Kapitulli: Sadakaja që i takon njeriut çdo ditë
#926
926 - Abbad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, al-Walid ibn Abi Thawr and 'Amr ibn Thabit narrated to us, from Simak, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Upon every joint of a human being, a charity is due every day." Some of the people said: "Indeed, this is difficult, O Messenger of Allah! And who is capable of this?" He said: "Enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil is charity; removing harmful things from the path is charity—or he said: prayer; your carrying a burden for the weak is charity; and every step one of you takes toward the prayer is prayer."
Commentary Al-Bazzar said: We do not know it from Ibn 'Abbas except through Simak, from 'Ikrimah, from him.

927 - Ali ibn al-Mundhir narrated to us as far as I know, Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Hajari, from Abu Iyad, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Upon every Muslim, every day, a charity is due." A man said, "Who can afford this, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "Your removing harmful things from the path is a charity, your guiding a man to the path is a charity, your visiting the sick is a charity, your following a funeral procession is a charity, your forbidding evil is a charity, and the returning of the greeting of peace by a Muslim to a Muslim is a charity."
Commentary I said: Some of it is in the Sahih.
#928
Ata thanë: «O i Dërguari i Allahut!

They said: "O Messenger of Allah! What if one does not find anything to give?" He said: "He should enjoin what is good or forbid what is evil." They said: "What if he is unable to?" He said: "He should remove a bone from the path." They said: "What if he is unable to?" He said: "Then let him guide someone to a path." They said: "What if he is unable to do that?" He said: "Then let him assist a weak person." They said: "What if he is unable to do that?" He said: "Then let him spare the people from his evil." I said: It is in the Sahih in an abridged form.
Commentary Al-Bazzar said: We do not know anyone who narrated it from al-A‘mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah except for Abu ‘Awanah.

#929
929 - Muhammad ibn al-'Ala' al-Hamdani narrated to us, saying: 'Amr ibn Mujammi' narrated to us, saying: Yunus ibn Khabbab narrated to us, from Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf, from his father, from the Prophet (pbuh), who said: "There are three things regarding which I take an oath: wealth does not decrease due to charity, so give charity; no man pardons a wrong committed against him except that Allah increases him in honor, so pardon and Allah will honor you; and no man opens for himself a door of begging except that Allah opens for him a door of poverty."
Commentary Al-Bazzar said: This is how it was narrated by Yunus ibn Khabbab, from Abu Salamah, from his father. However, 'Umar ibn Abi Salamah contradicted him, narrating from his father, who said: The storyteller of the people of Palestine narrated to me, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf—I [the narrator] said: then he mentioned the likeness of it. Al-Bazzar said: And the hadith of Abu Salamah, from the storyteller of the people of Palestine, from 'Abd al-Rahman, is more authentic.

940 - Muhammad bin Ma'mar narrated to us, al-Fadl bin Dukayn narrated to us, Abu Isra'il narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Abu Juhayfah, who said: Some people from the tribe of Qays came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh); they were wearing striped woolen garments with holes cut in the middle for their heads and were girt with swords. He was distressed by what he saw of their condition. He prayed, then entered his house, then came out and prayed, and sat in his assembly. He then commanded charity, or urged it, saying: "Let a man give charity from his dinars, let a man give charity from his dirhams, let a man give charity from his sa' of wheat, let a man give charity from his sa' of dates." Then a man from the Ansar came with a pouch of gold and placed it in his hand. Then the people followed suit until I saw two heaps of clothing and food. I then saw the face of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) beaming as if it were gilded.
Commentary Al-Bazzar said: We do not know it from Abu Juhayfah except through this chain of narrators, and Abu Isra'il is lenient in Hadith, though Sufyan al-Thawri and a large group have narrated from him. Chapter: The virtue of charity over fasting.

Then he departed and passed by the women and said to them: "Give charity, for indeed I have seen that you are the majority of the inhabitants of the Fire." They said: "Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intellect and religion who can lead away the heart of a prudent man than one of you, O assembly of women." We said: "What is the deficiency in her intellect and religion, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Is not the testimony of a woman equal to half the testimony of a man? That is part of the deficiency in her intellect. Is it not the case that when a woman menstruates, she does not pray?" They said: "Yes." He said: "That is part of the deficiency in her religion." He said: Then he departed, and when he reached his home, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud came to him seeking permission to enter. It was said: "O Messenger of Allah! This is Zaynab seeking permission to see you." He said: "Which of the Zaynabs?" It was said: "The wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud."

Pastaj u ul.

Then he sat down. He said: So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Where is 'Ulbah ibn Zayd?" He said it twice or thrice. He said: So 'Ulbah stood up, and he said: "You are the one who gave his honor in charity; indeed, Allah has accepted it from you."

You have encouraged giving charity, and I have nothing but my honor; I have given it as charity to whoever has wronged me." He [the narrator] said: So he [the Prophet] turned away from him. When it was the second day, he said: "Where is 'Ulbah bin Zayd? Or where is the one who gave his honor as charity? For indeed, Allah the Mighty and Majestic has accepted that from him," or something similar to that.
Commentary Al-Bazzar said: 'Ulbah is well-known for this deed, and 'Amr bin 'Awf al-Muzani also narrated it and witnessed it. We do not know of 'Ulbah narrating any hadith except this one.
