Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: na ka treguar Shube, ka thënë: na ka treguar Jala bin Ata, nga El-Velid bin Abdurrahman, nga Ebu Idris el-Aidhi, i cili ka thënë:
Shkova te Ubade bin es-Samiti e ai tha: "Nuk do të të tregoj asgjë tjetër përveç asaj që kam dëgjuar nga gjuha e Muhammedit (s.a.v.s.): 'Dashuria Ime është e garantuar për ata që duhen për hirin Tim, dashuria Ime është e garantuar për ata që mbajnë lidhjet për hirin Tim, dashuria Ime është e garantuar për ata që janë të sinqertë me njëri-tjetrin për hirin Tim', ose ka thënë: 'dashuria Ime është e garantuar për ata që shpenzojnë për njëri-tjetrin për hirin Tim'."
٥٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْعَائِذِيِّ ، قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ فَقَالَ: «لَا أُحَدِّثُكَ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ: حَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَحَابِّينَ فِيَّ، وَحَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَوَاصِلِينَ فِيَّ، وَحَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَصَافِينَ فِيَّ، أَوْ قَالَ: حَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَبَاذِلِينَ فِيَّ».
573 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Ya'la bin 'Ata' narrated to us, from Al-Walid bin 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Idris al-A'idhi, he said:

I came to 'Ubadah bin al-Samit and he said: "I will not narrate to you except what I heard from the tongue of Muhammad (saw): 'My love is due for those who love one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who keep ties with one another for My sake, and My love is due for those who are sincere to one another for My sake,' or he said: 'My love is due for those who spend on one another for My sake.'"

574 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga Ez-Zuhriu, nga Ebu Idris el-Havlanij, i cili ka thënë: Isha në një mexhlis (tubim) me shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), në mesin e të cilëve ishte Ubade bin es-Samit. Ata e përmendën vitrin, ku disa prej tyre thanë: Është vaxhib (i detyrueshëm), ndërsa disa të tjerë thanë: Është sunet. Atëherë Ubade bin es-Samit tha: «Sa më përket mua, unë dëshmoj se e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Më erdhi Xhibrili (a.s.) nga Allahu i Madhëruar dhe më tha: O Muhamed, Allahu i Madhëruar thotë: Unë i kam bërë obligim (farz) umetit tënd pesë namaze. Kush i kryen ato me abdestin e tyre, në kohët e tyre, me rukunë dhe sexhden e tyre, ai ka te Unë një premtim (besëlidhje) se do ta fus në Xhenet përmes tyre. Ndërsa kush më takon duke pasur mangësi në diçka prej tyre - ose një fjalë të ngjashme me këtë - ai nuk ka te Unë premtim; nëse dua e dënoj, e nëse dua e mëshiroj».
٥٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ فِي مَجْلِسٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِيهِمْ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ، فَذَكَرُوا الْوَتْرَ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: وَاجِبٌ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: سُنَّةٌ، فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ : «أَمَّا أَنَا فَأَشْهَدُ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ ﷺ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ ﵎ فَقَالَ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ، إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ يَقُولُ: إِنِّي قَدْ فَرَضْتُ عَلَى أُمَّتِكَ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ، مَنْ وَافَى بِهِنَّ عَلَى وُضُوئِهِنَّ وَمَوَاقِيتِهِنَّ وَرُكُوعِهِنَّ وَسُجُودِهِنَّ، فَإِنَّ لَهُ عِنْدِي بِهِنَّ عَهْدًا أَنْ أُدْخِلَهُ بِهِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ، وَمَنْ لَقِيَنِي قَدِ انْتَقَصَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا - أَوْ كَلِمَةً شِبْهَهَا - فَلَيْسَ لَهُ عِنْدِي عَهْدٌ; إِنْ شِئْتُ عَذَّبْتُهُ وَإِنْ شِئْتُ رَحِمْتُهُ».
574 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Idris al-Khawlani, who said: I was in a gathering of the companions of the Prophet (pbuh), among whom was 'Ubadah bin al-Samit. They mentioned the Witr prayer; some of them said: "It is obligatory (wajib)," and some of them said: "It is a Sunnah."

'Ubadah bin al-Samit said: "As for me, I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: 'Gabriel (as) came to me from Allah, the Exalted, and said: O Muhammad, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, says: I have prescribed five prayers upon your nation. Whoever fulfills them with their proper ablution, their proper times, their bowing, and their prostration, then he has a covenant with Me that I shall admit him into Paradise because of them. And whoever meets Me having diminished anything from that - or a word similar to it - then he has no covenant with Me; if I wish, I shall punish him, and if I wish, I shall have mercy on him.'"

575 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, nga Enesi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kush dëshiron takimin me Allahun, Allahu dëshiron takimin me të; dhe kush e urren takimin me Allahun, Allahu e urren takimin me të."
٥٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَحَبَّ لِقَاءَ اللهِ أَحَبَّ اللهُ لِقَاءَهُ، وَمَنْ كَرِهَ لِقَاءَ اللهِ كَرِهَ اللهُ لِقَاءَهُ».
575 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him."

576 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, nga Enesi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Ëndrra e besimtarit është një pjesë nga dyzet e gjashtë pjesët e pejgamberisë.»
٥٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ».
576 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from 'Ubadah bin as-Samit, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "The vision of the believer is one part of forty-six parts of prophecy."

577 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammadi, nga Thabiti dhe Humejdi, nga Enesi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, se: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) doli me qëllim që t'i njoftonte shokët e tij për Natën e Kadrit, por dy burra u grindën mes vete. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Dola me qëllim që t'ju njoftoja për Natën e Kadrit, por dy burra u grindën, kështu që ajo (dija për të) u hoq prej meje. Prandaj, kërkojeni atë në dhjetëditëshin e fundit: në të shtatën që mbetet, në të nëntën që mbetet, ose në të pestën që mbetet».
٥٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، وَحُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ خَرَجَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْبِرَ أَصْحَابَهُ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، فَتَلَاحَى رَجُلَانِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: خَرَجْتُ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخْبِرَكُمْ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، فَتَلَاحَى رَجُلَانِ، فَاخْتُلِجَتْ مِنِّي، فَاطْلُبُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ، فِي سَابِعَةٍ تَبْقَى، أَوْ تَاسِعَةٍ تَبْقَى، أَوْ خَامِسَةٍ تَبْقَى».
577 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, from Thabit, and Humayd, from Anas, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, "that the Messenger of Allah (saw) came out intending to inform his companions about the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr), but two men quarreled. So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: I came out intending to inform you about the Night of Decree, but two men quarreled, so it was taken away from me. So seek it in the last ten nights, on the seventh remaining, or the ninth remaining, or the fifth remaining."

578 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdulvahid bin Sulejmi, nga Ata bin Ebi Rebahu, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar El-Velid bin Ubade bin Es-Samiti, i cili ka thënë: Më thirri babai im dhe më tha: «O biri im, ki frikë Allahun dhe dije se ti nuk do ta kesh frikë Allahun (ashtu siç duhet) derisa të besosh në Allahun dhe të besosh në Kaderin (paracaktimin) plotësisht, në të mirën dhe në të keqen e tij. Nëse vdes me diçka tjetër përveç kësaj, do të hysh në Zjarr. Vërtet, unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Gjëja e parë që Allahu krijoi ishte Lapsi, e pastaj i tha: Shkruaj! Ai tha: O Zoti im, çfarë të shkruaj? Ai tha: Shkruaj Kaderin; atë që ka ndodhur dhe atë që do të ndodhë deri në amshim».
٥٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ: دَعَانِي أَبِي ، فَقَالَ: «يَا بُنَيَّ، اتَّقِ اللهَ، وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّكَ لَنْ تَتَّقِيَ اللهَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنَ بِاللهِ، وَتُؤْمِنَ بِالْقَدَرِ كُلِّهِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ، إِنْ مُتَّ عَلَى غَيْرِ هَذَا دَخَلْتَ النَّارَ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْقَلَمَ، فَقَالَ: اكْتُبْ فَقَالَ: يَا رَبِّ، مَا أَكْتُبُ؟ قَالَ: اكْتُبِ الْقَدَرَ; مَا كَانَ، وَمَا هُوَ كَائِنٌ إِلَى الْأَبَدِ».
578 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdul Wahid bin Sulaym narrated to us, from 'Ata bin Abi Rabah, he said: Al-Walid bin 'Ubadah bin As-Samit narrated to me, he said: My father called me and said:

"O my son, fear Allah, and know that you will never fear Allah until you believe in Allah, and believe in the Divine Decree (Al-Qadar) in its entirety, its good and its evil. If you die upon other than this, you will enter the Fire. Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: 'Indeed, the first thing Allah created was the Pen. He said: Write. It said: O my Lord, what shall I write? He said: Write the Decree; what has been, and what is to be forever.'"

579 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga Rashidi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Dhe gruan që vdes lehonë, fëmija i saj do ta tërheqë atë në Ditën e Kiametit me kordonin e tij të kërthizës drejt Xhenetit.»
٥٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «وَالنُّفَسَاءُ يَجُرُّهَا وَلَدُهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِسَرَرِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ».
579 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Rashid, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "And the woman who dies in childbirth, her child will pull her on the Day of Resurrection by his umbilical cord to Paradise."

580 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Halidi, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Kilaben duke treguar nga Ebu el-Esh'athi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) mori besën nga ne ashtu siç e mori nga gratë; që të mos i shoqërojmë Allahut asgjë, të mos vjedhim, të mos bëjmë zina, të mos vrasim fëmijët tanë dhe të mos e kundërshtojmë atë në punë të mira. Kushdo prej jush që kryen ndonjë vepër që meriton dënim (had) nga ato që janë ndaluar dhe i ekzekutohet dënimi (142), ai dënim është shlyerje (kefaret) për të. Ndërsa ai që i shtyhet (143), çështja e tij i takon Allahut të Madhëruar; nëse dëshiron e dënon, e nëse dëshiron e fal atë.»

٥٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ: «أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيْنَا كَمَا أَخَذَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ; أَنْ لَا نُشْرِكَ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا، وَلَا نَسْرِقَ، وَلَا نَزْنِيَ، وَلَا نَقْتُلَ أَوْلَادَنَا، وَلَا نَعْصِيَهُ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ، فَمَنْ أَتَى مِنْكُمْ حَدًّا مِمَّا نُهِيَ عَنْهُ فَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ (142) فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ، وَمَنْ أُخِّرَ (143)» فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللهِ ﷿، إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ.

580 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Khalid, who heard Abu Qilabah narrating from Abu al-Ash'ath, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) took a pledge from us as he took from the women; that we should not associate anything with Allah, nor steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill our children, nor disobey him in what is right. So whoever among you commits a legal offense (hadd) from what was forbidden and the punishment is established upon him (142) then it is an expiation for him, and whoever's punishment is delayed (143) then his matter is with Allah the Mighty and Majestic; if He wills He punishes him, and if He wills He forgives him."

581 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Halidi, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Kilaben duke treguar nga Ebu el-Esh'athi, nga Ubade bin es-Samiti, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos shpifni ndaj njëri-tjetrit».

Ebu Muhamedi ka thënë: El-Adhu (العضه) është: Nemimeja (bartja e fjalëve).
٥٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَعْضَهْ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: الْعَضَهُ: النَّمِيمَةُ.
581 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Khalid, who heard Abu Qilabah, narrating from Abu al-Ash'ath, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Do not slander one another.'

Abu Muhammad said: Al-'Adh (slander) is: Namimah (malicious gossip).

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Er-Rebi' bin Subajh, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Sirini, nga Ibn Es-Samiti, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Argjendi me argjend, ari me ar, hurma me hurmë, gruri me grurë, elbi me elb dhe kripa me kripë, dorë për dorë», ose ka thënë: «peshë për peshë. Kështu e ka transmetuar Er-Rebi'u».
Ka thënë: Dhe na ka treguar Ebu Sufjani dhe Muhamed bin el-Mugira, të gjithë nga En-Nu'mani, nga Ibrahim bin Tahmani, nga Hishami, nga Muhamedi, nga Ebu el-Esh'athi, i cili ka thënë: «Na bashkoi një kishë mua dhe Ubaden, dhe ai tha: Ka ndaluar Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), dhe përmendi të ngjashme me të». Dhe ka thënë Seleme bin Alkame, nga Muhamed bin Sirini, nga Muslim bin Jesari, nga Ubade.
٥٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «الْوَرِقُ بِالْوَرِقِ، وَالذَّهَبُ بِالذَّهَبِ، وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ، وَالْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ، وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ، وَالْمِلْحُ بِالْمِلْحِ عَيْنًا بِعَيْنٍ، أَوْ قَالَ: وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ الرَّبِيعُ».
قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سُفْيَانَ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ جَمِيعًا، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ ، قَالَ: «ضَمَّتْنَا كَنِيسَةٌ أَنَا وَعُبَادَةَ ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ». وَقَالَ سَلَمَةُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ .
582 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Rabi' bin Subayh narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin Sirin narrated to us, from Ibn al-Samit, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Silver for silver, gold for gold, dates for dates, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, and salt for salt, like for like," or he said: "weight for weight. This is how Al-Rabi' narrated it."
He said: And Abu Sufyan and Muhammad bin al-Mughirah both narrated to us, from al-Nu'man, from Ibrahim bin Tahman, from Hisham, from Muhammad, from Abu al-Ash'ath, who said: "A church gathered us, myself and 'Ubadah, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade... and he mentioned something similar to it." And Salamah bin 'Alqamah said, from Muhammad bin Sirin, from Muslim bin Yasar, from 'Ubadah.

583 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu Bekr bin Hafsi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ibn Musabbihun - ose Ebu Musabbihun - duke treguar nga Shurahbil bin el-Simti, nga Ubade, i cili ka thënë:

«Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) vizitoi Abdullah bin Ravahan, i cili nuk mund të lëvizte nga shtrati i tij. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Kë konsideroni dëshmorë (shehidë) të umetit tim?" Ai tha: "Atë që vritet në rrugën e Allahut." Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Nëse është kështu, dëshmorët e umetit tim qenkan pak; vrasja (në rrugën e Allahut) është dëshmori, murtaja është dëshmori, vdekja nga sëmundja e barkut është dëshmori, dhe gruaja që vdes gjatë lindjes (me fëmijën në bark) është dëshmori."
٥٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مُصَبِّحٍ - أَوْ أَبَا مُصَبِّحٍ - يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ السِّمْطِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ ، قَالَ: «عَادَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ، فَمَا تَحَوَّزَ لَهُ عَنْ فِرَاشِهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَا تَعُدُّونَ شُهَدَاءَ أُمَّتِي؟ فَقَالَ: مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ شُهَدَاءَ أُمَّتِي إِذًا لَقَلِيلٌ; الْقَتْلُ شَهَادَةٌ، وَالطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ، وَالْبَطْنُ شَهَادَةٌ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ يَقْتُلُهَا وَلَدُهَا جُمْعًا شَهَادَةٌ».
583 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bakr bin Hafs, he said: I heard Ibn Musabbih - or Abu Musabbih - narrating from Shurahbil bin al-Simt, from 'Ubadah, who said: "The Prophet (saw) visited 'Abdullah bin Rawahah while he was ill, and he did not move from his bed for him. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Whom do you consider to be the martyrs among my Ummah?' He replied: 'Those who are killed in the cause of Allah.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'In that case, the martyrs of my Ummah would be few; being killed is martyrdom, the plague is martyrdom, the stomach ailment is martyrdom, and the woman who is killed by her child during childbirth is martyrdom.'"

584 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Harb bin Sheddadi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Seleme bin Abdurrahmani, i cili ka thënë: Jam njoftuar se Ubade bin es-Samiti «e ka pyetur Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) rreth fjalës së Allahut të Madhëruar: ﴿لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الآخِرَةِ﴾ „Për ata ka përgëzime në jetën e kësaj bote dhe në botën tjetër“, e ai ka thënë: „Ajo është ëndrra e mirë, të cilën e sheh njeriu musliman ose shihet për të.“»
٥٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: نُبِّئْتُ أَنَّ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ ، «سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ ﷿ ﴿لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الآخِرَةِ﴾ قَالَ: هِيَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْلِمُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ».
584 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Harb bin Shaddad narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Abi Kathir narrated to us, he said: Abu Salamah bin 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: I was informed that 'Ubadah bin al-Samit asked the Prophet (pbuh) about the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime: {For them are glad tidings in the life of this world and in the Hereafter}. He said: "It is the righteous dream which a Muslim man sees or is seen for him."

585 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xherir bin Hazimi, nga El-Hasani, nga Ubade (144).
Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Dhe e ka përmendur Ibn Fadale, nga El-Hasani, nga Hittan bin Abdilah Er-Rakashi, nga Ubade, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), kur i zbriste shpallja (vahji), kjo vërehej tek ai. Kur u zbrit ajeti: ﴿أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا﴾ (ose derisa Allahu të hapë për to ndonjë rrugë), dhe pasi përfundoi shpallja, i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Merrni prej meje, merrni prej meje! Allahu tashmë hapi rrugë për to; i pamartuari me të pamartuarën fshikullohen me njëqind goditje dhe dëbohen një vit, ndërsa i martuari me të martuarën fshikullohen me njëqind goditje dhe gurëzohen me gurë."

(144) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rife ka një shtesë (se i Dërguari i Allahut s.a.v.s.).
٥٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ (144)، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيُ عُرِفَ ذَلِكَ فِيهِ، فَلَمَّا أُنْزِلَتْ ﴿أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا﴾ فَلَمَّا ارْتَفَعَ الْوَحْيُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: خُذُوا خُذُوا، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا; الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ».

585 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from 'Ubadah (144).
Abu Dawud said: And Ibn Fadalah mentioned it, from al-Hasan, from Hittan ibn 'Abdullah al-Raqashi, from 'Ubadah, "that when revelation descended upon the Messenger of Allah (saw), it would be recognized in him. So when the verse {or Allah ordains for them a way} was revealed, and the revelation had ceased, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Take it from me, take it from me! Allah has now ordained a way for them; for the unmarried person with the unmarried person, a hundred lashes and exile for a year; and for the married person with the married person, a hundred lashes and stoning with stones.'"

(144) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is an addition: (that the Messenger of Allah (saw)).

586 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Muslim bin Ebil-Vaddah, nga el-Ahvas bin Hakim, nga Halid bin Ma'dan, nga Ubade bin es-Samit, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Nëse njeriu e fal namazin mirë, duke e plotësuar rukunë dhe sexhden e tij, namazi thotë: 'Të ruajttë Allahu ashtu siç më ruajte mua', dhe ai (namazi) lartësohet. Por, nëse ai e fal namazin keq, duke mos e plotësuar rukunë dhe sexhden e tij, namazi thotë: 'Të humbtë Allahu ashtu siç më humbe mua', pastaj ai mbështillet ashtu siç mbështillet rroba e vjetër dhe me të goditet fytyra e tij».
٥٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْوَضَّاحِ ، عَنِ الْأَحْوَصِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا أَحْسَنَ الرَّجُلُ الصَّلَاةَ فَأَتَمَّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا قَالَتِ الصَّلَاةُ: حَفِظَكَ اللهُ كَمَا حَفِظْتَنِي، فَتُرْفَعُ، وَإِذَا أَسَاءَ الصَّلَاةَ فَلَمْ يُتِمَّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا قَالَتِ الصَّلَاةُ: ضَيَّعَكَ اللهُ كَمَا ضَيَّعْتَنِي، فَتُلَفُّ كَمَا يُلَفُّ الثَّوْبُ الْخَلِقُ، فَيُضْرَبُ بِهَا وَجْهُهُ».
586 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Muslim ibn Abi al-Waddah narrated to us, from al-Ahwas ibn Hakim, from Khalid ibn Ma'dan, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "When a man performs the prayer well, completing its bowing and its prostration, the prayer says: 'May Allah preserve you as you have preserved me,' and it is raised up. And when he performs the prayer poorly, not completing its bowing and its prostration, the prayer says: 'May Allah neglect you as you have neglected me,' then it is folded up like a worn-out garment is folded, and his face is struck with it."

587 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ebu Bekr bin Hafs bin Omer bin Sa'd, i cili ka thënë:
Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Muhejrizin, nga (145) burra prej shokëve të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), ose një burrë prej shokëve të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Disa njerëz nga umeti im do ta pinë alkoolin duke e quajtur me emër tjetër».
Ky hadith është transmetuar edhe nga Ebu Bekr bin Hafsi, nga Ibn Muhejrizi, nga Thabit bin Simti, nga Ubade bin Samiti, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).

(145) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (një burrë prej shokëve të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) ose).
٥٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُحَيْرِيزٍ ، عَنْ (145) رِجَالٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، أَوْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَشْرَبُونَ الْخَمْرَ يُسَمُّونَهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا». وَرُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ السِّمْطِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.

587 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr bin Hafs bin 'Umar bin Sa'd informed me, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Muhayriz, from (145) men from the companions of the Prophet (saw), or a man from the companions of the Prophet (saw), who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Indeed, people from my Ummah will drink wine, calling it by other than its name."

And this hadith was narrated from Abu Bakr bin Hafs, from Ibn Muhayriz, from Thabit bin al-Simt, from 'Ubadah bin al-Samit, from the Prophet (saw).

588 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed b. Aban, nga Alkame b. Merthedi, nga esh-Sha'bi, i cili ka thënë: Ubade b. es-Samiti ka thënë në prani të Muaviut: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Kujtdo që i shkaktohet lëndim në trupin e tij në masën e gjysmës së dijetit (shpagimit të gjakut) dhe ai fal, do t'i shlyhen gjysma e gjynaheve të tij; e nëse është sa një e treta apo një e katërta, atëherë sipas asaj mase.» Një burrë tha: Për Allahun, a vërtet e ke dëgjuar këtë nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)? Ubadeja tha: Për Allahun, vërtet e kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.).»
٥٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ عِنْدَ مُعَاوِيَةَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِجَسَدِهِ بِقَدْرِ نِصْفِ دِيَتِهِ فَعَفَا كُفِّرَ عَنْهُ نِصْفُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ ثُلُثًا أَوْ رُبُعًا فَعَلَى قَدْرٍ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: آللهِ لَسَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟ فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ: وَاللهِ لَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ».
588 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Aban narrated to us, from 'Alqamah ibn Marthad, from al-Sha'bi, who said:
'Ubadah ibn al-Samit said in the presence of Mu'awiyah: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "Whoever is afflicted in his body by an amount equal to half of his blood money and forgives, half of his sins will be expiated for him. And if it was a third or a fourth, then it is according to that proportion."
A man said: "By Allah, did you hear it from the Messenger of Allah (saw)?" 'Ubadah said: "By Allah, I heard it from the Messenger of Allah (saw)."
