1222 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selam bin Sulejmi, nga Mensuri, nga Salim bin Ebi el-Xha'di, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë:

«Ishim ulur te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur erdhi një grua me një ose dy fëmijë të saj që i mbante, dhe një djalë tjetër me vete. Tha: Dhe mendoj se ishte shtatzënë. Tha: Dhe mendoj se ajo nuk i kërkoi gjë Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) atë ditë, veçse ai ia dha. Kur ajo u largua, Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Shtatzëna, lindëse, të mëshirshme; sikur të mos ishte për atë që u bëjnë bashkëshortëve të tyre, ato prej tyre që falen do të hynin në Xhenet».
١٢٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا قُعُودًا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - إِذْ جَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ وَمَعَهَا صَبِيٌّ لَهَا أَوْ صَبِيَّانِ لَهَا حَامِلَتُهُمَا وَبُنَيٌّ آخَرُ، قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهَا حَامِلًا، قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهَا لَمْ تَسْأَلْ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَوْمَئِذٍ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهَا، فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: حَامِلَاتٌ وَالِدَاتٌ رَحِيمَاتٌ، لَوْلَا مَا يَأْتِينَ إِلَى أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ دَخَلَ الْمُصَلِّيَاتُ مِنْهُنَّ الْجَنَّةَ».
1222 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam bin Sulaym narrated to us, from Mansur, from Salim bin Abi al-Ja'd, from Abu Umamah, who said: "We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (saw) when a woman came to him with a boy of hers, or two boys of hers whom she was carrying, and another small son. He said: And I think she was pregnant. He said: And I think she did not ask the Messenger of Allah (saw) for anything that day except that he gave it to her. When she turned away, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Pregnant, child-bearing, and merciful; were it not for how they treat their husbands, the ones among them who pray would enter Paradise.'"

1223 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ismail bin Ajjashi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shurahbil bin Muslim el-Havlanij, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Umamen duke thënë: «E kam parë të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në Haxhin e Lamtumirës dhe e kam dëgjuar duke thënë: Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar i ka dhënë çdo punëdrejti të drejtën e tij, andaj nuk ka testament për trashëgimtarin. Fëmija i takon shtratit (martesor), ndërsa për imoralin është guri (privimi), kurse llogaria e tyre është te Allahu. Kushdo që pretendon se ka baba tjetër përveç babait të tij, ose i mvishet dikujt tjetër përveç zotërinjve të tij (mualive), mbi të rëntë mallkimi i Allahut i vazhdueshëm deri në Ditën e Kiametit. Vini re, nuk i lejohet gruas të japë asgjë nga pasuria e burrit të saj pa lejen e tij. Një burrë pyeti: O i Dërguari i Allahut, as ushqimin? Ai tha: Kjo është pasuria jonë më e vlefshme».
١٢٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ: «شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ فَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، حِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ، مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ التَّابِعَةُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تُعْطِيَ مِنْ مَالِ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَلَا الطَّعَامَ؟ قَالَ: ذَاكَ أَفْضَلُ أَمْوَالِنَا».
1223 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, he said: Shurahbil ibn Muslim al-Khawlani narrated to us, he heard Abu Umamah saying:

"I witnessed the Messenger of Allah (saw) during the Farewell Pilgrimage, and I heard him saying: 'Indeed, Allah (the Mighty and Sublime) has given every rightful person their right, so there is no bequest for an heir. The child belongs to the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Their reckoning is with Allah. Whoever claims descent from other than his father or attributes himself to other than his masters, then upon him is the curse of Allah, following him until the Day of Resurrection. Verily, it is not permissible for a woman to give anything from her husband's wealth except with his permission.' A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, not even food?' He said: 'That is the best of our wealth.'"

1224 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ismail bin Ajjashi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shurahbil bin Muslim el-Haulaniu, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Umamen duke thënë:

I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Borxhi duhet shlyer, huaja duhet kthyer, dhurata (për shfrytëzim) duhet kthyer dhe garantuesi është përgjegjës.»
١٢٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الدَّيْنُ مَقْضِيٌّ، وَالْعَارِيَةُ مُؤَدَّاةٌ، وَالْمِنْحَةُ مَرْدُودَةٌ، وَالزَّعِيمُ غَارِمٌ».
1224 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin 'Ayyash narrated to us, he said: Shurahbil bin Muslim al-Khawlani narrated to us, he heard Abu Umamah saying: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Debt must be repaid, a borrowed item must be returned, a gift (for temporary use) must be returned, and the guarantor is liable.'

1225 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga Shehr bin Hawshab, nga Ebu Umame, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Abdesti shlyen atë që ka qenë para tij, ndërsa namazi bëhet nafile (adhurim shtesë).»

Atëherë u pyet: «A e ke dëgjuar këtë nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)?» Ai tha: «Jo vetëm një herë, as dy, as tri, as katër, e as pesë herë.»
١٢٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «الْوُضُوءُ يُكَفِّرُ مَا قَبْلَهُ وَتَصِيرُ الصَّلَاةُ نَافِلَةً، فَقِيلَ: أَسَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ وَلَا مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَا ثَلَاثٍ وَلَا أَرْبَعٍ وَلَا خَمْسٍ».
1225 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Shahr bin Hawshab, from Abu Umamah that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Ablution expiates what preceded it, and the prayer becomes a voluntary deed." It was said: "Did you hear it from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)?" He said: "Not once, nor twice, nor three, nor four, nor five."

1226 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhafer bin ez-Zubejr el-Hanefiu, nga el-Kasimi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar e krijoi krijimin, e caktoi caktimin dhe e mori besëlidhjen e pejgamberëve ndërsa Arshi i Tij ishte mbi ujë. Kështu, banorët e Xhenetit janë banorët e tij, dhe banorët e Zjarrit janë banorët e tij.»
١٢٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنَفِيُّ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ وَقَضَى الْقَضِيَّةَ وَأَخَذَ مِيثَاقَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَعَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ، فَأَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ أَهْلُهَا، وَأَهْلُ النَّارِ أَهْلُهَا».
1226 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ja'far ibn al-Zubayr al-Hanafi narrated to us, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) created the creation, decreed the decree, and took the covenant of the Prophets while His Throne was over the water; so the people of Paradise are its people, and the people of the Fire are its people."

1227 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhaferi, nga el-Kasimi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk hyn në Xhenet ai që është i padëgjueshëm ndaj prindërve, as ai që ua përmend të tjerëve të mirat që u ka bërë dhe as ai që përgënjeshtron kaderin.»
١٢٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ عَاقٌّ وَلَا مَنَّانٌ وَلَا مُكَذِّبٌ بِالْقَدَرِ».
1227 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ja'far narrated to us, from Al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "No one who is undutiful to parents, nor one who reminds others of his favors, nor one who denies the Divine Decree (Qadar) shall enter Paradise."

1228 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Katadeja, nga Ejmeni, nga Ebu Umameh, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Lum ai që më ka parë dhe ka besuar tek unë, dhe shtatë herë lum ai që nuk më ka parë e ka besuar tek unë».
١٢٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: «طُوبَى لِمَنْ رَآنِي وَآمَنَ بِي، وَطُوبَى سَبْعًا لِمَنْ لَمْ يَرَنِي وَآمَنَ بِي».
1228 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Ayman, from Abu Umamah, who said: I heard the Prophet (pbuh) saying: 'Tuba is for the one who saw me and believed in me, and Tuba seven times for the one who did not see me and believed in me.'

1229 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Lejth bin Ebi Sulejmi, nga Ubejdullah bin Zehri, nga el-Kasimi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, prej njerëzve më të lakmueshëm tek unë është ai rob që ka pjesë të madhe në namaz, i cili i bindet Zotit të tij dhe e shton adhurimin ndaj Tij në fshehtësi, që nuk tregohet me gishta (nuk është i famshëm), që është i panjohur ndër njerëz, furnizimi i të cilit është aq sa për të jetuar, i shpejtohet vdekja, i mbetet pak trashëgimi dhe ka pak vajtues (për të).»
١٢٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «إِنَّ مِنْ أَغْبَطِ النَّاسِ عِنْدِي عَبْدًا ذَا حَظٍّ مِنْ صَلَاةٍ أَطَاعَ رَبَّهُ وَأَكْثَرَ عِبَادَتَهُ فِي السِّرِّ، وَكَانَ لَا يُشَارُ إِلَيْهِ بِالْأَصَابِعِ، وَكَانَ غَامِضًا فِي النَّاسِ، وَكَانَ عَيْشُهُ كَفَافًا، عُجِّلَتْ مَنِيَّتُهُ وَقَلَّ تُرَاثُهُ وَقَلَّتْ بَوَاكِيهِ».
1229 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Layth bin Abi Sulaym, from 'Ubaydullah bin Zahr, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Indeed, among the most enviable of people to me is a servant who has a portion of prayer, who obeyed his Lord and increased his worship in secret, who was not pointed at with fingers, who was obscure among the people, whose livelihood was just sufficient, whose death was hastened, whose inheritance was little, and whose mourners were few."

1230 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Ferexh bin Fedale, nga Ali bin Jezidi, nga El-Kasim bin Abdurrahmani, maula i Jezid bin Muaviut, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar më ka dërguar si udhëzim dhe mëshirë për botët, dhe më ka urdhëruar për asgjësimin e veglave të muzikës, fyejve, idhujve, kryqeve dhe çështjeve të xhahilijetit. Zoti im është betuar në krenarinë dhe madhështinë e Tij, ose në betimin e Tij: Nuk ka rob prej robërve të Mi që pi një gllënjkë alkool me qëllim në këtë botë, veçse do ta bëj atë të pijë në vend të saj nga qelbi (i banorëve të zjarrit) në Ditën e Kiametit, qoftë ai i falur apo i dënuar. Dhe nuk ka njeri që ia jep atë për të pirë një fëmije të dobët musliman, veçse do ta bëj atë të pijë në vend të saj nga qelbi në Ditën e Kiametit, qoftë ai i falur apo i dënuar. Dhe nuk ka njeri që e lë atë (alkoolin) nga frika ndaj Meje, veçse do t'ia jap atë për ta pirë në kopshtet e shenjta (Xhenet). Nuk lejohet shitja e tyre (këngëtareve/veglave), as blerja e tyre, as tregtia me to, dhe fitimi prej tyre është i haram.»
١٢٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى يَزِيدَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ بَعَثَنِي هُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ، وَأَمَرَنِي بِمَحْقِ الْمَعَازِفِ وَالْمَزَامِيرِ وَالْأَوْثَانِ وَالصُّلُبِ وَأَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَحَلَفَ رَبِّي بِعِزَّتِهِ وَجَلَالِهِ أَوْ يَمِينِهِ: لَا يَشْرَبُ عَبْدٌ مِنْ عِبَادِي جَرْعَةً مِنْ خَمْرٍ مُتَعَمِّدًا فِي الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مَكَانَهَا مِنَ الصَّدِيدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ أَوْ مُعَذَّبًا، وَلَا يَسْقِيهِ صَبِيًّا ضَعِيفًا مُسْلِمًا إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مَكَانَهَا مِنَ الصَّدِيدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ أَوْ مُعَذَّبًا، وَلَا يَتْرُكُهَا مِنْ مَخَافَتِي إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ إِيَّاهَا فِي حَظِيرَةِ الْقُدُسِ، لَا يَحِلُّ بَيْعُهُنَّ وَلَا شِرَاؤُهُنَّ وَلَا التِّجَارَةُ فِيهِنَّ، وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ».
1230 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Faraj ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Yazid, from Al-Qasim ibn Abdur-Rahman, the freed slave of Yazid ibn Mu'awiyah, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Prophet (saw) said: "Indeed, Allah (azwj) sent me as a guidance and a mercy to the worlds, and He commanded me to eradicate musical instruments, flutes, idols, crosses, and the matters of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance). And my Lord swore by His Might and Majesty, or His oath: No servant among My servants drinks a draught of wine intentionally in this world except that I shall give him to drink in its place from the purulence (of Hell) on the Day of Resurrection, whether he is forgiven or punished. And no one gives it to a weak Muslim child to drink except that I shall give him to drink in its place from the purulence on the Day of Resurrection, whether he is forgiven or punished. And no one leaves it out of fear of Me except that I shall give him to drink it in the Enclosure of Holiness (Paradise). It is not permissible to sell them, nor to buy them, nor to trade in them, and their price is forbidden."

1231 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ebu Galibi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë:

«Kur muslimani merr abdest dhe e përsos abdestin, nëse ulet, ulet i falur, e nëse falet, kjo është një mirësi për të». Atij iu tha: «Apo nafile?» Ai tha: «Nafilet ishin vetëm për Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.)».
١٢٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: «إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ الْمُسْلِمُ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنْ قَعَدَ قَعَدَ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ، وَإِنْ صَلَّى كَانَتْ لَهُ فَضِيلَةً، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَوْ نَافِلَةً؟ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَتِ النَّوَافِلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ».
1231 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abu Ghalib, from Abu Umamah, who said: "When a Muslim performs ablution and performs it well, then if he sits, he sits forgiven, and if he prays, it is a merit for him." It was said to him: "Or a supererogatory prayer?" He said: "Supererogatory prayers were only for the Prophet (saw)."

1232 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ebu Galibi, i cili ka thënë:
"Isha me Ebu Umamen kur u sollën kokat e havarixhëve dhe u vendosën në shkallët e Damaskut. Ai tha: 'Qentë e Zjarrit' - e tha këtë tri herë - 'të vrarët më të këqij që janë vrarë nën hijen e qiellit, ndërsa të vrarët më të mirë janë ata që i vranë ata ose që u vranë prej tyre' - e tha këtë tri herë.
Unë i thashë: 'A është kjo diçka që e ke dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) apo diçka që po e thua sipas mendimit tënd?'
Ai tha: 'Atëherë unë do të isha vërtet i guximshëm, atëherë unë do të isha vërtet i guximshëm! Përkundrazi, është diçka që e kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.).'"
١٢٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، فَجِيءَ بِرُءُوسٍ مِنْ رُءُوسِ الْخَوَارِجِ فَنُصِبَتْ عَلَى دَرَجِ دِمَشْقَ، فَقَالَ: كِلَابُ النَّارِ - قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا - شَرُّ قَتْلَى قُتِلُوا تَحْتَ ظِلِّ السَّمَاءِ، خَيْرُ قَتْلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ وَقَتَلُوهُ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا، قُلْتُ: شَيْئًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - أَوْ شَيْئًا تَقُولُهُ بِرَأْيِكَ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي إِذًا لَجَرِيءٌ، إِنِّي إِذًا لَجَرِيءٌ، بَلْ شَيْءٌ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ».
1232 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abu Ghalib, who said: 'I was with Abu Umamah when heads from the heads of the Khawarij were brought and set up on the steps of Damascus. He said: "Dogs of the Fire" - he said it three times - "The worst of those killed under the shade of the sky, and the best of those killed are those whom they killed and those who killed them" - he said it three times.

I said: "Is this something you heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw) or something you are saying of your own opinion?" He said: "Then I would indeed be bold, then I would indeed be bold! Rather, it is something I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw)."'

1233 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhafer bin Sulejmani, nga Farkadi, nga Asim bin Amër el-Bexheliu, nga Ebu Umame, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Një grup njerëzish nga ky umet do ta kalojnë natën duke ngrënë, duke pirë, në dëfrim dhe lojë, e kur të gdhihen do të jenë shndërruar në majmunë dhe derra. Do t'i godasë ata fundosja në tokë dhe gjuajtja (nga qielli), derisa njerëzit në mëngjes do të thonë: 'Mbrëmë u fundosën bijtë e filanit', dhe 'Mbrëmë u fundos shtëpia e filanit', (ndëshkime) specifike. Do të dërgohet mbi ta një stuhi gurësh nga qielli, ashtu siç u dërgua mbi popullin e Lutit, mbi fise dhe mbi shtëpi të caktuara. Gjithashtu, do të dërgohet mbi ta era shterpë, e cila shkatërroi Aditët, mbi fise dhe mbi shtëpi, për shkak të pirjes së alkoolit, veshjes së mëndafshit, marrjes së këngëtareve (instrumentisteve), ngrënies së kamatës, shkëputjes së lidhjeve farefisnore dhe një cilësie tjetër që Xhaferi e ka harruar».
١٢٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْبَجَلِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «يَبِيتُ قَوْمٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ عَلَى طُعْمٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَلَهْوٍ وَلَعِبٍ فَيُصْبِحُونَ قَدْ مُسِخُوا قِرَدَةً وَخَنَازِيرَ، وَلَيُصِيبَنَّهُمْ خَسْفٌ وَقَذْفٌ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ النَّاسُ فَيَقُولُ: خُسِفَ اللَّيْلَةَ بِبَنِي فُلَانٍ، وَخُسِفَ اللَّيْلَةَ بِدَارِ فُلَانٍ، خَوَاصَّ، وَلَيُرْسِلَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا حِجَارَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ كَمَا أُرْسِلَتْ عَلَى قَوْمِ لُوطٍ عَلَى قَبَائِلَ مِنْهَا وَعَلَى دُورٍ، وَلَيُرْسِلَنَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّيحَ الْعَقِيمَ الَّذِي أَهْلَكَتْ عَادًا عَلَى قَبَائِلَ فِيهَا وَعَلَى دُورٍ بِشُرْبِهِمُ الْخَمْرَ وَلُبْسِهِمُ الْحَرِيرَ وَاتِّخَاذِهِمُ الْقَيْنَاتِ وَأَكْلِهِمُ الرِّبَا وَقَطِيعَتِهِمُ الرَّحِمَ، وَخَصْلَةٍ نَسِيَهَا جَعْفَرٌ».
1233 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ja'far bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Farqad, from 'Asim bin 'Amr al-Bajali, from Abu Umamah, from the Prophet (pbuh), who said: "Some people of this nation will spend the night in food, drink, amusement, and play, and in the morning they will have been transformed into monkeys and pigs. They will certainly be afflicted by being swallowed by the earth and by being pelted with stones, until people wake up and say: 'Last night the tribe of so-and-so was swallowed up,' and 'Last night the house of so-and-so was swallowed up,' specifically. And He will certainly send upon them a violent wind of stones from the sky, just as it was sent upon the people of Lot, against tribes and against houses. And He will certainly send upon them the barren wind that destroyed 'Ad, against tribes and against houses, because of their drinking of wine, their wearing of silk, their taking of female singers, their consuming of usury, and their severing of the ties of kinship, and one other trait that Ja'far forgot."

1234 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhafer bin ez-Zubejri, nga el-Kasimi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i la mestet në këmbët e tij gjatë betejës së Tebukut për tri ditë».
١٢٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: «تَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - الْمُوقَيْنِ فِي رِجْلِهِ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ ثَلَاثًا».

Narrated Abu Dawud, who said: Narrated Ja'far bin al-Zubayr, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) left the two leather socks on his feet during the Battle of Tabuk for three [days]."

1235 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Jala bin Ata, nga një shejh, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë:
Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Të lumtë, të lumtë! Pesë gjëra, sa të rënda janë ato (në peshore): Subhanallah, Elhamdulilah, La ilahe il-lallah, Allahu Ekber dhe fëmija i mirë që vdes e prindi i tij llogarit në shpërblimin e Allahut.»
١٢٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «بَخٍ بَخٍ، خَمْسٌ مَا أَثْقَلَهُنَّ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَالْوَلَدُ الصَّالِحُ يَمُوتُ فَيَحْتَسِبُهُ وَالِدُهُ».
1235 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ya'la ibn 'Ata, from a Sheikh, from Abu Umamah, who said:

The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Bakhin bakhin, five things, how heavy they are: Subhan Allah, Al-Hamdu lillah, La ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar, and a righteous child who dies and his parent seeks reward for him."

1236 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Ferexh bin Fedale, nga Lukman bin Amir, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: «U tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, cili ishte fillimi i çështjes sate? Ai tha: 'Lutja e babait tim Ibrahimit dhe përgëzimi i Isait, birit të Merjemes (a.s.), ndërsa nëna ime ka parë se prej saj doli një dritë, nga e cila u ndriçuan pallatet e Shamit'».
١٢٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ لُقْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: «قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا كَانَ بَدْءُ أَمْرِكَ؟ قَالَ: دَعْوَةُ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبُشْرَى عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِمَا، وَرَأَتْ أُمِّي أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مِنْهَا نُورٌ أَضَاءَتْ مِنْهُ قُصُورُ الشَّامِ».
1236 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Faraj ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from Luqman ibn 'Amir, from Abu Umamah, who said: "It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what was the beginning of your matter?' He said: 'The supplication of my father Ibrahim and the glad tidings of 'Isa ibn Maryam (pbuh), and my mother saw that a light came out of her, by which the palaces of Ash-Sham were illuminated.'"

1237 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhafer bin ez-Zubejr el-Hanefiu, nga el-Kasimi, nga Ebu Umame, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Një njeri u dërgua te dera e Xhenetit, ngriti kokën dhe pa se mbi derën e Xhenetit ishte shkruar: Sadakaja shpërblehet me dhjetëfishin e saj, ndërsa huaja (karzi) me tetëmbëdhjetëfish; sepse ai që kërkon hua nuk vjen te ti përveçse kur është nevojtar, ndërsa sadakaja ndonjëherë mund t'i jepet edhe një të pasuri».
١٢٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنَفِيُّ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «انْطُلِقَ بِرَجُلٍ إِلَى بَابِ الْجَنَّةِ، فَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَإِذَا عَلَى بَابِ الْجَنَّةِ مَكْتُوبٌ: الصَّدَقَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا، وَالْقَرْضُ الْوَاحِدُ بِثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ؛ لِأَنَّ صَاحِبَ الْقَرْضِ لَا يَأْتِيكَ إِلَّا وَهُوَ مُحْتَاجٌ، وَإِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ رُبَّمَا وُضِعَتْ فِي غَنِيٍّ».
1237 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ja'far ibn al-Zubayr al-Hanafi narrated to us, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) said: "A man was taken to the gate of Paradise, and he raised his head and saw written on the gate of Paradise: 'Charity is rewarded tenfold, and a single loan is rewarded eighteenfold; because the one seeking a loan does not come to you except when he is in need, whereas charity might be given to someone who is wealthy.'"
