672 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Ubejdullahu, nga Ammar bin Jasiri, i cili ka thënë: «Aishes i humbi një qafore prej rruazash të Zafarit gjatë një udhëtimi prej udhëtimeve të të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), dhe Aisha ishte me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në atë udhëtim. Aisha e kërkoi qaforen e saj derisa kaloi një pjesë e mirë e natës. Atëherë erdhi Ebu Bekri dhe u zemërua me të e i tha: I ndalove njerëzit në një vend ku nuk ka ujë!

Tha: Atëherë u shpall ajeti i tejemumit (ajeti i dheut), kështu që erdhi Ebu Bekri dhe tha: Për Allahun, o bija ime - aq sa di unë - ti je e bekuar!

Ubejdullahu tha: Ammari tregonte se njerëzit atë ditë filluan të fshinin me shuplakat e tyre tokën, pastaj fshinin me to fytyrat e tyre, pastaj ktheheshin dhe goditnin edhe një herë tjetër (tokën) dhe fshinin me to duart e tyre deri te krahët dhe sqetullat, e pastaj faleshin».

Këtë hadith e ka transmetuar Muhamed bin Is'haku nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Ubejdullah bin Abdilah, nga Ibn Abbasi, nga Ammari.
٦٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ قَالَ: «هَلَكَ عِقْدٌ لِعَائِشَةَ مِنْ جَزْعِ ظَفَارِ فِي سَفَرٍ مِنْ أَسْفَارِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَعَائِشَةُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي ذَلِكَ السَّفَرِ، فَالْتَمَسَتْ عَائِشَةُ عِقْدَهَا حَتَّى انْبَهَرَ اللَّيْلُ، فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَتَغَيَّظَ عَلَيْهَا وَقَالَ: حَبَسْتِ النَّاسَ بِمَكَانٍ لَيْسَ فِيهِ مَاءٌ! قَالَ: فَأُنْزِلَتْ آيَةُ الصَّعِيدِ، فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ: أَنْتِ وَاللهِ يَا بُنَيَّةُ - مَا عَلِمْتُ - مُبَارَكَةٌ! فَقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ: وَكَانَ عَمَّارٌ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّاسَ طَفِقُوا يَوْمَئِذٍ يَمْسَحُونَ بِأَكُفِّهِمُ الْأَرْضَ، فَيَمْسَحُونَ بِهَا وُجُوهَهُمْ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ فَيَضْرِبُونَ ضَرْبَةً أُخْرَى فَيَمْسَحُونَ بِهَا أَيْدِيَهُمْ إِلَى الْمَنَاكِبِ وَالْآبَاطِ ثُمَّ يُصَلُّونَ». رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ.
672 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubaydullah, from 'Ammar bin Yasir, who said: "A necklace belonging to 'Aishah made of Zafar beads was lost during one of the journeys of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and 'Aishah was with the Messenger of Allah (saw) on that journey. 'Aishah searched for her necklace until the night had passed, then Abu Bakr came and was furious with her, saying: 'You have detained the people in a place where there is no water!' He said: Then the verse of the clean earth (Tayammum) was revealed. So Abu Bakr came and said: 'By Allah, O my little daughter, as far as I have known, you are blessed!' 'Ubaydullah said: And 'Ammar used to narrate that the people on that day began striking the earth with their palms, then wiping their faces with them, then they returned and struck another strike and wiped their hands up to the shoulders and armpits, then they prayed."

673 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, i cili e ka dëgjuar Dherr bin Abdullaun duke treguar nga Ibn Abdurrahman bin Ebza, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Një burrë erdhi te Omeri dhe i tregoi se kishte qenë në udhëtim, ishte bërë xhunub dhe nuk kishte gjetur ujë. Ai (Omeri) i tha: Mos u fal. Atëherë Ammari tha: A nuk të kujtohet, o prijës i besimtarëve, kur unë dhe ti ishim në një ekspeditë dhe u bëmë xhunubë e nuk gjetëm ujë? Sa të takon ty, ti nuk u fale, ndërsa unë u rrotullova në dhe e pastaj u fala. Kur erdhëm te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ia përmendëm këtë atij, e ai të tha: Sa të takon ty, nuk do të duhej ta lije namazin, ndërsa për ty o Ammar, nuk do të duhej të rrotulloheshe ashtu siç rrotullohet kafsha. Të mjaftonte kjo - dhe i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) goditi me dorën e tij në tokë mbi dhe, pastaj bëri kështu, i fryu asaj dhe fshiu fytyrën e tij dhe duart e tij deri në kyç, dhe në të nuk përmenden (147) parakrahët.»

(147) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (deri në).
٦٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، سَمِعَ ذَرَّ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «أَتَى رَجُلٌ عُمَرَ فَذَكَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأَجْنَبَ وَلَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ، فَقَالَ: لَا يُصَلِّي، فَقَالَ عَمَّارٌ : أَمَا تَذْكُرُ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذْ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَأَنْتَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ فَأَجْنَبْنَا فَلَمْ نَجِدِ الْمَاءَ، فَأَمَّا أَنْتَ فَلَمْ تُصَلِّ، وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَتَمَعَّكْتُ فِي التُّرَابِ وَصَلَّيْتُ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - ذَكَرْنَا ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ لَكَ: أَمَّا أَنْتَ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَنْبَغِي لَكَ أَنْ تَدَعَ الصَّلَاةَ، وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا عَمَّارُ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَنْبَغِي لَكَ أَنْ تَمَعَّكَ كَمَا تَتَمَعَّكُ الدَّابَّةُ، إِنَّمَا كَانَ يُجْزِئُكَ - وَضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ الْأَرْضَ إِلَى التُّرَابِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا، فَنَفَخَ فِيهَا وَمَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ إِلَى الْمِفْصَلِ، وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ (147)» الذِّرَاعَيْنِ.

673 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, who heard Dharr bin 'Abdullah narrating from the son of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Abza, from his father, who said: "A man came to 'Umar and mentioned that he was on a journey, became in a state of major ritual impurity (janaba), and could not find water. He ('Umar) said: 'He does not pray.' Then 'Ammar said: 'Do you not remember, O Commander of the Faithful, when you and I were in a military detachment and we became in a state of major ritual impurity and did not find water? As for you, you did not pray, and as for me, I rolled in the dust and prayed. When we came to the Messenger of Allah (saw), we mentioned that to him, and he said to you: "As for you, it was not appropriate for you to leave the prayer," and as for you, O 'Ammar, "it was not appropriate for you to roll as a beast rolls; it would have been sufficient for you" - and the Messenger of Allah (saw) struck the ground with his hand into the dust, then said like this, blew into it, and wiped his face and his hands up to the joint, and it does not include (147) the forearms."

674 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Seleme bin Kuhejli, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Dherrin duke treguar nga i biri i Abdurrahman bin Ebzas, nga babai i tij: «Se një burrë erdhi te Omeri» - dhe e përmendi të ngjashmen me të (148).

(148) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (Shu'be ka thënë: Pastaj Seleme dyshoi dhe nuk e dinte nëse ishte deri në kyçet e duarve apo deri në bërryla).
٦٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ذَرًّا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى عُمَرَ» - فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ (148)،

(148) في طبعة دار المعرفة زيادة (قال شعبة ثم شك سلمة فلم يدر إلى الكوعين أو إلى المرفقين).
674 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Kuhayl, he said: I heard Dharr narrating from the son of 'Abd al-Rahman bin Abza, from his father "that a man came to 'Umar" - and he mentioned the like of it (148).

(148) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is an addition: (Shu'bah said: Then Salamah doubted and did not know whether it was to the wrists or to the elbows).

675 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sellami, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga Naxhije, nga Ammar bin Jasiri, i cili ka thënë:

«U bëra xhunub ndërsa isha me devetë dhe nuk gjeta ujë, kështu që u rrotullova në pluhur ashtu siç rrotullohet kafsha. Pastaj erdha te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe ia përmenda këtë atij, e ai tha: "Të mjaftonte tejemumi".»
٦٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، قَالَ: «أَجْنَبْتُ وَأَنَا فِي الْإِبِلِ، فَلَمْ أَجِدِ الْمَاءَ، فَتَمَعَّكْتُ كَمَا تَتَمَعَّكُ الدَّابَّةُ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ التَّيَمُّمُ».
675 - Narrated Abu Dawud, who said: Narrated Sallam, from Abu Ishaq, from Najiyah, from 'Ammar bin Yasir, who said:

'I became in a state of major ritual impurity (janaba) while I was with the camels, and I could not find water. So I rolled in the dust just as an animal rolls. Then I came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and mentioned that to him. He said: "Tayammum would have been sufficient for you."'

676 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ali bin Zejdi, nga Seleme bin Muhamedi, nga Ammar bin Jasiri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Fitreja (natyrshmëria) është: shpëlarja e gojës, shpëlarja e hundës, përdorimi i siuakut, shkurtimi i mustaqeve, prerja e thonjve, shkulja e qimeve nën sqetull, rruajtja e qimeve publike, spërkatja me ujë (pas abdestit), rrethprerja (syneti) dhe larja e nyjeve të gishtave».
٦٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «الْفِطْرَةُ الْمَضْمَضَةُ، وَالِاسْتِنْشَاقُ، وَالسِّوَاكُ، وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ، وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ، وَنَتْفُ الْإِبْطِ، وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ، وَالِانْتِضَاحُ، وَالْخِتَانُ، وَغَسْلُ الْبَرَاجِمِ».
676 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Ali bin Zaid, from Salamah bin Muhammad, from Ammar bin Yasir, from the Prophet (pbuh), he said: "The Fitra (natural inclinations) are: rinsing the mouth, sniffing water into the nose, using the tooth-stick (siwak), trimming the mustache, clipping the nails, plucking the armpit hair, shaving the pubic hair, sprinkling water (after ablution), circumcision, and washing the finger joints."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar një burrë nga familja e Sehl b. Hunejfit, nga Muhamed b. Ammari, nga Ammari, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk hyn në Xhenet dejuthi».
٦٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ آلِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ دَيُّوثٌ».
677 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: A man from the family of Sahl ibn Hunayf narrated to me, from Muhammad ibn 'Ammar, from 'Ammar, he said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: 'A cuckold (dayyuth) shall not enter Paradise.'

678 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bën Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Abdullah bën Selimen duke thënë:
«E kam parë Ammar bën Jasirin në ditën e Sifinit, një plak me lëkurë të errët, ndërsa në dorën e tij mbante një heshtë që i dridhej. Ai shikoi nga Amër bën el-Asi, i cili mbante flamurin në dorë, dhe tha: 'Vërtet, ky është një flamur kundër të cilit kam luftuar së bashku me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tri herë. Pashë Allahun, edhe sikur të na godisnin derisa të na shtynin deri te degët e palmave të Hexherit, unë do ta dija se qëllimi ynë është mbi të vërtetën dhe se ata janë në humbje'.»
٦٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ سَلِمَةَ يَقُولُ: «رَأَيْتُ عَمَّارَ بْنَ يَاسِرٍ يَوْمَ صِفِّينَ شَيْخًا آدَمَ، وَإِنَّ فِي يَدِهِ الْحَرْبَةَ، وَإِنَّهَا لَتُرْعَدُ، فَنَظَرَ إِلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ وَبِيَدِهِ الرَّايَةُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذِهِ لَرَايَةٌ قَدْ قَاتَلْتُهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَاللهِ لَوْ ضَرَبُونَا حَتَّى يَبْلُغُوا بِنَا سَعَفَاتِ هَجَرَ لَعَرَفْتُ أَنَّ مُصْلِحَتَنَا عَلَى الْحَقِّ وَأَنَّهُمْ عَلَى الضَّلَالَةِ».
678 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he heard 'Abdullah ibn Salimah saying: "I saw 'Ammar ibn Yasir on the day of Siffin as a dark-skinned elderly man, and in his hand was a spear, and it was indeed trembling. He looked at 'Amr ibn al-'As, who had the banner in his hand, and said: 'Indeed, this is a banner that I have fought against alongside the Messenger of Allah (saw) three times. By Allah, even if they were to strike us until they reached the palm branches of Hajar, I would still know that our cause is upon the truth and that they are upon falsehood.'"

679 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Er-Rukejn bin Er-Rebi', nga Husejn bin Kabisa, nga Ammar bin Jasiri - i cili e ngre atë (te Pejgamberi s.a.v.s.) - se ka thënë: «Vërtet, ai që ka dy fytyra në këtë botë, në Ditën e Kiametit do të ketë dy fytyra prej zjarri».

Këtë hadith e ka transmetuar Ebu Nuajmi dhe të tjerë nga Sheriku, nga Er-Rukejn, nga Nuajm bin Hanzhale, nga Ammari.
٦٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ - رَفَعَهُ - قَالَ: «إِنَّ ذَا الْوَجْهَيْنِ فِي الدُّنْيَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَهُ وَجْهَانِ فِي النَّارِ». وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ.
679 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from al-Rukayn ibn al-Rabi', from Husayn ibn Qabisah, from 'Ammar ibn Yasir - attributing it to the Prophet (saw) - he said: "Indeed, the one who is two-faced in this world will have two faces of fire on the Day of Resurrection."

This hadith was also narrated by Abu Nu'aym and others from Sharik, from al-Rukayn, from Nu'aym ibn Hanzalah, from 'Ammar.

680 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sufjan bin Ujejne, nga Abdylkerimi, nga Hassan bin Bilali, i cili ka thënë:
«E pashë Ammarin duke marrë abdest dhe duke fërkuar mjekrën e tij, dhe tha: 'Kështu e kam parë Pejgamberin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke vepruar'.»
٦٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ عَمَّارًا تَوَضَّأَ وَخَلَّلَ لِحْيَتَهُ، وَقَالَ: هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَفْعَلُ».
680 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Karim, from Hassan bin Bilal, who said:
'I saw 'Ammar performing ablution and he ran his fingers through his beard, and he said: 'This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) doing.''

681 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ata el-Hurasani, nga Jahja bin Ja'mer, nga Ammar bin Jasiri, i cili ka thënë: "U ktheva te familja ime nga një udhëtim dhe ata më lyer me shafran. Kur u gdhi mëngjesi, shkova te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe e përshëndeta me selam, por ai nuk më uroi mirëseardhjen dhe as nuk më buzëqeshi, por tha: 'Shko dhe laje këtë prej teje'. Ai tha: E lava atë, pastaj erdha ndërsa më kishte mbetur ende diçka prej tij. E përshëndeta me selam, por ai nuk më uroi mirëseardhjen dhe as nuk më buzëqeshi, por tha: 'Shko dhe laje këtë prej teje'. E lava atë, pastaj erdha te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe e përshëndeta me selam, e ai ma ktheu selamin, më uroi mirëseardhjen dhe tha: 'Me të vërtetë, engjëjt nuk marrin pjesë për mirë në xhenazen e kafirit, as te ai që është lyer me shafran (për burrat), dhe as te ai që është xhunub. Dhe ai dha lehtësim për xhunubin, nëse dëshiron të hajë ose të flejë, që të marrë abdest'."
٦٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ قَالَ: «قَدِمْتُ عَلَى أَهْلِي مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَضَمَّخُونِي بِالزَّعْفَرَانِ، فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحْتُ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَمْ يُرَحِّبْ بِي وَلَمْ يَبَشَّ بِي، وَقَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَاغْسِلْ هَذَا عَنْكَ، قَالَ: فَغَسَلْتُهُ عَنِّي، فَجِئْتُ وَقَدْ بَقِيَ عَلَيَّ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمْ يُرَحِّبْ بِي وَلَمْ يَبَشَّ بِي، وَقَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَاغْسِلْ هَذَا عَنْكَ، فَغَسَلْتُهُ عَنِّي، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ السَّلَامَ وَرَحَّبَ بِي، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا تَحْضُرُ جِنَازَةَ الْكَافِرِ بِخَيْرٍ، وَلَا الْمُتَضَمِّخَ بِالزَّعْفَرَانِ، وَلَا الْجُنُبَ، وَرَخَّصَ لِلْجُنُبِ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَنَامَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ».
681 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Ata' al-Khurasani, from Yahya ibn Ya'mar, from 'Ammar ibn Yasir, who said: "I came to my family from a journey and they perfumed me with saffron. When morning came, I went to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and greeted him with Salam, but he did not welcome me nor show me cheerfulness. He said: 'Go and wash this off you.' So I washed it off me, then I came back while some of it still remained on me. I greeted him with Salam, but he did not welcome me nor show me cheerfulness. He said: 'Go and wash this off you.' So I washed it off me, then I came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and greeted him with Salam; he returned the Salam to me, welcomed me, and said: 'Indeed, the angels do not attend the funeral of a disbeliever with goodness, nor one who is heavily perfumed with saffron, nor one who is in a state of major ritual impurity (Junub). And he granted a concession for the person in a state of major ritual impurity, if he wishes to eat or sleep, to perform ablution (Wudu)."

682 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Imrani, nga Katadeja, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar një shok i yni nga Ammari, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Shembulli i umetit tim është si shembulli i shiut; nuk dihet nëse fillimi i tij është më i mirë apo fundi i tij».
٦٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا صَاحِبٌ لَنَا عَنْ عَمَّارٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «مَثَلُ أُمَّتِي مَثَلُ الْمَطَرِ؛ لَا يُدْرَى أَوَّلُهُ خَيْرٌ أَمْ آخِرُهُ».
682 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Imran narrated to us, from Qatadah, he said: A companion of ours narrated to us from 'Ammar that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "The likeness of my Ummah is like the rain; it is not known whether its beginning is better or its end."

683 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katadeja, nga Ebu Nadre, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar Kajs b. Ubad, i cili ka thënë:

«I thashë Ammarit: O Ebu el-Jakdan, më trego për këtë çështje që keni ndërmarrë, a është sipas mendimit tuaj apo është diçka që ua ka lënë amanet i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)? Ai tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk na ka lënë amanet asgjë, përveç asaj që u ka lënë amanet të gjithë njerëzve».
٦٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ عُبَادٍ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ لِعَمَّارٍ : يَا أَبَا الْيَقْظَانِ، أَرَأَيْتَ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ الَّذِي أَتَيْتُمُوهُ بِرَأْيِكُمْ أَمْ شَيْءٌ عَهِدَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: مَا عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - شَيْئًا إِلَّا شَيْئًا عَهِدَهُ إِلَى النَّاسِ».
683 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu Nadrah, who said: Qays ibn 'Ubad narrated to me, he said:

"I said to 'Ammar: 'O Abu al-Yaqzan, tell me about this matter that you have undertaken; is it based on your own opinion, or is it something that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) specifically entrusted to you?' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) did not entrust anything to us except what he entrusted to all the people.'"

684 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu et-Tejjahu, nga Abdullah bin Ebi el-Hudhejl el-Anaziu:

«Se Ammari (r.a.) po transportonte bashkë me ta - do të thotë gurët - dhe i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Mjerë për ty, o biri i Sumejjes, ty do të të vrasë grupi kryengritës'.»

Dhe këtë hadith e ka transmetuar Abdul-Varithi nga Ebu et-Tejjahu, nga Ibn Ebi el-Hudhejli, nga Ammari, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mjerë për ty, o biri i Sumejjes.»
٦٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ الْعَنَزِيِّ «أَنَّ عَمَّارًا ﵁ كَانَ يَنْقُلُ مَعَهُمْ - يَعْنِي الصَّخْرَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: وَيْحَكَ يَا ابْنَ سُمَيَّةَ، تَقْتُلُكَ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ». وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: وَيْحَكَ يَا ابْنَ سُمَيَّةَ.
684 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, from 'Abdullah bin Abi al-Hudhayl al-'Anazi:
"That 'Ammar (ra) was carrying with them—meaning the rocks—so the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Woe to you, O son of Sumayyah, the rebellious group will kill you.'"
And 'Abd al-Warith narrated this hadith from Abu al-Tayyah, from Ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from 'Ammar, that the Prophet (saw) said: "Woe to you, O son of Sumayyah."

685 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (149), na ka treguar El-Umeriu, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar Seid el-Makburi, nga Ebu Bekr bin Abdurrahman bin el-Harith bin Hisham el-Mahzumi, i cili ka thënë: «E pashë Ammar bin Jasirin duke falur dy rekate, të cilat i fali shpejt. I thashë atij - ose i tha një burrë: O Ebu el-Jakdan, i fale shpejt ato! Ai tha: O nipi im, a më pe të kem pakësuar diçka nga rregullat e tyre? Ai tha: Jo. Ammari tha: Unë nxitova për t'i paraprirë vesveseve (pëshpëritjeve të shejtanit), sepse e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Vërtet, njeriu fal namazin dhe nuk i takon prej tij (150) (përveçse) gjysma, dhe ai fal namazin e nuk i takon prej tij (151) (përveçse) një e treta, dhe ai fal namazin e nuk i takon prej tij (152) (përveçse) një e katërta. Tha: Derisa arriti në një të dhjetën.»

٦٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (149)، حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ عَمَّارَ بْنَ يَاسِرٍ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَأَخَفَّهُمَا، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ - أَوْ قَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: يَا أَبَا الْيَقْظَانِ، أَخْفَفْتَهُمَا! قَالَ: يَا ابْنَ أَخِي، هَلْ رَأَيْتَنِي انْتَقَصْتُ مِنْ حُدُودِهِمَا شَيْئًا؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: إِنِّي بَادَرْتُ بِالْوَسْوَاسِ، وَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُصَلِّي الصَّلَاةَ مَا لَهُ مِنْهَا (150) النِّصْفُ، وَإِنَّهُ لَيُصَلِّي الصَّلَاةَ مَا لَهُ مِنْهَا (151) الثُّلُثُ، وَإِنَّهُ لَيُصَلِّي الصَّلَاةَ مَا لَهُ مِنْهَا (152)» الرُّبُعُ. قَالَ: حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْعُشْرَ.

685 - Abu Dawud (149) narrated to us, Al-Umari narrated to us, he said: Sa'id al-Maqburi narrated to me, from Abu Bakr bin 'Abd al-Rahman bin al-Harith bin Hisham al-Makhzumi, who said: "I saw 'Ammar bin Yasir pray two rak'ahs and he made them brief. So I said to him - or a man said to him: 'O Abu al-Yaqzan, you made them brief!' He said: 'O nephew, did you see me diminish anything from their prescribed limits?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'I hastened to finish before the whisperings (of Satan), for I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: "A man may pray a prayer and have nothing of it but half, and he may pray a prayer and have nothing of it but a third, and he may pray a prayer and have nothing of it but (152) a fourth."' He said: Until he reached a tenth."

686 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga ai që e ka dëgjuar Ammarin, «dhe një burrë përmendi Aishen tek ai dhe foli keq për të, e ai tha (153)»: Hesht, i shëmtuar dhe i përzënë! A po e lëndon të dashurën e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.)?.

٦٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ عَمَّارًا ، «وَذَكَرَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَهُ عَائِشَةَ فَنَالَ مِنْهَا، فَقَالَ (153)»: اسْكُتْ مَقْبُوحًا مَنْبُوحًا، أَتُؤْذِي حَبِيبَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟.

686 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from someone who heard 'Ammar, "and a man mentioned 'Aishah in his presence and spoke ill of her, so he said (153)": Be silent, you ugly and barked-at person! Are you hurting the beloved of the Messenger of Allah (saw)?.
