- Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë:
Na ka treguar Sufjan eth-Thevriu, nga Asim bin Ubejdullahu,
nga Ubejdullah bin Ebu Rafi', nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «E kam parë
Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) duke thirrur ezanin e namazit në veshin e Hasanit kur e lindi nëna e tij,
Fatimja».
١٠١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - أَذَّنَ فِي أُذُنِ الْحَسَنِ حِينَ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ فَاطِمَةُ بِالصَّلَاةِ».

Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan al-Thawri narrated to us, from 'Asim bin 'Ubaydullah, from 'Ubaydullah bin Abi Rafi', from his father, who said: "I saw the Prophet (pbuh) call the Adhan for prayer in the ear of al-Hasan when his mother Fatimah gave birth to him."

1014 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Harixhe bin Mus'ab, nga Zejd bin Eslemi, nga Ata bin Jesari: «Se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) mori hua nga një burrë një deve të re, dhe ai erdhi t'ia kërkonte shlyerjen e saj. Atëherë ai e urdhëroi Ebu Rafiun që t'ia shlyente, por ai tha: Nuk po gjej veçse një deve të zgjedhur (më të mirë)! Ai tha: Jepja atë, sepse më i miri prej jush - ose tha: më i miri i njerëzve - është ai që është më korrekt në shlyerjen e borxhit».
Këtë hadith e ka transmetuar edhe El-Ka'nebi nga Maliku, nga Zejd bin Eslemi, nga Ata bin Jesari, nga Ebu Rafiu, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
١٠١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - اسْتَسْلَفَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَكْرًا، فَأَتَاهُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ، فَأَمَرَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ أَنْ يَقْضِيَهُ، فَقَالَ: لَا أَجِدُ إِلَّا جَمَلًا خِيَارًا! قَالَ: فَأَعْطِهِ، فَإِنَّ خَيْرَكُمْ - أَوْ قَالَ: خَيْرَ النَّاسِ - أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً».
وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Kharijah ibn Mus'ab narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from 'Ata ibn Yasar "that the Prophet (pbuh) borrowed a young camel from a man. The man came to him to demand its repayment, so he ordered Abu Rafi' to pay him back. He said: 'I cannot find anything except a choice camel!' He said: 'Give it to him, for indeed the best of you - or he said: the best of people - are those who are best in repayment.'"

And this hadith was narrated by al-Qa'nabi from Malik, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from 'Ata ibn Yasar, from Abu Rafi', from the Prophet (pbuh).

1015 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, nga Ibn Ebi Rafi', nga Ebu Rafi' se: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi një burrë nga fisi Beni Mahzum për të mbledhur sadakanë. Ai i tha Ebu Rafi'it: 'Më shoqëro që të përfitosh edhe ti prej saj!' Ai tha: 'Jo, derisa të shkoj te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe ta pyes!' Shkoi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe e pyeti, e ai tha: 'Vërtet, sadakaja nuk na lejohet neve, dhe vërtet, mbrojtësi (molla) i një populli llogaritet prej tyre'.
١٠١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - بَعَثَ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ لِأَبِي رَافِعٍ: اصْحَبْنِي كَيْمَا تُصِيبَ مِنْهَا! قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى آتِيَ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَأَسْأَلَهُ! فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا، وَإِنَّ مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ».
1015 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from Ibn Abi Rafi', from Abu Rafi' that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent a man from Banu Makhzum to collect the Sadaqah, and he said to Abu Rafi': "Accompany me so that you may get some of it!" He said: "No, until I go to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and ask him!" So he went to the Prophet (pbuh) and asked him, and he said: "Indeed, Sadaqah is not permissible for us, and the freed slave of a people is one of them."

1016 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Jala el-Taifi, nga Amër bin esh-Sheridi, nga babai i tij, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Fqinji ka më shumë të drejtë për afërsinë e tij»
Dhe Sufjani e ka transmetuar këtë hadith nga Ibrahim bin Mejsere, nga Amër bin esh-Sheridi, nga Ebu Rafi', nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
١٠١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْلَى الطَّائِفِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ»
وَرَوَى سُفْيَانُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
1016 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin Abdur-Rahman bin Ya'la al-Ta'ifi narrated to us, from Amr bin al-Sharid, from his father, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'The neighbor has more right to his proximity.'

And Sufyan narrated this hadith from Ibrahim bin Maysarah, from Amr bin al-Sharid, from Abu Rafi', from the Prophet (pbuh).

1017 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja, nga Ibn Ebu Rafi'i: «Se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i dha Ebu Rafi'it një shtizë të shkurtër dhe e urdhëroi atë t'i vriste qentë e Medines. Ai i vrau ata, përveç një qeni. Pastaj erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe e njoftoi atë, kështu që ai e urdhëroi që ta vriste edhe atë».
Dhe këtë hadith e ka transmetuar El-Ka'nebiu, nga Jakub bin Muhamedi, nga Muhamed bin Abdurrahman bin Sa'd bin Zurare, nga Salim bin Abdullahu, nga Ebu Rafi'i.
١٠١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَفَعَ إِلَى أَبِي رَافِعٍ الْعَنَزَةَ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ كِلَابَ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَقَتَلَهَا إِلَّا كَلْبًا، فَجَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فَأَخْبَرَهُ، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُ».
وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ.
1017 - Abu Dawud narrated to us: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya, from Ibn Abi Rafi' that the Prophet (pbuh) handed the spear (al-'anazah) to Abu Rafi' and ordered him to kill the dogs of Medina. So he killed them except for one dog, then he came to the Prophet (pbuh) and informed him, so he ordered him to kill it.

And this hadith was narrated by al-Qa'nabi, from Ya'qub bin Muhammad, from Muhammad bin 'Abd al-Rahman bin Sa'd bin Zurarah, from Salim bin 'Abdullah, from Abu Rafi'.

1018 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Muhuvel, nga Ebu Saidi, nga Ebu Rafi'i, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kaloi pranë meje ndërsa unë isha në sexhde dhe i kisha lidhur flokët gërshet, andaj ai i zgjidhi ato».
١٠١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ مُخَوَّلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ: «مَرَّ بِي نَبِيُّ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَأَنَا سَاجِدٌ قَدْ عَقَصْتُ شَعَرِي، فَأَطْلَقَهُ».
1018 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Qays narrated to us, from Mukhawwal, from Abu Sa'id, from Abu Rafi', who said: "The Prophet of Allah (saw) passed by me while I was prostrating and I had braided my hair, so he undid it."
