعَقَدَهُنَّ الرَّجُلُ فِي يَدِهِ عَشْرًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ مَلَأَ يَدَيْهِ خَيْرًا».
851 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Ibrahim al-Saksaki, from Abdullah bin Abi Awfa: "A man came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I cannot master the Qur'an, so is there anything that can suffice me instead of the Qur'an?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah), wal-Hamdu lillah (and praise be to Allah), wa la ilaha illa Allah (and there is no god but Allah), wa Allahu Akbar (and Allah is the Greatest), wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (and there is no power or might except with Allah).' Then the man turned away, then he returned and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, this is for Allah, so what is for me?' He said: 'Say: Allahumma-ghfir li, warhamni, wa 'afini, wahdini, warzuqni (O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, grant me health, guide me, and provide for me).' The man then grasped them in his hand as ten, and the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'As for this one, he has filled his hands with goodness.'"

852 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Sulejman esh-Shejbani, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Ebu Aufën, shokun e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), duke thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar nebizin (pijen) e qypit të kuq. Thashë: Po të bardhin? Tha: Nuk e di».
٨٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ الْأَحْمَرِ، قُلْتُ: وَالْأَبْيَضِ؟ قَالَ: لَا أَدْرِي».
852 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman al-Shaybani, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Abi Awfa, the companion of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), saying: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade the Nabidh of the red jar." I said: "And the white one?" He said: "I do not know."

853 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Muhammed bin Ebi el-Muxhalid, i cili ka thënë: «Ebu Burde dhe Abdullah bin Sheddadi patën një mospajtim rreth shitblerjes me parapagim (es-selem), andaj më dërguan te Ibn Ebi Awfa dhe e pyeta atë. Ai tha: "Ne bënim parapagim (es-selem) në kohën e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për grurë, elb, rrush të tharë dhe hurma, me njerëz që nuk i kishin ato (në atë kohë)." Ai tha: Pastaj e pyetëm Ibn Ebzën dhe ai tha të njëjtën gjë».
٨٥٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ قَالَ: «امْتَرَى أَبُو بُرْدَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ فِي السَّلَمِ، فَأَرْسَلُونِي إِلَى ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: كُنَّا نُسْلِمُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي الْبُرِّ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ إِلَى قَوْمٍ مَا هُوَ عِنْدَهُمْ، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْنَا ابْنَ أَبْزَى فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ».
853 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abi al-Mujalid, who said: "Abu Burdah and 'Abdullah ibn Shaddad disagreed regarding Salam (advance payment), so they sent me to Ibn Abi Awfa and I asked him. He said: 'We used to practice Salam during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in wheat, barley, raisins, and dates, with people who did not have those items with them.' He said: 'Then we asked Ibn Abza and he said the same as that.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Esh-Shejbani, nga Ibn Ebi Aufa, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - e ndaloi mishin e gomarëve shtëpiakë».
٨٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ».
854 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Shaybani, from Ibn Abi Awfa, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade the meat of domestic donkeys."

855 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be dhe Kajsi, nga Ubejd bin el-Haseni, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Aufa duke thënë:
«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) thoshte në duanë e tij: O Allah, Ty të takon falënderimi sa mbushen qiejt, sa mbushet toka dhe sa mbushet çdo gjë tjetër që Ti dëshiron pas tyre.
Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Kajsi në hadithin e tij ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e thoshte këtë kur ngrinte kokën nga rukuja».
٨٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَقَيْسٌ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ فِي دُعَائِهِ: اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ.
قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : قَالَ قَيْسٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ هَذَا إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ».
855 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Qays narrated to us, from 'Ubayd ibn al-Hasan, he said: I heard Ibn Abi Awfa saying:
«The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to say in his supplication: O Allah, to You belongs all praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth and filling whatever You will of anything thereafter.
Abu Dawud said: Qays said in his narration: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to say this when he raised his head from bowing.»

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Jafuri, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Aufën duke thënë: «Kam marrë pjesë në shtatë beteja me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ku kemi ngrënë karkaleca bashkë me të.»
٨٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ: «غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ نَأْكُلُ مَعَهُ الْجَرَادَ».
856 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ya'fur, who heard Ibn Abi Awfa saying: 'I participated in seven military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), during which we ate locusts with him.'

857 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (188), na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Aufën duke thënë: "Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i vinte ndonjë familje me sadaka, ai lutej për ta. Kur babai im dha sadaka, ai tha: 'O Allah, mëshiroje familjen e Ebu Aufës'."

(188) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (tha).
٨٥٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (188)، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - إِذَا أَتَاهُ أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ بِصَدَقَةٍ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِمْ، فَتَصَدَّقَ أَبِي بِصَدَقَةٍ فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى».

857 - Abu Dawud (188) narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, who heard Ibn Abi Awfa saying: "Whenever a family brought their charity to the Messenger of Allah (saw), he would pray for them. So my father brought his charity, and he (saw) said: 'O Allah, send Your blessings upon the family of Abi Awfa'."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amru b. Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Aufën, shokun e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) - i cili kishte marrë pjesë në Besëlidhjen e Ridvanit - i cili ka thënë: "Atë ditë ishim një mijë e treqind (veta), kurse fisi Eslem atë ditë përbënte një të tetën e Muhaxhirëve."
٨٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، «سَمِعَ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ - وَكَانَ قَدْ شَهِدَ بَيْعَةَ الرِّضْوَانِ - قَالَ: كُنَّا يَوْمَئِذٍ أَلْفًا وَثَلَاثَمِائَةٍ، وَكَانَ أَسْلَمُ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثُمُنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ».
858 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he heard Ibn Abi Awfa, a companion of the Messenger of Allah (saw) - and he had witnessed the Pledge of Ridwan - say: "On that day we were one thousand and three hundred, and the tribe of Aslam on that day constituted one-eighth of the Muhajirun."

859 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Harish bin Sulejm el-Kufi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Talha el-Jami, i cili ka thënë: «E pyeta Abdullah bin Ebi Aufën: A ka lënë testament Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.)? Ai tha: Jo. Atëherë i thashë: Përse na ka urdhëruar ne për testamentin, ndërsa vetë nuk ka lënë? Ai tha: Ai porositi për Librin e Allahut të Madhëruar».
٨٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَرِيشُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ الْكُوفِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ الْيَامِيُّ ، قَالَ: «سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى : هَلْ أَوْصَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: لَا، فَقُلْتُ: فَلِمَ أَمَرَنَا بِالْوَصِيَّةِ وَلَمْ يُوصِ؟ قَالَ: أَوْصَى بِكِتَابِ اللهِ ﷿».
859 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Harish bin Sulaym al-Kufi narrated to us, he said: Talhah al-Yami narrated to us, he said: "I asked 'Abdullah bin Abi Awfa: Did the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) leave a will? He said: No. I said: Then why did he command us to make a will while he did not leave one? He said: He left a will regarding the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime."

860 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Hashraxhi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Seid bin Xhumhani, i cili ka thënë: «Shkova te Abdullah bin Ebi Aufa, shok i Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), e ai më tha: Kush je ti? - e ai atë ditë ishte i verbër. I thashë: Unë jam Seid bin Xhumhani. Ai tha: Çfarë bëri babai yt? I thashë: E vranë Ezarkitët (Hauarixhët). Ai tha: Allahu e mëshiroftë! Na ka treguar Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ata janë qentë e Zjarrit».
٨٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَشْرَجُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُمْهَانَ ، قَالَ: «أَتَيْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ لِي: مَنْ أَنْتَ؟ وَكَانَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مَحْجُوبَ الْبَصَرِ، فَقُلْتُ: أَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُمْهَانَ، فَقَالَ: مَا فَعَلَ أَبُوكَ؟ قُلْتُ: قَتَلَتْهُ الْأَزَارِقَةُ، فَقَالَ: ﵀، حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُمْ كِلَابُ النَّارِ».
860 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Hashraj narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Jumhan narrated to us, he said: "I came to Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa, the companion of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he said to me: 'Who are you?' and he was blind at that time. I said: 'I am Sa'id ibn Jumhan.' He said: 'What happened to your father?' I said: 'The Azariqah killed him.' He said: 'May Allah have mercy on him, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) narrated to us that they are the dogs of the Fire.'"

861 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Firasi, nga Mudrik bin Umare, nga Ibn Ebi Aufa, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.):
«Nuk bën zina robi në kohën kur bën zina duke qenë besimtar, nuk vjedh në kohën kur vjedh duke qenë besimtar, nuk pi alkool në kohën kur e pi atë duke qenë besimtar dhe nuk kryen plaçkitje me vlerë të madhe duke qenë besimtar.»
٨٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا يَزْنِي الْعَبْدُ حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ».
861 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Firas, from Mudrik bin 'Umarah, from Ibn Abi Awfa, he said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "A servant does not commit adultery while he is committing it and is a believer, nor does he steal while he is stealing and is a believer, nor does he drink wine while he is drinking it and is a believer, nor does he seize a valuable plunder while he is a believer."

862 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Hakemi, nga një burrë, nga Ibn Ebi Aufa, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) - ngjashëm me të.
٨٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ - بِنَحْوِهِ.
862 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Al-Hakam narrated to us, from a man, from Ibn Abi Awfa, from the Prophet (pbuh) - with a similar narration.

863 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ubejd bin el-Haseni, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Ebi Aufa duke thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) lutej me këtë dua: 'O Allah, Ty të takon falënderimi sa qiejt, sa toka dhe sa çdo gjë tjetër që Ti dëshiron pas tyre'».
Shu'be ka thënë: Dhe kam dëgjuar Mexhze'ete bin Zahirin duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Aufa duke e përmendur këtë dua, dhe shtoi në të: 'O Allah, më pastro me borë, breshër dhe ujë të ftohtë. O Allah, më pastro nga mëkatet dhe gabimet ashtu siç pastrohet rroba e bardhë nga ndyrësia'.
٨٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - يَدْعُو بِهَذَا الدُّعَاءِ: اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ».
قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: وَسَمِعْتُ مَجْزَأَةَ بْنَ زَاهِرٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَذْكُرُ هَذَا الدُّعَاءَ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ: اللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْنِي بِالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَالْمَاءِ الْبَارِدِ، اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِي مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَالْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ.
863 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Ubayd ibn al-Hasan, he said: I heard 'Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa saying: "The Prophet (saw) used to supplicate with this supplication: 'O Allah, to You belongs all praise, filling the heavens, filling the earth, and filling whatever else You will thereafter.'"
Shu'bah said: And I heard Majza'ah ibn Zahir saying: I heard Ibn Abi Awfa mentioning this supplication, and he added to it: "O Allah, purify me with snow, hail, and cold water. O Allah, cleanse me from sins and mistakes as a white garment is cleansed from filth."

864 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ibrahim el-Hexheri, i cili ka thënë: «E kam parë Ibn Ebu Aufën në xhenazen e vajzës së tij duke kalëruar mbi një mushkë, dhe ai kaloi pranë disa grave që po vajtonin, e u tha: 'Kini kujdes nga vajtimi, sepse i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar atë. Secila prej jush le t'i derdhë lotët e saj.'»
٨٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْهَجَرِيُّ ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى فِي جِنَازَةِ ابْنَتِهِ رَاكِبًا عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ، فَمَرَّ عَلَى نِسْوَةٍ يَتَرَثَّيْنَ، فَقَالَ: إِيَّاكُنَّ وَالتَّرَاثِيَ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - نَهَى عَنْهُ، لِتُفِضْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ مِنْ عَبْرَتِهَا».
864 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim al-Hajari informed me, he said: 'I saw Ibn Abi Awfa at the funeral of his daughter riding on a mule. He passed by some women who were wailing, and he said: "Beware of wailing, for the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade it. Let each of you shed her tears."'
