929 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ma'bed bin Halidi, nga Zejd bin Ukbe, nga Semure bin Xhundubi se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka lexuar në namazin e xhumasë: ﴿سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى﴾ (Lartëso emrin e Zotit tënd, më të Lartit) dhe ﴿هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ﴾ (A të erdhi ty lajmi i Gashijes?).
٩٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَرَأَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْجُمُعَةِ ﴿سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى﴾ وَ﴿هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ﴾».

- Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ma'bad ibn Khalid, from Zayd ibn 'Uqbah, from Samurah ibn Jundub that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) recited in the Friday prayer "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" and "Has there come to you the report of the Overwhelming Event?".

930 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Abdylmelik bin Umejri, nga Zejd bin Ukbe, nga Semure, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Lypja është gërvishtje me të cilën njeriu gërvisht fytyrën e tij; kush dëshiron, le të lërë gjurmë në fytyrën e tij, e kush dëshiron, le t'i braktisë ato, përveç nëse njeriu kërkon për një çështje që është e domosdoshme ose i kërkon dikujt që ka pushtet (sulltan).»
Zejd bin Ukbe ka thënë: «Ia tregova këtë Haxhaxh bin Jusufit, e ai më tha: 'Më kërko mua, sepse unë jam ai që ka pushtet'.»
٩٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «الْمَسَائِلُ كُدُوحٌ يَكْدَحُ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ وَجْهَهُ، فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَبْقَى عَلَى وَجْهِهِ وَمَنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْأَلَ الرَّجُلُ فِي أَمْرٍ لَا يَجِدُ مِنْهُ بُدًّا أَوْ ذَا سُلْطَانٍ.
قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ الْحَجَّاجَ بْنَ يُوسُفَ فَقَالَ: سَلْنِي؛ فَإِنِّي ذُو سُلْطَانٍ».
930 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Zayd ibn 'Uqbah, from Samurah that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Begging is a scratch with which a man scratches his face; so whoever wishes may preserve his face, and whoever wishes may leave it, except that a man asks regarding a matter from which there is no escape, or [asks] one of authority."

Zayd ibn 'Uqbah said: "So I narrated it to al-Hajjaj ibn Yusuf, and he said: 'Ask me, for I am one of authority.'"

931 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Abdulmelik bin Umejr, nga Husajn bin Ebil Hurr, nga Semureh bin Xhundub, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Më e mira me të cilën mjekoheni është hixhama».
٩٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُرِّ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «خَيْرُ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ الْحَجْمُ».
931 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Husayn ibn Abi al-Hurr, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'The best of what you treat yourselves with is cupping.'

932 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, ka thënë:
Më ka njoftuar Firasi, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Esh-Sha'biun, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar
Semure bin Xhundubin duke thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) fali namazin e sabahut
dhe tha: "A ka këtu ndonjë nga fisi i filanit? Shoku juaj është i penguar
te dera e Xhenetit për shkak të një borxhi që ka"».
٩٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي فِرَاسٌ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُنْدُبٍ يَقُولُ: «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - الصُّبْحَ فَقَالَ: هَاهُنَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ؟ إِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ مَحْبُوسٌ بِبَابِ الْجَنَّةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَيْهِ».
932 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Firas informed me, he said: I heard al-Sha'bi say: I heard Samurah bin Jundub saying:

"The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) prayed the morning prayer and said: 'Is there anyone here from the tribe of so-and-so? Indeed, your companion is detained at the gate of Paradise because of a debt he owes.'"

933 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë (211) Ebu Davudi: Pretendoi Ebu Avane, nga Firasi, nga esh-Sha'bi, nga Semure bin Xhundub: "Se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) thirri dy herë e tha: 'Kush është këtu nga bijtë e filanit?', por nuk iu përgjigj askush. Pastaj në të tretën u ngrit një burrë e tha: 'Unë'. Ai tha: 'Çfarë të pengoi të më përgjigjeshe në dy herët e para? Unë nuk e përmenda emrin tënd veçse për mirë; shoku juaj është i penguar te dera e Xhenetit për shkak të një borxhi që ka'. Tha: Atëherë ai e shleu atë për të, derisa nuk mbeti askush që t'i kërkonte diçka".

(211) Në botimin e Darul Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (na ka treguar).
٩٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ (211) أَبُو دَاوُدَ : فَزَعَمَ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - صَاحَ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ: مَنْ هَاهُنَا مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ؟، فَلَمْ يُجِبْهُ أَحَدٌ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: أَنَا. قَالَ: مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تُجِيبَنِي فِي الْمَرَّتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ؟ إِنِّي لَمْ أُنَوِّهْ بِاسْمِكَ إِلَّا لِخَيْرٍ؛ إِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ مَحْبُوسٌ بِبَابِ الْجَنَّةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: فَقَضَى عَنْهُ حَتَّى مَا يُطَالِبُهُ أَحَدٌ بِشَيْءٍ».

933 - Yunus narrated to us, he said (211) Abu Dawud said: Abu Awanah claimed on the authority of Firas, from al-Sha'bi, from Samurah bin Jundub "that the Prophet (saw) called out twice, saying: 'Who is here from the tribe of so-and-so?' No one answered him. Then, on the third time, a man stood up and said: 'I am.' He (saw) said: 'What prevented you from answering me the first two times? I did not mention your name except for good; indeed, your companion is detained at the gate of Paradise because of a debt he owes.' He said: So he paid it off on his behalf until no one was demanding anything from him."

934 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Muxhalidi dhe Ismaili, nga esh-Shabi, se ai ka thënë: «Nëse dëshironi, dorëzojeni atë në dënimin e Allahut, e nëse dëshironi, lironi atë.»
٩٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَأَسْلِمُوهُ إِلَى عَذَابِ اللهِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَفُكُّوهُ».
934 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mujalid and Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi that he said: "If you wish, hand him over to the punishment of Allah, and if you wish, set him free."

935 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Er-Rebi' bin Amile, nga Semure, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Mos e emërto shërbëtorin tënd: Efleh, as Rebah, as Jesar, e as Nexhih, sepse mund të pyetet: 'A është ai këtu?' e të thuhet: 'Jo'."
٩٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ عَمِيلَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا تُسَمِّي غُلَامَكَ: أَفْلَحُ، وَلَا رَبَاحٌ، وَلَا يَسَارٌ، وَلَا نَجِيحٌ، فَيُقَالُ: أَهُوَ هَاهُنَا؟ فَيُقَالُ: لَا».
935 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, he said: I heard Hilal bin Yasaf narrating from Al-Rabi' bin 'Amilah, from Samurah that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Do not name your servant: Aflah, nor Rabah, nor Yasar, nor Najih, for it will be said: 'Is he there?' and it will be said: 'No'."

936 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga El-Hakemi dhe Habib bin Ebi Thabiti, nga Mejmuni bin Ebi Shebibi, nga Semureh bin Xhundubi, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Vishni këto rroba të bardha, sepse ato janë më të pastra dhe më të mira, dhe me to qefinosni të vdekurit tuaj.»
٩٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الْبَسُوا هَذِهِ الثِّيَابَ الْبِيضَ فَإِنَّهَا أَطْهَرُ وَأَطْيَبُ، وَكَفِّنُوا فِيهَا مَوْتَاكُمْ».
936 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Al-Hakam and Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Maymun ibn Abi Shabib, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Wear these white clothes, for they are purer and better, and shroud your dead in them."

937 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar El-Hakemi, nga Ibn Ebi Lejla, nga Semure bin Xhundubi, i cili ka thënë:

Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Kush transmeton prej meje një hadith, duke e ditur se ai është gënjeshtër, ai është njëri prej gënjeshtarëve.»
٩٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ رَوَى عَنِّي حَدِيثًا يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبِينَ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Al-Hakam informed me, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Samurah bin Jundub, he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever narrates a hadith from me, seeing that it is a lie, then he is one of the liars."

938 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë:

Më ka njoftuar Simak bin Harbi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar El-Muhelleb bin Ebi Sufren duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Semure bin Xhundubin duke mbajtur hytbe, ku thoshte në hytben e tij: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka ndaluar faljen e namazit para lindjes së diellit, sepse ai lind mes dy brirëve të shejtanit ose mbi dy brirët e një shejtani».
٩٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُهَلَّبَ بْنَ أَبِي صُفْرَةَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُنْدُبٍ يَخْطُبُ يَقُولُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - عَنْ صَلَاةٍ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ، فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيِ الشَّيْطَانِ أَوْ عَلَى قَرْنَيْ شَيْطَانٍ».
938 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Simak ibn Harb informed me, he said: I heard Al-Muhallab ibn Abi Sufrah saying: I heard Samurah ibn Jundub delivering a sermon, saying in his sermon: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade prayer before the rising of the sun, for it rises between the two horns of Satan, or upon the two horns of a devil."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, ka thënë:
Më ka njoftuar Sevade bin Hanzale el-Kushejri, i cili e ka dëgjuar Semure
bin Xhundubin duke mbajtur hytbe, e i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Të mos ju mashtrojë
thirrja e Bilalit dhe as kjo bardhësi, derisa agimi të shpërthejë
kështu.»
٩٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَوَادَةُ بْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ ، سَمِعَ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُنْدُبٍ يَخْطُبُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ نِدَاءُ بِلَالٍ وَلَا هَذَا الْبَيَاضُ حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الْفَجْرَ هَكَذَا».
939 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Sawadah bin Hanzalah al-Qushayri informed me, he heard Samurah bin Jundub delivering a sermon, saying: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Do not let the call of Bilal deceive you, nor this whiteness, until the dawn breaks like this."

940 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Sulejmi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sevade bin Hanzale el-Kushejri, nga Semure bin Xhundubi, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Të mos ju pengojë ezani i Bilallit nga syfyri, as agimi vertikal, por agimi që përhapet horizontalisht në horizont.»
٩٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَوَادَةُ بْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا يَمْنَعَنَّكُمْ أَذَانُ بِلَالٍ مِنَ السُّحُورِ، وَلَا الصُّبْحُ الْمُسْتَطِيلُ، وَلَكِنِ الصُّبْحُ الْمُسْتَطِيرُ فِي الْأُفُقِ».
940 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sulaym narrated to us, he said: Sawadah ibn Hanzalah al-Qushayri narrated to us, from Samurah ibn Jundub that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Do not let the Adhan of Bilal prevent you from your pre-dawn meal (Suhur), nor the vertical dawn, but rather the dawn that spreads across the horizon."

941 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Seleme bin Kuhejli, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Semure bin Xhundubi, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), i cili ka thënë: «Nëse të tregoj një hadith, mos i shto asgjë fjalës sime. Katër fjalë janë prej fjalëve më të mira dhe ato janë pjesë e Kuranit, e nuk të dëmton me cilën prej tyre fillon: Subhanallah (I pastër është Allahu nga çdo e metë), el-Hamdulilah (Lavdia i takon Allahut), la ilahe il-lallah (Nuk ka të adhuruar tjetër me të drejtë përveç Allahut) dhe Allahu Ekber (Allahu është më i Madhi).»
٩٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِذَا حَدَّثْتُكَ حَدِيثًا فَلَا تَزِيدَنَّ عَلَيَّ، أَرْبَعٌ هُنَّ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ الْكَلَامِ وَهُوَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ، وَلَا يَضُرُّكَ بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ».
941 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Kuhayl, he said: I heard Hilal bin Yasaf narrating from Samurah bin Jundub, from the Prophet (pbuh), he said: "If I narrate a hadith to you, do not add anything to me, four are among the best of speech and it is from the Qur'an, and it does not harm you with which of them you begin: Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest."

942 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Seleme bin Kuhejli, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Semure bin Xhundubi, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos e emërto shërbëtorin tënd: Efleh (i suksesshëm), as Nexhih (i shpëtuar), as Rebah (fitimtar), e as Jesar (i pasur/lehtësim).»
٩٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا تُسَمِّي غُلَامَكَ: أَفْلَحُ، وَلَا نَجِيحٌ، وَلَا رَبَاحٌ، وَلَا يَسَارٌ».
942 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Kuhayl, he said: I heard Hilal bin Yasaf narrating from Samurah bin Jundub, from the Prophet (pbuh), he said: "Do not name your servant: Aflah, nor Najih, nor Rabah, nor Yasar."

943 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katadeja, nga Kudame b. Veberah, nga Semureh, ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Kush e lë xhumanë pa arsye, le të japë sadaka një dinar, e nëse nuk gjen, atëherë gjysmë dinari.»
٩٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ وَبَرَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ تَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَبِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ».
943 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Qudamah bin Wabarah, from Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever leaves the Friday prayer without an excuse, let him give a dinar in charity, and if he does not find [that], then half a dinar."

944 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Husejni, nga Abdullah bin Burejde, nga Semure: «Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i fali namazin (212) një gruaje dhe qëndroi në mesin e saj».



(212) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (xhenaze).
٩٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى (212) امْرَأَةٍ فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا».

(212) في طبعة دار المعرفة زيادة (جنازة).
944 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Husayn, from Abdullah bin Buraydah, from Samurah 'that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) prayed over (212) a woman and he stood at her middle.'

(212) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is the addition of (a funeral).

945 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (213), na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Haseni, nga Semure bin Xhundubi, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Nëse dy kujdestarë (velij) martojnë të njëjtën grua, martesa i takon të parit prej tyre. Dhe nëse një burrë i shet një mall dy personave, ai i takon të parit prej tyre».

(213) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (tha).
٩٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (213)، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْكَحَ وَلِيَّانِ فَالنِّكَاحُ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بَاعَ رَجُلٌ مَتَاعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا».

945 - Abu Dawud (213) narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah bin Jundub, from the Prophet (saw) who said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, the marriage is for the first of them, and if a man sells a commodity to two men, it belongs to the first of them."

946 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Hasani, nga Semure se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Fqinji i shtëpisë ka më shumë të drejtë për shtëpinë».
٩٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ».
946 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:

"The neighbor of the house has more right to the house."

947 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Haseni, nga Semure, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kush vret skllavin e tij, ne do ta vrasim atë; kush e gjymton atë, ne do ta gjymtojmë atë; dhe kush e tredh atë, ne do ta tredhim atë.»
٩٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ خَصَاهُ خَصَيْنَاهُ».
947 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Whoever kills his slave, we shall kill him; and whoever mutilates him, we shall mutilate him; and whoever castrates him, we shall castrate him."

948 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Haseni, nga Semure, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Kush rrethon me mur një tokë, ajo i takon atij.»
٩٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ».
948 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever surrounds a piece of land with a wall, it belongs to him."

949 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Hasani, nga Semure, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi një thirrës, i cili thirri në një ditë me shi: 'Faluni në vendbanimet tuaja'.»
٩٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: «أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - مُنَادِيًا فَنَادَى فِي يَوْمٍ مَطِيرٍ: الصَّلَاةَ فِي الرِّحَالِ».
949 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: "The Prophet (saw) ordered a caller to announce on a rainy day: 'Pray in your dwellings.'"

950 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga el-Haseni, nga Semure ose Ukbe, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Garancia për skllavin është katër ditë».
٩٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَوْ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ أَرْبَعَةُ أَيَّامٍ».
950 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Samurah or 'Uqbah, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "The guarantee period for a slave is four days."

951 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammadi, nga Katadeja, nga El-Hasani, nga Semureja, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:

«Çdo djalë është peng i akikas së tij.»
٩٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «كُلُّ غُلَامٍ مُرْتَهَنٌ بِعَقِيقَتِهِ».
951 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Every boy is pledged by his 'aqiqah."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Katade, nga El-Haseni, nga Semure, ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kush zotëron një të afërm mahrem, ai është i lirë».
٩٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ».
952 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Whoever comes into possession of a relative within the prohibited degrees (mahram), then he is free.'

953 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Katadeja, nga El-Hasani, nga Semure, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos mallkoni me mallkimin e Allahut, as me zemërimin e Allahut e as me zjarrin».
٩٥٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «لَا تَلْعَنُوا بِلَعْنَةِ اللهِ وَلَا بِغَضَبِ اللهِ وَلَا بِالنَّارِ».
953 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Do not curse with the curse of Allah, nor with the wrath of Allah, nor with the Fire."

954 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Imrani, nga Katadeja, nga Hasani, nga Semureja, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Njeriu nuk duhet të shtojë (çmimin) mbi shitblerjen e vëllait të tij dhe as të kërkojë dorën e një gruaje mbi fejesën e tij.»
٩٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «لَا يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ».
954 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Imran narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, he said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "A man should not outbid his brother, nor should he propose marriage over the proposal of his brother."
