641 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ismail bin Ebi Halid, nga Kajs bin Ebi Hazim, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë:
«Një burrë tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë falem pas filanit, por ai e zgjat aq shumë namazin, saqë ndonjëherë vonohem (për t'u bashkuar në xhemat)! Tha: Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u zemërua aq shumë, saqë kurrë nuk e kam parë më të zemëruar gjatë një këshille se atë ditë. Pastaj tha: Vërtet, prej jush ka njerëz që i largojnë të tjerët (nga feja). Kushdo që u prin njerëzve në namaz, le ta lehtësojë atë, sepse në mesin e tyre ka të dobët, të moshuar dhe njerëz që kanë nevoja (punë).»
٦٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: «قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي أُصَلِّي خَلْفَ فُلَانٍ، وَإِنَّهُ يُطِيلُ الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى رُبَّمَا تَأَخَّرْتُ! قَالَ: فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - غَضَبًا مَا رَأَيْتُهُ غَضِبَهُ فِي مَوْعِظَةٍ قَطُّ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُنَفِّرِينَ، فَمَنْ أَمَّ النَّاسَ فَلْيُخَفِّفْ بِهِمُ الصَّلَاةَ، فَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الضَّعِيفَ وَالْكَبِيرَ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ».
641 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin Abi Khalid informed me, from Qays bin Abi Hazim, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said:

"A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I pray behind so-and-so, and he prolongs the prayer until I almost stay away!' He said: Then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) became angry, with an anger that I had never seen him express in an exhortation before.

Then he said: 'Indeed, among you are those who cause people to be repelled. So whoever leads the people in prayer, let him keep the prayer light, for among them are the weak, the elderly, and those with needs.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga el-Amashi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Vailin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë:
«Një burrë prej nesh, i quajtur Ebu Shuejb, përgatiti ushqim për të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: 'Eja ti dhe pesë të tjerë me ty.' Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'A më jep leje edhe për të gjashtin?'»
٦٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: «صَنَعَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا يُكْنَى أَبَا شُعَيْبٍ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - طَعَامًا، فَقَالَ: تَعَالَ أَنْتَ وَخَمْسَةٌ مَعَكَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: تَأْذَنُ لِي فِي السَّادِسِ»؟.
642 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, he said: I heard Abu Wa'il narrating from Abu Mas'ud Al-Badri, he said: "A man from among us, known as Abu Shu'ayb, prepared food for the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and said: 'Come, you and five others with you.'

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Do you permit me [to bring] the sixth?'"

643 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Sulejman el-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu Vailin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë:

«Ne bartnim ngarkesa (për të fituar diçka) dhe pastaj vinte njeriu me një sadaka të madhe, e thuhej: 'Ky është syfaqësues!' Dhe vinte njeriu tjetër me gjysmë sa'i (sadaka), e atëherë zbriti ky ajet: ﴿الَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ﴾ 'Ata që i përqeshin ata prej besimtarëve që japin lëmoshë vullnetarisht...' deri te fjala e Tij: ﴿عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴾ '...një dënim i dhimbshëm'».
٦٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا نَتَحَامَلُ فَيَجِيءُ الرَّجُلُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ الْعَظِيمَةِ فَيُقَالُ: مُرَاءٍ! وَيَجِيءُ الرَّجُلُ بِنِصْفِ صَاعٍ، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: ﴿الَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ﴾، إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: ﴿عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴾».
643 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman al-A'mash, he said: I heard Abu Wa'il narrating from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said: "We used to carry loads (for hire) and a man would come with a large amount of charity, and it would be said: 'A show-off!' And a man would come with half a sa', and then this verse was revealed: {Those who criticize the contributors among the believers concerning [their] charities}, until His saying: {a painful punishment}."

644 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, na ka treguar El-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Amr esh-Shejbanin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu se një burrë erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) me një deve të frenuar si sadaka. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha: "Për të, në Ditën e Kiametit do të kesh shtatëqind deve të frenuara."
٦٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - بِنَاقَةٍ مَزْمُومَةٍ صَدَقَةً، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِهَا سَبْعُمِائَةِ نَاقَةٍ مَزْمُومَةٍ».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, Al-A'mash narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu 'Amr ash-Shaybani narrating from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri that a man came to the Prophet (pbuh) with a bridled she-camel as charity. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to him: "On the Day of Resurrection, you will have seven hundred bridled she-camels for it."

645 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Amr Esh-Shejbanin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'udi:

«Se një burrë erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: 'Më jep një mjet udhëtimi, sepse kafsha ime ka ngordhur.' I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha: 'Shko te filani dhe kërko prej tij.' Ai shkoi te ai, i kërkoi dhe ai e pajisi me mjet udhëtimi. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Kush udhëzon në një punë të mirë, ai ka shpërblimin e njëjtë me atë që e kryen atë', ose ka thënë: 'punuesit të saj'.»
٦٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: احْمِلْنِي فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ أُبْدِعَ بِي. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ائْتِ فُلَانًا فَاسْأَلْهُ، فَأَتَاهُ فَسَأَلَهُ فَحَمَلَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَنْ دَلَّ عَلَى خَيْرٍ فَلَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ، أَوْ قَالَ عَامِلِهِ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, he said: I heard Abu 'Amr al-Shaybani narrating from Abu Mas'ud that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and said: "Provide me with a mount, for my mount has been exhausted." The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Go to so-and-so and ask him." So he went to him and asked him, and he provided him with a mount. Then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever points to good, for him is the like of the reward of the one who does it," or he said, "the one who performs it."

646 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Umare b. Umejrin duke treguar nga Ebu Ma'mer el-Ezdiu, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk është i vlefshëm namazi i një njeriu që nuk e drejton shtyllën e tij kurrizore - ose ka thënë: shpinën e tij - gjatë rukusë dhe sexhdesë».
٦٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَارَةَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ الْأَزْدِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا تُجْزِئُ صَلَاةٌ لِرَجُلٍ لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ - أَوْ قَالَ: ظَهْرَهُ - فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ».
646 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, he said: I heard 'Umarah bin 'Umayr narrating from Abu Ma'mar Al-Azdi, from Abu Mas'ud Al-Badri that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "A man's prayer is not valid if he does not straighten his spine - or he said: his back - in bowing and prostration."

647 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-A'meshi, nga Umare bin Umejri, nga Ebu Ma'meri, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: "Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) na i rregullonte krahët tanë, domethënë në namaz, dhe thoshte: 'Drejtohuni dhe mos u përçani, që të mos ju përçahen zemrat tuaja. Le të qëndrojnë pranë meje ata që janë të rritur dhe të mençur, pastaj ata që vijnë pas tyre, pastaj ata që vijnë pas tyre'. Ebu Mes'udi tha: 'Kurse ju sot jeni edhe më shumë të përçarë'."
٦٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - يُسَوِّي مَنَاكِبَنَا، يَعْنِي فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَيَقُولُ: اسْتَوُوا، وَلَا تَخْتَلِفُوا فَتَخْتَلِفَ قُلُوبُكُمْ، وَلْيَلِنِي مِنْكُمْ أُولُو الْأَحْلَامِ وَالنُّهَى، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، قَالَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ: فَأَنْتُمُ الْيَوْمَ أَشَدُّ اخْتِلَافًا».
647 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Umarah bin 'Umayr, from Abu Ma'mar, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said: "The Prophet (pbuh) used to straighten our shoulders, meaning in prayer, and say: 'Stand straight, and do not differ, lest your hearts differ. Let those of you who are mature and possess understanding stand nearest to me, then those who follow them, then those who follow them.' Abu Mas'ud said: 'But today you are in greater disagreement.'"

648 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga el-A'meshi dhe Mensuri, nga Ibrahimi, nga Abdurrahman bin Jezidi, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: Më arriti një hadith prej tij, kështu që e takova atë ndërsa po bënte tavaf rreth Shtëpisë dhe e pyeta, e ai më tregoi se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kush i lexon dy ajetet nga surja el-Bekare gjatë një nate, ato i mjaftojnë atij.»
٦٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ وَمَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي عَنْهُ حَدِيثٌ، فَلَقِيتُهُ وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَحَدَّثَنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «مَنْ قَرَأَ الْآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ».
648 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash and Mansur, from Ibrahim, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said: A hadith reached me from him, so I met him while he was circumambulating the House and I asked him, and he narrated to me that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Whoever recites the two verses from Surah al-Baqarah in a night, they will suffice him.'

649 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Adij b. Thabiti, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah b. Jezidin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kur njeriu shpenzon për familjen e tij duke shpresuar shpërblimin (nga Allahu), kjo për të është sadaka».

Ai tha: I thashë: A është kjo nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.)? Tha: Nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
٦٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْفَقَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ النَّفَقَةَ يَحْتَسِبُهَا فَهِيَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَعَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
649 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Adi bin Thabit, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Yazid narrating from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "When a man spends on his family, seeking reward for it, it is a charity for him." He said: I said: "From the Prophet (pbuh)?" He said: "From the Prophet (pbuh)."

650 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Hammadi, nga Ibrahimi, nga Ebu Abdullahu el-Xhedeli, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e falte vitrin në fillim të natës, në mes të saj dhe në fund të saj».
٦٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - يُوتِرُ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَوْسَطَهُ وَآخِرَهُ».
650 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from Abu Abd Allah al-Jadali, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to perform the Witr prayer at the beginning of the night, the middle of it, and the end of it.'

651 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Kajsi, nga Amr bin Mejmuni, nga Ebu Mes'udi, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «A mposhtet ndonjëri prej jush të lexojë një të tretën e Kuranit çdo natë?» Ne thamë: «E kush mund ta përballojë këtë, o i Dërguari i Allahut?» Ai tha: «{Kul huvallahu ehad} është sa një e treta e Kuranit.»
٦٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «أَيُغْلَبُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ؟ قُلْنَا: وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: ﴿قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ﴾ ثُلُثُ الْقُرْآنِ».
651 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Qays, from 'Amr ibn Maymun, from Abu Mas'ud that the Prophet (pbuh) said:
"Is any one of you unable to recite one-third of the Qur'an every night?" We said: "And who is capable of that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "'Say: He is Allah, [who is] One' is one-third of the Qur'an."

652 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ismail bin Rexha ez-Zubejdi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Evs bin Dam'axhin duke treguar nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Njerëzve u prin ai që lexon më së miri Librin e Allahut dhe që ka përparësi në lexim. Nëse në lexim janë të barabartë, atëherë ai që ka emigruar (hixhret) më herët. Nëse në hixhret janë të barabartë, atëherë ai që është më i moshuar. Mos i prini njeriut në shtëpinë e tij, as në vendin e autoritetit të tij, dhe mos u ulni në vendin e tij të nderit pa lejen e tij», ose ka thënë: «përveç nëse ai të jep leje».
٦٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رَجَاءٍ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَوْسَ بْنَ ضَمْعَجٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «يَؤُمُّ الْقَوْمَ أَقْرَؤُهُمْ لِكِتَابِ اللهِ وَأَقْدَمُهُمْ قِرَاءَةً، فَإِنْ كَانُوا فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ سَوَاءً فَأَقْدَمُهُمْ هِجْرَةً، فَإِنْ كَانُوا فِي الْهِجْرَةِ سَوَاءً فَأَكْبَرُهُمْ سِنًّا، وَلَا تَؤُمَّ الرَّجُلَ فِي بَيْتِهِ وَلَا فِي سُلْطَانِهِ، وَلَا تَجْلِسْ عَلَى تَكْرِمَتِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، أَوْ قَالَ: إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَكَ».
652 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Raja' al-Zubaydi, who said: I heard Aws ibn Dam'aj narrating from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "The people should be led in prayer by the one who is most well-versed in the Book of Allah and the earliest in recitation. If they are equal in recitation, then the one who emigrated earliest. If they are equal in emigration, then the oldest in age. A man should not be led in prayer in his own house or in his place of authority, nor should anyone sit in his place of honor except with his permission," or he said: "unless he gives you permission."

653 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Habib bin Ebi Thabit, nga el-Kasim bin Ubejdullah, nga Abdullah bin Utbe bin Mes'ud, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: «Hymë bashkë me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) në një shtëpi dhe ai tha: 'Vërtet, kjo çështje (udhëheqja) do të vazhdojë të mbetet tek ju dhe ju do të jeni udhëheqësit e saj për aq kohë sa nuk shpikni vepra (të këqija). E nëse i shpikni ato, Allahu i Madhëruar do të lëshojë mbi ju krijesat më të këqija të Tij, të cilët do t'ju zhveshin (nga pushteti dhe pasuria) ashtu siç zhvishet dega (nga lëvorja)'.»

Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Domethënë, do të gdhendeni ashtu siç gdhendet dega.
٦٥٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: «دَخَلْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فِي بَيْتٍ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ لَا يَزَالُ فِيكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ وُلَاتُهُ مَا لَمْ تُحْدِثُوا أَعْمَالًا، فَإِذَا أَحْدَثْتُمُوهَا سَلَّطَ اللهُ ﷿ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ شِرَارِ خَلْقِهِ فَالْتَحَوْكُمْ كَمَا يُلْتَحَى الْقَضِيبُ»، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : يَعْنِي يُنْحَتُ كَمَا يُنْحَتُ الْقَضِيبُ.
653 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Habib bin Abi Thabit, from al-Qasim bin 'Ubaydullah, from 'Abdullah bin 'Utbah bin Mas'ud, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said: "We entered a house with the Prophet (saw) and he said: 'Indeed, this matter (authority) will remain among you and you will be its rulers as long as you do not commit (evil) deeds. But if you commit them, Allah (azwj) will set the worst of His creation over you, and they will peel you as a branch is peeled.'" Abu Dawud said: Meaning, it is carved as a branch is carved.

654 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Ata bin es-Saibi, nga Salim el-Berradi, i cili ka thënë: Na tha Ebu Mes'udi: «A t'ju fal namazin e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.)?» Tha: Ne i thamë: Po. Tha: Atëherë ai na i fali katër rekate të namazit të drekës ose të ikindisë, i vendosi duart e tij mbi gjunjët e tij dhe i hapi gishtat e tij. Tha: Pastaj e ngriti kokën e tij dhe u drejtua në këmbë derisa çdo pjesë e tij u stabilizua, dhe kështu veproi derisa e përfundoi namazin e tij, pastaj tha: «Kështu ishte namazi i Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.)».
٦٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْبَرَّادِ قَالَ: قَالَ لَنَا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ : «أَلَا أُصَلِّي بِكُمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: قُلْنَا: بَلَى. قَالَ: فَصَلَّى بِنَا أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ الظُّهْرَ أَوِ الْعَصْرَ، فَوَضَعَ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ وَفَرَّجَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَاسْتَوَى قَائِمًا حَتَّى اسْتَقَرَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ، فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى قَضَى صَلَاتَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَكَذَا كَانَتْ صَلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ».
654 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Salim al-Barrad, who said: Abu Mas'ud said to us: "Shall I not lead you in prayer as the Messenger of Allah (saw) used to pray?" He said: We said: "Yes."

He said: So he led us in four rak'ahs of Dhuhr or 'Asr. He placed his hands on his knees and spread his fingers. He said: Then he raised his head and stood up straight until every part of him was settled. He did that until he finished his prayer, then he said: "This is how the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (saw) was."

655 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Mensuri, nga Rib'ij bin Hirashi, nga Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriu, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, prej asaj që njerëzit kanë arritur nga fjalët e profecisë së parë është: Nëse nuk turpërohesh, bëj çfarë të duash».
٦٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ الْأُولَى إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ».
655 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Rib'i bin Hirash, from Abu Mas'ud al-Badri, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Among the words people have reached from the first prophecy is: If you feel no shame, then do as you wish."
