488 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-A'meshi, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Ebu Musa, se një burrë tha:

«O i Dërguari i Allahut, njeriu lufton që të shihet pozita e tij, lufton për famë dhe lufton për plaçkë lufte, po kush është në rrugën e Allahut?»

Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: «Kush lufton që fjala e Allahut të jetë më e larta, ai është në rrugën e Allahut».
٤٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، «أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِيُرَى مَكَانُهُ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِلذِّكْرِ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِلْمَغْنَمِ، فَمَنْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ».
488 - Narrated to us Yunus, who said: Narrated to us Abu Dawud, who said: Narrated to us Shu'bah, from al-A'mash, from Abu Wa'il, from Abu Musa,

that a man said: "O Messenger of Allah, a man fights to show his status, and he fights for fame, and he fights for booty; so who is in the cause of Allah?" He (pbuh) said: "Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is the highest, then he is in the cause of Allah."

489 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka thënë Amër bën Murre: Më ka treguar Ebu Vaili një hadith që më pëlqeu, ai ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu, «se një burrë erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, njeriu lufton që të përmendet, lufton që të shihet pozita e tij, dhe lufton për këtë e atë, pra kush është në rrugën e Allahut? Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Kush lufton që fjala e Allahut të jetë më e larta, ai është në rrugën e Allahut».
٤٨٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو وَائِلٍ حَدِيثًا أَعْجَبَنِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ ، «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِيُذْكَرَ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِيُرَى مَكَانُهُ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِكَذَا، فَمَنْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللهِ هِيَ أَعْلَى فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ».
489 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah said to me: Abu Wa'il narrated a hadith to me that I liked, he said: Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrated to us, that a man came to the Prophet (saw) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, a man fights to be mentioned, and he fights to show his status, and he fights for such and such; so who is in the way of Allah?" The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is the highest, then he is in the way of Allah."

490 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Asimi, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «Një burrë (105) erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i mbështetur në një shkop dhe tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, njeriu lufton që të përmendet dhe lufton për këtë e atë (106)», atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Kush lufton që fjala e Allahut të jetë më e larta, ai është në rrugën e Allahut të Madhëruar.

٤٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «أَتَى رَجُلٌ (105) النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مُتَوَكِّئٌ عَلَى عَصًا، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يُقَاتِلُ لِيُذْكَرَ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِكَذَا (106)»، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ﷿.

490 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, from Abu Musa, who said: "A man (105) came to the Prophet (saw) leaning on a staff and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, a man fights to be mentioned, and he fights for such and such (106).' So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is the highest, then he is in the cause of Allah Almighty.'"

491 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi dhe Xheriri, nga Mensuri, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Ushqejeni të uriturin, lirojeni të burgosurin dhe vizitojeni të sëmurin».
٤٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، وَجَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «أَطْعِمُوا الْجَائِعَ، وَفُكُّوا الْعَانِيَ، وَعُودُوا الْمَرِيضَ».
491 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays and Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abu Wa'il, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Feed the hungry, free the captive, and visit the sick."

492 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Ubejden duke treguar nga Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar e shtrin dorën e Tij natën që të pendohet ai që ka gabuar ditën, dhe e shtrin dorën e Tij ditën që të pendohet ai që ka gabuar natën, derisa të lindë dielli nga perëndimi i tij».
٤٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ يَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِاللَّيْلِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ النَّهَارِ، وَبِالنَّهَارِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ اللَّيْلِ، حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا».
492 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, who heard Abu 'Ubaydah narrating from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, stretches out His hand during the night so that the sinner of the day may repent, and during the day so that the sinner of the night may repent, until the sun rises from the west."

493 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be dhe El-Mes'udi, nga Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Ubejden duke treguar nga Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Vërtet Allahu i Madhëruar nuk fle dhe nuk i takon Atij të flejë. Ai e ul peshoren dhe e ngre atë. Tek Ai ngrihet vepra e natës para asaj të ditës, dhe vepra e ditës para asaj të natës.» El-Mes'udi ka shtuar: «Velloja e Tij është zjarri (drita), po ta zbulonte atë, madhështia e Fytyrës së Tij do të digjte çdo gjë që arrin shikimi i Tij.» Pastaj Ebu Ubejde lexoi: ﴿I bekuar është Ai që është në zjarr dhe kush është rreth tij, dhe i Lavdëruar qoftë Allahu, Zoti i botëve!﴾.
٤٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَالْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ لَا يَنَامُ وَلَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَنَامَ، يَخْفِضُ الْقِسْطَ وَيَرْفَعُهُ، يُرْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ عَمَلُ اللَّيْلِ بِالنَّهَارِ، وَعَمَلُ النَّهَارِ بِاللَّيْلِ زَادَ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ: حِجَابُهُ النَّارُ، لَوْ كَشَفَهَا لَأَحْرَقَتْ سُبُحَاتُ وَجْهِهِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ أَدْرَكَهُ بَصَرُهُ»، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ ﴿بُورِكَ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ﴾.
493 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, who heard Abu 'Ubaydah narrating from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah (Azawajal) does not sleep, and it is not befitting for Him to sleep. He lowers the scale and raises it. The deeds of the night are taken up to Him before the deeds of the day, and the deeds of the day before the deeds of the night." Al-Mas'udi added: "His veil is fire; if He were to uncover it, the splendors of His Face would burn everything His sight reaches." Then Abu 'Ubaydah recited: {Blessed is whoever is within the fire and whoever is around it, and glory be to Allah, Lord of the worlds}.

494 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Amër bin Murre, nga Ebu Ubejde, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na i emërtoi vetes disa emra, prej të cilëve disa i mbajtëm mend. Ai tha: “Unë jam Muhamedi, Ahmedi, El-Mukaffi, El-Hashiri, Pejgamberi i Teubes dhe Pejgamberi i Melhames”.»
٤٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «سَمَّى لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَفْسَهُ أَسْمَاءً، مِنْهَا مَا حَفِظْنَاهَا، فَقَالَ: أَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، وَأَحْمَدُ، وَالْمُقَفِّي، وَالْحَاشِرُ، وَنَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ، وَنَبِيُّ الْمَلْحَمَةِ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, from Abu 'Ubaydah, from Abu Musa, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) named himself several names for us, some of which we memorized. He said: "I am Muhammad, Ahmad, al-Muqaffi, al-Hashir, the Prophet of Repentance, and the Prophet of the Great Battle."

II. أَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

495 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be dhe Thabiti, Ebu Zejdi, nga Asimi, nga Ebu Uthman en-Nehdiu, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë:
«Ishim me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në një udhëtim dhe u ngjitëm në një luginë. Kur zbritën në të, njerëzit i ngritën zërat e tyre me tekbir (Allahu Ekber) dhe tehlil (La ilahe il-lAllah). I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ishte mbi një mushkë dhe tha: O ju njerëz, përmbahuni, sepse ju nuk po thirrni dikë që është i shurdhër apo i munguar. Ju po thirrni Atë që është Gjithëdëgjues dhe Gjithëshikues».
٤٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَثَابِتٌ أَبُو زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَصَعِدْنَا وَادِيًا، فَلَمَّا هَبَطُوا فِيهِ رَفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ وَالتَّهْلِيلِ، وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ - أَوْ بَغْلٍ - فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، ارْبَعُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ، فَإِنَّكُمْ لَا تَدْعُونَ أَصَمَّ وَلَا غَائِبًا، إِنَّكُمْ تَدْعُونَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا».
495 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Thabit Abu Zayd narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu 'Uthman al-Nahdi, from Abu Musa, who said:

"We were with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) on a journey, and we ascended a valley. When they descended into it, they raised their voices with Takbir and Tahlil. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was on a mule - or a male mule - and he said: 'O people, be easy on yourselves, for you are not calling upon one who is deaf or absent; you are calling upon One Who is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.'"

III. أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، رَحِمَهُمَا اللهُ

496 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Katadeja, nga Enes bin Maliku, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Shembulli i besimtarit që lexon Kuran është si shembulli i utruxhës (lloj limoni); era e saj është e mirë dhe shija e saj është e mirë. Shembulli i besimtarit që nuk lexon Kuran është si shembulli i hurmës; shija e saj është e mirë, por nuk ka erë. Shembulli i të prishurit (mëkatarit) që lexon Kuran është si shembulli i borzilokut; era e tij është e mirë, por shija e tij është e hidhur. Dhe shembulli i të prishurit (mëkatarit) që nuk lexon Kuran është si shembulli i hanthalës (mollës së egër); shija e saj është e keqe dhe era e saj është e keqe».
٤٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ الَّذِي يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ كَمَثَلِ الْأُتْرُجَّةِ رِيحُهَا طَيِّبٌ وَطَعْمُهَا طَيِّبٌ، وَمَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ الَّذِي لَا يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ كَمَثَلِ التَّمْرَةِ طَعْمُهَا طَيِّبٌ وَلَا رِيحَ لَهَا، وَمَثَلُ الْفَاجِرِ الَّذِي يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ كَمَثَلِ الرَّيْحَانَةِ رِيحُهَا طَيِّبٌ وَطَعْمُهَا مُرٌّ، وَمَثَلُ الْفَاجِرِ الَّذِي لَا يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ كَمَثَلِ الْحَنْظَلَةِ طَعْمُهَا خَبِيثٌ وَرِيحُهَا خَبِيثٌ».
496 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas bin Malik, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The example of the believer who recites the Qur'an is like that of a citron: its fragrance is pleasant and its taste is delicious. The example of the believer who does not recite the Qur'an is like that of a date: its taste is delicious but it has no fragrance. The example of the wicked person who recites the Qur'an is like that of basil: its fragrance is pleasant but its taste is bitter. And the example of the wicked person who does not recite the Qur'an is like that of a colocynth: its taste is bitter and its fragrance is foul."

497 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Seid bin Ebi Burde, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Çdo musliman e ka obligim të japë sadaka çdo ditë.» Thanë: «O i Dërguari i Allahut, po nëse nuk gjen (mundësi)?» Tha: «Të punojë me duart e tij, t'i bëjë dobi vetes dhe të japë sadaka.» Thanë: «Po nëse nuk e bën këtë?» Tha: «Të ndihmojë nevojtarin e pikëlluar.» Thanë: «Po nëse nuk ka mundësi?» Tha: «Të urdhërojë për të mirë dhe të ndalojë nga e keqja.» Thanë: «Po nëse nuk ka mundësi?» Tha: «Të përmbahet nga e keqja; sepse kjo për të është sadaka.»
٤٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَدَقَةٌ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ؟ قَالَ: يَعْتَمِلُ بِيَدِهِ، فَيَنْفَعُ نَفْسَهُ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ، قَالُوا: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ؟ قَالَ: يُعِينُ ذَا الْحَاجَةِ الْمَلْهُوفَ، قَالُوا: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ؟ قَالَ: يَأْمُرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، قَالُوا: فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ؟ قَالَ: لِيُمْسِكْ عَنِ الشَّرِّ; فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ».
497 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Burdah, from his father, from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Charity is due from every Muslim every day."

They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what if he does not find [anything to give]?" He said: "He should work with his hands, thus benefiting himself and giving charity."

They said: "What if he does not do that?" He said: "He should help the needy who is in distress."

They said: "What if he is unable to?" He said: "He should enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil."

They said: "What if he is unable to?" He said: "He should refrain from evil, for that is a charity for him."

498 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Seid bin Ebi Burde, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e dërgoi atë dhe Muadhin në Jemen dhe u tha atyre: «Bashkëpunoni me njëri-tjetrin, lehtësoni e mos vështirësoni, përgëzoni e mos largoni».
٤٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ وَمُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَقَالَ لَهُمَا: تَطَاوَعَا، وَيَسِّرَا وَلَا تُعَسِّرَا، وَبَشِّرَا وَلَا تُنَفِّرَا».
498 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'id bin Abi Burdah, from his father, from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari,

that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent him and Mu'adh to Yemen, and he said to them: 'Cooperate with each other, make things easy and do not make them difficult, and give glad tidings and do not drive people away.'

499 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Seid bin Ebi Burde, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, tek ne prodhohet një pije prej mjaltit, që quhet: el-Bit'u, dhe një pije prej elbit që quhet: el-Mizru, dhe të dyja dehin. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Çdo gjë që deh është haram.»
٤٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، يُصْنَعُ عِنْدَنَا شَرَابٌ مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْبِتْعُ، وَشَرَابٌ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْمِزْرُ، وَهُمَا يُسْكِرَانِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ».
499 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'id bin Abi Burdah, from his father, from Abu Musa, who said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah, a drink is made in our land from honey, called al-Bit', and a drink from barley called al-Mizr, and both of them are intoxicants. So the Prophet (pbuh) said: Every intoxicant is forbidden."

500 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Harishi, nga Talha el-Jami, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Çdo gjë dehëse është e ndaluar (haram).»
٥٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيشٌ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ الْيَامِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ».
500 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Harish narrated to us, from Talhah al-Yami, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Every intoxicant is forbidden.'

501 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemmami, nga Katade, nga Seid b. Ebu Burde, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Nuk vdes asnjë besimtar, pa futur Allahu në vend të tij në Zjarr një jahudi ose një të krishterë.»

Tha: Ebu Burde erdhi te Omer b. Abdulazizi, i cili e pyeti për këtë hadith dhe ai ia tregoi. Atëherë ai (Omeri) e bëri të betohej tri herë se këtë ia kishte treguar Ebu Musa nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
٥٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا يَمُوتُ مُؤْمِنٌ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَ اللهُ مَكَانَهُ النَّارَ يَهُودِيًّا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيًّا» قَالَ: فَقَدِمَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ الْحَدِيثِ فَحَدَّثَهُ، فَاسْتَحْلَفَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ لَقَدْ حَدَّثَهُ بِهَذَا أَبُو مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
501 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id bin Abi Burdah, from his father, from Abu Musa, he said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "No believer dies except that Allah puts in his place in the Fire a Jew or a Christian."

He said: So Abu Burdah came to Umar bin Abd al-Aziz, and he asked him about the hadith, so he narrated it to him. He made him swear three times that Abu Musa had indeed narrated this to him from the Prophet (saw).

502 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Gajlan bin Xheriri, nga Ebu Burde bin Ebu Musa, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Erdhëm te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për t'i kërkuar kafshë mbartëse, e ai tha: Për Allahun, nuk do t'ju mbart, sepse nuk kam asgjë me çfarë t'ju mbart. Më pas, i sollën disa deve dhe ai na dha tri prej tyre me gunga të bardha. Kur u kthyem, u thashë shokëve të mi: Për Allahun, Allahu nuk do të na japë bereqet; Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u betua se nuk do të na mbartte. Kthehuni! Ne i thamë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, ti u betove se nuk do të na mbartje. Ai tha: Nuk ju mbarta unë, por ju mbarti Allahu. Për Allahun - në dashtë Allahu - unë nuk betohem për diçka e pastaj shoh se diçka tjetër është më e mirë se ajo, veçse e shlyej (110) betimin tim dhe bëj atë që është më e mirë.»

٥٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا: حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَسْتَحْمِلُهُ، فَقَالَ: وَاللهِ لَا أَحْمِلُكُمْ، وَمَا عِنْدِي مَا أَحْمِلُكُمْ، ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِإِبِلٍ فَحَمَلَنَا عَلَى ثَلَاثَةٍ غُرِّ الذُّرَى، فَلَمَّا رَجَعْنَا قُلْتُ لِأَصْحَابِي: وَاللهِ لَا يُبَارِكُ اللهُ لَنَا، حَلَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ لَا يَحْمِلَنَا، ارْجِعُوا، قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّكَ حَلَفْتَ أَنْ لَا تَحْمِلَنَا، فَقَالَ: مَا أَنَا حَمَلْتُكُمْ، مَا حَمَلَكُمْ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهِ - إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ - لَا أَحْلِفُ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَأَرَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا إِلَّا كَفَّرْتُ (110) يَمِينِي» وَأَتَيْتُ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ.

502 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from Ghaylan bin Jarir, from Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa, from his father, who said: "We came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) asking him for mounts, and he said: 'By Allah, I will not provide you with mounts, and I have nothing to provide you with.' Then some camels were brought to him, and he provided us with three camels with white humps. When we returned, I said to my companions: 'By Allah, Allah will not bless us; the Messenger of Allah (saw) swore that he would not provide us with mounts.' So we went back and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, you swore that you would not provide us with mounts.' He said: 'It was not I who provided you with mounts, but Allah provided you with them. By Allah—if Allah wills—I do not swear an oath and then see something else better than it, except that I expiate (110) my oath' and I do that which is better."

Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Nëse njeriu e liron robëreshën e tij, pastaj i jep asaj një mehër të ri, ai do të ketë dy shpërblime».
٥٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَّاطُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا أَعْتَقَ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ ثُمَّ مَهَرَهَا مَهْرًا جَدِيدًا كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرَانِ».
503 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr al-Hannat narrated to us, from Abu Hasin, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "If a man manumits his female slave and then gives her a new dowry, he shall have two rewards."

504 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Salih bin Salih eth-Thevriu, nga esh-Sha'bi, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar Ebu Burde, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Tre personave u jepet shpërblimi i tyre dy herë: Njeriut që ka pasur një skllave, e ka edukuar atë dhe e ka edukuar mirë, e ka mësuar atë dhe e ka mësuar mirë, pastaj e ka liruar dhe u martua me të; njeriut nga ithtarët e Librit që ka besuar në Pejgamberin e tij, pastaj e ka arritur Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) dhe ka besuar në të; dhe skllavit që ka përmbushur të drejtën e Allahut dhe të drejtën e zotërinjve të tij». Pastaj esh-Sha'bi i tha një njeriu që ishte pranë tij: Merre këtë pa asnjë çmim, sepse dikur udhëtohej deri në Medine për diçka më pak se kjo.
٥٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «ثَلَاثَةٌ يُؤْتَوْنَ أَجْرَهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ: رَجُلٌ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَمَةٌ فَأَدَّبَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ أَدَبَهَا، وَعَلَّمَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَعْلِيمَهَا، ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا فَتَزَوَّجَهَا، وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ آمَنَ بِنَبِيِّهِ، ثُمَّ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَآمَنَ بِهِ، وَعَبْدٌ أَدَّى حَقَّ اللهِ وَحَقَّ مَوَالِيهِ»، قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ لِرَجُلٍ عِنْدَهُ: خُذْهَا بِغَيْرِ ثَمَنٍ، فَلَقَدْ كَانَ يُرْحَلُ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فِيمَا دُونَ هَذَا.
504 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salih bin Salih al-Thawri, from al-Sha'bi, who said: Abu Burdah narrated to me, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Three types of people will be given their reward twice: a man who had a slave-girl and educated her and gave her a good education, and taught her and taught her well, then manumitted her and married her; a man from the People of the Book who believed in his Prophet, then lived to see the Prophet (saw) and believed in him; and a slave who fulfilled the right of Allah and the right of his masters."

He said: Then al-Sha'bi said to a man who was with him: "Take it without any price, for indeed, people used to travel to Madinah for less than this."

٥٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الْمُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ يُقَوِّي بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا».
505 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Abu Burdah bin Abdullah bin Abi Burdah bin Abi Musa, from his grandfather, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The believer to the believer is like a building, one part of which strengthens the other."

«Shumë burra kanë arritur përsosmërinë, por nga gratë nuk kanë arritur përsosmërinë përveç Merjemes, vajzës së Imranit, dhe Asijes, gruas së Faraonit. Ndërsa vlera e Aishes ndaj grave të tjera është si vlera e theredit ndaj ushqimeve të tjera.»
٥٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ مُرَّةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «كَمُلَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ كَثِيرٌ، وَلَمْ يَكْمُلْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ وَآسِيَةُ امْرَأَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ، وَفَضْلُ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ كَفَضْلِ الثَّرِيدِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الطَّعَامِ».
506 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah narrated to us, he heard Murrah narrating from Abu Musa, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Many men reached perfection, but none among women reached perfection except Maryam daughter of 'Imran and Asiyah the wife of Pharaoh. And the excellence of 'Aishah over other women is like the excellence of Tharid over all other food.'

VI. حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

507 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Davudi (114) el-Evdi, nga Humejd b. Abdurrahman el-Himjeri:

«Se Humemeja - një burrë nga shokët e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) - mori pjesë në luftën e Isfahanit bashkë me el-Esh'ariun, dhe Isfahani u çlirua në kohën e Omerit (r.a.). Ai tha: O Allah, vërtet Humemeja pretendon se e do takimin me Ty. O Allah, nëse është i sinqertë, atëherë jepi atij vendosmëri sipas sinqeritetit të tij, e nëse është gënjeshtar, atëherë detyroje atë në të edhe nëse e urren. O Allah, mos e kthe Humemen nga ky udhëtim i tij. Dhe ai vdiq në Isfahan. Atëherë u ngrit el-Esh'ariu dhe tha: O ju njerëz, ne pasha Allahun (115) në atë që kemi dëgjuar nga Pejgamberi juaj (s.a.v.s.), dhe sipas njohurisë sonë, nuk dimë tjetër veçse se Humemeja është dëshmor (shehid)».

٥٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ (114) الْأَوْدِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ ، «أَنَّ حُمَمَةَ - رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ - غَزَا أَصْبَهَانَ مَعَ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، وَفُتِحَتْ أَصْبَهَانُ فِي زَمَانِ عُمَرَ ﵁، قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ حُمَمَةَ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ يُحِبُّ لِقَاءَكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا فَاعْزِمْ لَهُ بِصِدْقِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ كَاذِبًا فَاحْمِلْهُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ كَرِهَ، اللَّهُمَّ لَا تُرْجِعْ حُمَمَةَ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ هَذَا، فَمَاتَ بِأَصْبَهَانَ، فَقَامَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إِنَّا وَاللهِ (115) فِيمَا سَمِعْنَا مِنْ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ، وَلَا مَبْلَغَ عِلْمِنَا إِلَّا أَنْ حُمَمَةَ شَهِيدٌ».

507 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Dawud (114) al-Awdi, from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari,

"That Humamah—a man from the companions of the Prophet (saw)—participated in the campaign of Isfahan with al-Ash'ari, and Isfahan was conquered during the time of 'Umar (ra). He said: 'O Allah, Humamah claims that he loves to meet You. O Allah, if he is truthful, then grant him his truthfulness, and if he is lying, then compel him to it even if he dislikes it. O Allah, do not return Humamah from this journey of his.' So he died in Isfahan. Then al-Ash'ari stood up and said: 'O people, by Allah (115) in what we have heard from your Prophet (saw), and to the extent of our knowledge, Humamah is a martyr.'"

- Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Abdullah bin Nafiu, nga babai i tij, nga Seid bin Ebu Hindi, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mëndafshi dhe ari janë lejuar për femrat e umetit tim, ndërsa janë ndaluar për meshkujt e tij.»
٥٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «أُحِلَّ الْحَرِيرُ وَالذَّهَبُ لِإِنَاثِ أُمَّتِي، وَحُرِّمَ عَلَى ذُكُورِهَا».
508 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, Abdullah bin Nafi' narrated to us, from his father, from Sa'id bin Abi Hind, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Silk and gold have been permitted for the females of my nation, and forbidden for its males.'

VIII. يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Mensuri, nga Ibrahimi, nga Jezid bin Evsi, se kur El-Esh'ariut iu rëndua gjendja, gruaja e tij filloi të qante mbi të. Ai tha: "A nuk e dini se çfarë ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)?"
(Jezidi) tha: E pyeta gruan më vonë: "Çfarë ka thënë?" Ajo tha: "Jam i distancuar nga ai që rruan (kokën), që bërtet me zë të lartë dhe që gris (rrobat)."
٥٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، «أَنَّ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ لَمَّا ثَقُلَ بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتُهُ، فَقَالَ: أَمَا عَلِمْتُمْ مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ الْمَرْأَةَ بَعْدُ: مَا قَالَ؟ فَقَالَ: بَرِئٌ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ وَسَلَقَ وَخَرَقَ».

Narrated to us Yunus, who said: Narrated to us Abu Dawud, who said: Narrated to us Shu'bah, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Yazid bin Aws, that when al-Ash'ari became heavy (with illness), his wife wept over him. He said: "Did you not know what the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said?"

He (the narrator) said: So I asked the woman afterwards: "What did he say?" She said: "He (the Prophet) is free from the one who shaves (the head), wails loudly, and tears (the clothes)."

510 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ebu Sinani, i cili ka thënë: E varrosa djalin tim Sinanin, ndërsa Ebu Talha el-Havlanij ishte ulur në buzë të varrit e tha: Më ka treguar ed-Dahhak bin Abdurrahmani, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kur Allahu i Madhëruar ia merr shpirtin fëmijës së një robi, Ai u thotë engjëjve të Tij: Çfarë tha robi Im? Ata thonë: Të lavdëroi Ty dhe tha 'Inna lillahi ve inna ilejhi raxhiun' (Të Allahut jemi dhe tek Ai do të kthehemi). Atëherë Ai thotë: Ndërtoni për të një shtëpi në Xhenet dhe emërtojeni atë 'Shtëpia e Lavdërimit' (Bejtul-Hamd)».
٥١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ: دَفَنْتُ ابْنِي سِنَانًا، وَأَبُو طَلْحَةَ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ جَالِسٌ عَلَى شَفِيرِ الْقَبْرِ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا قَبَضَ اللهُ ﷿ ابْنَ الْعَبْدِ قَالَ لِمَلَائِكَتِهِ: مَا قَالَ عَبْدِي؟ قَالُوا: حَمِدَكَ وَاسْتَرْجَعَ، قَالَ: ابْنُوا لَهُ بَيْتًا، وَسَمُّوهُ بَيْتَ الْحَمْدِ».
510 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abu Sinan, who said: I buried my son Sinan, and Abu Talhah al-Khawlani was sitting on the edge of the grave, and he said: Ad-Dahhak ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to me, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "When Allah (Azawajal) takes the son of a servant, He says to His angels: 'What did My servant say?' They say: 'He praised You and said: To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.' He says: 'Build for him a house, and name it the House of Praise.'"

٥١١ - (119) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَسْمَعُ بِي أَحَدٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ وَلَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٌّ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِي إِلَّا كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, he said: I heard Sa'id bin Jubayr narrating from Abu Musa, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "No one from this nation, nor any Jew or Christian, hears of me and does not believe in me except that he will be among the people of the Fire."

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ghalib al-Tammar, he said: Aws ibn Masruq - or Masruq ibn Aws - narrated to us, from Abu Musa, he said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
"The fingers are equal." I said: "For every finger, ten camels?" He said: "Yes."

«El-Esh'ariu u fal me shokët e tij namazin e jacisë ndërsa ishte midis Mekës dhe Medinës, pastaj fali një rekat në të cilin lexoi njëqind ajete nga surja en-Nisa ose el-Bekare. Atij iu tha: Çfarë është kjo? Ai tha: Nuk kam kursyer asgjë që t'i vendos këmbët e mia aty ku i ka vendosur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe të bëj atë që ai ka bërë».
٥١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ أَبُو زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ ، قَالَ: «صَلَّى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ وَهُوَ فِيمَا بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ بِأَصْحَابِهِ الْعِشَاءَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً قَرَأَ فِيهَا بِمِائَةٍ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، أَوِ الْبَقَرَةِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ: مَا أَلَوْتُ أَنْ أَضَعَ قَدَمَيَّ حَيْثُ وَضَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَأَنْ أَصْنَعَ مَا صَنَعَ».

Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Thabit Abu Zayd narrated to us, from 'Asim al-Ahwal, from Abu Mijlaz, who said: "Al-Ash'ari prayed the 'Isha prayer with his companions while he was between Makkah and Madinah. Then he prayed one rak'ah in which he recited one hundred verses from Surat an-Nisa' or al-Baqarah. It was said to him: 'What is this?' He said: 'I have spared no effort to place my feet where the Messenger of Allah (saw) placed his, and to do what he did.'"

515 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, nga Ebu Temime, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «Kush agjëron tërë kohën, Xhehenemi do t'i ngushtohet kështu - dhe bëri shenjë me dorë duke lidhur numrin nëntëdhjetë».
Shube nuk e ka ngritur këtë hadith (deri te Pejgamberi s.a.v.s.), ndërsa Saidi e ka ngritur.
٥١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «مَنْ صَامَ الدَّهْرَ ضُيِّقَتْ عَلَيْهِ جَهَنَّمُ هَكَذَا وَعَقَدَ عَلَى تِسْعِينَ»، لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ شُعْبَةُ، وَرَفَعَهُ سَعِيدٌ.
515 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu Tamimah, from Abu Musa, who said: "Whoever fasts for a lifetime, Hell will be tightened for him like this," and he made a sign of ninety. Shu'bah did not attribute it to the Prophet (pbuh), but Sa'id did attribute it.

516 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ed-Dahhak bin Jesar, nga Ebu Temime, nga Ebu Musa, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ka thënë:
«Kush agjëron gjithë jetën, Xhehenemi do të ngushtohet për të kështu», dhe formoi numrin nëntëdhjetë.
٥١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنْ صَامَ الدَّهْرَ ضُيِّقَتْ عَلَيْهِ جَهَنَّمُ هَكَذَا، وَعَقَدَ تِسْعِينَ».

517 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad ibn Seleme, nga Thabiti, nga Enesi, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «Shembulli i shokut të mirë është si shembulli i shitësit të parfumeve: nëse nuk të jep nga parfumi i tij, do të të kapë era e tij e mirë. Ndërsa shembulli i shokut të keq është si ai i kovaçit: nëse nuk të djeg me zjarrin e tij, do të të kapë tymi i tij.»
Ebu Davudi nuk e ka ngritur këtë (si thënie të Pejgamberit s.a.v.s.).
٥١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «مَثَلُ الْجَلِيسِ الصَّالِحِ كَمَثَلِ الْعَطَّارِ، إِنْ لَمْ يُحْذِكَ مِنْ عِطْرِهِ أَصَابَكَ مِنْ رِيحِهِ، وَمَثَلُ جَلِيسِ السَّوْءِ كَصَاحِبِ الْكِيرِ إِنْ لَمْ يُصِبْكَ مِنْ نَارِهِ أَصَابَكَ مِنْ دُخَانِهِ» لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ .
517 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, from Abu Musa, who said: "The example of a righteous companion is like that of a perfume seller; if he does not gift you some of his perfume, you will still catch its scent. And the example of an evil companion is like that of a blacksmith; if his fire does not burn you, you will still be affected by its smoke."
Abu Dawud did not raise it.

518 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Kajs bin Muslimi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Tarik bin Shihabin duke treguar nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: «Erdha te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur ai ishte i ndalur në El-Bat-ha, e ai më tha: Si e bëre nijetin (ihramin)? Tha: I thashë: Lebbejk me nijetin si të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.). Ai tha: Ke vepruar mirë, bëj tavaf rreth Shtëpisë (Qabes) dhe midis Safasë e Mervasë, pastaj dil nga ihrami. Kështu veprova, pastaj shkova te një grua nga fisit Beni Kajs e cila më pastroi kokën. Fillova t'u jepja fetva njerëzve për këtë, por një burrë më tha: O Abdullahu i biri i Kajsit, ngadalë me disa nga fetvatë e tua, sepse ti nuk e di se çfarë ka sjellë të re Prijësi i Besimtarëve në çështjen e riteve pas teje. Tha: I thashë: Atij që i kam dhënë fetva për diçka, le të presë, sepse Prijësi i Besimtarëve po vjen, andaj ndiqeni atë. Tha: Ai erdhi (120), e unë shkova tek ai dhe ia përmenda (121) këtë, e ai tha: Nëse i përmbahemi Librit të Allahut, Libri i Allahut na urdhëron për plotësim (të Haxhit dhe Umres), e nëse i përmbahemi sunetit të të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk doli nga ihrami derisa kurbani arriti vendin e tij.»

٥١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَارِقَ بْنَ شِهَابٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «قَدِمْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُنِيخٌ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ، فَقَالَ لِي: كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ: أَحْسَنْتَ، طُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ثُمَّ أَحِلَّ، فَفَعَلْتُ، وَأَتَيْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي قَيْسٍ فَفَلَتْ رَأْسِي، فَجَعَلْتُ أُفْتِي بِهِ النَّاسَ، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ: يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، رُوَيْدًا بِبَعْضِ فُتْيَاكَ، فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي شَأْنِ النُّسُكِ بَعْدَكَ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: مَنْ أَفْتَيْتُهُ بِشَيْءٍ فَلْيَتَّئِدْ، فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْهِ، فَبِهِ فَائْتَمُّوا، قَالَ: فَقَدِمَ (120) فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ (121)» لَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللهِ فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللهِ يَأْمُرُنَا بِالتَّمَامِ، وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ.

518 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qays bin Muslim, he said: I heard Tariq bin Shihab narrating from Abu Musa, he said: "I came to the Prophet (saw) while he was kneeling his camel at al-Batha. He said to me: 'How did you enter the state of Ihram?' I said: 'I said: Labbayk with an Ihram like the Ihram of the Prophet (saw).' He said: 'You have done well. Perform Tawaf around the House and between al-Safa and al-Marwah, then exit the state of Ihram.' So I did that, and I went to a woman from Banu Qays who combed my head. Then I began giving fatwa to the people regarding this. A man said to me: 'O Abdullah bin Qays, be careful with some of your fatwas, for you do not know what the Commander of the Faithful has introduced regarding the rites of pilgrimage after you.' I said: 'Whoever I have given a fatwa to, let him wait, for the Commander of the Faithful is coming to him, so follow him.' He said: So he arrived (120) and I went to him and mentioned (121) that to him. He said: 'If we take by the Book of Allah, then the Book of Allah commands us to complete (the Hajj and Umrah), and if we take by the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw), then the Messenger of Allah (saw) did not exit the state of Ihram until the sacrificial animal reached its place of slaughter.'

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga Junus bin Xhubejri, nga Hittan bin Abdilah er-Rakashij, «se el-Esh'ari u priu shokëve të tij në namaz, dhe kur u ul në namazin e tij, një burrë nga njerëzit pas tij tha: Namazi u bashkua me mirësinë dhe zeqatin. Kur el-Esh'ari e përfundoi namazin e tij (122) tha: Kush prej jush e tha atë fjalë? Njerëzit heshtën. Ai tha: O Hittan, mbase ti e ke thënë? Thashë: Nuk e kam thënë, dhe u frikësova se do të më qortoje për të. Atëherë el-Esh'ari tha: A nuk e dini se çfarë thoni në namazin tuaj? I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na mbajti hutbe, na e mësoi sunetin tonë dhe na e sqaroi namazin tonë, e tha: Drejtoni rreshtat tuaj, pastaj le t'ju prijë njëri prej jush. Kur imami të marrë tekbir, edhe ju merrni tekbir. Kur ai të thotë: ﴿ve la-ddallin﴾, ju thoni: Amin, Allahu do t'ju përgjigjet. Kur ai të bëjë ruku, bëni edhe ju ruku, sepse imami bën ruku para jush dhe ngrihet para jush. Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Kjo (e imamit) kompensohet me atë (tuajën). Kur ai të thotë: Semi'allahu limen hamideh, ju thoni: Allahumme Rabbena lekel-hamd, Allahu do t'ju dëgjojë, sepse Allahu i Madhëruar ka thënë përmes gjuhës së Pejgamberit të Tij (s.a.v.s.): Semi'allahu limen hamideh. Kur ai të marrë tekbir dhe të bëjë sexhde, edhe ju merrni tekbir dhe bëni sexhde, sepse imami bën sexhde para jush dhe ngrihet para jush. Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Kjo kompensohet me atë. Kur të jetë koha e uljes, le të jetë prej fjalëve të para të secilit prej jush (123): Et-tehijatu lil-lahi, et-tajjibatu, es-salavatu lil-lah. Es-selamu alejke ejjuhen-nebijju ve rahmetullahi (124), es-selamu alejna ve ala ibadil-lahis-salihin. Esh-hedu en la ilahe il-lallah, ve enne Muhemmeden abduhu ve resuluhu.»

٥١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، «أَنَّ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ صَلَاةً، فَلَمَّا جَلَسَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ قَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ خَلْفَهُ: أُقِرَّتِ الصَّلَاةُ بِالْبِرِّ وَالزَّكَاةِ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ صَلَاتَهُ (122) قَالَ: أَيُّكُمُ الْقَائِلُ كَلِمَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا؟ فَأَرَمَّ الْقَوْمُ، فَقَالَ: يَا حِطَّانُ، لَعَلَّكَ قُلْتَهَا، قُلْتُ: مَا قُلْتُهَا، وَلَقَدْ رَهِبْتُ أَنْ تَبْكَعَنِي بِهَا، فَقَالَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ: أَمَا تَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَقُولُونَ فِي صَلَاتِكُمْ، إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ خَطَبَنَا فَعَلَّمَنَا سُنَّتَنَا، وَبَيَّنَ لَنَا صَلَاتَنَا، فَقَالَ: أَقِيمُوا صُفُوفَكُمْ، ثُمَّ لِيَؤُمَّكُمْ أَحَدُكُمْ، فَإِذَا كَبَّرَ الْإِمَامُ فَكَبِّرُوا، وَإِذَا قَالَ: ﴿وَلا الضَّالِّينَ﴾ فَقُولُوا: آمِينَ، يُجِبْكُمُ اللهُ، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا، فَإِنَّ الْإِمَامَ يَرْكَعُ قَبْلَكُمْ وَيَرْفَعُ قَبْلَكُمْ قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ: فَتِلْكَ بِتِلْكَ، وَإِذَا قَالَ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ فَقُولُوا: اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ، يَسْمَعِ اللهُ لَكُمْ، فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ قَالَ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ، وَإِذَا كَبَّرَ وَسَجَدَ فَكَبِّرُوا وَاسْجُدُوا، فَإِنَّ الْإِمَامَ يَسْجُدُ قَبْلَكُمْ وَيَرْفَعُ قَبْلَكُمْ، قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ: فَتِلْكَ بِتِلْكَ، فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْقَعْدَةِ فَلْيَكُنْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ قَوْلِ أَحَدِكُمُ (123): التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلهِ الطَّيِّبَاتُ الصَّلَوَاتُ لِلهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ (124)»، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ.

519 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Yunus ibn Jubayr, from Hittan ibn Abdillah al-Raqashi, 'that al-Ash'ari prayed with his companions a prayer, and when he sat in his prayer, a man from the people behind him said: "Prayer has been established with righteousness and zakat." When al-Ash'ari finished his prayer (122) he said: "Which of you is the one who said such and such a word?" The people remained silent. He said: "O Hittan, perhaps you said it?" I said: "I did not say it, and I feared that you would rebuke me for it." Al-Ash'ari said: "Do you not know what you say in your prayer? Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (saw) addressed us and taught us our Sunnah, and explained to us our prayer, saying: 'Straighten your rows, then let one of you lead you. When the Imam says the Takbir, then say the Takbir. When he says: {Not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray}, then say: Amin, Allah will answer you. When he bows, then bow, for the Imam bows before you and rises before you.' The Prophet of Allah (saw) said: 'That makes up for that.' 'And when he says: Allah hears whoever praises Him, then say: O Allah, our Lord, to You belongs all praise, Allah will hear you, for indeed Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, said upon the tongue of His Prophet (saw): Allah hears whoever praises Him. And when he says the Takbir and prostrates, then say the Takbir and prostrate, for the Imam prostrates before you and rises before you.' The Prophet of Allah (saw) said: 'That makes up for that.' 'And when it is time for the sitting, let the first thing one of you says be (123): All greetings are for Allah, the good things and the prayers are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah (124), peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.'"

520 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Vuhejb bin Halidi, nga Davudi, nga Ebu Nadre, nga Ebu Seid el-Hudriu, se:
«El-Esh'ariu kërkoi leje te Omeri tri herë, por ai nuk i dha leje, kështu që ai u kthye. Pastaj (Omeri) dërgoi njerëz tek ai dhe i tha: Çfarë të ktheu? Ai tha: Unë kërkova leje tri herë dhe nuk m'u dha leje, ndërsa unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Nëse kërkuesi i lejes kërkon leje tri herë dhe nuk i jepet leje, le të kthehet. (Omeri) tha: Ose do të më sjellësh dikë që e di këtë, ose do të bëj me ty kështu e ashtu. Ebu Seidi tha: El-Esh'ariu erdhi tek unë duke dridhur e me fytyrë të zverdhur (125), u ndal te një rreth i shokëve të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha: I betohem Allahut për çdo njeri që di diçka rreth kësaj, që të ngrihet me të, sepse unë jam frikësuar për veten time nga ky njeri. Unë i thashë: Unë jam me ty. Një tjetër tha: Edhe unë jam me ty. Atëherë atij i kaloi (frika).»

٥٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، «أَنَّ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَى عُمَرَ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَهُ، فَرَجَعَ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ: مَا رَدَّكَ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي اسْتَأْذَنْتُ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لِي، وَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَ الْمُسْتَأْذِنُ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لَهُ فَلْيَرْجِعْ، فَقَالَ: لَتَأْتِيَنِّي بِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ هَذَا أَوْ لَأَفْعَلَنَّ بِكَ وَلَأَفْعَلَنَّ، قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ : جَاءَنِي الْأَشْعَرِيُّ يُرْعَدُ قَدِ اصْفَرَّ (125)» وَجْهُهُ، فَقَامَ عَلَى حَلْقَةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: أَنْشُدُ اللهَ رَجُلًا عَلِمَ مِنْ هَذَا عِلْمًا إِلَّا قَامَ بِهِ، فَإِنِّي قَدْ خِفْتُ هَذَا الرَّجُلَ عَلَى نَفْسِي، فَقُلْتُ: أَنَا مَعَكَ، فَقَالَ آخَرُ : وَأَنَا مَعَكَ، فَسُرِّيَ عَنْهُ.

520 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Wuhaib bin Khalid narrated to us, from Dawud, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, "that al-Ash'ari sought permission from 'Umar three times and he was not granted permission, so he returned. Then 'Umar sent for him and asked: 'What made you return?' He said: 'I sought permission three times and I was not granted permission, and I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: If the one seeking permission seeks it three times and is not granted permission, let him return.' 'Umar said: 'You must bring me someone who knows this, or I shall certainly do such-and-such to you.' Abu Sa'id said: Al-Ash'ari came to me trembling, his face having turned pale (125). He stood over a circle of the companions of the Prophet (saw) and said: 'I adjure by Allah any man who has knowledge of this to stand up with it, for I have feared for myself from this man.' So I said: 'I am with you,' and another said: 'And I am with you,' so his anxiety was relieved."

521 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu et-Tejjahu, i cili ka thënë: «Kam dëgjuar një burrë me ngjyrë - i cili kishte ardhur me Ibn Abbasin në Basra - të thoshte: Kur Ibn Abbasi erdhi në Basra, iu treguan disa hadithe nga Ebu Musa, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), kështu që Ibn Abbasi i shkroi atij duke e pyetur për to. El-Esh'ariu i shkroi atij: Ti je një burrë i kohës tënde, dhe unë nuk kam treguar asgjë prej tyre nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), përveçse unë isha me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kur ai deshi të urinonte, kështu që u kthye drejt një vendi të butë (126) të një muri dhe urinoi, e pastaj tha: Vërtet, Beni Israilët, kur ndonjërin prej tyre e prekte urina, ai e priste atë pjesë me gërshërë. Ebu Saidi tha: Prandaj, kur ndonjëri prej jush dëshiron të urinojë, le të kërkojë një vend të përshtatshëm (të butë) për urinimin e tij.»

٥٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا أَسْوَدَ - كَانَ قَدِمَ مَعَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الْبَصْرَةَ - قَالَ: لَمَّا قَدِمَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْبَصْرَةَ حُدِّثَ بِأَحَادِيثَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْهَا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ: إِنَّكَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ زَمَانِكَ وَإِنِّي لَمْ أُحَدِّثْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنْهَا بِشَيْءٍ، إِلَّا أَنِّي كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبُولَ، فَمَالَ إِلَى دَمِثِ (126)» حَائِطٍ فَبَالَ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَ إِذَا أَصَابَ أَحَدَهُمُ الْبَوْلُ قَرَضَهُ بِالْمِقْرَاضَيْنِ، قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَبُولَ فَلْيَرْتَدْ لِبَوْلِهِ.

521 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, who said: "I heard a black man—who had come with Ibn 'Abbas to Basra—say: When Ibn 'Abbas arrived in Basra, he was told some hadiths on the authority of Abu Musa, from the Prophet (saw). So Ibn 'Abbas wrote to him asking about them. Al-Ash'ari wrote back to him: 'You are a man of your time, and I did not narrate anything of those from the Prophet (saw), except that I was with the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he wanted to urinate, so he turned towards the soft ground (126) of a wall and urinated. And he said: "When urine touched one of the Children of Israel, he would cut it off with scissors."' Abu Sa'id said: 'So if one of you wants to urinate, let him seek a suitable place for his urine.'

Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Bekër el-Hudhaliu, nga Ebu Burde bin Ebu Musa, nga babai i tij, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ka thënë: «Nëse ke me vete shigjeta, kapi ato për majat e tyre që të mos lëndosh ndonjë musliman ose të mos ia grisësh rrobën e tij».
El-Esh'ariu ka thënë: «Ndërsa këta më urdhërojnë që t'i drejtoj ato drejt bebëzave të syve të muslimanëve».
٥٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَتْ مَعَكَ أَسْهُمٌ فَخُذْ بِنُصُولِهَا أَلَّا تَجْرَحَ مُسْلِمًا أَوْ تَخْرِقَ ثَوْبَهُ، قَالَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ: وَهَؤُلَاءِ يَأْمُرُونِي أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَ بِهَا حَدَقَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ».
522 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr al-Hudhali narrated to us, from Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa, from his father, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "If you have arrows with you, then hold them by their heads so that you do not wound a Muslim or tear his garment."

Al-Ash'ari said: "And these people order me to point them towards the eyes of the Muslims."

523 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Lejthi, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kaloi pranë një xhenazeje me të cilën po nxitonin në ecje, e i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Të keni qetësi."
٥٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ جِنَازَةٌ يُسْرِعُونَ بِهَا الْمَشْيَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لِيَكُنْ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّكِينَةُ».
523 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Layth, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, that a funeral procession passed by the Prophet (pbuh) and they were walking quickly with it, so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Let there be tranquility upon you.'

524 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga Lejthi, nga Ebu Burdeja, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) i kaloi pranë një xhenaze me të cilën po nxitohej aq shumë, saqë ajo tundehej si tundet kacekja.

I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Jini të matur në ecjen me xhenazet tuaja."
٥٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مُرَّ عَلَيْهِ بِجِنَازَةٍ وَهِيَ يُسْرَعُ بِهَا، وَهِيَ تُمْخَضُ تَمَخُّضَ الزِّقِّ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْقَصْدِ فِي الْمَشْيِ بِجَنَائِزِكُمْ».
524 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Layth, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, that a funeral procession passed by the Prophet (pbuh) and it was being carried quickly, and it was being shaken like the shaking of a water-skin. So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'You must maintain a moderate pace when walking with your funerals.'

525 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka martesë përveçse me kujdestar.»
٥٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ».
525 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'There is no marriage except with a guardian.'

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Imran, nga Katade, nga Ebu Burde, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), kur lutej kundër një populli, thoshte: "O Allah, unë Të vendos Ty përballë tyre dhe kërkoj mbrojtje tek Ti prej të këqijave të tyre"».
٥٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَعَا عَلَى قَوْمٍ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَجْعَلُكَ فِي نُحُورِهِمْ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شُرُورِهِمْ».
526 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Imran narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu Burdah, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to say, when he supplicated against a people: 'O Allah, I place You in their throats, and I seek refuge in You from their evils.'"

527 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Katade, nga Ebu Burde, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Sikur të na shihje me Pejgamberin tonë (s.a.v.s.) kur na zinte shiu, nuk do ta krahasoje erën tonë me asgjë tjetër përveçse me erën e deleve.»
٥٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «لَوْ رَأَيْتَنَا مَعَ نَبِيِّنَا ﷺ، وَقَدْ أَصَابَتْنَا السَّمَاءُ مَا شَبَّهْتَ رِيحَنَا إِلَّا بِرِيحِ الضَّأْنِ».
527 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu Burdah, from his father, who said: "If you had seen us with our Prophet (pbuh) when the rain had fallen upon us, you would not have likened our smell to anything except the smell of sheep."

528 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udiu, nga Adij bin Thabiti, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë:

«Omeri e takoi Esma bint Umejsin dhe i tha: "Sa popull i mirë jeni ju, sikur të mos ju kishim paraprirë në hixhret (emigrim)." Ajo ia përmendi këtë Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), e ai tha: "Përkundrazi, ju keni dy hixhrete: hixhretin në tokën e Habeshisë (Abisinisë) dhe hixhretin në Medine."»
٥٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ: «لَقِيَ عُمَرُ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ عُمَيْسٍ، فَقَالَ: نِعْمَ الْقَوْمُ أَنْتُمْ لَوْلَا أَنَّا سَبَقْنَاكُمْ إِلَى الْهِجْرَةِ، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: بَلْ لَكُمُ الْهِجْرَةُ مَرَّتَيْنِ; هِجْرَةٌ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ، وَهِجْرَةٌ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ».
528 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Adi ibn Thabit, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, who said:
'Umar met Asma' bint 'Umays and said: "What a fine people you are, were it not that we preceded you in the Hijrah (migration)." She mentioned that to the Prophet (pbuh), and he said: "Rather, for you there is the Hijrah twice; a migration to the land of Abyssinia, and a migration to Medina."

529 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zuhejri, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga Ebu Burde (127), i cili ka thënë: «Ishte një burrë që thoshte: Të kam shkurorëzuar, të kam kthyer (në martesë), dhe kjo i arriti Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), i cili tha: Çfarë u bëhet disa njerëzve që luajnë me kufijtë e Allahut?» Dhe ka thënë Musa bin Mes'udi, nga Sufjani, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).



(127) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (nga Ebu Musa).
٥٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ (127)، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَقُولُ: قَدْ طَلَّقْتُكِ، قَدْ رَاجَعْتُكِ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مَا بَالُ رِجَالٍ يَلْعَبُونَ بِحُدُودِ اللهِ» وَقَالَ مُوسَى بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.

529 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah (127), who said: "A man used to say: 'I have divorced you, I have taken you back,' and that reached the Prophet (saw), so he said: 'What is the matter with men who play with the limits of Allah?'" And Musa ibn Mas'ud said, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, from the Prophet (saw).

530 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaide, nga Lejth bin Ebi Sulejmi, nga Muxhahidi, nga Abdullah bin Sahbere, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nëse pranë jush kalon xhenazeja e një burri musliman, ose çifut, ose të krishterë, atëherë ngrihuni për të; sepse ne nuk ngrihemi për të, por ngrihemi për ata që janë me të prej melekëve».
٥٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَخْبَرَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِذَا مَرَّتْ بِكُمْ جِنَازَةُ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ يَهُودِيٍّ أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٍّ فَقُومُوا لَهَا; فَإِنَّا لَسْنَا نَقُومُ لَهَا، وَلَكِنْ نَقُومُ لِمَنْ مَعَهَا مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ».
530 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zaidah narrated to us, from Layth bin Abi Sulaym, from Mujahid, from Abdullah bin Sakhbarah, he said: Abu Musa narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "If a funeral procession of a Muslim man, or a Jew, or a Christian passes by you, then stand up for it; for we do not stand for it, but we stand for those who are with it from among the angels."

531 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar el-Harith bin Kudame (128), nga Ebu Imran el-Xhevniu, nga Ebu Bekr bin Ebi Musa, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Kopshtet e Firdevsit janë katër: dy kopshte prej ari, stolitë e tyre, enët e tyre dhe çfarë ka në to; dhe dy kopshte prej argjendi, stolitë e tyre, enët e tyre dhe çfarë ka në to. Nuk ka asgjë mes tyre dhe shikimit të Zotit të tyre të Madhëruar, përveç vellos së Madhështisë mbi Fytyrën e Tij në kopshtin e Adnit. Pastaj ato çahen nga lumenjtë në një gropë në kopshtin e Adnit, e pastaj çahen nëpër Xhenet si lumenj».

(128) Kështu është në botimin e Dar Hexher, por e sakta është: (el-Harith bin Ubejd Ebu Kudame) siç është te el-Darimi dhe Ahmedi, shih burimet e takhrixhit.
٥٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ (128)، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «جِنَانُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ أَرْبَعَةٌ: جَنَّتَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، حِلْيَتُهُمَا وَآنِيَتُهُمَا وَمَا فِيهِمَا، وَجَنَّتَانِ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، حِلْيَتُهُمَا وَآنِيَتُهُمَا وَمَا فِيهِمَا، وَمَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَرَوْا رَبَّهُمْ ﷿ إِلَّا رِدَاءُ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ فِي جَنَّةِ عَدْنٍ، ثُمَّ تَصَدَّعُ بِأَنْهَارٍ فِي جَوْبَةٍ فِي جَنَّةِ عَدْنٍ، ثُمَّ تَصَدَّعُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَنْهَارًا».

531 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Harith bin Qudamah (128) narrated to us, from Abu 'Imran al-Jawni, from Abu Bakr bin Abi Musa, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "The gardens of al-Firdaws are four: two gardens of gold, their ornaments, their vessels, and everything in them; and two gardens of silver, their ornaments, their vessels, and everything in them. And there is nothing between them and seeing their Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, except the Veil of Grandeur over His Face in the Garden of 'Adn. Then it splits into rivers in a hollow in the Garden of 'Adn, then it splits into rivers throughout Paradise."

(128) Thus it appears in the Dar Hijr edition, but the correct name is: (Al-Harith bin 'Ubayd Abu Qudamah) as found in al-Darimi and Ahmad; see the sources of extraction.

XIII. حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

533 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sulejman bin el-Mugira, nga Humejd bin Hilali, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu: «Erdha te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe me vete kisha dy burra nga populli im. Arritëm tek ai ndërkohë që ai kishte një misvak me të cilin po pastronte dhëmbët. Ata të dy i kërkuan atij punë (post), ndërsa ai tha: O Ebu Musa, a për këtë keni ardhur? Tha: Thashë: Pasha Allahun, o i Dërguari i Allahut (129), nuk erdha për këtë dhe as nuk më njoftuan për atë që kishin në veten e tyre. Tha: E pashë atë që ngriti buzën e tij të sipërme me misvakun e tij dhe tha: Pasha Allahun, nuk ua japim atë (postin) atij që e kërkon prej jush. Atëherë më dërgoi mua dhe i la ata të dy.»
Këtë hadith e ka transmetuar edhe Jahja bin Saidi, nga Kurra, nga Humejd bin Hilali, nga Ebu Burde, nga Ebu Musa.

(129) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (Pasha Allahun).
٥٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ : «أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَعِي رَجُلَانِ مِنْ قَوْمِي، فَانْتَهَيْنَا إِلَيْهِ وَمَعَهُ مِسْوَاكٌ يَسْتَاكُ بِهِ، فَسَأَلَاهُ الْعَمَلَ، فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا مُوسَى، أَلِهَذَا جِئْتُمْ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: وَاللهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ (129)»، مَا لِهَذَا جِئْتُ، وَلَا أَطْلَعَانِي عَلَى مَا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمَا، قَالَ: فَرَأَيْتُهُ رَفَعَ شَفَتَهُ الْعُلْيَا بِسِوَاكِهِ، وَقَالَ: وَاللهِ لَا نُعْطِيهَا مَنْ طَلَبَهَا مِنْكُمْ، فَبَعَثَنِي وَتَرَكَهُمَا.
وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى.

533 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sulayman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, from Humayd ibn Hilal, who said: Abu Musa al-Ash'ari said: "I came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and with me were two men from my people. We reached him while he had a tooth-stick (siwak) he was using. They both asked him for a position of authority (work). He said: 'O Abu Musa, is this what you came for?' He said: I said: 'By Allah, O Messenger of Allah (129)', I did not come for this, and they did not inform me of what was in their souls. He said: I saw him raise his upper lip with his siwak, and he said: 'By Allah, we do not give it to whoever among you asks for it.' So he sent me and left them both."
And Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated this hadith, from Qurrah, from Humayd ibn Hilal, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa.

534 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Is'haku, ka thënë: Ka thënë El-Esh'ariju: «Erdha te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe nuk e shihja Ibn Mes'udin veçse si pjesë të familjes së tij, për shkak të mirësisë së tij ndaj tyre.» Dhe këtë e ka transmetuar Sufjani, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga El-Eswedi, nga Ebu Musa.
٥٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ : «لَقَدْ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَا أُرَى ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ إِلَّا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ مِنْ لُطْفِهِ بِهِمْ» وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى.
534 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: Al-Ash'ari said: "I came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and I did not see Ibn Mas'ud except as one of his family members because of his closeness to them."
And Sufyan narrated it, from Abu Ishaq, from Al-Aswad, from Abu Musa.

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jahja bin Kethiri dhe Ebu Ubejde, të dy nga Ali bin Zejdi, nga Safuan bin Muhriz el-Maziniu, i cili ka thënë: «Na mbajti hytbe el-Esh'ariu në minberin e Basrës dhe tha: 'Vini re! Vërtet, vera që u ndalua në Medine ishte përzierja e hurmave të papjekura dhe hurmave të pjekura'».
٥٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، وَأَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ ، قَالَ: «خَطَبَنَا الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَلَى مِنْبَرِ الْبَصْرَةِ، فَقَالَ: أَلَا إِنَّ الْخَمْرَ الَّتِي حُرِّمَتْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ خَلِيطُ الْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ».
535 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Kathir and Abu 'Ubaydah both narrated to us, from 'Ali bin Zayd, from Safwan bin Muhriz al-Mazini, who said:

"Al-Ash'ari addressed us from the pulpit of Basra, and he said: 'Indeed, the wine (khamr) that was forbidden in Medina was the mixture of unripe dates (busr) and dried dates (tamr).'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Zijad bin Ilaka, nga një burrë, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Shkatërrimi i umetit tim do të jetë nga goditjet dhe murtaja». Thanë: «O i Dërguari i Allahut, këtë goditjen e njohim, po çfarë është murtaja?» Tha: «Goditje e armiqve tuaj prej xhinëve, dhe në secilën prej tyre ka shehidllëk».
Ebu Avane e transmeton këtë nga Ebu Belxh, nga Ebu Bekr bin Ebu Musa, nga babai i tij, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
٥٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «فَنَاءُ أُمَّتِي بِالطَّعْنِ وَالطَّاعُونِ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، هَذَا الطَّعْنُ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ، فَمَا الطَّاعُونُ؟ قَالَ: طَعْنُ أَعْدَائِكُمْ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَفِي كُلٍّ شَهَادَةٌ».
وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
536 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ziyad bin 'Ilaqah, from a man, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet (saw) said: "The destruction of my nation will be through stabbing and the plague." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, we know what stabbing is, but what is the plague?" He said: "The piercing of your enemies from among the jinn, and in each there is martyrdom."
And Abu 'Awanah narrates it from Abu Balj, from Abu Bakr bin Abi Musa, from his father, from the Prophet (saw).

537 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga El-Hasani, nga Ebu Musa, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:

«Pasha Atë në dorën e të Cilit është shpirti im, vërtet e mira dhe e keqja janë dy krijesa që do të vendosen para njerëzve në Ditën e Kiametit; sa i përket të mirës, ajo u premton njerëzve të saj mirësi dhe i përgëzon ata, ndërsa sa i përket të keqes, ajo thotë: 'Larg meje, larg meje!', por ata nuk do të munden t'i shpëtojnë asaj përveçse duke u ngjitur pas saj.»
٥٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّ الْمَعْرُوفَ وَالْمُنْكَرَ لَخَلِيقَتَانِ يُنْصَبَانِ لِلنَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ; فَأَمَّا الْمَعْرُوفُ فَيَعِدُ أَهْلَهُ الْخَيْرَ وَيُهَنِّئُهُمْ، وَأَمَّا الْمُنْكَرُ فَيَقُولُ: إِلَيْكُمْ إِلَيْكُمْ، وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ لَهُ إِلَّا لُزُومًا».
537 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Al-Hasan, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet (pbuh) said:

"By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, indeed, good (al-ma'ruf) and evil (al-munkar) are two creations that will be set up for the people on the Day of Resurrection; as for good, it promises its people goodness and congratulates them, and as for evil, it says: 'Away from me, away from me!' but they will not be able to do anything except cling to it."
