841 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Alkame bin Merthedi, nga Sulejman bin Burejde el-Eslemiu, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) fali namazin e sabahut, kur një beduin tha: Kush ka thirrur për devenë e kuqe? - këtë e tha në xhami. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Mos e gjetsh! Pastaj Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Vërtet (184) këto xhami janë ndërtuar vetëm për atë që janë ndërtuar».

(184) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (janë ndërtuar).
٨٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - الصُّبْحَ، فَقَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ: مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى الْجَمَلِ الْأَحْمَرِ - يَقُولُهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا وَجَدْتَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّمَا (184) هَذِهِ الْمَسَاجِدُ إِنَّمَا بُنِيَتْ لِمَا بُنِيَتْ لَهُ».

841 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from 'Alqamah bin Marthad, from Sulayman bin Buraydah al-Aslami, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) prayed the morning prayer, then a Bedouin said: 'Who called for the red camel?' - saying it in the mosque. So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'May you not find it.' Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Indeed (184) these mosques were only built for what they were built for.'"

842 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Alkame bin Merthedi, nga Sulejman bin Burejde, nga babai i tij, se: "Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i ka falur namazet me një abdest të vetëm."
٨٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - صَلَّى الصَّلَوَاتِ بِوُضُوءٍ وَاحِدٍ».
842 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from 'Alqamah bin Marthad, from Sulayman bin Buraydah, from his father: "That the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) performed the prayers with a single ablution (wudu)."

843 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Alkame bin Merthedi, nga Sulejman bin Burejde, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Një burrë erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: A ka kuaj në Xhenet? Sepse unë i pëlqej ata! Ai tha: Nëse dëshiron këtë, do të të sillet një kalë prej jakuti të kuq, i cili do të fluturojë me ty në Xhenet kudo që të duash. Një burrë tjetër i tha: Mua më pëlqejnë devetë, a ka deve në Xhenet? Ai tha: O rob i Allahut, nëse hyn në Xhenet, aty do të kesh çfarëdo që dëshiron shpirti yt dhe çfarëdo që i kënaq sytë e tu».
٨٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: هَلْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْلٌ؟ فَإِنَّهَا تُعْجِبُنِي! قَالَ: إِنْ أَحْبَبْتَ ذَلِكَ أُتِيتَ بِفَرَسٍ مِنْ يَاقُوتَةٍ حَمْرَاءَ فَيَطِيرُ بِكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ شِئْتَ، وَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: إِنَّ الْإِبِلَ تُعْجِبُنِي، فَهَلْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ إِبِلٍ؟ قَالَ: يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ، إِنْ أُدْخِلْتَ الْجَنَّةَ فَلَكَ فِيهَا مَا اشْتَهَتْ نَفْسُكَ وَلَذَّتْ عَيْنَاكَ».
843 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, he said: 'Alqamah bin Marthad narrated to us, from Sulayman bin Buraydah, from his father, who said: "A man came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said: 'Are there horses in Paradise? For I am very fond of them!' He (pbuh) said: 'If you desire that, you will be given a horse made of red ruby, and it will fly with you in Paradise wherever you wish.' And another man said to him: 'I am very fond of camels, so are there camels in Paradise?' He (pbuh) said: 'O servant of Allah, if you are admitted into Paradise, you shall have therein whatever your soul desires and whatever delights your eyes.'"

844 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Alkame b. Merthedi, nga Sulejman b. Burejde, nga babai i tij, se: "I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dha leje për vizitën e varrezave."
٨٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ».
844 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Alqamah bin Marthad, from Sulayman bin Buraydah, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) granted permission for visiting graves.

845 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Muhamed b. Ebani, nga Alkame b. Merthedi, nga Sulejman b. Burejde, nga babai i tij, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), se ai e ktheu Ma'izin katër herë.
٨٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - «أَنَّهُ رَدَّ مَاعِزًا أَرْبَعًا».
845 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Aban narrated to us, from 'Alqamah ibn Marthad, from Sulayman ibn Buraydah, from his father, from the Prophet (pbuh) that he turned back Ma'iz four times.

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Muthenna bin Seid, nga Katadeja, nga Abdullah bin Burejde, i cili ka thënë: «Burejde el-Eslemi hyri te një burrë në Horasan i cili ishte në prag të vdekjes, dhe balli i tij po djersinte. Atëherë Burejde tha: Allahu Ekber! E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'Vërtet, besimtari vdes me djersë në ballë'.»
٨٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ: «دَخَلَ بُرَيْدَةُ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ بِخُرَاسَانَ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَوْتِ، فَإِذَا جَبِينُهُ يَرْشَحُ، فَقَالَ بُرَيْدَةُ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ! سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ يَمُوتُ بِعَرَقِ الْجَبِينِ».
846 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Muthanna ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from 'Abdullah ibn Buraydah, who said: 'Buraydah al-Aslami visited a man in Khurasan while he was in the throes of death, and his forehead was perspiring. Buraydah said: Allahu Akbar! I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: The believer dies with sweat on the forehead.'

847 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (185), na ka treguar Ujejne bin Abdurrahmani, nga babai i tij, nga Burejde, i cili ka thënë: "Dola një ditë duke ecur dhe pashë të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Mendova se ai kishte ndonjë nevojë, kështu që iu afrova derisa më pa. Ai më bëri shenjë, unë shkova tek ai dhe ai më kapi për dore. Vazhduam të ecnim së bashku, kur para nesh pamë një burrë që po falej, duke bërë shumë ruku dhe sexhde. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'A mendon se ai po shtiret (për sy e faqe)?' Thashë: 'Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij e dinë më së miri.' Atëherë ai ma lëshoi dorën dhe tha: 'Përmbajuni rrugës së mesme (të moderuar), sepse kushdo që e rëndon veten në këtë fe, ajo do ta mundë atë.'"



(185) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (tha).
٨٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (185)، حَدَّثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ: «خَرَجْتُ يَوْمًا أَمْشِي فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَظَنَنْتُهُ يُرِيدُ حَاجَةً، فَعَارَضْتُهُ حَتَّى رَآنِي، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَأَتَيْتُهُ، فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَانْطَلَقْنَا نَمْشِي جَمِيعًا، فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا يُصَلِّي يُكْثِرُ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: تُرَاهُ مُرَائِيًا؟، قُلْتُ: اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ، فَأَرْسَلَ يَدِي فَقَالَ: عَلَيْكُمْ هَدْيًا قَاصِدًا؛ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يُشَادَّ هَذَا الدِّينَ يَغْلِبْهُ».

847 - Abu Dawud (185) narrated to us, 'Uyaynah bin 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from his father, from Buraydah, who said: "I went out walking one day and saw the Messenger of Allah (saw). I thought he had some need, so I approached him until he saw me. He signaled for me, so I came to him. He took my hand and we started walking together. Suddenly, there was a man ahead of us praying, performing many bowings and prostrations. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Do you think he is showing off?' I said: 'Allah and His Messenger know best.' He then released my hand and said: 'You must follow a moderate path; for indeed, whoever overburdens himself in this religion will be overcome by it.'"

848 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja, nga Ebu Kilabe, se Ebu Melihu i ka treguar atij duke thënë: «Ishim me Burejde el-Ensariun në një betejë në një ditë me vranësira, e ai tha: Faleni namazin herët, sepse unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë - ose Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: Kush e lë namazin e ikindisë, i asgjësohen veprat e tij».
٨٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا مَلِيحٍ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ فِي غَزَاةٍ فِي يَوْمِ غَيْمٍ فَقَالَ: بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ - أَوْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ».
848 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya, from Abu Qilabah that Abu Malih narrated to him, he said:
"We were with Buraydah al-Ansari during a military expedition on a cloudy day, and he said: 'Perform the prayer early, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying - or the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: Whoever leaves the Asr prayer, his deeds are nullified.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Thuvvab bin Utbe el-Mehrij, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin Burejde el-Eslemij, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk dilte në ditën e Fitrit derisa të hante, dhe nuk hante në ditën e Kurbanit derisa të therrte.»
٨٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَوَّابُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ الْمَهْرِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - لَا يَخْرُجُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ حَتَّى يَطْعَمَ، وَلَا يَأْكُلُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ حَتَّى يَذْبَحَ».
849 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Thawwab ibn 'Utbah al-Mahri narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Buraydah al-Aslami narrated to us, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) would not go out on the day of al-Fitr until he had eaten, and he would not eat on the day of al-Adha until he had sacrificed."

850 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ebu Bekër el-Ahmeriu, nga Ibn Burejde el-Eslemiu, nga babai i tij se: «Një burrë nga fisi Huza'a vdiq në kohën e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), dhe Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) iu soll trashëgimia e tij. Ai tha: Shikoni a ka (186) ndonjë trashëgimtar. Ata e kërkuan, por nuk gjetën asnjë trashëgimtar për të, dhe Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u njoftua për këtë. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Jepjani atë personit më të moshuar të fisit Huza'a.»

٨٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَحْمَرِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ مِنْ خُزَاعَةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - بِمِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ: انْظُرُوا هَلْ (186)» مِنْ وَارِثٍ، فَالْتَمَسُوهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا، وَأُخْبِرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: ادْفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَكْبَرِ خُزَاعَةَ.

850 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr al-Ahmari informed me, from Ibn Buraydah al-Aslami, from his father, that a man from Khuza'ah died during the time of the Prophet (saw), and his inheritance was brought to the Prophet (saw). He said: "Look whether (186)" there is any heir. They searched for one but did not find an heir for him, and the Prophet (saw) was informed of that. So the Prophet (saw) said: "Give it to the eldest of Khuza'ah."
