Thanë: "Jo, o i Dërguari i Allahut." Ata do të thonë: 'Kemi adhuruar Uzejrin, birin e Allahut.' Do t'u thuhet: 'Keni gënjyer, Allahu i Madhëruar nuk ka marrë as bashkëshorte e as fëmijë. Çfarë kërkoni?' Ata do të thonë: 'O Zoti ynë, kemi etje, na jep të pimë.' Atëherë do t'u tregohet: 'A nuk do të shkoni të pini?' Pastaj do të thirren të krishterët e do t'u thuhet: 'Çfarë keni adhuruar?' Ata do të thonë: 'Kemi adhuruar Mesihun, birin e Allahut.' Do t'u thuhet: 'Keni gënjyer, Allahu nuk ka marrë as bashkëshorte e as fëmijë. Çfarë kërkoni?' Ata do të thonë: 'O Zoti ynë, kemi etje, na jep të pimë.' Atëherë do t'u tregohet: 'A nuk do të shkoni të pini?'
Ata do të thonë: 'Po.' Tha: Pastaj do t'i ngrenë kokat e tyre e Ai do të thotë: 'Unë jam Zoti juaj.' Ata do të thonë: 'Ti je Zoti ynë.' Pastaj do të vendoset ura (Sirati) dhe do të lejohet ndërmjetësimi (shefati). Ai (Pejgamberi) do të thotë: 'O Zot, shpëto, shpëto!' Ata do të shkojnë e do t'i nxjerrin; dikë Zjarri do ta ketë kapur deri në kyçet e këmbëve, e dikë deri në gjysmën e kofshëve.

2293 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Kharijah ibn Mus'ab al-Duba'i narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn Aslam, the freed slave of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, narrated to us, from 'Ata ibn Yasar, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, "that some people said during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saw): 'O Messenger of Allah, shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Do you have any difficulty - Abu Dawud said: meaning do you doubt - in seeing the sun at noon when it is clear and there are no clouds?' They said: 'No.' He said: 'Do you have any difficulty in seeing the moon on the night of the full moon when it is clear and there are no clouds?' They said: 'No, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'You will not have any more difficulty in seeing Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, on the Day of Resurrection than you have in seeing either of them. When it is the Day of Resurrection, a caller will announce: Let every nation follow what it used to worship. No one who used to worship anything other than Allah, such as idols and divining arrows, will remain except that they will fall into the Fire, until there remains only those who used to worship Allah, whether righteous or wicked, and the remnants of the People of the Book. Then it will be said: What did you used to worship? They will say: We used to worship 'Uzayr, the son of Allah. It will be said: You have lied; Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has taken neither a companion nor a son. What do you desire? They will say: Our Lord, we are thirsty, so give us drink. It will be pointed out to them: Will you not go to the watering place? Then Hellfire will be displayed to them as if it were a mirage, its parts consuming one another, until they fall into the Fire. Then the Christians will be called, and it will be said to them: What did you used to worship? They will say: We used to worship the Messiah, the son of Allah. It will be said: You have lied; Allah has taken neither a companion nor a son. What do you desire? They will say: Our Lord, we are thirsty, so give us drink. It will be pointed out to them: Will you not go to the watering place? Then Hellfire will be displayed to them as if it were a mirage, its parts consuming one another, until they fall into the Fire. When there remains only those who used to worship Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, whether righteous or wicked, the Lord of the Worlds will come to them and say: What are you waiting for? Every nation has followed what it used to worship. They will say: We separated from the people in the world when we were most in need of them, and we did not keep company with them; we are waiting for our Lord Whom we used to worship. He will say: Is there any sign between you and your Lord by which you can recognize Him? They will say: Yes. Then the Shin will be uncovered, and no one who used to prostrate to Allah willingly in the world will remain except that he will be permitted to prostrate. And no one who used to prostrate out of showing off or hypocrisy will remain except that his back will become a single solid bone; whenever he intends to prostrate, he will fall on his back.' He said: 'Then they will raise their heads and He will say: I am your Lord. They will say: You are our Lord. Then the Bridge (al-Jisr) will be laid, and intercession will be permitted, and he will say: O Lord, grant safety, grant safety.' The believers will pass over the Bridge. It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is the Bridge?' He said: 'A slippery, precarious path, upon which are hooks, claws, and broad thorns, having curved spikes called al-Sa'dan. The believers will pass like the blink of an eye, like lightning, like wind, and like the finest horses and mounts. Some will be saved and secure, some will be scratched but released, and some will be piled up in the Fire. When the believers are saved from the Fire, by Him in Whose Hand is my soul, none of you is more insistent in pleading for the truth than the believers in Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, for their brothers who are in the Fire. They will say: Our Lord, our brothers used to pray with us, fast with us, and perform Hajj with us. He will say: Go, and whoever you recognize by his face, bring him out. Their faces will be forbidden to the Fire. They will go and bring them out; the Fire will have taken some up to their ankles and some up to the middle of their shins. They will bring out many people, then return and say: Our Lord, we have not left in the Fire anyone whom You commanded us to bring out. He will say: Go back, and whoever you find in whose heart is the weight of a dinar of good, bring him out. He said: They will go and bring out many people, then return and say: We have not left in the Fire anyone whom You commanded us to bring out. He will say: Go back, and whoever you find in whose heart is half the weight of a dinar of good, bring him out. They will return and bring out many people, then return and say: We have not left in the Fire anyone whom You commanded us to bring out except that we have brought him out. He will say: Go back, and whoever you find in whose heart is the weight of an atom of good, bring him out. They will go and bring out many people, then return and say: We have not left in the Fire anyone whom You commanded us to bring out except that we have brought him out.' - And Abu Sa'id al-Khudri used to say: 'If you do not believe this Hadith, then read this verse: {Indeed, Allah does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom's weight} the verse. - Then Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will say: 'The angels have interceded, the Prophets have interceded, and the believers have interceded, and none remains but the Most Merciful of the merciful.' He said: 'Then Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will take a handful from the Fire and bring out from it people who never did any good, who have become like charcoal. They will be thrown into a river at the entrances of Paradise called the River of Life. They will emerge from their remains like a seed emerges from the silt of a flood. Have you not seen it near a tree or a stone, how it is green or yellow, and what is in the shade is white?' - They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, it is as if you used to tend flocks in the desert!' - 'They will emerge like pearls, with seals on their necks. It will be said: These are the ones emancipated by Allah, whom He brought out of the Fire without any deed they performed or any good they sent forward. Then it will be said: Enter Paradise; whatever you see is yours. They will say: Our Lord, You have given us what You have not given anyone else in the worlds. He will say: I have for you something better than this. They will say: O Lord, what is better than this? He will say: My pleasure, after which I shall never be angry with you ever again.'"
