CHAPTER
I. مَا رَوَى مَسْرُوقٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

- Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër b. Murre, nga Ibrahim en-Nehaiu, nga Mesruku, i cili ka thënë: "U përmend Abdullah b. Mes'udi te Abdullah b. Amri, e ai tha: 'Ai është një njeri që nuk do të rresht kurrë së dashuri pasi dëgjova të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Mësojeni Kur'anin prej katër personave: prej Abdullah b. Mes'udit, Salimit - mavlës së Ebu Hudhejfes, Ubejj b. Ka'bit dhe Muadh b. Xhebelit'."
٢٣٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، قَالَ: «ذُكِرَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو فَقَالَ: ذَاكَ رَجُلٌ لَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ بَعْدَمَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: اسْتَقْرِئُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ؛ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، وَسَالِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ، وَأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ».
2359 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i, from Masruq, who said: "Abdullah ibn Mas'ud was mentioned in the presence of Abdullah ibn 'Amr, so he said: 'That is a man I shall never cease to love after I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: "Learn the recitation of the Qur'an from four: from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, Salim the freed slave of Abu Hudhayfah, Ubayy ibn Ka'b, and Mu'adh ibn Jabal."'"

2360 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu Vailin, duke treguar nga Mesruku, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Më të dashurit tuaj tek unë janë ata që kanë moralin më të mirë dhe i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk ishte as i pahijshëm dhe as nuk sillej në mënyrë të pahijshme».
٢٣٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «أَحَبُّكُمْ إِلَيَّ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَاحِشًا وَلَا مُتَفَحِّشًا».
2360 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, he said: I heard Abu Wa'il narrating from Masruq, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The most beloved of you to me are those of you with the best character." And the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was neither obscene nor did he use obscene language.

2361 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-A'meshi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Vailin duke treguar, nga Mesruku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Mësoni Kuranin nga katër persona: Abdullahit, Muadhit, Ubejit dhe Salimit, i çliruari i Ebu Hudhejfes».
٢٣٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «اسْتَقْرِئُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ؛ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَمُعَاذٍ، وَأُبَيٍّ، وَسَالِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ».
2361 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, he said: I heard Abu Wa'il narrating, from Masruq, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin 'Amr saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "Learn the recitation of the Qur'an from four: 'Abdullah, Mu'adh, Ubayy, and Salim, the freed slave of Abu Hudhayfah."
CHAPTER
II. وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

2362 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selam bin Sulejmi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jahja bin Seid et-Tejmiu, nga Ebu Zur'ah bin Amër bin Xheriri, i cili ka thënë:
«Ishim te Abdullah bin Amri, kur erdhën dy burra dhe thanë: Erdhëm te ti nga Meruani dhe e dëgjuam atë duke thënë: Shenja e parë që do të shfaqet është dalja e Dexhallit. Atëherë Abdullah bin Amri tha: Ka gënjyer Meruani! Unë kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) një hadith që nuk e kam harruar; e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Shenjat e para që do të shfaqen janë lindja e diellit nga perëndimi i tij, ose dalja e Kafshës (Dabbetul-Erd) para njerëzve paradite. Cilado prej tyre që ndodh para tjetrës, tjetra do ta pasojë atë menjëherë pas saj.» Abdullahu tha: Dhe unë mendoj se e para prej tyre është lindja e diellit nga perëndimi i tij.
٢٣٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ التَّيْمِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلَانِ فَقَالَا: أَتَيْنَاكَ مِنْ عِنْدِ مَرْوَانَ، فَسَمِعْنَاهُ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ الْآيَاتِ خُرُوجًا خُرُوجُ الدَّجَّالِ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: كَذَبَ مَرْوَانُ، لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَدِيثًا مَا نَسِيتُهُ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ الْآيَاتِ خُرُوجًا طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا، أَوْ خُرُوجُ الدَّابَّةِ عَلَى النَّاسِ ضُحًى، فَأَيَّتُهَا كَانَتْ قَبْلَ صَاحِبَتِهَا فَالْأُخْرَى عَلَى إِثْرِهَا قَرِيبًا» قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: وَأَنَا أَظُنُّ أَوَّلَهَا طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا.
2362 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam bin Sulaym narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa'id al-Taymi narrated to us, from Abu Zur'ah bin 'Amr bin Jarir, who said:

"We were with 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, and two men came and said: 'We have come to you from Marwan, and we heard him saying: Indeed, the first of the signs to appear is the emergence of the Dajjal.' 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: 'Marwan has lied. I heard a narration from the Messenger of Allah (saw) that I have not forgotten; I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: Indeed, the first of the signs to appear is the rising of the sun from its place of setting, or the emergence of the Beast upon the people in the forenoon. Whichever of them occurs before its companion, the other will follow shortly after it.'" 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: "And I think the first of them is the rising of the sun from its place of setting."
CHAPTER
III. وَأَبُو أَيُّوبَ الْأَزْدِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

2363 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube dhe Hemami, nga Katade, nga Ebu Ejub el-Ezdi, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Koha e drekës fillon kur dielli kalon zenitin dhe hija e njeriut është sa gjatësia e tij, përderisa nuk ka hyrë koha e ikindisë. Koha e ikindisë zgjat përderisa dielli nuk ka marrë ngjyrë të verdhë. Koha e akshamit zgjat përderisa nuk është zhdukur kuqërrimi i muzgut (shefeku).» Shube ka thënë: «Përderisa nuk ka rënë drita e muzgut. Koha e jacisë është mes teje dhe mes mesit të natës. Koha e sabahut fillon kur lind agimi, përderisa nuk ka lindur dielli.»
Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Shube ka thënë: Ndonjëherë e transmetonte si fjalë të Pejgamberit (merfu) e ndonjëherë jo.
٢٣٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَهَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَزْدِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «وَقْتُ الظُّهْرِ إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَكَانَ ظِلُّ الرَّجُلِ كَطُولِهِ مَا لَمْ يَحْضُرِ الْعَصْرُ، وَوَقْتُ الْعَصْرِ مَا لَمْ تَصْفَرَّ الشَّمْسُ، وَوَقْتُ الْمَغْرِبِ مَا لَمْ يَغِبِ الشَّفَقُ وَقَالَ شُعْبَةُ: مَا لَمْ يَقَعْ نُورُ الشَّفَقِ، وَوَقْتُ الْعِشَاءِ مَا بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ نِصْفِ اللَّيْلِ، وَوَقْتُ الصُّبْحِ إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ مَا لَمْ تَطْلُعِ الشَّمْسُ».
قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: أَحْيَانًا يَرْفَعُهُ وَأَحْيَانًا لَا يَرْفَعُهُ.
2363 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu Ayyub al-Azdi, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "The time for Dhuhr is when the sun has passed its zenith and a man's shadow is equal to his height, as long as the time for 'Asr has not arrived. The time for 'Asr is as long as the sun has not turned yellow. The time for Maghrib is as long as the twilight has not disappeared" - and Shu'bah said: "as long as the light of the twilight has not fallen" - "and the time for 'Isha' is between you and the middle of the night. The time for Subh (Fajr) is from the break of dawn as long as the sun has not risen."
Abu Dawud said: Shu'bah said: Sometimes he attributed it to the Prophet (pbuh) and sometimes he did not.

2364 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Uthman bin el-Mugira, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu el-Anbes, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin Amri në el-Veht, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) na e përkuli gishtin e tij dhe tha: 'Vërtet, lidhja farefisnore (er-rahim) është një degëzim nga i Gjithëmëshirshmi (er-Rahman) - i Madhëruar dhe i Lartësuar qoftë Ai -, ajo është lidhëse, ka një gjuhë të shkathët dhe flet çfarë të dojë. Kushdo që e mban atë, Allahu e mban atë (e afron me mëshirën e Tij), dhe kushdo që e ndërpret atë, Allahu e ndërpret atë (e largon nga mëshira e Tij) - i Madhëruar dhe i Lartësuar qoftë Ai -'».
٢٣٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَنْبَسِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو بِالْوَهْطِ قَالَ: «عَطَفَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِصْبَعَهُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ شِجْنَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ ﷿، وَاصِلَةٌ، لَهَا لِسَانٌ ذَلْقٌ، تَكَلَّمُ بِمَا شَاءَتْ، فَمَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلَهُ اللهُ، وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا قَطَعَهُ اللهُ ﷿».
2364 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Uthman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, he said: Abu al-'Anbas narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr narrated to us at al-Waht, he said:

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) bent his finger for us and said: 'Indeed, the womb (kinship) is a branch from the Most Merciful (Ar-Rahman), Mighty and Majestic, connected, having an eloquent tongue, speaking as it wishes. So whoever maintains it, Allah maintains him, and whoever severs it, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, severs him.'"
CHAPTER
IV. وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ رَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

2365 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullāh bin el-Mubārak, nga Abdurrahman bin Zijād, nga Abdurrahman bin Rāfi', nga Abdullāh bin Amër, i cili ka thënë:

«Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) hyri në xhami dhe aty ishte një grup njerëzish që po përmendnin Allāhun e Madhëruar, dhe një grup tjetër që po diskutonin për fikhun (jurisprudencën). Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Të dyja këto mexhlise (tubime) janë në të mirë. Sa u përket atyre që përmendin Allāhun e Madhëruar dhe i kërkojnë Zotit të tyre, nëse Ai dëshiron u jep, e nëse dëshiron i refuzon. Ndërsa këta të tjerët po u mësojnë njerëzve dhe po mësojnë vetë, e unë jam dërguar vetëm si mësues, dhe kjo është më e vlefshme', dhe u ul me ta.»
٢٣٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَوْمٌ يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ ﷿، وَقَوْمٌ يَتَذَاكَرُونَ الْفِقْهَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كِلَا الْمَجْلِسَيْنِ إِلَى خَيْرٍ، أَمَّا الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ ﷿ وَيَسْأَلُونَ رَبَّهُمْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَعْطَاهُمْ وَإِنْ شَاءَ مَنَعَهُمْ، وَهَؤُلَاءِ يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ، وَإِنَّمَا بُعِثْتُ مُعَلِّمًا، وَهَذَا أَفْضَلُ فَقَعَدَ مَعَهُمْ».
2365 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah bin al-Mubarak narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Ziyad, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Rafi', from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: "The Prophet (pbuh) entered the mosque and there was a group of people remembering Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and another group discussing jurisprudence (Fiqh). The Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Both gatherings are upon goodness. As for those who are remembering Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and asking their Lord, if He wills He gives to them and if He wills He withholds from them. And these people are teaching others and learning, and I was only sent as a teacher, and this is better.' So he sat with them."

2366 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin el-Mubareku, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdurrahman bin Zijad bin En'umi, nga Abdurrahman bin Rafi', nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kur ta ngrejë kokën nga sexhdeja e fundit dhe pastaj i prishet abdesi, namazi i tij tashmë është i plotësuar.»
٢٣٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعُمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ آخِرِ السُّجُودِ ثُمَّ أَحْدَثَ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ».
2366 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin al-Mubarak narrated to us, he said: Abdurrahman bin Ziyad bin An'um narrated to us, from Abdurrahman bin Rafi', from Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'When he raises his head from the last prostration and then breaks his wudu (hadatha), his prayer is complete.'

2367 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin el-Mubaraku, nga Abdurrahman bin Zijad bin En'umi, nga Abdurrahman bin Rafi'i, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) doli ndërsa me vete kishte mëndafsh dhe ar, e tha: "Këto të dyja janë të ndaluara (haram) për meshkujt e umetit tim dhe të lejuara (hallall) për femrat e tyre."
٢٣٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعُمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ خَرَجَ وَمَعَهُ حَرِيرٌ وَذَهَبٌ، فَقَالَ: هَذَانِ مُحَرَّمَانِ عَلَى ذُكُورِ أُمَّتِي حَلَالٌ لِإِنَاثِهِمْ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Abdur-Rahman bin Ziyad bin An'um, from Abdur-Rahman bin Rafi', from Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came out and with him were silk and gold, and he said: 'These two are forbidden for the males of my nation, and lawful for their females.'
CHAPTER
V. وَأَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

2368 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Habib bin Ebi Thabit, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu el-Abas el-Mekkiun, i cili ishte poet dhe nuk dyshohej në hadith, duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë:
«Një burrë erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) për t'i kërkuar leje për xhihad. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i tha: "A i ke gjallë prindërit?" Ai tha: Po. Ai tha: "Atëherë te ata të dy bëj xhihad (shërbeju atyre)".»
٢٣٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَكِّيَّ ، وَكَانَ شَاعِرًا وَكَانَ لَا يُتَّهَمُ عَلَى الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ: «أَتَى رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَسْتَأْذِنُهُ فِي الْجِهَادِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَحَيٌّ وَالِدَاكَ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَفِيهِمَا فَجَاهِدْ».
2368 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Habib ibn Abi Thabit informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Abbas al-Makki—and he was a poet and was not suspected [of lying] in hadith—saying: I heard Abdullah ibn Amr saying:

"A man came to the Prophet (pbuh) asking his permission for Jihad. The Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Are your parents alive?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then strive in [serving] them.'"

2369 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Habib bin Ebi Thabit, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu El-Abasin duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: «A nuk jam njoftuar se ti falësh gjatë natës dhe agjëron gjatë ditës? Nëse e bën këtë, sytë do të të lodhen (futen brenda) dhe shpirti (trupi) do të të rraskapitet. Nuk ka agjëruar ai që agjëron përgjithmonë. Agjërimi i tri ditëve nga çdo muaj është si agjërimi i tërë kohës». Thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë kam fuqi (për më shumë). Ai tha: «Atëherë agjëro si agjërimi i Davudit (a.s.), ai agjëronte një ditë dhe nuk agjëronte një ditë tjetër, dhe ai nuk ikte kur ndeshej (me armikun)».
٢٣٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «أَلَمْ أُخْبَرْ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ وَتَصُومُ النَّهَارَ؟ وَإِنَّكَ إِذَا فَعَلْتَ ذَلِكَ هَجَمَتْ لَهُ الْعَيْنُ، وَنَفَثَتْ أَوْ نَفِهَتْ لَهُ النَّفْسُ، لَا صَامَ مَنْ صَامَ الْأَبَدَ، الصَّوْمُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي أُطِيقُ، قَالَ: فَصُمْ صَوْمَ دَاوُدَ ﷺ، كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا، وَلَا يَفِرُّ إِذَا لَاقَى».
2369 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Habib bin Abi Thabit informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Abbas saying: I heard Abdullah bin 'Amr saying: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Have I not been informed that you stand in prayer all night and fast all day? Indeed, if you do that, the eyes will become sunken and the soul will become exhausted. He who fasts forever has not fasted. Fasting three days of every month is like fasting for a lifetime." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, I am capable of more." He said: "Then observe the fast of Dawud (pbuh); he used to fast one day and break his fast the next, and he would never flee when meeting the enemy."

2370 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Amr bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu el-Abbasin duke treguar nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e urdhëroi atë që ta lexojë Kuranin në pesë (ditë).
٢٣٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فِي خَمْسٍ».
2370 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, who heard Abu al-'Abbas narrating from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, "that the Prophet (pbuh) commanded him to recite the Qur'an in five [days]."

2371 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Ejjubi, nga Amr bin Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah bin Amri, ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka ndaluar huadhënien bashkë me shitblerjen, dy kushte në një shitblerje, shitjen e asaj që nuk e posedon dhe fitimin nga ajo për të cilën nuk mban përgjegjësi (garanci).»
٢٣٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ، وَعَنْ شَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ، وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ تَضْمَنْ».
2371 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, from 'Amr bin Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade a loan and a sale, two conditions in a sale, selling what you do not have, and profiting from what you do not guarantee.'

2372 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Halife el-Hajjat, nga Amr b. Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Besimtarët janë të barabartë në gjakun e tyre dhe ata janë një dorë e vetme kundër të tjerëve.»
٢٣٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ الْخَيَّاطُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ، وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ».
2372 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Khalifah al-Khayyat narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The blood of the believers is equal, and they are one hand against others."

2373 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Halife el-Hajjat, i cili njihet me kunjen Ebu Hubejre, nga Amër bin Shuejbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, i cili ka thënë:

Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Kush betohet për një betim dhe pastaj sheh se diçka tjetër është më e mirë se ai, le ta bëjë atë, sepse kjo është shlyerja (kefareti) e tij.»
٢٣٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ الْخَيَّاطُ وَيُكَنَّى أَبَا هُبَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَلْيَأْتِهَا هِيَ كَفَّارَتُهَا».
2373 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Khalifah al-Khayyat, who is nicknamed Abu Hubayrah, narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever takes an oath and then sees something else better than it, let him do it, for that is its expiation."

2374 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Halife, nga Amër b. Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) mbështeti shpinën e tij pas Qabesë dhe tha: «Nuk ka namaz pas sabahut derisa të lindë dielli, dhe as pas ikindisë derisa të perëndojë.»
٢٣٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَسْنَدَ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ: لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ».
2374 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Khalifah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) leaned his back against the Ka'bah and said: "There is no prayer after Subh until the sun rises, and no [prayer] after 'Asr until it sets."

2375 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga një burrë, nga Amër bën Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Hani, pini, vishuni dhe jepni sadaka, sepse Allahu i Madhëruar dëshiron ta shohë gjurmën e mirësisë së Tij te robi i Vet."
٢٣٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَالْبَسُوا وَتَصَدَّقُوا، فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَى أَثَرَ نِعْمَتِهِ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ».
2375 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from a man, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Eat, drink, dress, and give charity, for indeed Allah (the Mighty and Sublime) loves to see the effect of His blessing upon His servant.'

2376 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Muhamed el-Mulejki, nga Amër bin Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Agjëruesi, në kohën e iftarit të tij, ka një lutje të pranuar.» Kështu, Abdullah bin Amri, kur bënte iftar, thërriste familjen dhe fëmijët e tij dhe lutej.
٢٣٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُلَيْكِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «لِلصَّائِمِ عِنْدَ إِفْطَارِهِ دَعْوَةٌ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ فَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو إِذَا أَفْطَرَ دَعَا أَهْلَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ وَدَعَا».
2376 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Muhammad al-Mulayki narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "For the fasting person, at the time of breaking his fast, there is a supplication that is answered." And 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, when he broke his fast, would call his family and his children and supplicate.

2377 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga El-Muthanna, nga Amr b. Shu'ajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Vërtet Allahu i Madhëruar ju ka shtuar një namaz, andaj faleni rregullisht atë, e ai është Vitri.»
٢٣٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً فَحَافِظُوا عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ الْوِتْرُ».
2377 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from al-Muthanna, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has added a prayer for you, so maintain it, and it is the Witr."

2378 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn el-Mubareku, nga Usame b. Zejdi, nga Amr b. Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah b. Amri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Sadakatë e muslimanëve merren pranë burimeve të tyre të ujit ose pranë oborreve të tyre.» Ebu Davudi ka dyshuar.
٢٣٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عِنْدَ مِيَاهِهِمْ أَوْ عِنْدَ أَفْنِيَتِهِمْ» شَكَّ أَبُو دَاوُدَ.
2378 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Usamah bin Zayd, from 'Amr bin Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The charities of the Muslims are to be taken at their watering places or at their courtyards." Abu Dawud was in doubt.

2379 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Habib el-Muallim, nga Amër bin Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka shkurorëzim (talak) përveçse pas martesës (nikahut) dhe nuk ka lirim të skllavit përveçse pas zotërimit të tij».
٢٣٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ، وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ».
2379 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr bin Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "There is no divorce except after marriage, and there is no manumission except after ownership."

2380 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katadeja, nga Amër b. Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah b. Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Kjo është sodomia e vogël», d.m.th. kryerja e marrëdhënieve me gruan në anusin e saj.
٢٣٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «تِلْكَ اللُّوطِيَّةُ الصُّغْرَى» يَعْنِي إِتْيَانَ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي دُبُرِهَا.
2380 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "That is the minor sodomy," meaning approaching a woman in her rectum.

2381 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammadi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Habib el-Muallimi, nga Amr b. Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah b. Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ka thënë: «Kur burri të martohet me një grua, dhurata e saj nuk lejohet përveçse me lejen e tij.»
٢٣٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِذَا مَلَكَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ لَمْ تَجُزْ عَطِيَّتُهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ».
2381 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, he said: Habib al-Mu'allim narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: 'When a man marries a woman, her gift is not permissible except with his permission.'

2382 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Rashidi, nga Sulejman bin Musa, nga Amër bin Shuajbi, nga babai i tij, nga gjyshi i tij, ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Dija e ithtarëve të Librit, jahudiut dhe të krishterit, është sa gjysma e dijes së muslimanit.»
٢٣٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «دِيَةُ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ».
2382 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The blood money of the People of the Book—the Jew and the Christian—is half of the blood money of the Muslim."

2383 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Sad bin Ibrahimi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Humejd bin Abdurrahmanin duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Prej gjynaheve më të mëdha është që njeriu të fyejë prindërit e tij në Islam». U tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, si i fyen ai prindërit e tij? Tha: «Ai fyen babanë e një njeriu tjetër, e pastaj ai (tjetri) ia fyen babanë e tij, ose ia fyen nënën, e pastaj ai ia fyen nënën e tij».
٢٣٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ مِنْ أَكْبَرِ الذُّنُوبِ أَنْ يَسُبَّ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَكَيْفَ يَسُبُّ وَالِدَيْهِ؟ قَالَ: يُسَابُّ الرَّجُلَ فَيَسُبُّ أَبَاهُ، أَوْ يَسُبُّ أُمَّهُ فَيَسُبُّ أُمَّهُ».
2383 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, he said: I heard Humayd bin 'Abd al-Rahman saying: I heard 'Abdullah bin 'Amr saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "Indeed, among the greatest of sins is for a man to insult his parents in Islam."

It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, and how does he insult his parents?" He said: "He insults a man, and then that man insults his father, or he insults his mother, and then that man insults his mother."

2384 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Vuhejbi, nga Halid el-Hadhdha, nga el-Kasim bin Rebi'a, nga Ukbe bin Evsi - Halidi mendon se është nga Abdullah bin Amri - se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), kur e çliroi Mekën, tha: "Nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut të Vetëm, Ai e përmbushi premtimin e Tij, e ndihmoi robin e Tij dhe i mposhti i Vetëm aleatët. Vini re, çdo privilegj që pretendohet apo thirret, çdo gjakmarrje dhe pasuri (nga koha e injorancës), janë nën këto dy këmbët e mia, përveç shërbimit të Qabes (el-sidaneh) dhe furnizimit me ujë të haxhinjve (el-sikajeh)."
٢٣٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ - يَحْسَبُهُ خَالِدٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو - «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا فَتَحَ مَكَّةَ قَالَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ، صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ، أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ تُعَدُّ وَتُدْعَى، وَدَمٍ وَمَالٍ، تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ إِلَّا السِّدَانَةَ وَالسِّقَايَةَ».
2384 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Wuhaib narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from al-Qasim ibn Rabi'ah, from 'Uqbah ibn Aws - Khalid thinks it is from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr - that the Prophet (saw) when he conquered Makkah said: "There is no god but Allah alone; He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and defeated the confederates alone. Behold, every claim of privilege, blood, or property that used to be mentioned and claimed is under these two feet of mine, except for the custody of the Ka'bah (al-Sidanah) and the providing of water to pilgrims (al-Siqayah)."

2385 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: na ka treguar Sufjan eth-Thevriu, nga Sa'd bin Ibrahimi, nga Rejhan bin Jezidi, nga Abdullah bin Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), i cili ka thënë: «Nuk i lejohet sadakaja të pasurit dhe as atij që është i shëndoshë e i fuqishëm.»
٢٣٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ رَيْحَانَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ، وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ قَوِيٍّ».
2385 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan al-Thawri narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, from Rayhan bin Yazid, from Abdullah bin 'Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: 'Charity is not lawful for a rich person, nor for one who is vigorous and strong.'

2386 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube dhe El-Mes'udi, nga Amër bin Murre, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin el-Harithin duke treguar nga Ebu Kethir ez-Zubejdi, nga Abdullah bin Amër bin el-Asi, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Ruhuni nga padrejtësia (zulmi), sepse padrejtësia do të jetë errësirë në Ditën e Kiametit. Ruhuni nga turpësia (fuhshi), sepse Allahu nuk e do turpësinë dhe as sjelljen e turpshme. Dhe ruhuni nga koprracia e tepërt (shuh-hu), sepse ajo i shkatërroi ata që ishin para jush; i urdhëroi ata për shkëputje të lidhjeve farefisnore dhe ata i shkëputën, i urdhëroi për koprraci dhe ata u bënë koprracë, dhe i urdhëroi për shthurje (fuxhur) dhe ata u shthurën».
Atëherë u ngrit një burrë dhe tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, cila pjesë e Islamit është më e vlefshmja? Shube ka thënë: «Ai nga gjuha dhe dora e të cilit shpëtojnë muslimanët». Ndërsa El-Mes'udi ka thënë: «Të shpëtojnë muslimanët nga gjuha dhe dora jote».
Pastaj u ngrit ai burrë ose dikush tjetër dhe tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, cila hixhret (shpërngulje) është më e vlefshmja? Ai tha: «Të braktisësh atë që e urren Zoti yt». I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) gjithashtu ka thënë: «Hixhreti është dy llojesh: hixhreti i banorit vendas (hadir) dhe hixhreti i beduinit (badi). Sa i përket beduinit, ai i përgjigjet thirrjes kur thirret dhe bindet kur urdhërohet. Ndërsa banori vendas, ai ka sprovën më të madhe prej tyre, por edhe shpërblimin më të madh». El-Mes'udi ka thënë: Një burrë e thirri atë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, cili prej dëshmorëve (shehidëve) është më i vlefshmi? Ai tha: «Ai të cilit i vritet kali dhe i derdhet gjaku».
٢٣٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَالْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظُّلْمَ، فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُحْشَ، فَإِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفُحْشَ وَلَا التَّفَحُّشَ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالشُّحَّ، فَإِنَّهُ أَهْلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ، أَمَرَهُمْ بِالْقَطِيعَةِ فَقَطَعُوا، وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالْبُخْلِ فَبَخِلُوا، وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالْفُجُورِ فَفَجَرُوا فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَيُّ الْإِسْلَامِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ. وَقَالَ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ: أَنْ يَسْلَمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِكَ وَيَدِكَ. فَقَامَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَيُّ الْهِجْرَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: أَنْ تَهْجُرَ مَا كَرِهَ رَبُّكَ. وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: الْهِجْرَةُ هِجْرَتَانِ؛ هِجْرَةُ الْحَاضِرِ، وَهِجْرَةُ الْبَادِي، فَأَمَّا الْبَادِي فَيُجِيبُ إِذَا دُعِيَ، وَيُطِيعُ إِذَا أُمِرَ، وَأَمَّا الْحَاضِرُ فَهُوَ أَعْظَمُهُمَا بَلِيَّةً، وَأَفْضَلُهُمَا أَجْرًا. وَقَالَ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ: وَنَادَاهُ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَيُّ الشُّهَدَاءِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: أَنْ يُعْقَرَ جَوَادُكَ وَيُهَرَاقَ دَمُكَ».
2386 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, I heard 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith narrating from Abu Kathir al-Zubaydi, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

"Beware of injustice, for injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection. And beware of obscenity, for Allah does not love obscenity or the use of foul language. And beware of greed, for it destroyed those who came before you; it commanded them to sever ties of kinship and they did so, it commanded them to be stingy and they were stingy, and it commanded them to immorality and they committed immorality."

A man stood up and said: "O Messenger of Allah, which Islam is best?" Shu'bah said: "He from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe." Al-Mas'udi said: "That the Muslims are safe from your tongue and your hand."

Then that man or another stood up and said: "O Messenger of Allah, which migration (Hijrah) is best?" He said: "That you abandon what your Lord dislikes." And the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Migration is of two types: the migration of the city-dweller and the migration of the desert-dweller. As for the desert-dweller, he responds when called and obeys when commanded. As for the city-dweller, his is the greater of the two in trial and the better of the two in reward."

Al-Mas'udi said: And a man called out to him: "O Messenger of Allah, which of the martyrs is best?" He said: "That your horse is hamstrung and your blood is shed."

2387 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Ata bin es-Saibi, nga babai i tij, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë:
«Më ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Për sa kohë e lexon Kuranin?" Thashë: "Për një ditë e dy net." Tha: Atëherë ai më bëri lëshime dhe unë i kërkova lëshime derisa tha: "Lexoje atë për shtatë (ditë)."»
٢٣٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: فِي كَمْ تَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ؟ قُلْتُ: فِي يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَتَيْنِ، قَالَ: فَنَاقَصَنِي وَنَاقَصْتُهُ حَتَّى قَالَ: اقْرَأْهُ فِي سَبْعٍ».
2387 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from 'Ata' bin al-Sa'ib, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said:

"The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to me: 'In how much time do you recite the Qur'an?' I said: 'In a day and two nights.' He said: So he bargained with me and I bargained with him until he said: 'Recite it in seven [days].'"

2388 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, nga Muxhahidi, nga Abdullah bin Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Kushdo që pretendon se i përket dikujt tjetër përveç babait të tij, nuk do ta nuhatë aromën e Xhenetit, ndonëse aroma e tij ndihet nga një largësi prej shtatëdhjetë vitesh udhëtim.»

Kur Xhunade bin Ebu Umeje e pa këtë, ndërkohë që Muaviu dëshironte ta birësonte (t'ia njihte atësinë), Xhunade tha: Unë jam vetëm një shigjetë nga tula (shigjetarja) jote, prandaj më gjuaj kudo që të dëshirosh.
٢٣٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ فَلَنْ يَرَاحَ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا يُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا» فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ جُنَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، وَكَانَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدَّعِيَهُ، قَالَ جُنَادَةُ: إِنَّمَا أَنَا سَهْمٌ مِنْ كِنَانَتِكَ، فَارْمِ بِي حَيْثُ شِئْتَ.
2388 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from Mujahid, from Abdullah bin Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, and indeed its fragrance can be found from a distance of seventy years."

When Junadah bin Abi Umayyah saw that, and Mu'awiyah had wanted to claim him, Junadah said: "I am but an arrow from your quiver, so shoot me wherever you wish."

2389 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katadeja, nga Jezid bin Abdullah bin esh-Shikhiri, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Nuk e kupton atë ai që e lexon në më pak se tri (ditë)» - d.m.th. Kuranin.
٢٣٨٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا يَفْقَهُ مَنْ قَرَأَهُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ» يَعْنِي الْقُرْآنَ.
2389 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Yazid bin 'Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'He does not understand it who recites it in less than three,' meaning the Qur'an.

2390 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar daja im, El-Harith bin Abdurrahmani, nga Ebu Seleme bin Abdurrahmani, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka mallkuar ryshfetdhënësin dhe ryshfetmarrësin.»
٢٣٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي خَالِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ».
2390 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, he said: My maternal uncle Al-Harith bin 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to me, from Abu Salamah bin 'Abd al-Rahman, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) cursed the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes a bribe."

2391 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Muslim bin Ebil-Vaddah, nga el-Ala bin Abdilah bin Rafi', nga Hanan bin Harixheh, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë:
«Erdhi një beduin nga lartësitë, i guximshëm dhe i vrazhdë, e tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, na trego për hixhretin (shpërnguljen); a është ai drejt teje kudo që të jesh? Apo drejt një toke të njohur? Apo për një popull të caktuar? Apo kur të vdesësh ti, ai ndërpritet? Tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) heshti ndaj tij, pastaj tha: Ku është pyetësi? Ai tha: Këtu jam, o i Dërguari i Allahut. Ai tha: Hixhreti është të braktisësh punët e turpshme, ato që janë të dukshme dhe ato që janë të fshehura, pastaj ti je muhaxhir edhe nëse vdes në vendbanimin tënd.
Abdullah bin Amri tha: Një burrë tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, na trego për rrobat e banorëve të Xhenetit; a krijohen si krijim, apo thuren si thurje? I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) heshti dhe disa njerëz qeshën, atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Pse po qeshni? Nga një i paditur që pyet një të ditur?! Pastaj i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Ku është pyetësi? Ai tha: Këtu jam, o i Dërguari i Allahut. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Përkundrazi, ato dalin duke u çarë nga frytet e Xhenetit, përkundrazi, ato dalin duke u çarë nga frytet e Xhenetit – e tha këtë dy herë. Unë thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, çfarë thua për hixhretin dhe xhihadin? Ai tha: O Abdullah, fillo me veten tënde e luftoje atë, dhe fillo me veten tënde e bëj xhihad ndaj saj; sepse nëse vritesh duke ikur (nga beteja), Allahu do të të ringjallë si ikës, nëse vritesh për sy e faqe, Allahu do të të ringjallë si syfaqësi, e nëse vritesh i durueshëm dhe duke shpresuar shpërblimin, Allahu do të të ringjallë të durueshëm dhe me shpërblim të llogaritur».
٢٣٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْوَضَّاحِ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ حَنَانِ بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ عُلْوِيٌّ جَرِيءٌ جَافٍ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَخْبِرْنَا عَنِ الْهِجْرَةِ، أَهِيَ إِلَيْكَ حَيْثُمَا كُنْتَ؟ أَمْ إِلَى أَرْضٍ مَعْرُوفَةٍ، أَمْ لِقَوْمٍ خَاصَّةً، أَمْ إِذَا مُتَّ انْقَطَعَتْ؟ قَالَ: فَسَكَتَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ؟ قَالَ: هَا أَنَا ذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: الْهِجْرَةُ أَنْ تَهْجُرَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ، ثُمَّ أَنْتَ مُهَاجِرٌ وَإِنْ مُتَّ فِي الْحَضَرِ.
قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَخْبِرْنَا عَنْ ثِيَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، أَخَلْقٌ تُخْلَقُ، أَمْ نَسْجٌ تُنْسَجُ؟ فَسَكَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَضَحِكَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مِمَّ تَضْحَكُونَ؟ أَمِنْ جَاهِلٍ يَسْأَلُ عَالِمًا؟! ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ؟ قَالَ: هَا أَنَا ذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: بَلْ تَتَشَقَّقُ عَنْهَا ثَمَرُ الْجَنَّةِ، بَلْ تَتَشَقَّقُ عَنْهَا ثَمَرُ الْجَنَّةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْهِجْرَةِ وَالْجِهَادِ؟ فَقَالَ: يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ، ابْدَأْ بِنَفْسِكَ فَاغْزُهَا، وَابْدَأْ بِنَفْسِكَ فَجَاهِدْهَا، فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ قُتِلْتَ فَارًّا بَعَثَكَ اللهُ فَارًّا، وَإِنْ قُتِلْتَ مُرَائِيًا بَعَثَكَ اللهُ مُرَائِيًا، وَإِنْ قُتِلْتَ صَابِرًا مُحْتَسِبًا بَعَثَكَ اللهُ صَابِرًا مُحْتَسِبًا».
2391 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Muslim ibn Abi al-Waddah narrated to us, from al-Ala ibn Abdillah ibn Rafi, from Hanan ibn Kharijah, from Abdillah ibn Amr, who said:

"A bold and coarse Bedouin from the highlands came and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, tell us about the Hijrah (migration). Is it to you wherever you may be? Or is it to a known land? Or is it for a specific people? Or does it cease when you die?' He said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) remained silent, then he said: 'Where is the questioner?' He said: 'Here I am, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Hijrah is that you abandon immoralities, both those that are apparent and those that are hidden; then you are a Muhajir (migrant) even if you die in your own residence.'

Abdullah ibn Amr said: Then a man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, tell us about the clothes of the people of Paradise. Are they created as they are, or are they woven?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) remained silent, and some of the people laughed. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Why are you laughing? At an ignorant person asking a scholar?!' Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Where is the questioner?' He said: 'Here I am, O Messenger of Allah.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Rather, the fruits of Paradise split open to reveal them; rather, the fruits of Paradise split open to reveal them,' saying it twice. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you say about Hijrah and Jihad?' He said: 'O Abdullah, start with your own self and conquer it, and start with your own self and strive against it. For if you are killed while fleeing, Allah will resurrect you as one who fled; if you are killed while showing off, Allah will resurrect you as one who showed off; and if you are killed while being patient and seeking reward, Allah will resurrect you as one who was patient and seeking reward.'"

2392 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja, nga Muhammed bin Ibrahimi, nga Khalid bin Ma'dan, se Xhubejr bin Nufejri i ka treguar atij se Abdullah bin Amri i ka treguar atij duke thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) pa tek unë dy rroba të lyera me shafran (asfor) dhe tha: 'O Abdullah bin Amr, vërtet këto janë rroba të kufarëve, andaj mos i vish ato'.»
٢٣٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ ، أَنَّ جُبَيْرَ بْنَ نُفَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: «رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيَّ ثَوْبَيْنِ مُعَصْفَرَيْنِ فَقَالَ: يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو، إِنَّ هَذِهِ ثِيَابُ الْكُفَّارِ فَلَا تَلْبَسْهَا».
2392 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya, from Muhammad bin Ibrahim, from Khalid bin Ma'dan, that Jubayr bin Nufayr narrated to him that Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated to him, saying:

"The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saw me wearing two garments dyed with safflower, and he said: 'O Abdullah bin 'Amr, indeed these are the garments of the disbelievers, so do not wear them.'"

2393 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shua'bah dhe Ibn Ujejne - dhe hadithi i Ibn Ujejnes është më i plotë - nga Amr bin Dinari, nga Suhejbi, skllavi i liruar i Ibn Amirit, nga Abdullah bin Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Kush vret një trumcak pa të drejtë, Allahu i Madhëruar do ta pyesë për të në Ditën e Kiametit». Atëherë u pyet: «E cila është e drejta e tij?» Tha: «Ta therrë e ta hajë, e jo t'ia këpusë kokën e ta hedhë atë».
٢٣٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ - وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ أَتَمُّ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ، سَأَلَهُ اللهُ ﷿ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَنْهُ فَقِيلَ: وَمَا حَقُّهُ؟ قَالَ: يَذْبَحُهُ فَيَأْكُلُهُ وَلَا يَقْطَعُ رَأْسَهُ فَيَرْمِي بِهِ».
2393 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us - and the narration of Ibn 'Uyaynah is more complete - from 'Amr bin Dinar, from Suhayb the freed slave of Ibn 'Amir, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "Whoever kills a sparrow without its right, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will ask him about it on the Day of Resurrection." It was said: "And what is its right?" He said: "That he slaughters it and eats it, and does not cut off its head and throw it away."

2394 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Sad bin Ibrahimi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Talha bin Hilalin ose Hilal bin Talhën, i cili ka dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Agjërimi i tri ditëve të muajit është si agjërimi i tërë vitit, kush vjen me një vepër të mirë, do të ketë dhjetëfishin e saj. Unë thashë: Unë kam fuqi (për më shumë). Ai tha: Atëherë agjëro agjërimin e Davudit (a.s.), ai agjëronte një ditë dhe hante një ditë».
٢٣٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ هِلَالٍ أَوْ هِلَالَ بْنَ طَلْحَةَ ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ، مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا فَقُلْتُ: إِنِّي أُطِيقُ، قَالَ: فَصُمْ صَوْمَ دَاوُدَ، كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا».
2394 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, he said: I heard Talhah bin Hilal or Hilal bin Talhah, who heard Abdullah bin 'Amr saying: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

'Fasting three days of the month is fasting for a lifetime; "Whoever brings a good deed will have ten times the like thereof." I said: "I am capable of more." He said: "Then fast the fast of Dawud; he used to fast one day and break his fast one day."'

2395 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu Ishaku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Vehb bin Xhabirin duke thënë: «Isha dëshmitar me Abdullah bin Amrin në Bejtul-Makdis, kur i erdhi një i liruar i tij (meula) dhe i tha: 'Unë dëshiroj të qëndroj këtë muaj këtu', duke pasur parasysh Ramazanin. Abdullahu i tha: 'A u ke lënë familjes sate atë që u mjafton për ushqim?' Ai tha: 'Jo'. Abdullahu i tha: 'Atëherë kthehu dhe lëru atyre atë që u mjafton për ushqim, sepse vërtet e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Mjafton si mëkat për njeriun që të lërë pas dore (të mos furnizojë) ata që i ka nën përkujdesje'».
٢٣٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ وَهْبَ بْنَ جَابِرٍ ، يَقُولُ: «شَهِدْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو فِي بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ وَأَتَاهُ مَوْلًى لَهُ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُقِيمَ هَذَا الشَّهْرَ هَاهُنَا، يَعْنِي رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ: هَلْ تَرَكْتَ لِأَهْلِكَ مَا يَقُوتُهُمْ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: إِمَّا لَا فَارْجِعْ فَدَعْ لَهُمْ مَا يَقُوتُهُمْ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْمًا أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَقُوتُ».
2395 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, who said: I heard Wahb bin Jabir saying: "I was with Abdullah bin 'Amr in Bayt al-Maqdis when a freed slave of his came to him and said: 'I want to stay here for this month,' meaning Ramadan.

Abdullah said to him: 'Have you left for your family that which sustains them?' He said: 'No.'

He said: 'In that case, go back and leave for them that which sustains them, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "It is enough sin for a person to neglect those whom he sustains."'"

2396 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Mugire b. Muslimi - i cili ishte i sinqertë dhe musliman - e ky ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Ishaku, nga Vehb b. Xhabiri, nga Abdullah b. Amri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ngjashëm me këtë hadith, përveç se ai ka thënë: «Pastaj filloi të na tregonte se Jexhuxhët dhe Mexhuxhët janë prej pasardhësve të Ademit, dhe se ata, po të lëshoheshin mbi njerëzit, do t'ua prishnin atyre jetesën, dhe se askush prej tyre nuk vdes pa lënë pas vetes një mijë pasardhës e më shumë, dhe se pas tyre janë tri kombe: Tavili, Tarisi dhe Menseku.»
٢٣٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَكَانَ صَدُوقًا مُسْلِمًا، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «ثُمَّ أَنْشَأَ يُحَدِّثُنَا أَنَّ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مِنْ وَلَدِ آدَمَ، وَأَنَّهُمْ لَوْ أُرْسِلُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ لَأَفْسَدُوا عَلَيْهِمْ مَعَايِشَهُمْ، وَلَنْ يَمُوتَ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا تَرَكَ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِ أَلْفًا فَصَاعِدًا، وَأَنَّ مِنْ وَرَائِهِمْ ثَلَاثَ أُمَمٍ، تَاوِيلَ، وَتَارِيسَ وَمَنْسَكَ».
2396 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mughirah bin Muslim narrated to us, and he was truthful and a Muslim, he said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Wahb bin Jabir, from Abdullah bin 'Amr, from the Prophet (saw) a similar hadith to this one, except that he said: "Then he began to tell us that Gog and Magog are from the children of Adam, and that if they were sent against the people, they would spoil their livelihoods for them, and none of them will die until he leaves behind a thousand or more of his offspring, and that behind them are three nations: Tawil, Taris, and Mansak."

2397 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zuhejr b. Muavije, nga Ibrahim b. el-Muhaxhir, nga Abdullah b. Babah, nga Abdullah b. Amri, i cili ka thënë:

«Isha i pranishëm te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) - kur u përmendën dhjetë ditët (e Dhul-Hixhes) - dhe ai tha: "Nuk ka ditë në të cilat vepra është më e dashur tek Allahu i Madhëruar sesa dhjetë ditët e Dhul-Hixhes." Iu tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, as xhihadi në rrugën e Allahut?" Ai e konsideroi këtë si diçka të madhe dhe tha: "As xhihadi në rrugën e Allahut, përveç një njeriu që del me veten dhe pasurinë e tij dhe jeta e tij përfundon në të."»
٢٣٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَابَاهَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: «حَضَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ - وَذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ أَيَّامُ الْعَشْرِ - فَقَالَ: مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ ﷿ الْعَمَلُ فِيهِ مِنْ عَشْرِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؟ فَأَكْبَرَهُ وَقَالَ: وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ وَكَانَ مُهْجَتُهُ فِيهِ».
2397 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Ibrahim bin al-Muhajir, from Abdullah bin Babah, from Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: "I was present with the Messenger of Allah (saw) - and the ten days were mentioned in his presence - and he said: 'There are no days in which deeds are more beloved to Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, than the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah.' It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, not even Jihad in the cause of Allah?' He regarded it as a great matter and said: 'Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah, except for a man who goes out with his life and his wealth and his lifeblood is spent in it.'"

2398 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar Ibrahim bin Mejmuni, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar një burrë nga Beni el-Harithi, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar një burrë prej nesh, i cili quhej Ejub, e që ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Amrin duke thënë: "Kush pendohet një vit para vdekjes së tij, i pranohet pendimi; kush pendohet një ditë para vdekjes së tij, i pranohet pendimi; dhe kush pendohet një orë para vdekjes së tij, i pranohet pendimi."

I thashë atij: Allahu i Madhëruar ka thënë: "Pendimi te Allahu është vetëm për ata që bëjnë të keqe nga padija..." (Ajeti). Ai tha: "Unë vetëm po të tregoj atë që kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)."
٢٣٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنَّا يُقَالُ لَهُ: أَيُّوبُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ: «مَنْ تَابَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِعَامٍ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ تَابَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِيَوْمٍ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ تَابَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِسَاعَةٍ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: إِنَّمَا قَالَ اللهُ ﷿: ﴿إِنَّمَا التَّوْبَةُ عَلَى اللهِ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السُّوءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ﴾ الْآيَةَ. قَالَ: إِنَّمَا أُحَدِّثُكَ مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ».
2398 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim bin Maymun narrated to me, he said: A man from Banu al-Harith narrated to me, he said: A man from among us called Ayyub narrated to me, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin 'Amr saying: "Whoever repents a year before his death, his repentance is accepted; and whoever repents a day before his death, his repentance is accepted; and whoever repents an hour before his death, his repentance is accepted."

I said to him: "Allah (the Mighty and Sublime) only said: {Repentance with Allah is only for those who do evil in ignorance...} the verse." He said: "I am only narrating to you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw)."

2399 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga Ez-Zuhriu, nga Isa bin Talha, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë në ditën e kurbanit (nehr) ndërsa ishte mbi devenë e tij, dhe njerëzit filluan ta pyesnin. Një burrë tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë nuk e dija se gjuajtja e gurëve (remji) bëhet para therjes së kurbanit, kështu që e thera kurbanin para se të gjuaja gurët. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Gjuaj dhe nuk ka asnjë pengesë (haraxh)'. Një tjetër filloi të thoshte: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë nuk e ndjeva se rruajtja e kokës (halk) bëhet para therjes, kështu që e thera kurbanin para se të rruhesha. Ai tha: 'Rruhu dhe nuk ka asnjë pengesë'. Ai (Abdullahu) tha: Nuk e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) atë ditë të pyetej për ndonjë gjë që njeriu e harron ose e injoron nga paraprirja e disa punëve para të tjerave, dhe gjëra të ngjashme me këtë, veçse thoshte: 'Bëjeni atë dhe nuk ka asnjë pengesë'.
٢٣٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَطَفِقَ النَّاسُ يَسْأَلُونَهُ؛ يَقُولُ الرَّجُلُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ أُرَى أَنَّ الرَّمْيَ قَبْلَ النَّحْرِ، فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ وَطَفِقَ آخَرُ يَقُولُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْعُرْ أَنَّ الْحَلْقَ قَبْلَ النَّحْرِ، فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَحْلِقَ، قَالَ: احْلِقْ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ: فَمَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَمَّا يَنْسَى الْمَرْءُ أَوْ يَجْهَلُ مِنْ تَقْدِيمِ الْأُمُورِ بَعْضِهَا قَبْلَ بَعْضٍ، وَأَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا قَالَ: افْعَلُوا ذَلِكَ وَلَا حَرَجَ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Isa ibn Talhah, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, "that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said on the Day of Sacrifice while he was on his mount, and the people began asking him; a man would say: 'O Messenger of Allah, I did not think that throwing [the pebbles] was before the sacrifice, so I sacrificed before I threw.' So the Prophet (saw) said: 'Throw, and there is no harm.' And another began saying: 'O Messenger of Allah, I did not realize that shaving was before the sacrifice, so I sacrificed before I shaved.' He said: 'Shave, and there is no harm.' He said: 'So I did not hear the Messenger of Allah (saw) being asked that day about anything a person forgets or is ignorant of regarding performing some matters before others, and similar things, except that he said: "Do that, and there is no harm."'"

2400 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Fulejh bin Sulejman, nga Salim Ebu en-Nadr, nga Sulejman bin Jesar, nga Abdullah bin Amr, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos debatoni për Kuranin; sepse debati rreth tij është kufër».
٢٤٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا تُجَادِلُوا فِي الْقُرْآنِ؛ فَإِنَّ جِدَالًا فِيهِ كُفْرٌ».
2400 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Fulayh bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Salim Abu al-Nadr, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Abdullah bin Amr, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Do not argue about the Qur'an; for indeed, arguing about it is disbelief."

2401 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Katadeja, nga Muhamed bin Sirini dhe Muhamed bin Ubejd el-Hanefiu, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ishte në një kopsht prej kopshteve të Medines, kur një burrë kërkoi leje për të hyrë. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Jepi leje dhe përgëzoje me Xhenet." Kur pashë, ai ishte Ebu Bekri (r.a.). I dhashë leje dhe e përgëzova me Xhenet, ndërsa ai u afrua duke falënderuar Allahun derisa u ul.

Pastaj kërkoi leje një burrë me zë të lartë, e i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Jepi leje dhe përgëzoje me Xhenet." Kur pashë, ai ishte Omeri (r.a.). I dhashë leje dhe e përgëzova me Xhenet, ndërsa ai u afrua duke falënderuar Allahun.

Pastaj kërkoi leje një burrë me zë të ulët, e i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Jepi leje dhe përgëzoje me Xhenet për një sprovë që do ta godasë." I dhashë leje dhe e përgëzova me Xhenet, kur pashë se ai ishte Uthman bin Afani (r.a.). Ai u afrua duke falënderuar Allahun derisa u ul.

Atëherë Abdullah bin Amri tha: "Po unë ku jam?" Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Ti je me babanë tënd."
٢٤٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ فِي حُشٍّ مِنْ حُشَّانِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ائْذَنْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا هُوَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ﵁، فَأَذِنْتُ لَهُ وَبَشَّرْتُهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ، فَقَرُبَ يَحْمَدُ اللهَ حَتَّى جَلَسَ، ثُمَّ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَجُلٌ رَفِيعُ الصَّوْتِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ائْذَنْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا عُمَرُ ﵁، فَأَذِنْتُ لَهُ وَبَشَّرْتُهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ، فَقَرُبَ يَحْمَدُ اللهَ، ثُمَّ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَجُلٌ خَفِيضُ الصَّوْتِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ائْذَنْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ عَلَى بَلْوَى تُصِيبُهُ فَأَذِنْتُ لَهُ وَبَشَّرْتُهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ، فَإِذَا هُوَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ﵁، فَقَرُبَ يَحْمَدُ اللهَ حَتَّى جَلَسَ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: أَيْنَ أَنَا؟ قَالَ: أَنْتَ مَعَ أَبِيكَ».
2401 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Muhammad bin Sirin and Muhammad bin Ubayd al-Hanafi, from Abdullah bin Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (saw) was in one of the gardens of Madinah when a man asked for permission to enter. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Give him permission and give him the glad tidings of Paradise.' It was Abu Bakr (ra), so I gave him permission and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise. He approached, praising Allah, until he sat down.

Then a man with a loud voice asked for permission. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Give him permission and give him the glad tidings of Paradise.' It was Umar (ra), so I gave him permission and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise. He approached, praising Allah.

Then a man with a low voice asked for permission. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Give him permission and give him the glad tidings of Paradise upon a trial that will afflict him.' I gave him permission and gave him the glad tidings of Paradise, and it was Uthman bin Affan (ra). He approached, praising Allah, until he sat down.

Abdullah bin Amr said: 'Where am I?' He (saw) said: 'You are with your father.'

2402 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Zijad bin Fejjadi: Ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Ijadin duke treguar nga Abdullah bin Amri, «se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i ka thënë atij: Agjëro një ditë të muajit dhe do të kesh shpërblimin e asaj që mbetet, agjëro dy ditë dhe do të kesh shpërblimin e asaj që mbetet, agjëro tri ditë dhe do të kesh shpërblimin e asaj që mbetet».
٢٤٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ : قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عِيَاضٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ: صُمْ يَوْمًا مِنَ الشَّهْرِ وَلَكَ أَجْرُ مَا بَقِيَ، صُمْ يَوْمَيْنِ وَلَكَ أَجْرُ مَا بَقِيَ، صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَكَ أَجْرُ مَا بَقِيَ».
2402 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ziyad bin Fayyad: He said: I heard Abu 'Iyad narrating from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to him: "Fast one day of the month and you will have the reward of what remains; fast two days and you will have the reward of what remains; fast three days and you will have the reward of what remains."

2403 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Ebu Jahja el-A'rexh, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Namazi i atij që falet ulur është sa gjysma e namazit të atij që falet në këmbë».
٢٤٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ».
2403 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, he said: I heard Hilal ibn Yasaf narrating from Abu Yahya al-A'raj, from Abdullah ibn 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The prayer of the one sitting is half of the prayer of the one standing."

2404 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Ebu Jahja el-A'rexh, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) erdhi te disa njerëz që po merrnin abdest - ndërsa ishte në udhëtim - dhe tha: "Plotësojeni abdestin mirë! Mjerë për thembrat ose për nyjat e këmbëve nga zjarri!"

Shube ka thënë: Njërën prej tyre.
٢٤٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ يَتَوَضَّئُونَ - وَكَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ - فَقَالَ: أَسْبِغُوا الْوُضُوءَ، وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ أَوْ لِلْعَرَاقِيبِ» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَحَدَهُمَا.
2404 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, who said: I heard Hilal ibn Yasaf narrating from Abu Yahya al-A'raj, from Abdullah ibn Amr, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came upon some people performing ablution - and he was on a journey - and he said: "Perform the ablution thoroughly; woe to the heels from the Fire," or "to the Achilles tendons."

2405 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibnul Mubareku, nga El-Evzaiu, nga Rebi'a bin Jezid ed-Dimeshkiu, nga Ibnud-Dejlemiu, i cili ka thënë:
«I thashë Abdullah bin Amrit: 'Më ka arritur lajmi se ti tregon që i mjeri është ai që është i mjerë që në barkun e nënës së tij.' Ai tha: 'Vërtet, unë nuk ia lejoj askujt të gënjejë ndaj meje. Unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar e krijoi krijimin e Tij në errësirë, pastaj hodhi mbi ta një dritë prej dritës së Tij. Atë që e goditi diçka nga ajo dritë, ai u udhëzua, ndërsa atë që e huqi ajo, ai humbi.'»
٢٤٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الدِّمَشْقِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو : إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ الشَّقِيَّ مَنْ شَقِيَ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ، فَقَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي لَا أُحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَكْذِبَ عَلَيَّ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ خَلَقَ خَلْقَهُ فِي ظُلْمَةٍ ثُمَّ أَلْقَى عَلَيْهِمْ نُورًا مِنْ نُورِهِ، فَمَنْ أَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ مِنْ ذَلِكَ النُّورِ اهْتَدَى، وَمَنْ أَخْطَأَهُ ضَلَّ».
2405 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Rabi'ah bin Yazid al-Dimashqi, from Ibn al-Daylami, who said: "I said to 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: It has reached me that you narrate that the wretched one is he who was wretched in his mother's womb. He replied: Indeed, I do not permit anyone to lie about me. I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: 'Indeed, Allah (azwj) created His creation in darkness, then He cast upon them a light from His light. So, whoever was touched by some of that light was guided, and whoever it missed went astray.'"

2406 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, nga Urve bin ez-Zubejri, nga Abdullah bin Amri, i cili ka thënë: Dëshmoj se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar nuk e largon diturinë duke e tërhequr atë (nga gjokset e njerëzve), por e largon atë duke i marrë dijetarët bashkë me diturinë e tyre, derisa kur të mos mbetet asnjë dijetar, njerëzit do të marrin për udhëheqës të paditurit. Ata do të pyeten dhe do të flasin (pa dituri), kështu që do të humbin veten dhe do t'i humbin të tjerët».
٢٤٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﵎ لَا يَرْفَعُ الْعِلْمَ بِقَبْضٍ يَقْبِضُهُ، وَلَكِنْ يَرْفَعُ الْعُلَمَاءَ بِعِلْمِهِمْ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ عَالِمٌ اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُؤَسَاءَ جُهَّالًا، فَسُئِلُوا فَحَدَّثُوا، فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا».
2406 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from 'Urwah bin al-Zubayr, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, who said: I bear witness that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Indeed, Allah (swt) does not take away knowledge by snatching it away, but He takes away the scholars with their knowledge, until when no scholar remains, the people take ignorant leaders, who are asked and they speak, so they go astray and lead others astray.'

2407 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katadeja, nga Shehr bin Haushebi, i cili ka thënë: «Abdullah bin Amri erdhi te Neufi dhe i tha: Trego hadith, sepse ne jemi ndaluar nga tregimi i haditheve. Ai tha: Nuk do të tregoja hadith kur pranë meje është një burrë nga shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) prej Kurejshëve. Atëherë Abdullah bin Amri tha: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Do të ketë hixhret pas hixhreti, njerëzit më të mirë të tokës do të shkojnë drejt vendit të hixhretit të Ibrahimit (a.s.), ndërsa në tokë do të mbeten njerëzit më të këqij të saj, të cilët do t'i dëbojë toka e tyre, do t'i urrejë Allahu dhe do t'i tubojë zjarri bashkë me majmunët dhe derrat».
Dhe ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): Do të dalin njerëz nga ana e lindjes që e lexojnë Kuranin, por ai nuk i kalon fytet e tyre. Sa herë që këputet një brirë (gjeneratë), mbin një brirë tjetër, sa herë që këputet një brirë, mbin një brirë tjetër, sa herë që këputet një brirë, mbin një brirë tjetër, derisa në mbetjen e tyre të fundit të dalë Dexhalli.
٢٤٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، قَالَ: «أَتَى عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو نَوْفًا فَقَالَ: حَدِّثْ، فَإِنَّا قَدْ نُهِينَا عَنِ الْحَدِيثِ، فَقَالَ: مَا كُنْتُ لِأُحَدِّثَ وَعِنْدِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: سَتَكُونُ هِجْرَةٌ بَعْدَ هِجْرَةٍ، يَخْرُجُ خِيَارُ الْأَرْضِ إِلَى مُهَاجَرِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ﵇، وَيَبْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ شِرَارُ أَهْلِهَا، تَلْفِظُهُمْ أَرَضُوهُمْ، وَتَقْذَرُهُمْ نَفْسُ اللهِ، وَتَحْشُرُهُمُ النَّارُ مَعَ الْقِرَدَةِ وَالْخَنَازِيرِ».
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: يَخْرُجُ نَاسٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ لَا يُجَاوِزُ تَرَاقِيَهُمْ، كُلَّمَا قُطِعَ قَرْنٌ نَشَأَ قَرْنٌ، كُلَّمَا قُطِعَ قَرْنٌ نَشَأَ قَرْنٌ، كُلَّمَا قُطِعَ قَرْنٌ نَشَأَ قَرْنٌ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فِي بَقِيَّتِهِمُ الدَّجَّالُ.
2407 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Shahr bin Hawshab, who said: "Abdullah bin 'Amr came to Nawf and said: 'Narrate, for we have been forbidden from narrating.' He replied: 'I would not narrate while there is a man from the companions of the Prophet (saw) from Quraysh present with me.' So Abdullah bin 'Amr said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: 'There will be migration after migration; the best of the people of the earth will go to the place of migration of Ibrahim (as), and there will remain on the earth the worst of its people. Their lands will cast them out, and the Self of Allah will loathe them, and the Fire will gather them with the monkeys and the pigs.'"
And the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "People will emerge from the direction of the East who recite the Qur'an, but it does not go beyond their collarbones. Every time a generation is cut off, another generation will sprout; every time a generation is cut off, another generation will sprout; every time a generation is cut off, another generation will sprout, until the Dajjal emerges among the remainder of them."

2408 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Sad bin Ibrahimi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar një burrë nga fisi Beni Mahzum duke treguar nga xhaxhai i tij, «se Muaviu deshi t'ia merrte el-Vehtin nga Abdullah bin Amri, kështu që ai i urdhëroi shërbëtorët e tij që të armatoseshin». Atij iu fol për këtë, e ai tha: Kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Kush vritet duke mbrojtur pasurinë e tij, ai është dëshmor.
٢٤٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَمِّهِ ، «أَنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ الْوَهْطَ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو فَأَمَرَ مَوَالِيَهُ أَنْ يَتَسَلَّحُوا»، فَقِيلَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ.
2408 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, he said: I heard a man from Banu Makhzum narrating from his uncle, "that Mu'awiyah wanted to take al-Waht from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, so he ordered his freed slaves to arm themselves," so it was said to him regarding that, so he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: Whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr.

2409 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë:

Më ka njoftuar Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Salim bin Ebil-Xha'din duke treguar nga Shumejt bin Nubejti, nga Xhabani, nga Abdullah bin Amri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk hyn në Xhenet ai që është i padëgjueshëm ndaj prindërve, as ai që ia përmend tjetrit të mirën që i ka bërë, as fëmija i zinasë dhe as ai që është i dhënë pas alkoolit.»
٢٤٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْصُورٌ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ شُمَيْطِ بْنِ نُبَيْطٍ ، عَنْ جَابَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ عَاقٌّ وَلَا مَنَّانٌ، وَلَا وَلَدُ زِنْيَةٍ، وَلَا مُدْمِنٌ».
2409 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Mansur informed me, he said: I heard Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd narrating from Shumayt ibn Nubayt, from Jaban, from Abdullah ibn Amr, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "One who is undutiful to parents, a reminder of his charity, an illegitimate child, and a habitual drunkard shall not enter Paradise."
