865 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Gajlan bin Xherir el-Mi'ueli, nga Mutarrif bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikh-khir, i cili ka thënë:
«Unë dhe Imran bin Husajni u falëm pas Ali bin Ebi Talibit. Ai merrte tekbir kur binte në sexhde, merrte tekbir kur ngrinte kokën dhe merrte tekbir kur ngritej pas dy sexhdeve. Kur e përfunduam namazin, Imrani më kapi për dore dhe tha: 'Ky na e kujtoi namazin e Muhammedit (s.a.v.s.)' - ose ka thënë: 'U fal me ne ashtu siç falet namazi i Muhammedit (s.a.v.s.)'», dyshim ky i Gajlanit.
٨٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ الْمِعْوَلِيِّ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، قَالَ: «صَلَّيْتُ أَنَا وَعِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ خَلْفَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ صَلَاةً، فَكَانَ إِذَا سَجَدَ كَبَّرَ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ كَبَّرَ، وَإِذَا نَهَضَ مِنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ كَبَّرَ، فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا الصَّلَاةَ أَخَذَ عِمْرَانُ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ ذَكَّرَنَا هَذَا صَلَاةَ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ - أَوْ قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا صَلَاةَ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ»، شَكَّ غَيْلَانُ.
865 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Ghaylan ibn Jarir al-Mi'wali, from Mutarrif ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Shikhkhir, who said: "I and 'Imran ibn Husayn prayed behind 'Ali ibn Abi Talib. When he prostrated, he said 'Allahu Akbar', and when he raised his head, he said 'Allahu Akbar', and when he rose from the two prostrations, he said 'Allahu Akbar'.

When we finished the prayer, 'Imran took my hand and said: 'This man has reminded us of the prayer of Muhammad (pbuh)' - or he said: 'He prayed with us the prayer of Muhammad (pbuh)', Ghaylan was unsure."

866 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Humejd bin Hilal el-Adevij, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Mutarrif bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikhir duke treguar nga Imran bin Husajni (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: A të të tregoj një hadith që mbase Allahu të bën dobi me të?

«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka bashkuar haxhin dhe umren, pastaj nuk e ka ndaluar atë dhe nuk ka zbritur Kuran që e ndalon atë. Dhe mua më jepnin selam (melekët), por kur bëra kauterizim (mjekim me djegie), ata u ndërprenë nga unë. Kur e lashë atë, ata u kthyen tek unë»; d.m.th. melekët.
٨٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْعَدَوِيُّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُطَرِّفَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ﵀ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي: أَلَا أُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا لَعَلَّ اللهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ، «إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ حَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ قُرْآنٌ يُحَرِّمُهُ، وَإِنَّهُ قَدْ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيَّ، فَلَمَّا اكْتَوَيْتُ انْقَطَعَ عَنِّي، فَلَمَّا تَرَكْتُ عَادَ إِلَيَّ؛ يَعْنِي الْمَلَائِكَةَ».
866 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Humayd ibn Hilal al-'Adawi informed me, he said: I heard Mutarrif ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Shikhkhir narrating from 'Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: He said to me: "Shall I not narrate to you a hadith that perhaps Allah will benefit you with? 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) combined Hajj and 'Umrah, then he did not forbid it, and no Quranic verse was revealed prohibiting it. And indeed, greetings of peace used to be given to me, but when I used cauterization, it stopped. When I abandoned it, it returned to me'; meaning the angels."

867 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube dhe Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Jezid er-Rishk, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Mutarrifin duke treguar nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë: «Iu tha Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.): A dihen banorët e Xhenetit nga banorët e Zjarrit? Tha: Po. Tha: Atëherë për çfarë punojnë punëtorët? Tha: Secili punon (190) për atë që është krijuar dhe për atë që i është lehtësuar».

(190) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ekziston shtesa (çdokush).
٨٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُطَرِّفًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: «قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: أَعُلِمَ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَفِيمَ يَعْمَلُ الْعَامِلُونَ؟ قَالَ: يَعْمَلُ (190) لِمَا خُلِقَ لَهُ وَيُسِّرَ لَهُ».

867 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Yazid al-Rishk, he said: I heard Mutarrif narrating from 'Imran bin Husayn, he said: "It was said to the Prophet (saw): Have the people of Paradise been known from the people of the Fire? He said: Yes. He said: Then for what do the workers work? He said: Everyone works (190) for what he was created for and what was made easy for him."

(190) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is the addition of (kull/everyone).

868 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Xhafer bin Sulejman ed-Dube'i, na ka treguar Jezid er-Rishk, nga Mutarrif bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikhir, nga Imran bin Husajni: "Se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e dërgoi Aliun në një ushtri, e ata panë prej tij diçka që nuk u pëlqeu. Katër veta u morën vesh dhe u zotuan që ta njoftonin Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) për atë që kishte bërë Aliu. Imrani tha: Kur ktheheshim nga ndonjë udhëtim, nuk shkonim te familjet tona pa shkuar më parë te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), që ta përshëndesnim dhe ta shikonim atë. Atëherë erdhën ata katër persona, u ngrit njëri prej tyre e tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, a nuk e pe që Aliu bëri kështu e kështu? Ai (s.a.v.s.) ia ktheu shpinën. Pastaj u ngrit i dyti e tha të njëjtën gjë, e Ai ia ktheu shpinën. Pastaj u ngrit i treti e tha të njëjtën gjë, e Ai ia ktheu shpinën. Pastaj u ngrit i katërti e tha të njëjtën gjë, atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Çfarë kanë ata me Aliun! Me të vërtetë Aliu është prej meje dhe unë jam prej tij, dhe ai është mbrojtësi i çdo besimtari pas meje" (191).

(191) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një hadith shtesë (Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Thabiti, nga Mutarrifi, nga Imran bin Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i tha atij: Agjëro ditët e mesme të muajit. Ebu Davudi tha: Dmth pas Fitrit).
٨٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضُّبَعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ الرِّشْكُ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - بَعَثَ عَلِيًّا فِي جَيْشٍ فَرَأَوْا مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَأَنْكَرُوهُ، فَاتَّفَقَ نَفَرٌ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَتَعَاقَدُوا أَنْ يُخْبِرُوا النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - بِمَا صَنَعَ عَلِيٌّ، قَالَ عِمْرَانُ: وَكُنَّا إِذَا قَدِمْنَا مِنْ سَفَرٍ لَمْ نَأْتِ أَهْلَنَا حَتَّى نَأْتِيَ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَنُسَلِّمَ عَلَيْهِ وَنَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهِ، فَجَاءَ النَّفَرُ الْأَرْبَعَةُ فَقَامَ أَحَدُهُمْ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا صَنَعَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ الثَّانِي فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ الثَّالِثُ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ الرَّابِعُ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَا لَهُمْ وَلِعَلِيٍّ! إِنَّ عَلِيًّا مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ وَلِيُّ كُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ بَعْدِي» (191).

868 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ja'far bin Sulayman al-Duba'i narrated to us, Yazid al-Rishk narrated to us, from Mutarrif bin 'Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, from 'Imran bin Husayn: "That the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent 'Ali in an army, and they saw something from him that they disapproved of. Four individuals agreed and made a pact to inform the Prophet (saw) about what 'Ali had done. 'Imran said: Whenever we returned from a journey, we would not go to our families until we had visited the Messenger of Allah (saw), greeted him, and looked at him. So the four individuals came, and one of them stood up and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, did you not see that 'Ali did such and such?' But he turned away from him. Then the second stood up and said the same, and he turned away from him. Then the third stood up and said the same, and he turned away from him. Then the fourth stood up and said the same. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'What is it with them and 'Ali! Indeed, 'Ali is from me and I am from him, and he is the guardian (wali) of every believer after me'" (191).

(191) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is an additional hadith: (Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Mutarrif, from 'Imran bin Husayn that the Prophet (saw) said to him: "Fast the middle of the month." Abu Dawud said: meaning after the breaking of the fast [of Ramadan]).

869 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Thabiti, nga Mutarrifi, nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë:
«Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e ndaloi cauterizimin (mjekimin me djegie), por ne u cauterizuam, andaj as nuk shpëtuam e as nuk patëm sukses».
٨٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - عَنِ الْكَيِّ فَاكْتَوَيْنَا، فَمَا أَفْلَحْنَا وَلَا أَنْجَحْنَا».
869 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Mutarrif, from 'Imran ibn Husayn, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade cauterization, but we underwent cauterization, and we did not prosper nor did we succeed."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Thabiti, nga Mutarrifi, nga Imran bin Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i ka thënë atij: «Agjëro ditët e fundit të muajit (serer el-shehr)». Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Domethënë pas Fitrit.
٨٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ لَهُ: «صُمْ سَرَرَ الشَّهْرِ»، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : يَعْنِي بَعْدَ الْفِطْرِ.
870 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Mutarrif, from 'Imran ibn Husayn that the Prophet (pbuh) said to him: "Fast the sarar of the month."

Abu Dawud said: Meaning after the Fitr.

871 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu et-Tejjahu, nga Mutarrif bin Abdullahu se ai kishte dy gra. Shkoi te njëra prej tyre dhe ajo i tha: 'A erdhe nga filania?' - duke pasur për qëllim gruan e tij tjetër. Ai tha: 'Jo, por erdha nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka treguar se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: 'Banorët më të paktë në numër në Xhenet janë gratë'.'
٨٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ، فَأَتَى إِحْدَاهُمَا فَقَالَتْ: أَمِنْ عِنْدِ فُلَانَةَ جِئْتَ؟ تَعْنِي امْرَأَتَهُ الْأُخْرَى، فَقَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنْ مِنْ عِنْدِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، فَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: أَقَلُّ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ النِّسَاءُ».
871 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, from Mutarrif bin 'Abdullah, that he had two wives. He came to one of them and she said: "Did you come from so-and-so?" meaning his other wife. He said: "No, but from 'Imran bin Husayn." Then he narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The fewest of the inhabitants of Paradise are women."

872 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu el-Eshhebi, Xherir bin Hazimi, Selm bin Zeriri, Hammad bin Nexhihu dhe Sakhr bin Xhuvejrijeh, nga Ebu Rexhai, nga Imran bin Husajni dhe Ibn Abbasi (r.h.) (192) të cilët kanë thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Shikova në Xhenet dhe pashë se shumica e banorëve të tij ishin të varfrit, dhe shikova në Zjarr dhe pashë se shumica e banorëve të tij ishin gratë».

(192) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (anhuma).
٨٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ وَجَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ وَسَلْمُ بْنُ زَرِيرٍ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ نَجِيحٍ وَصَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَحِمَهُمَا اللهُ (192) قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «نَظَرْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَإِذَا أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءُ، وَنَظَرْتُ فِي النَّارِ فَإِذَا أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءُ».

872 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ashhab, Jarir bin Hazim, Salm bin Zarir, Hammad bin Najih, and Sakhr bin Juwayriyah narrated to us, from Abu Raja, from 'Imran bin Husayn and Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah have mercy on them both) (192) who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "I looked into Paradise and saw that the majority of its inhabitants were the poor, and I looked into the Fire and saw that the majority of its inhabitants were women."

873 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katade, nga el-Haseni, nga Imran bin Husajni, se një i moshuar erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, djali im ka vdekur, çfarë më takon mua nga trashëgimia e tij?" Ai tha: "Të takon një e gjashta." Kur ai u kthye për të ikur, e thirri dhe i tha: "Të takon edhe një e gjashtë tjetër." Kur u largua përsëri, e thirri dhe i tha: "E gjashta tjetër është dhuratë (ushqim)."
٨٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ شَيْخًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ ابْنِي مَاتَ، فَمَا لِي مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ؟ فَقَالَ: لَكَ سُدُسٌ، فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ: لَكَ سُدُسٌ آخَرُ، فَلَمَّا وَلَّى دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ: السُّدُسُ الْآخَرُ طُعْمَةٌ».
873 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from 'Imran bin Husayn that an old man came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, my son has died, so what is my share of his inheritance?" He said: "For you is a sixth." When he turned away, he called him back and said: "For you is another sixth." When he turned to leave, he called him back and said: "The other sixth is a gift."

874 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katadeja, nga el-Hasani, nga Imran bin Husajni: «Se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ishte në një udhëtim, kur e ngriti zërin me dy ajete: ﴿O ju njerëz! Kini frikë Zotin tuaj...﴾ deri te fjala e Tij: ﴿...por dënimi i Allahut është i ashpër.﴾ Tha: Atëherë njerëzit i nxitën devetë dhe e kuptuan se ai po thoshte diçka të rëndësishme. Kur u mblodhën rreth tij, ai tha: "A e dini se çfarë dite është ajo?" Ata thanë: Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij e dinë më së miri. Ai tha: "Ajo është dita kur Allahu i Madhëruar i thotë Ademit: O Adem, ngrihu dhe nxirr grupin e zjarrit! Ai thotë: O Zoti im, e kush është grupi i zjarrit? Ai thotë: Nga çdo një mijë, nëntëqind e nëntëdhjetë e nëntë janë për në zjarr dhe një për në Xhenet." Atëherë ata u dëshpëruan aq shumë saqë askush prej tyre nuk buzëqeshte. Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e pa këtë, tha: "Punoni dhe gëzohuni! Pasha Atë në dorën e të Cilit është shpirti im, ju jeni bashkë me dy krijesa që nuk gjenden në asgjë pa e shumuar atë: me Jexhuxhët dhe Mexhuxhët, dhe me ata që kanë vdekur nga pasardhësit e Ademit dhe pasardhësit e Iblisit (193)." (Pastaj tha): "Punoni dhe gëzohuni! Pasha Atë në dorën e të Cilit është shpirti im, ju nuk jeni ndër njerëzit e tjerë veçse si një nishan në ijën e devesë ose si një shenjë në krahun e kafshës."

(193) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (Tha: Atëherë atyre u kaloi brengosja, pastaj ai tha).
٨٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَهُوَ فِي سَفَرٍ إِذْ رَفَعَ صَوْتَهُ بِالْآيَتَيْنِ: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ﴾ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَلَكِنَّ عَذَابَ اللهِ شَدِيدٌ﴾، قَالَ: فَحَثُّوا الْمَطِيَّ وَعَرَفُوا أَنَّهُ عِنْدَ قَوْلٍ يَقُولُهُ، فَلَمَّا تَأَشَّبُوا حَوْلَهُ قَالَ: أَتَدْرُونَ أَيُّ يَوْمٍ ذَاكُمْ؟، قَالُوا: اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ. قَالَ: ذَاكَ يَوْمٌ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷿ لِآدَمَ: يَا آدَمُ، قُمْ فَابْعَثْ بَعْثَ النَّارِ. قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ، وَمَا بَعْثُ النَّارِ؟ قَالَ: مِنْ كُلِّ أَلْفٍ تِسْعُمِائَةٍ وَتِسْعَةٌ وَتِسْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَوَاحِدٌ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ، فَأُبْلِسُوا حَتَّى مَا أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ يُبْدِي عَنْ وَاضِحَةٍ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: اعْمَلُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا، فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّكُمْ لَمَعَ خَلِيقَتَيْنِ مَا كَانُوا فِي شَيْءٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا كَثَّرَتَاهُ مَعَ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ، وَمَنْ هَلَكَ مِنْ وَلَدِ آدَمَ وَوَلَدِ إِبْلِيسَ (193)»، اعْمَلُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا، فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا أَنْتُمْ فِي النَّاسِ إِلَّا كَالشَّامَةِ فِي جَنْبِ الْبَعِيرِ أَوْ كَالرَّقْمَةِ فِي ذِرَاعِ الدَّابَّةِ.

874 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from 'Imran bin Husayn: "That the Messenger of Allah (saw) was on a journey when he raised his voice with these two verses: {O mankind, fear your Lord} until His saying: {but the punishment of Allah is severe}. He said: So they urged their mounts forward and knew that he was about to say something. When they gathered around him, he said: 'Do you know what day that is?' They said: 'Allah and His Messenger know best.' He said: 'That is the day when Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, says to Adam: O Adam, get up and send forth the delegation of the Fire.' He said: 'O Lord, and what is the delegation of the Fire?' He said: 'From every thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine to the Fire and one to Paradise.' Then they were so despondent that not one of them showed a smile. When the Messenger of Allah (saw) saw that, he said: 'Work and rejoice, for by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, you are with two creations that were never in anything but that they increased it: with Gog and Magog, and whoever perished from the children of Adam and the children of Iblis (193).' Work and rejoice, for by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, you are not among the people except like a mole on the side of a camel or like a mark on the forearm of a beast."

875 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Amir Salih bin Rustum, nga Kethir bin Shindhir, nga el-Hasani, nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë: "Rrallëherë ka ndodhur që i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të ngrihej mes nesh (për të mbajtur fjalim), e të mos na nxiste për sadaka dhe të na ndalonte nga gjymtimi (el-muthleh). Ai thoshte: 'Prej gjymtimit është që dikush të zotohet (të bëjë nedhr) se do të shpojë hundën e tij, dhe prej gjymtimit është që dikush të zotohet se do të shkojë në haxh në këmbë. Nëse ndonjëri prej jush zotohet të shkojë në haxh në këmbë, le të therrë një kurban (hed'j) dhe le të udhëtojë i hipur (në mjet transporti)'."
٨٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ صَالِحُ بْنُ رُسْتُمَ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: «قَلَّمَا قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - إِلَّا حَثَّنَا فِيهَا عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ مِنَ الْمُثْلَةِ أَنْ يَنْذِرَ أَنْ يَخْرِمَ أَنْفَهُ، وَمِنَ الْمُثْلَةِ أَنْ يَنْذِرَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا، فَإِذَا نَذَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا فَلْيُهْدِ هَدْيًا وَلْيَرْكَبْ».
875 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Amir Salih bin Rustum narrated to us, from Kathir bin Shinzhir, from al-Hasan, from 'Imran bin Husayn, he said: "Seldom did the Messenger of Allah (saw) stand before us except that he urged us to give charity and forbade us from mutilation. And he said: 'Indeed, among mutilation is for one to vow to pierce his nose, and among mutilation is for one to vow to perform Hajj on foot. So if one of you vows to perform Hajj on foot, let him offer a sacrificial animal and let him ride.'"

876 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Hurre, nga El-Haseni, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) «ishte në një udhëtim dhe ata fjetën, e nuk u zgjuan derisa lindi dielli. Ata u falën dhe thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, a nuk duhet të shtojmë diçka në namazin tonë? Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Allahu ju ndalon nga kamata (riba) dhe e pranon atë prej jush!».

Ky hadith transmetohet nga Hisham bin Hassani, nga El-Haseni, nga Imran bin Husajni, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
٨٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - «كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَنَامُوا، فَمَا اسْتَيْقَظُوا حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ، فَصَلَّوْا وَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلَا نَزِيدُ فِي صَلَاتِنَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: يَنْهَاكُمُ اللهُ عَنِ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنْكُمْ!».
وَيُرْوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
876 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Hurrah narrated to us, from al-Hasan that the Messenger of Allah (saw) was on a journey and they slept, and they did not wake up until the sun had risen. So they prayed and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, shall we not add to our prayer?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Allah forbids you from usury (Riba) and then accepts it from you!'
This hadith is also narrated from Hisham bin Hassan, from al-Hasan, from 'Imran bin Husayn, from the Prophet (saw).

877 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Kaze'ah, nga el-Hasani dhe Hammad bin Seleme, nga Humejdi, nga el-Hasani, nga Imran bin Husajni, të cilin Hammadi e ka ngritur te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).

Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Nuk e mbaj mend si marfu' nga Shu'be.

Ai ka thënë: "Nuk ka xheleb, as xheneb dhe as shigar në Islam."
٨٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَحَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَفَعَهُ حَمَّادٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : وَلَا أَحْفَظُهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ مَرْفُوعًا، قَالَ: «لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ».
877 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Qaza'ah, from al-Hasan, and Hammad ibn Salamah, from Humayd, from al-Hasan, from 'Imran ibn Husayn; Hammad attributed it to the Prophet (saw).

Abu Dawud said: And I do not memorize it from Shu'bah as being attributed (marfu').

He said: "There is no Jalab, no Janab, and no Shighar in Islam."

878 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdulvarithi, nga Muhamed bin ez-Zubejr el-Handhalij, nga babai i tij, nga Imran bin Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka zotim në zemërim, dhe shlyerja e tij është shlyerja e betimit».
٨٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا نَذْرَ فِي غَضَبٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ».
878 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Zubayr al-Hanzali, from his father, from Imran ibn Husayn that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "There is no vow in anger, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath."

879 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ali bin Zejdi, nga Ebu Nadrah, nga Imran bin Husajni, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u fal në Mekë dy rekate, pastaj dha selam dhe tha: «O banorë të Mekës, plotësoni namazin tuaj, sepse ne jemi njerëz udhëtarë».
٨٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - صَلَّى بِمَكَّةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ وَقَالَ: يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ، أَتِمُّوا صَلَاتَكُمْ فَإِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ».
879 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Abu Nadrah, from Imran ibn Husayn that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) prayed two rak'ahs in Makkah, then he said the taslim and said: 'O people of Makkah, complete your prayer, for we are a traveling people.'

880 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Ebu Xhemre, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Zehdem bin Muderribin duke treguar nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Më i miri i umetit tim është brezi im»,
pastaj përmendi diçka të ngjashme me hadithin e Hishamit.
٨٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو جَمْرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَهْدَمَ بْنَ مُضَرِّبٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «خَيْرُ أُمَّتِي قَرْنِي»، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ هِشَامٍ.
880 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu Jamrah informed me, he said: I heard Zahdam bin Mudarrib narrating from 'Imran bin Husayn, he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The best of my nation is my generation," then he mentioned something similar to the hadith of Hisham.

881 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Azre bin Thabit el-Ensari, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jahja bin Ukajl, nga Jahja bin Ja'mer, nga Ebu el-Esuad ed-Dueli, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar Imran bin Husajni se një burrë nga Xhuhejna ose Muzejna e pyeti të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e i tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, çfarë mendon për atë që punojnë njerëzit, a është kjo një çështje që është caktuar për ta nga kaderi dhe ka paraprirë për ta nga një kader që ka kaluar, apo është diçka me të cilën u erdhe ti për të ngritur argument kundër tyre?" Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Përkundrazi, është ajo që është caktuar për ta dhe është paracaktuar për ta nga një kader që ka paraprirë." Ai tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, atëherë përse punojnë?" Tha: "Punoni, sepse secilit i lehtësohet ajo për të cilën është krijuar", dhe lexoi këtë ajet: ﴿وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا * فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا﴾ "Për shpirtin dhe për Atë që e ka përsosur atë! Dhe ia ka frymëzuar atij ligësinë e tij dhe devotshmërinë e tij."
٨٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ الدُّؤَلِيِّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ أَوْ مُزَيْنَةَ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ مَا يَعْمَلُ النَّاسُ فِيهِ، أَمْرٌ قُضِيَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ قَدَرٍ وَسَبَقَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ قَدَرٍ قَدْ سَبَقَ أَوْ شَيْءٌ جِئْتَهُمْ بِهِ تَتَّخِذُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْحُجَّةَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: بَلْ مَا قُضِيَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَقُدِّرَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ قَدَرٍ قَدْ سَبَقَ. قَالَ: فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَلِمَ يَعْمَلُونَ؟ قَالَ: اعْمَلُوا؛ فَكُلٌّ مُيَسَّرٌ لِمَا خُلِقَ لَهُ، وَتَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: ﴿وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا * فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا﴾».
881 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Azrah bin Thabit al-Ansari narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin 'Uqayl narrated to us, from Yahya bin Ya'mar, from Abu al-Aswad al-Du'ali, who said: 'Imran bin Husayn narrated to me: "That a man from Juhaynah or Muzaynah asked the Messenger of Allah (saw), saying: 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about what people do? Is it something already decreed for them and predestined for them from a destiny that has passed, or is it something you have brought to them to establish a proof against them?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Rather, it is what has been decreed for them and predestined for them from a destiny that has passed.' He said: 'O Messenger of Allah, then why do they work?' He said: 'Work, for everyone is facilitated for what he was created for,' and he recited this verse: {And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it * And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness}."

882 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu et-Tejjah, nga Hafs el-Lejthi, nga Imran bin Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) «ka ndaluar nabidhin e përgatitur në qypa».
٨٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ حَفْصٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - «نَهَى عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ».
882 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, from Hafs al-Laythi, from 'Imran bin Husayn that the Prophet (saw) "forbade the nabidh (drink) made in earthenware jars."

883 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Ejubi, nga Ebu Kilabe, nga Ebu el-Muhel-lebi, nga Imran bin Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i është sjellë një Ukajli i lidhur me pranga.
٨٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِالْعُقَيْلِيِّ فِي وَثَاقٍ».
883 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from 'Imran ibn Husayn 'that the Prophet (pbuh) was brought the 'Uqayli in bonds.'

884 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi (194), na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Ejubi, nga Ebu Kilabe, nga Ebu el-Muhel-lebi, nga Imran bin Husajni: "Një burrë liroi gjashtë skllevër të tij në kohën e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.). I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) hodhi short mes tyre, kështu që liroi dy dhe i la në skllavëri katër të tjerë".

(194) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (tha).
٨٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ (194)، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ مَمَالِيكَ لَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَأَقْرَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً».

884 - Abu Dawud (194) narrated to us, Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from Imran bin Husayn: "That a man emancipated six slaves of his during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saw), so the Messenger of Allah (saw) cast lots between them; he emancipated two and kept four in slavery."

885 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Vuhejbi, nga Halidi, nga Ebu Kilabe, nga Ebu el-Muhellebi, nga Imrani, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) - me të njëjtin.
٨٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ - بِمِثْلِهِ.
885 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Wuhaib narrated to us, from Khalid, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from 'Imran, from the Prophet (pbuh) - with the same.

886 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ejubi, nga Ebu Kilabe, nga Ebu el-Muhelleb, nga Imran bin Husajni: "Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) shkëmbeu dy burra nga shokët e tij, të cilët ishin në duart e mushrikëve, me një burrë rob."
٨٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَادَى رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ كَانَا فِي أَيْدِي الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِرَجُلٍ أَسِيرٍ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from Imran ibn Husayn: "That the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) ransomed two men from his companions who were in the hands of the polytheists for one captive man."

887 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Halid el-Hadha, nga Ebu Kilabe, nga Ebu el-Muhelleb, nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) fali drekën ose ikindinë tri rekate dhe pastaj dha selam. Një burrë nga shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), i cili quhej Ibn el-Hirbak, tha: 'A u shkurtua namazi?'. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) pyeti (të tjerët) dhe doli se ishte ashtu siç tha ai. Tha: Atëherë ai fali edhe një rekat, pastaj dha selam, pastaj bëri dy sexhde (të harresës) dhe pastaj dha selam».
٨٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - الظُّهْرَ أَوِ الْعَصْرَ ثَلَاثَ رَكَعَاتٍ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - يُقَالُ لَهُ ابْنُ الْخِرْبَاقِ: أَقَصُرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ؟، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - فَإِذَا هُوَ كَمَا قَالَ. قَالَ: فَصَلَّى رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ».
887 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from 'Imran bin Husayn, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) prayed Dhuhr or 'Asr as three rak'ahs and then performed the taslim. A man from the companions of the Prophet (saw) called Ibn al-Khirbaq said: 'Has the prayer been shortened?' So the Prophet (saw) asked, and it was as he had said. He said: So he prayed a rak'ah and then performed the taslim, then he performed two prostrations (of forgetfulness) and then performed the taslim."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, se Ebu Kilabe i ka treguar atij nga Ebu el-Muhelabi, nga Imran bin Husajni: «Një grua nga fisit Xhuhejne erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ndërsa ishte shtatzënë nga zinaja. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e urdhëroi kujdestarin e saj që të sillej mirë me të dhe i tha: 'Kur ta lindë fëmijën, ma sjell atë.' Ai veproi ashtu, pastaj Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi për të, kështu që iu lidhën rrobat e saj fort, pastaj urdhëroi që ajo të gurëzohej (rexhmi). Më pas ai ia fali namazin e xhenazes. Omeri i tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, a po ia fal namazin asaj ndërkohë që ajo ka bërë zina?' Ai tha: 'Ajo është penduar me një pendim të tillë që, po të ndahej mes banorëve të Medines, do t'u mjaftonte të gjithëve. A ke gjetur diçka më të vlefshme sesa fakti që ajo e dha jetën e saj për Allahun?'».
٨٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - وَهِيَ حُبْلَى مِنَ الزِّنَا، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَلِيَّهَا أَنْ يُحْسِنَ إِلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَمْلَهَا فَأْتِنِي بِهَا. فَفَعَلَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَشُكَّتْ عَلَيْهَا ثِيَابُهَا ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَرُجِمَتْ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَتُصَلِّي عَلَيْهَا وَقَدْ زَنَتْ؟ فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ تَابَتْ تَوْبَةً لَوْ قُسِمَتْ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ لَوَسِعَتْهُمْ، وَهَلْ وَجَدْتَ شَيْئًا أَفْضَلَ مِنْ أَنْ جَادَتْ بِنَفْسِهَا لِلهِ»؟.

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir that Abu Qilabah narrated to him from Abu al-Muhallab, from 'Imran bin Husayn: "that a woman from Juhaynah came to the Prophet (pbuh) while she was pregnant from adultery. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) commanded her guardian to treat her well, and (said): 'When she gives birth, bring her to me.' He did so, then he (the Prophet) commanded regarding her, so her clothes were tied tightly around her, then he commanded regarding her and she was stoned, then he prayed over her. Umar said to him: 'O Messenger of Allah, do you pray over her when she has committed adultery?' He said: 'She has repented such a repentance that if it were divided among the people of Madinah, it would suffice them. Have you found anything better than her giving herself up for the sake of Allah?'".

889 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Harb bin Sheddadi, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, se Ebu Kilabe i ka treguar atij, se Ebu el-Muhellebi i ka treguar atij, nga Imrani, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vëllai juaj Nexhashiu ka vdekur, andaj faljani namazin (e xhenazes).» Tha: «U rreshtuam pas tij ashtu siç rreshtohet për të vdekurin dhe ia falëm namazin ashtu siç i falet të vdekurit.»
٨٨٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا الْمُهَلَّبِ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِنَّ أَخَاكُمُ النَّجَاشِيَّ مَاتَ، فَصَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: فَصَفَفْنَا خَلْفَهُ كَمَا يُصَفُّ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ، وَصَلَّيْنَا عَلَيْهِ كَمَا يُصَلَّى عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ».
889 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Harb ibn Shaddad narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir that Abu Qilabah narrated to him that Abu al-Muhallab narrated to him from 'Imran that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Indeed, your brother al-Najashi has died, so pray over him." He said: "So we lined up behind him just as lines are formed for the deceased, and we prayed over him just as prayer is performed over the deceased."

890 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Katade, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Mirajen, nga Imran b. Husajni, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka dëgjueshmëri në mosbindje ndaj Allahut të Madhëruar».
٨٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا مِرَايَةَ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا طَاعَةَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ ﷿».
890 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who heard Abu Marayah, from 'Imran bin Husayn that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah (the Mighty and Sublime)."

891 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katadeja, i cili e ka dëgjuar Zuraren, nga Imran bin Husajni: "Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) fali me shokët e tij namazin e drekës dhe tha: 'Kush prej jush lexoi: {Lartëso emrin e Zotit tënd, më të Lartit}'? Një burrë tha: 'Unë'. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'E dita se dikush po ma merrte (leximin)'."
Shube tha: I thashë Katades: "Sikur ai e urreu këtë!" Ai tha: "Sikur ta urrente, do ta ndalonte atë."
٨٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، سَمِعَ زُرَارَةَ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ الظُّهْرَ فَقَالَ: أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ ﴿سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى﴾، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: قَدْ عَرَفْتُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا خَالَجَنِيهَا» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَقُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ: كَأَنَّهُ كَرِهَهُ! قَالَ: لَوْ كَرِهَهُ لَنَهَى عَنْهُ.
891 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who heard Zurarah, from 'Imran bin Husayn "that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) prayed Dhuhr with his companions and said: 'Which of you recited {Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High}?' A man said: 'I did.' The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'I knew that someone was contending with me in it.'"
Shu'bah said: I said to Qatadah: "It is as if he disliked it!" He said: "If he had disliked it, he would have forbidden it."

892 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga Zurare, nga Imran bin Husajni, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Brezi më i mirë i umetit tim është ai në të cilin u dërgova, pastaj ata që vijnë pas tyre, pastaj ata që vijnë pas tyre. Pastaj do të vijë një popull që zotohen por nuk i përmbushin zotimet, tradhtojnë dhe nuk u zihet besë, dëshmojnë pa u kërkuar dëshmia, dhe tek ata do të shfaqet trashësia (shëndeti i tepërt).»
٨٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «خَيْرُ أُمَّتِي الْقَرْنُ الَّذِي بُعِثْتُ فِيهِمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي قَوْمٌ يَنْذِرُونَ وَلَا يُوفُونَ، وَيَخُونُونَ وَلَا يُؤْتَمَنُونَ وَيَشْهَدُونَ وَلَا يُسْتَشْهَدُونَ، وَيَفْشُو فِيهِمُ السِّمَنُ».
892 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Zurarah, from 'Imran bin Husayn, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'The best of my nation is the generation in which I was sent, then those who follow them, then those who follow them. Then there will come a people who make vows but do not fulfill them, who are treacherous and not trusted, who testify without being asked to testify, and obesity will become prevalent among them.'

893 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Katade, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu es-Seuuarin duke treguar nga Imran bin Husajni se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, turpi nuk sjell asgjë tjetër përveçse mirësi.» Atëherë Bushejr bin Ka'bi tha: Në urtësi thuhet: Vërtet, prej turpit ka dinjitet, por prej turpit ka edhe dobësi! Imrani tha: Unë po të tregoj nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ndërsa ti më tregon nga fletushkat (librat e vjetër).!»
٨٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا السَّوَّارِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْحَيَاءَ لَا يَأْتِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ، فَقَالَ بُشَيْرُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ: إِنَّ فِي الْحِكْمَةِ: إِنَّ مِنَ الْحَيَاءِ وَقَارًا، وَمِنَ الْحَيَاءِ ضَعْفًا! قَالَ عِمْرَانُ: أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَتُحَدِّثُنِي عَنِ الصُّحُفِ.!»
893 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, he said: I heard Abu al-Sawwar narrating from 'Imran bin Husayn that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, modesty (Al-Haya') brings nothing but good."

Then Bushayr bin Ka'b said: "Indeed, in wisdom it is written: 'Indeed, from modesty comes dignity, and from modesty comes weakness!'"

'Imran said: "I am narrating to you from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and you are narrating to me from the scrolls!"

894 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Halid bin Rebah Ebu el-Fadl, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu es-Sevvar el-Adevij se Imran bin Husajni u ka treguar atyre se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Turpi është i tëri mirësi.»
٨٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو السَّوَّارِ الْعَدَوِيُّ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «الْحَيَاءُ خَيْرٌ كُلُّهُ».
894 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Khalid bin Rabah Abu al-Fadl narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Sawwar al-Adawi narrated to us that 'Imran bin Husayn narrated to them that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Modesty is all good."

895 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Abdullah bin Subajhi, nga Ibn Sirini, i cili ka thënë: «U përmend te Imran bin Husajni se i vdekuri dënohet për shkak të vajtimit mbi të, e ai tha: Këtë e ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.).»
٨٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ: «ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ: الْبُكَاءُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ أَنَّهُ يُعَذَّبُ، فَقَالَ: قَالَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ».
895 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah bin Subayh, from Ibn Sirin, who said: "It was mentioned in the presence of 'Imran bin Husayn that weeping over the deceased causes him to be punished. So he said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) said it.'"

896 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jezid bin Ibrahimi, i cili ka thënë: E pyeta Muhamed bin Sirinin për hadithin e Imran bin Husajnit, e ai tha: Imrani i tha Hakem el-Gifariut - dhe që të dy ishin nga shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.): «A e di ditën kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Nuk ka bindje në mosbindje ndaj Allahut të Madhëruar?» Ai tha: Po. Imrani tha: «Allahu Ekber, Allahu Ekber».
٨٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ سِيرِينَ عَنْ حَدِيثِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ فَقَالَ: قَالَ عِمْرَانُ لِلْحَكَمِ الْغِفَارِيِّ - وَكِلَاهُمَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: «هَلْ تَعْلَمُ يَوْمَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا طَاعَةَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ ﷿؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ عِمْرَانُ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ».
896 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: I asked Muhammad ibn Sirin about the hadith of 'Imran ibn Husayn, so he said: 'Imran said to al-Hakam al-Ghifari - and both of them were among the companions of the Prophet (pbuh): "Do you know the day when the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah (the Mighty and Sublime)?'" He said: "Yes." 'Imran said: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar."

897 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ukbe bin Halidi ose Halid bin Ukbe - dyshimi është nga Ebu Davudi - i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Rexha el-Utaridij, nga Imran bin Husajni, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ishte në një udhëtim, zbriti (për të pushuar) dhe fjeti, e i tha Bilallit: "Na zgjo për namazin tonë". Por nuk u zgjuan derisa nxehtësia e diellit i goditi në shpinat e tyre ose në trupat e tyre. Atëherë ai tha: "Largohuni nga ky vend". Ata u larguan, pastaj zbritën diku tjetër dhe ai i tha Bilallit: "Çfarë të pengoi të na zgjoje?". Ai tha: "Më zuri gjumi ashtu siç ju zuri edhe juve". Ai tha: "Merrni tejemum me dheun e pastër" - dhe e urdhëroi Bilallin, i cili thirri ezanin dhe i falën dy rekate (sunet), pastaj u ngrit dhe e falën sabahun.
٨٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ أَوْ خَالِدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ - الشَّكُّ مِنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - «كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَنَزَلَ فَنَامَ، وَقَالَ لِبِلَالٍ: أَيْقِظْنَا لِصَلَاتِنَا، فَمَا اسْتَيْقَظُوا إِلَّا بِحَرِّ الشَّمْسِ فِي أَعْجَازِهِمْ أَوْ مُتُونِهِمْ، فَقَالَ: ارْتَحِلُوا مِنْ هَذَا الْمَكَانِ، فَارْتَحَلُوا، ثُمَّ نَزَلُوا فَقَالَ لِبِلَالٍ: مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تُوقِظَنَا؟، قَالَ: أَنَامَنِي الَّذِي أَنَامَكُمْ، قَالَ: فَتَيَمَّمُوا الصَّعِيدَ - وَأَمَرَ بِلَالًا فَأَذَّنَ وَصَلَّوُا الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّوُا الصُّبْحَ».
897 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Uqbah ibn Khalid or Khalid ibn 'Uqbah narrated to us - the doubt is from Abu Dawud - he said: Abu Raja' al-'Utaridi narrated to us, from 'Imran ibn Husayn that the Messenger of Allah (saw) was on a journey, so he stopped and slept, and he said to Bilal: "Wake us up for our prayer." But they did not wake up until the heat of the sun was on their backs or their bodies. So he said: "Depart from this place." So they departed, then they stopped and he said to Bilal: "What prevented you from waking us?" He said: "The one who made you sleep made me sleep." He said: "So perform Tayammum with the earth." And he commanded Bilal, so he called the Adhan and they prayed the two rak'ahs, then he stood and they prayed the Subh (morning prayer).'

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ali bin Zejdi, nga Ebu Nadre, i cili ka thënë: «Një i ri e pyeti Imran bin Husajnin për namazin e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) gjatë udhëtimit, e ai tha: Ky djalosh më pyeti për namazin e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) gjatë udhëtimit, prandaj i mbani mend mirë prej meje; nuk kam udhëtuar asnjëherë me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) në ndonjë udhëtim, e që ai të mos ketë falur nga dy rekate derisa kthehej. Isha dëshmitar me të në Hunejn dhe Taif, dhe ai falte nga dy rekate. Pastaj kreva haxhin dhe umren me të, dhe ai fali nga dy rekate, e pastaj tha: O banorë të Mekës, plotësoni namazin (falni katër rekate), sepse ne jemi njerëz udhëtarë. Pastaj kreva haxhin dhe umren me Ebu Bekrin, dhe ai fali nga dy rekate, e pastaj tha: O banorë të Mekës, plotësoni namazin, sepse ne jemi njerëz udhëtarë. Pastaj kreva haxhin dhe umren me Omerin, dhe ai fali nga dy rekate, e pastaj tha: Plotësoni namazin, sepse ne jemi njerëz udhëtarë. Pastaj kreva haxhin dhe umren me Uthmanin, dhe ai fali nga dy rekate, dy rekate, e më pas Uthmani e plotësoi (namazin në katër rekate).»
٨٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، قَالَ: «سَأَلَ شَابٌّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي السَّفَرِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الْفَتَى سَأَلَنِي عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي السَّفَرِ فَاحْفَظُوهُنَّ عَنِّي؛ مَا سَافَرْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - سَفَرًا قَطُّ إِلَّا صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ، وَشَهِدْتُ مَعَهُ حُنَيْنًا وَالطَّائِفَ فَكَانَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ حَجَجْتُ مَعَهُ وَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ، أَتِمُّوا الصَّلَاةَ فَإِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ، ثُمَّ حَجَجْتُ مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ، أَتِمُّوا فَإِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ، ثُمَّ حَجَجْتُ مَعَ عُمَرَ وَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَتِمُّوا الصَّلَاةَ فَإِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ، ثُمَّ حَجَجْتُ مَعَ عُثْمَانَ وَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ عُثْمَانَ أَتَمَّ».
898 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Abu Nadrah, who said: "A young man asked 'Imran ibn Husayn about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (saw) during travel. He said: 'This young man asked me about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (saw) during travel, so memorize them from me; I never traveled with the Messenger of Allah (saw) on any journey except that he prayed two rak'ahs until he returned. I witnessed Hunayn and at-Ta'if with him, and he used to pray two rak'ahs. Then I performed Hajj and 'Umrah with him, and he prayed two rak'ahs, then he said: "O people of Makkah, complete the prayer, for we are a traveling people." Then I performed Hajj and 'Umrah with Abu Bakr, and he prayed two rak'ahs, then he said: "O people of Makkah, complete [the prayer], for we are a traveling people." Then I performed Hajj and 'Umrah with 'Umar, and he prayed two rak'ahs, then he said: "Complete the prayer, for we are a traveling people." Then I performed Hajj and 'Umrah with 'Uthman, and he prayed two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs, then later 'Uthman completed [the prayer].'"
