955 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Fadale, nga el-Hasani, nga Abdullah bin el-Mugaffeli, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na ka urdhëruar që të falemi në vathët e deleve, dhe të mos falemi në vendqëndrimet e deveve, sepse ato janë krijuar prej shejtanëve».
٩٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ ، قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فِي مَرَابِضِ الْغَنَمِ، وَلَا نُصَلِّيَ فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ فَإِنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ».
955 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded us to pray in the sheepfolds, and not to pray in the camel pens, for they were created from the devils."

956 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ukbe bin Suhibanin, nga Abdullah bin Mugaffel el-Muzeniu, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) «e ka ndaluar hedhjen e guralecëve me gishta (el-hadhfe) dhe ka thënë: Me të as nuk gjuhet preja e as nuk dëmtohet armiku, por hedhja e guralecit thyen dhëmbin dhe nxjerr syrin».
٩٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ صُهْبَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ الْمُزَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - «نَهَى عَنِ الْخَذْفَةِ وَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا لَا يُصَادُ بِهَا صَيْدٌ وَلَا يُنْكَأُ بِهَا عَدُوٌّ، وَإِنَّ الْخَذْفَةَ تَكْسِرُ السِّنَّ وَتَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ».
956 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who heard 'Uqbah bin Suhbān, from 'Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal al-Muzani that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade flicking stones (al-khadhf) and said: 'It does not hunt any game nor does it inflict injury upon an enemy, but flicking stones breaks the tooth and puts out the eye.'

957 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Muavije bin Kurrah, nga Abdullah bin Mugaffeli, i cili ka thënë:
«Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) në ditën e Çlirimit lexoi suren el-Fet'h dhe bëri terxhi (dridhje të zërit). Sikur të mos kisha frikë se do të mblidheshin njerëzit rreth meje, do t'jua imitoja atë zë.»
٩٥٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ ، قَالَ: «قَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ سُورَةَ الْفَتْحِ فَرَجَّعَ، فَلَوْلَا أَنْ يَجْتَمِعَ عَلَيَّ النَّاسُ لَأَخَذْتُ لَكُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ الصَّوْتِ».
957 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah, from Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal, who said: "The Prophet (pbuh) recited Surah al-Fath on the day of the Conquest and he vibrated his voice (tarji'). If I did not fear that the people would gather around me, I would have recited for you in that same voice."

958 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Hasen bën Vasili, nga Muavije bën Kurre, nga Abdullah bën el-Mugaffel el-Muzeniu, i cili ka thënë:
«I pari që kam parë të mbante meste në Islam ishte El-Mugire bën Shu'be; ai erdhi tek ne kur ishim me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe kishte veshur dy meste të zeza. Ne filluam t'i shikonim ato dhe të mrekulloheshim prej tyre, kështu që i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha:
"Vërtet, do t'ju shtohen mestet." Ata thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, si të veprojmë? Ai tha: "U jepni mes'h atyre dhe faluni (me to)."»
٩٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ الْمُزَنِيِّ ، قَالَ: «أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَأَيْتُ عَلَيْهِ خُفَّيْنِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ؛ أَتَانَا وَنَحْنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَعَلَيْهِ خُفَّانِ أَسْوَدَانِ، فَجَعَلْنَا نَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمَا وَنَعْجَبُ مِنْهُمَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَمَا إِنَّهُ سَيَكْثُرُ لَكُمْ مِنَ الْخِفَافِ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَكَيْفَ نَصْنَعُ؟ قَالَ: تَمْسَحُونَ عَلَيْهَا وَتُصَلُّونَ».
958 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Hasan bin Wasil narrated to us, from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah, from 'Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal al-Muzani, who said: "The first person I saw wearing leather socks in Islam was al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah; he came to us while we were with the Messenger of Allah (saw) and he was wearing two black leather socks. We began looking at them and marvelling at them.

So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Indeed, leather socks will become numerous for you.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what should we do?' He said: 'Wipe over them and pray.'"

959 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube dhe Sulejman bin el-Mugira el-Kajsi, që të dy nga Humejd bin Hilal el-Adevij, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin el-Mugaffel (r.a.) (215) duke thënë: «Ditën e Hajberit u lëshua një thes me dhjamë, e mora dhe e shtrëngova fort e thashë: Ky është imi, nuk do t'i jap askujt asgjë prej tij! Pastaj u ktheva dhe pashë të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe u turpërova prej tij».
Sulejmani thotë në hadithin e tij: Ndërsa në hadithin e Shubes nuk thuhet se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Ai është i yti. Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Sikur ai ishte pjesë e presë së luftës.

(215) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rife ka një shtesë (prej tij).
٩٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْقَيْسِيُّ ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْمُغَفَّلِ ﵀ (215) يَقُولُ: «دُلِّيَ جِرَابٌ مِنْ شَحْمٍ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ، فَأَخَذْتُهُ فَالْتَزَمْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ: هَذَا لِي، لَا أُعْطِي أَحَدًا مِنْهُ شَيْئًا! فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَاسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْهُ».
قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: وَلَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: هُوَ لَكَ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : كَأَنَّهُ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ.

959 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Sulayman bin al-Mughirah al-Qaysi narrated to us, both from Humayd bin Hilal al-'Adawi, who said: I heard 'Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal (ra) (215) saying: "A leather bag of fat was lowered on the day of Khaybar, so I took it and held onto it, saying: 'This is for me, I will not give anyone anything from it!' Then I turned around and there was the Messenger of Allah (saw), and I felt shy before him."
Sulayman said in his narration: and it is not in the narration of Shu'bah that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "It is yours." Abu Dawud said: It was as if it were from the spoils of war.

960 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Thabit bin Jezid Ebu Zejd, nga Asim el-Ahvel, nga el-Fudejl er-Rakashi, i cili ka thënë: E pyeta Abdullah bin el-Mugaffelin, i thashë: «Çfarë na është ndaluar nga kjo pije? Ai tha: Vera (alkooli). I thashë: Kjo është në Kur'an? Ai tha: Nuk po të tregoj veçse atë që kam dëgjuar nga Muhamedi i Dërguar - ose i Dërguari Muhamed (s.a.v.s.), qoftë duke filluar me titullin e dërguar apo me emrin - ai tha: I thashë: Më mjafton; domethënë u mjaftova. Ai tha: Ka ndaluar el-hantem. I thashë: Çfarë është el-hantem? Ai tha: Qypat e gjelbër dhe të bardhë, enët e gërmuara nga druri (en-nekir) dhe enët e lyer me katran (el-muzaffet). I thashë: Çfarë është el-muzaffet? Ai tha: Çdo enë apo diçka tjetër në të cilën është vendosur katran. Dhe kungujt e tharë (ed-dubba). Ai tha: Atëherë bleva një afika (shishe lëkure), përgatita në të pije dhe e vara atë.» Ebu Davudi tha: Afika është si ena prej lëkure (el-sika).
٩٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَبُو زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْمُغَفَّلِ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: «مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ هَذَا الشَّرَابِ؟ قَالَ: الْخَمْرُ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: هَذَا فِي الْقُرْآنِ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا أُحَدِّثُكَ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّسُولِ - أَوِ الرَّسُولِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ، إِمَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَدَأَ بِالرِّسَالَةِ أَوْ بِالِاسْمِ - قَالَ: قُلْتُ: شَرْعِي؛ أَيِ اكْتَفَيْتُ، يَعْنِي قَالَ: نَهَى عَنِ الْحَنْتَمِ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: وَمَا الْحَنْتَمُ؟ قَالَ: الْجَرُّ الْأَخْضَرُ وَالْأَبْيَضُ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: مَا الْمُزَفَّتُ؟ قَالَ: مَا جُعِلَ فِيهِ الْقَارُ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ. وَالدُّبَّاءِ. قَالَ: فَاشْتَرَيْتُ أَفِيقَةً فَنَبَذْتُ فِيهَا وَعَلَّقْتُهَا.» قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : وَالْأُفَيْقَةُ مِثْلُ السِّقَاءِ.
960 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Thabit ibn Yazid Abu Zayd narrated to us, from 'Asim al-Ahwal, from al-Fudayl al-Raqashi, who said: I asked 'Abdullah ibn al-Mughaffal, saying: "What has been forbidden to us of this drink?" He said: "Wine (al-Khamr)." I said: "Is this in the Qur'an?" He said: "I do not narrate to you except what I heard from Muhammad the Messenger - or the Messenger Muhammad (saw), whether he started with the messengership or with the name -." I said: "Shar'i (it is enough for me);" meaning I am satisfied. He said: "He forbade al-Hantam." I said: "And what is al-Hantam?" He said: "The green and white jars, al-Naqir, and al-Muzaffat." I said: "What is al-Muzaffat?" He said: "Any vessel or other thing in which pitch (al-qar) is placed. And al-Dubba'." He said: "So I bought an Afiqah, made Nabidh in it, and hung it up." Abu Dawud said: And the Afiqah is like a water-skin (siqa').

961 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ejubi, nga Seid bin Xhubejri, nga Ibn Mugaffeli, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) "e ka ndaluar hedhjen e guralecëve (me gishta)".
٩٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ الْخَذْفَةِ».
961 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Mughaffal that the Prophet (pbuh) prohibited flicking pebbles.
