220 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Sa'di, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, se: «Kur Abdurrahman bin Avfi (54) ishte duke u falur dhe erdhi Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), ai (Abdurrahmani) tentoi të tërhiqej prapa, por Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i bëri shenjë: 'Qëndro ashtu siç je', kështu që i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u fal pas namazit të Abdurrahmanit.»



(54) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (r.a.).
٢٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، «أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ (54) لَمَّا صَلَّى وَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَذَهَبَ يَتَأَخَّرُ، فَأَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كَمَا أَنْتَ»، فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِصَلَاةِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ.

- Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, «that 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Awf (54) when he prayed and the Prophet (pbuh) came, he started to move back, but the Prophet (pbuh) gestured to him: 'Stay as you are'», so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) prayed following the prayer of 'Abd al-Rahman.



(54) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is an addition of (may Allah be pleased with him).

221 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Nasr bin Ali el-Huddaniu, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar en-Nadr bin Shejbani, i cili ka thënë: Takova Ebu Seleme bin Abdurrahmanin dhe i thashë: Më trego një hadith që të ka treguar babai yt nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.). Ai tha: Më ka treguar babai im, Allahu qoftë i kënaqur me të, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e përmendi Ramazanin dhe tha: «Ky është një muaj, agjërimin e të cilit Allahu ua ka bërë obligim (farz), ndërsa unë kam bërë traditë (sunet) faljen e namazit gjatë netëve të tij. Kushdo që e agjëron atë dhe falet gjatë netëve të tij me besim të plotë dhe duke shpresuar shpërblimin e Allahut, do të dalë nga mëkatet e tij ashtu siç ishte ditën kur e lindi nëna e tij».
٢٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُدَّانِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ ، قَالَ: لَقِيتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، فَقُلْتُ: حَدِّثْنِي حَدِيثًا حَدَّثَكَ أَبُوكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، ﵁، قَالَ: «ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ: شَهْرٌ فَرَضَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ صِيَامَهُ، وَسَنَنْتُ أَنَا قِيَامَهُ، فَمَنْ صَامَهُ وَقَامَهُ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا خَرَجَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ كَيَوْمِ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ».
221 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Nasr ibn 'Ali al-Huddani narrated to us, he said: Al-Nadr ibn Shayban narrated to us, he said: I met Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, and I said: "Relate to me a hadith that your father related to you from the Prophet (pbuh)." He said: My father (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to me, he said:

"The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) mentioned Ramadan and said: 'It is a month in which Allah has made fasting obligatory upon you, and I have established its night prayer as a Sunnah. So whoever fasts it and stands in prayer during its nights out of faith and seeking reward, he emerges from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him.'"

222 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sufjan bin Ujejne, nga Amër bin Dinari, nga Bexhale, i cili ka thënë:
«Omeri nuk e merrte xhizjen prej mexhusëve, derisa Abdurrahman bin Aufi (r.a.) dëshmoi se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e kishte marrë atë nga mexhusët e Hexherit.»
٢٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ بَجَالَةَ ، قَالَ: «لَمْ يَأْخُذْ عُمَرُ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ، حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ﵁، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ».
222 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Dinar, from Bajalah, who said: "Umar did not take the Jizyah from the Magians until 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) testified that the Prophet (saw) took it from the Magians of Hajar."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Amër bin Murre, nga Ebul Bahteriu, i cili ka thënë: «Dëgjova një hadith nga një burrë dhe më pëlqeu, andaj i thashë: Shkruaje atë. Ai ma solli të shkruar bukur, ku thuhej: Aliu dhe Abbasi hynë te Omeri, ndërsa tek ai ishin Abdurrahman bin Aufi, Ez-Zubejr bin El-Avvami dhe Sad bin Ebu Vekkasi. Ai (Omeri) tha: Ju betoj në Allahun, a nuk keni dëgjuar, apo a nuk e dini se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: Çdo pasuri e Pejgamberit (55) është sadaka, përveç asaj me të cilën ushqen familjen e tij dhe i vesh ata; ne nuk trashëgohemi. Ata thanë (56): Po.»

٢٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَجُلٍ حَدِيثًا فَأَعْجَبَنِي فَقُلْتُ: اكْتُبْهُ، فَأَتَانِي بِهِ مَكْتُوبًا مُزَبَّرًا، قَالَ: دَخَلَ عَلِيٌّ وَالْعَبَّاسُ عَلَى عُمَرَ ، وَعِنْدَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ، وَالزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، وَسَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، فَقَالَ: أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللهِ، أَوَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا، أَوَلَمْ تَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: كُلُّ مَالِ النَّبِيِّ (55) صَدَقَةٌ إِلَّا مَا أَطْعَمَهُ أَهْلَهُ وَكَسَاهُمْ، إِنَّا لَا نُورَثُ، قَالُوا (56)»: بَلَى.

223 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, from Abu al-Bakhtari, who said: "I heard a hadith from a man and it pleased me, so I said: 'Write it down for me.' So he brought it to me written and well-documented. He said: 'Ali and al-'Abbas entered upon 'Umar, and with him were 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Awf, al-Zubayr bin al-'Awwam, and Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas. He said: I adjure you by Allah, did you not hear, or did you not know that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: All the wealth of the Prophet (55) is charity except what he fed his family and clothed them with; indeed, we are not inherited from. They said (56): Yes."
