أحاديث عامة (General)

89 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: na ka treguar Israili, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga Asim bin Damre, nga Aliu (r.a.), ka thënë: «Vitri nuk është i detyrueshëm, por është një sunet i mirë nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Vërtet, Allahu është Tek dhe e do tekun; prandaj falni vitrin, o njerëz të Kuranit.»
٨٩ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «الْوِتْرُ لَيْسَ بِحَتْمٍ، وَلَكِنَّهُ سُنَّةٌ حَسَنَةٌ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، إِنَّ اللهَ وِتْرٌ يُحِبُّ الْوِتْرَ; فَأَوْتِرُوا يَا أَهْلَ الْقُرْآنِ».
89 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Asim bin Damrah, from 'Ali (ra), he said: "The Witr is not obligatory, but it is a good Sunnah from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). Indeed, Allah is Witr (One) and He loves the Witr; so perform the Witr, O people of the Qur'an."

90 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga el-A'meshi, nga Sa'd bin Ubejde, nga Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemi, nga Aliu (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Vërtet, bindja është vetëm në atë që është e mirë (e lejuar)».
٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، ﵁ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا الطَّاعَةُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ».
90 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Sa'd bin 'Ubaydah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'Obedience is only in what is right.'

91 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ata bin es-Saib, nga Ebu Dhobjan el-Xhenbi, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Pejgamberin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të thotë: «Lapsi është ngritur nga tre: nga i sprovuari - ose ka thënë: i çmenduri - derisa të shërohet, nga fëmija derisa të arrijë pjekurinë ose të fillojë të kuptojë, dhe nga ai që fle derisa të zgjohet».
٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ظِبْيَانَ الْجَنْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ: عَنِ الْمُبْتَلَى - أَوْ قَالَ: الْمَجْنُونِ - حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ، وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَوْ يَعْقِلَ، وَعَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ».
91 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Abu Thibyan al-Janbi, from 'Ali (ra), he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say:

'The pen has been lifted from three: from the afflicted - or he said: the insane - until he recovers, from the child until he reaches puberty or gains intellect, and from the sleeper until he wakes up.'

92 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jezid bin Ata, nga Mutarrifi, nga esh-Sha'bi, nga Ebu Xhuhejfe, i cili ka thënë:
«E pyetëm Aliun (32)»: A keni ndonjë gjë prej shpalljes (vahjit) përveç asaj që është në Librin e Allahut të Madhëruar?
Ai tha: Jo, pasha Atë që ka çarë kokrrën dhe ka krijuar shpirtin, nuk di të ketë gjë tjetër përveç kuptimit që Allahu i Madhëruar i jep njeriut për Librin e Allahut të Madhëruar, ose atë që gjendet në këtë fletë (sahife). Tha: I thashë: E çfarë ka në të? Ai tha: (Rregullat për) dijetin (shpagimin e gjakut), lirimin e të burgosurit dhe që muslimani të mos vritet për (vrasjen e) një mushriku.

(32) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rife ka një shtesë (r.a.).
٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ: «سَأَلْنَا عَلِيًّا (32)»: هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ مِنَ الْوَحْيِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا مَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ ﷿؟ قَالَ: لَا وَالَّذِي فَلَقَ الْحَبَّةَ وَبَرَأَ النَّسَمَةَ، مَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا فَهْمًا يُعْطِيهِ اللهُ ﷿ الرَّجُلَ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ ﷿ أَوْ مَا فِي هَذِهِ الصَّحِيفَةِ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: وَمَا فِيهَا؟ قَالَ: الْعَقْلُ، وَفَكَاكُ الْأَسِيرِ، وَلَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِمُشْرِكٍ.

92 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn 'Ata narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Sha'bi, from Abu Juhayfa, who said:
"We asked 'Ali (32): Do you have any revelation other than what is in the Book of Allah (azwj)?
He said: No, by the One who split the seed and created the soul, I do not know of any except for an understanding that Allah (azwj) grants a man regarding the Book of Allah (azwj), or what is in this sheet. I said: And what is in it? He said: The blood money (al-'Aql), the freeing of the captive, and that a Muslim is not to be killed for a polytheist."

(32) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is the addition of (ra).

93 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar El-Kasim bin Muhaimireh duke treguar nga Shurejh bin Hani, i cili ka thënë: «E pyeta Aishen për mes-hin mbi meste, e ajo tha: Pyet Aliun (33)», sepse ai udhëtonte me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.). Atëherë e pyeta atë, e ai tha: Për udhëtarin janë tri ditë e tri net, ndërsa për vendasin një ditë e një natë.

(33) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (r.a.).
٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُخَيْمِرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ، قَالَ: «سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ، قَالَتْ: سَلْ عَلِيًّا (33)»، فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ، وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ.

93 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, he said: I heard Al-Qasim bin Mukhaymirah narrating from Shurayh bin Hani, he said: "I asked Aisha about wiping over the leather socks (khuffayn), she said: 'Ask Ali (33)', for he used to travel with the Messenger of Allah (saw). So I asked him, and he said: For the traveler, three days and their nights, and for the resident, one day and a night."

94 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Na ka njoftuar el-Hakemi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ibn Ebi Lejla, i cili ka thënë:
Na ka treguar Ali b. Ebi Talibi (r.a.) se Fatimja (r.a.) u ankua për gjurmët që i kishte lënë rrotullimi i mokrës në dorën e saj. Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) i sollën disa robër lufte, kështu që ajo shkoi (për të kërkuar një shërbëtor), por nuk e gjeti atë. Ajo takoi Aishen (r.a.) dhe e njoftoi atë. Kur erdhi Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), Aisha e njoftoi për ardhjen e Fatimes te ai. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) erdhi tek ne kur ne kishim rënë në shtrat. Ne u përpoqëm të ngriheshim, por i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Qëndroni në vendet tuaja." Ai u ul mes nesh, saqë unë ndjeva ftohtësinë e këmbëve të tij në gjoksin tim, dhe tha: "A t'ju mësoj diçka më të mirë se ajo që kërkuat? Kur të shkoni në shtratin tuaj, thoni 'Allahu Ekber' tridhjetë e katër herë, 'Subhanallah' tridhjetë e tri herë dhe 'Elhamdulilah' tridhjetë e tri herë. Kjo është më e mirë për ju sesa një shërbëtor."
٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، ﵁ «أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ ﵂ اشْتَكَتْ مَا تَلْقَى مِنْ أَثَرِ الرَّحَى فِي يَدِهَا، فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِسَبْيٍ فَانْطَلَقَتْ، فَلَمْ تَجِدْهُ، وَلَقِيَتْ عَائِشَةَ ﵂ فَأَخْبَرَتْهَا، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ بِمَجِيءِ فَاطِمَةَ إِلَيْهِ، فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا مَضَاجِعَنَا، فَذَهَبْنَا نَقُومُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: عَلَى مَكَانِكُمَا، فَقَعَدَ بَيْنَنَا حَتَّى وَجَدْتُ بَرْدَ قَدَمَيْهِ عَلَى صَدْرِي، فَقَالَ: أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكُمَا خَيْرًا مِمَّا سَأَلْتُمَا، إِذَا أَخَذْتُمَا مَضَاجِعَكُمَا أَنْ تُكَبِّرَا اللهَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، وَتُسَبِّحَا ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَتَحْمَدَاهُ، ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمَا مِنْ خَادِمٍ».
94 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Al-Hakam informed us, he said: I heard Ibn Abi Layla, he said:
Ali bin Abi Talib (ra) narrated to us: "That Fatimah (ra) complained of what she suffered from the effect of the hand-mill on her hand. So some captives were brought to the Prophet (pbuh), and she went but did not find him, and she met Aisha (ra) and informed her. When the Prophet (pbuh) came, Aisha informed him of Fatimah's visit to him. The Prophet (pbuh) then came to us when we had already gone to our beds. We started to get up, but the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Stay in your places.' He sat between us until I felt the coldness of his feet on my chest. He said: 'Shall I not teach you something better than what you asked for? When you go to your beds, say "Allahu Akbar" thirty-four times, "Subhan Allah" thirty-three times, and "Alhamdulillah" thirty-three times; for that is better for you than a servant.'"

95 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-Hakemi, nga Jahja bin el-Xhezzari, nga Aliu, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.):

«Se ai ishte në ditën e Ahzabit në një nga pozicionet e hendekut, e tha: "Na penguan nga namazi i mesëm derisa perëndoi dielli. Allahu ua mbushtë varret dhe shtëpitë e tyre me zjarr, ose varret dhe barqet e tyre me zjarr".»
٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ عَلَى فُرْضَةٍ مِنْ فِرَاضِ الْخَنْدَقِ، فَقَالَ: شَغَلُونَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ، مَلَأَ اللهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا، أَوْ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُطُونَهُمْ نَارًا».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from Yahya bin al-Jazzar, from Ali, from the Prophet (pbuh) that on the Day of al-Ahzab (the Confederates), he was at an opening among the openings of the trench, and he said: "They distracted us from the middle prayer until the sun had set. May Allah fill their graves and their houses with fire," or "their graves and their bellies with fire."

96 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, nga Ali bin Husejni, nga Mervan bin El-Hakemi, i cili ka thënë: «I kam parë Osmanin dhe Aliun (r.a.) midis Mekës dhe Medinës, ndërsa Osmani po ndalonte nga Temetua (lidhja e Umres me Haxhin), ose që t'i bashkonte të dyja. Kur Aliu e pa këtë, ai bëri Telbijen për të dyja së bashku dhe tha: Lebbejk me Umre dhe Haxh së bashku. Atëherë Osmani tha: Ti po më sheh mua që po i ndaloj njerëzit nga diçka, ndërsa ti po e bën atë?! Ai tha: Unë nuk do ta braktisja sunetin e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për fjalën e askujt prej njerëzve».
٩٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ: «شَهِدْتُ عُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيًّا ﵄ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ، وَعُثْمَانُ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ، أَوْ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ عَلِيٌّ أَهَلَّ بِهِمَا جَمِيعًا، فَقَالَ: لَبَّيْكَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجَّةٍ مَعًا، فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: تَرَانِي أَنْهَى النَّاسَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ وَأَنْتَ تَفْعَلُهُ؟! قَالَ: مَا كُنْتُ لِأَدَعَ سُنَّةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِقَوْلِ أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ».
96 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from 'Ali bin Husayn, from Marwan bin Al-Hakam, who said: "I witnessed 'Uthman and 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) between Makkah and Madinah, while 'Uthman was forbidding the Tamattu' (Hajj combined with 'Umrah), or combining them both. When 'Ali saw that, he entered the state of Ihram for both of them together, saying: 'Labbayk for 'Umrah and Hajj together.' 'Uthman said: 'Do you see me forbidding the people from something and you do it?!' He ('Ali) replied: 'I would not leave the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw) for the statement of anyone among the people.'"

97 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga el-Hakemi, nga një burrë prej banorëve të Basrës, të cilin banorët e Basrës e thërrisnin me kunjen Ebu el-Muverri', ndërsa banorët e Kufës e thërrisnin me kunjen Ebu Muhamed, dhe ai ishte nga fisi Hudhejl, nga Aliu bin Ebu Talibi (r.a.), i cili ka thënë:

«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ishte në një xhenaze dhe tha: 'Kush prej jush shkon në Medine dhe nuk lë në të asnjë idhull pa e thyer, asnjë figurë pa e fshirë (lyer) dhe asnjë varr (të ngritur) pa e rrafshuar?' Një burrë nga njerëzit u ngrit dhe tha: 'Unë, o i Dërguari i Allahut'. Burri shkoi, por sikur u frikësua nga banorët e Medines dhe u kthye. Atëherë shkoi Aliu (r.a.) dhe kur u kthye tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, nuk erdha tek ti derisa nuk lashë në të asnjë idhull pa e thyer, asnjë varr pa e rrafshuar dhe asnjë figurë pa e fshirë'. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Kushdo që i kthehet punimit të ndonjë gjëje prej tyre...', dhe tha për këtë fjalë të rënda. Pastaj i tha Aliut: 'Mos u bëj sprovues (fitneaxhi), as mendjemadh, as tregtar, përveçse tregtar i së mirës, sepse ata janë të parët në vepra'».
٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ، وَيُكَنُّونَهُ أَهْلُ الْبَصْرَةِ أَبَا الْمُوَرِّعِ، وَأَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ يُكَنُّونَهُ بِأَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ ، وَكَانَ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي جِنَازَةٍ فَقَالَ: أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِي الْمَدِينَةَ فَلَا يَدَعُ فِيهَا وَثَنًا إِلَّا كَسَرَهُ، وَلَا صُورَةً إِلَّا لَطَّخَهَا، وَلَا قَبْرًا إِلَّا سَوَّاهُ؟ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَنَا، فَانْطَلَقَ الرَّجُلُ، فَكَأَنَّهُ هَابَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَرَجَعَ، فَانْطَلَقَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁ فَرَجَعَ فَقَالَ: مَا أَتَيْتُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ حَتَّى لَمْ أَدَعْ فِيهَا وَثَنًا إِلَّا كَسَرْتُهُ، وَلَا قَبْرًا إِلَّا سَوَّيْتُهُ، وَلَا صُورَةً إِلَّا لَطَّخْتُهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَنْ عَادَ لِصَنْعَةِ شَيْءٍ مِنْهَا، فَقَالَ فِيهِ قَوْلًا شَدِيدًا، وَقَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ: لَا تَكُنْ فَتَّانًا، وَلَا مُخْتَالًا، وَلَا تَاجِرًا، إِلَّا تَاجِرَ خَيْرٍ، فَإِنَّ أُولَئِكَ الْمَسْبُوقُونَ فِي الْعَمَلِ».
97 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from a man from the people of Basra, whom the people of Basra nickname Abu Al-Muwarri' and the people of Kufa nickname Abu Muhammad, and he was from Hudhayl, from 'Ali bin Abi Talib (ra), who said:

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) was at a funeral and said: 'Which of you will go to Medina and leave no idol therein without breaking it, no image without defacing it, and no grave without leveling it?' A man from the people stood up and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I will.' So the man set out, but it was as if he feared the people of Medina, so he returned. Then 'Ali (ra) set out and returned, saying: 'I have not come back to you, O Messenger of Allah, until I left no idol therein without breaking it, no grave without leveling it, and no image without defacing it.' The Prophet (saw) then said: 'Whoever returns to the making of any of these things...' and he spoke sternly regarding it. And he said to 'Ali: 'Do not be a seeker of discord (fattan), nor arrogant, nor a merchant, except a merchant of good, for those are the ones surpassed in [good] deeds.'"

98 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, nga Ebu Avane, nga Xhabiri, nga Abdullah bin Nuxhej, nga Aliu (r.a.), ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar (kurbanin) me vesh të prerë dhe me bri të thyer».
٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُجَيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ عَضْبَاءِ الْأُذُنِ وَالْقَرْنِ».
98 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Abu 'Awanah, from Jabir, from 'Abdullah bin Nujayy, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "The Prophet (pbuh) forbade [sacrificing] an animal with a slit ear or a broken horn."

99 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Katade, nga Xhurej bin Kulejb, i cili e ka dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë:

«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka ndaluar që të bëhet kurban kafsha me vesh ose brirë të thyer (adhba').»

Katade ka thënë: E pyeta Seid bin el-Musejjibin për 'el-adhb', e ai tha: 'Gjysma ose më shumë.'
٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ جُرَيِّ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ ، سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا ، ﵁ يَقُولُ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُضَحَّى بِعَضْبَاءِ الْأُذُنِ وَالْقَرْنِ» قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الْعَضْبِ، فَقَالَ: النِّصْفُ فَمَا زَادَ.
99 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Juray bin Kulayb, who heard 'Ali (ra) saying:
"The Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade sacrificing an animal with a broken ear or horn."
Qatadah said: I asked Sa'id bin al-Musayyib about 'al-Adhb' (broken/mutilated), and he said: "Half or more."

100 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu el-Behteriun duke thënë: Më ka treguar ai që e ka dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) më dërgoi në Jemen, i thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, po më dërgon ndërkohë që unë jam një burrë i ri në moshë dhe nuk kam njohuri për shumë nga gjykimet. Tha: Atëherë ai goditi me dorën e tij në gjoksin tim dhe tha: Vërtet (34) Allahu i Madhëruar do ta forcojë gjuhën tënde dhe do ta udhëzojë zemrën tënde (35), kështu që kurrë nuk u ndjeva i paaftë në ndonjë gjykim mes dy personave (36)».

١٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «لَمَّا بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بَعَثْتَنِي وَأَنَا رَجُلٌ حَدِيثُ السِّنِّ، لَا عِلْمَ لِي بِكَثِيرٍ مِنَ الْقَضَاءِ، قَالَ: فَضَرَبَ يَدَهُ فِي صَدْرِي، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ (34) اللهَ ﷿ سَيُثَبِّتُ لِسَانَكَ وَيَهْدِي قَلْبَكَ (35)، فَمَا أَعْيَانِي قَضَاءٌ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ (36)».

100 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, who heard Abu al-Bakhtari saying: Someone who heard 'Ali (ra) narrated to me, saying: "When the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent me to Yemen, I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, you are sending me while I am a young man, and I have no knowledge of much of the judicial matters.' He said: Then he struck his hand against my chest and said: 'Indeed (34) Allah (azwj) will soon make your tongue firm and guide your heart (35).' Since then, no judgment between two people (36) has ever exhausted me."

Aliun duke thënë: «Kur t'ju tregoj ndonjë hadith nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), mendoni për të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) atë që është më e mira, më udhëzuesja dhe më e devotshmja.»
١٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ، يَقُولُ: «إِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَدِيثًا فَظُنُّوا بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَهْنَاهُ وَأَهْدَاهُ وَأَتْقَاهُ».
101 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he heard Abu al-Bakhtari narrating from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, who said: I heard 'Ali saying:

"When I narrate a hadith to you from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), then think of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) as being the most fitting, the most guiding, and the most God-fearing."

102 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka lajmëruar Amër bin Murre, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Seid bin el-Musejjibin duke thënë: «Aliu dhe Uthmani (r.a.) u takuan në Usfan. Uthmani e ndalonte Temettu-un (lloj i haxhit), ndërsa Aliu i tha: Çfarë dëshiron me këtë, të ndalosh një veprim që e ka bërë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)? Uthmani i tha: Na lër rehat. Aliu tha: Unë nuk mund të të lë rehat. Kur e pa këtë, ai bëri telbije për të dyja (Haxhin dhe Umren) së bashku.»
١٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ: «اجْتَمَعَ عَلِيٌّ وَعُثْمَانُ ﵄ بِعُسْفَانَ، وَكَانَ عُثْمَانُ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ : مَا تُرِيدُ إِلَى أَمْرٍ فَعَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَنْهَى عَنْهُ؟ فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: دَعْنَا مِنْكَ، قَالَ: إِنِّي لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ أَدَعَكَ مِنِّي فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ أَهَلَّ بِهِمَا جَمِيعًا».
102 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib say: "Ali and 'Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them both) met at 'Usfan, and 'Uthman used to forbid the Tamattu' (Hajj combined with 'Umrah). Ali said: 'What do you intend by forbidding a matter that the Messenger of Allah (saw) performed?' 'Uthman said: 'Leave us alone.' Ali replied: 'I cannot leave you alone.' When Ali saw that, he entered the state of Ihram for both of them (Hajj and 'Umrah) together."

103 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bin Murre, i cili e ka dëgjuar Abdullah bin Selimen duke thënë: «Hyra te Aliu bin Ebi Talibi (r.a.), unë dhe dy burra; një burrë prej nesh dhe një burrë nga Beni Esed - ashtu mendoj - dhe ai i dërgoi ata të dy në një drejtim e u tha: Ju të dy jeni burra të fortë, andaj veproni me forcë për fenë tuaj. Pastaj ai hyri në vendin e nevojës, pastaj doli, mori një grusht ujë dhe u fshi me të, pastaj filloi të lexonte Kuran. Ai na pa që ne e mohuam këtë (u habitëm), andaj tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) hynte në nevojtore, kryente nevojën, pastaj dilte, hante mish me ne dhe lexonte Kuran, dhe asgjë nuk e pengonte atë - e ndoshta ka thënë: nuk e ndalonte atë - nga Kurani asgjë, përveç xhunubllëkut».
١٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ سَلِمَةَ ، يَقُولُ: «دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، أَنَا وَرَجُلَانِ; رَجُلٌ مِنَّا وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ - أَحْسَبُ - فَبَعَثَهُمَا وَجْهًا، وَقَالَ: إِنَّكُمَا عِلْجَانِ فَعَالِجَا عَنْ دِينِكُمَا، ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْمَخْرَجَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَأَخَذَ حَفْنَةً مِنْ مَاءٍ فَمَسَحَ بِهَا، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ، فَرَآنَا أَنْكَرْنَا ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَدْخُلُ الْخَلَاءَ فَيَقْضِي الْحَاجَةَ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ، فَيَأْكُلُ مَعَنَا اللَّحْمَ، وَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَلَا يَحْجُبُهُ - وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: وَلَا يَحْجِزُهُ - عَنِ الْقُرْآنِ شَيْءٌ لَيْسَ الْجَنَابَةَ».
103 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he heard 'Abdullah ibn Salimah saying: "I entered upon 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra), myself and two other men; a man from us and a man from Banu Asad - I believe - so he sent them on a mission and said: 'You two are strong men, so strive for your religion.' Then he entered the place of relieving oneself, then he came out and took a handful of water and wiped with it, then he began to recite the Qur'an. He saw that we disapproved of that, so he said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to enter the toilet and relieve himself, then he would come out and eat meat with us, and recite the Qur'an, and nothing would prevent him - or perhaps he said: hinder him - from the Qur'an except for major ritual impurity (Janabah)."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Sa'd bin Ibrahimi, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Sheddadin, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) nuk i ka bashkuar të dy prindërit e tij për askënd përveç Sa'dit, sepse atij i tha në ditën e Uhudit: 'Gjuaj, o Sa'd, të qofshin falë babai dhe nëna ime!'»
١٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ شَدَّادٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: «مَا جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَوَيْهِ لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا لِسَعْدٍ، فَإِنَّهُ قَالَ لَهُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ: ارْمِ سَعْدُ فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي».
104 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, he said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Shaddad, he said: I heard 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) did not combine his parents for anyone except for Sa'd, for he said to him on the day of Uhud: 'Shoot, Sa'd, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you.'"

105 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hunejni, nga babai i tij, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Më ka ndaluar i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) që të lexoj Kuran ndërsa jam në ruku, të vesh rroba të lyera me shafran (muasfar) dhe të mbaj unazë ari.»
١٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ وَأَنَا رَاكِعٌ، وَأَنْ أَلْبَسَ الْمُعَصْفَرَ، وَأَنْ أَتَخَتَّمَ بِالذَّهَبِ».
105 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ibrahim bin 'Abdullah bin Hunayn, from his father, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade me from reciting the Qur'an while I am bowing, from wearing garments dyed with safflower, and from wearing a gold ring."

106 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga el-Amashi, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Mundhir eth-Thevriun duke treguar nga Muhamed ibn el-Hanefije, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Më erdhi turp ta pyesja të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për medhjin për shkak të Fatimes, andaj urdhërova një burrë që ta pyeste atë, e ai tha: “Për këtë duhet marrë abdest”.»
١٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُنْذِرًا الثَّوْرِيَّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «اسْتَحْيَيْتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ مِنْ أَجْلِ فَاطِمَةَ، فَأَمَرْتُ رَجُلًا فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ: فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ».
106 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, he said: I heard Mundhir al-Thawri narrating from Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah, from Ali (ra), he said: "I was shy to ask the Messenger of Allah (saw) about prostatic fluid (madhy) because of Fatimah, so I commanded a man to ask him, and he said: 'For it, there is wudu (ablution).'"

107 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Avn (37) bin Ebi Xhuhejfe, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar babanë tim duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Aliun duke thënë: «Kur t'ju tregoj diçka nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), të rrëzohem nga qielli është më e dashur për mua sesa të them për të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) atë që ai nuk e ka thënë. E kur t'ju tregoj sipas mendimit tim, atëherë vërtet lufta është mashtrim».

١٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَوْنُ (37) بْنُ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ، يَقُولُ: «إِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَأَنْ أَخِرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَقُولَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا لَمْ يَقُلْ، وَإِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ بِرَأْيِي فَإِنَّ الْحَرْبَ خَدْعَةٌ».

107 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Awn (37) bin Abi Juhayfah informed me, he said: I heard my father saying: I heard 'Ali saying: "When I narrate to you from the Messenger of Allah (saw), then for me to fall from the sky is dearer to me than to say about the Messenger of Allah (saw) what he did not say. But when I narrate to you from my own opinion, then indeed war is deception."

108 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be dhe Verka, nga Mensuri, nga Rib'ij bin Hirashi; Shu'be ka thënë: nga Aliu, ndërsa Verka ka thënë: nga Rib'ij, nga një burrë, nga Aliu (r.a.), se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk beson asnjë rob derisa të besojë në katër gjëra: të dëshmojë se nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut dhe se unë jam i Dërguari i Allahut, i cili më dërgoi me të Vërtetën; të besojë në vdekjen; të besojë në ringjalljen; dhe të besojë në Kaderin (Paracaktimin).»
١٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَوَرْقَاءُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَقَالَ وَرْقَاءُ: عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يُؤْمِنُ عَبْدٌ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَ بِأَرْبَعٍ: يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ، بَعَثَنِي بِالْحَقِّ، وَيُؤْمِنَ بِالْمَوْتِ، وَيُؤْمِنَ بِالْبَعْثِ، وَيُؤْمِنَ بِالْقَدَرِ».
108 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Warqa' narrated to us, from Mansur, from Rib'i bin Hirash. Shu'bah said: from 'Ali, and Warqa' said: from Rib'i, from a man, from 'Ali (ra), that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "No servant believes until he believes in four things: he bears witness that there is no god but Allah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah, He sent me with the truth; and he believes in death; and he believes in the Resurrection; and he believes in the Divine Decree (Qadar)."

Më ka njoftuar Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Rib'ij bin Hirashin, i cili ka thënë:
Kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke mbajtur hytbe e duke thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Mos shpifni gënjeshtra ndaj meje; sepse ai që shpif gënjeshtra ndaj meje, do të hyjë në Zjarr».
١٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْصُورٌ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رِبْعِيَّ بْنَ حِرَاشٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَخْطُبُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا تَكْذِبُوا عَلَيَّ; فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَكْذِبْ عَلَيَّ يَلِجِ النَّارَ».
109 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Mansur informed me, he said: I heard Rib'i bin Hirash say: I heard 'Ali (ra) delivering a sermon and he was saying: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Do not tell lies about me; for indeed, whoever tells a lie about me shall enter the Fire."

110 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin duke treguar nga Vehb bin el-Exhde', nga Aliu (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos falni namaz pas ikindisë, përveç nëse faleni ndërsa dielli është (ende) lart».
١١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ الْأَجْدَعِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا تُصَلُّوا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، إِلَّا أَنْ تُصَلُّوا وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ».
110 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, he said: I heard Hilal bin Yasaf narrating from Wahb bin al-Ajda', from 'Ali (ra), that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Do not pray after 'Asr, unless you pray while the sun is still high."

111 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Zubejdi, nga Sa'd bin Ubejde, nga Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemi, nga Aliu (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi një ekspeditë dhe caktoi një njeri si komandant mbi ta, duke i urdhëruar ata që t'i bindeshin atij. Ai (komandanti) ndezi një zjarr për ta dhe i urdhëroi që të hidheshin në të. Disa njerëz synuan ta bënin këtë, ndërsa të tjerët thanë: 'Ne kemi ikur pikërisht nga zjarri (duke u bërë muslimanë)'. Kështu që ata refuzuan. Më pas, kur u kthyen te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ia përmendën këtë atij, dhe i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Sikur të kishin hyrë në të, nuk do të dilnin prej tij deri në Ditën e Kiametit. Nuk ka bindje ndaj asnjë njeriu në mosbindje ndaj Allahut të Madhëruar. Bindja është vetëm në punët e mira (el-ma'ruf)'.
١١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً وَأَمَّرَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَجُلًا، وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يُطِيعُوهُ، فَأَجَّجَ لَهُمْ نَارًا، وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَقْتَحِمُوهَا، فَهَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَنْ يَفْعَلُوا، وَقَالَ آخَرُونَ: إِنَّمَا فَرَرْنَا مِنَ النَّارِ، فَأَبَوْا، ثُمَّ قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَوْ دَخَلُوهَا لَمْ يَزَالُوا فِيهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، لَا طَاعَةَ لِبَشَرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ ﷿، إِنَّمَا الطَّاعَةُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ».
111 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Zubayd, from Sa'd bin 'Ubaydah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, from 'Ali (ra), "that the Prophet (saw) sent an expedition and appointed a man over them, and commanded them to obey him. Then he (the leader) kindled a fire for them and commanded them to jump into it. Some people intended to do so, while others said: 'We only fled from the fire.' So they refused. Then they came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and mentioned that to him. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'If they had entered it, they would have remained in it until the Day of Resurrection. There is no obedience to a human being in disobedience to Allah (azwj); obedience is only in what is right.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ali bin Mudrik, ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu Zur'ah bin Amr bin Xheririn, të tregojë nga Abdullah bin Nuxhej, nga Aliu (r.a.), se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Melaiket nuk hyjnë në një shtëpi në të cilën ka figurë dhe as (në atë ku ka) xhunub».
١١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُجَيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ صُورَةٌ وَلَا جُنُبٌ».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn Mudrik, he said: I heard Abu Zur'ah ibn 'Amr ibn Jarir narrating from 'Abdullah ibn Nujayy, from 'Ali (ra), that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The angels do not enter a house in which there is an image or a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub)."

113 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sufjan bin Ujejne dhe Abdulaiziz bin Ebi Seleme, që të dy e kanë dëgjuar Ez-Zuhriun duke thënë: Më kanë treguar El-Hasani dhe Abdullahu, bijtë e Muhamed ibn el-Hanefijes, nga babai i tyre, se Aliu (r.a.) i ka thënë një njeriu që jepte fetva për martesën e përkohshme (muta): 'Shiko se çfarë po jep fetva? Unë dëshmoj se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar martesën e përkohshme (muta) dhe ngrënien e mishit të gomarëve shtëpiakë'.
١١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، كِلَاهُمَا سَمِعَا الزُّهْرِيَّ ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ، ابْنَا مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا ، «أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، ﵁ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ يُفْتِي فِي الْمُتْعَةِ: انْظُرْ مَاذَا تُفْتِي؟ فَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ، وَعَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ».
113 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah and 'Abd al-'Aziz bin Abi Salamah narrated to us, both of whom heard al-Zuhri saying: Al-Hasan and 'Abdullah, the sons of Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah, narrated to me from their father, that 'Ali (ra) said to a man who was giving a legal ruling (fatwa) regarding Mut'ah (temporary marriage): "Look at what you are ruling? For I bear witness that the Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade the marriage of Mut'ah and the eating of the meat of domestic donkeys."

114 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga es-Suddiu, nga Sa'd b. Ubejdeja, nga Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemiu, i cili ka thënë: «Aliu (r.a.) mbajti hytbe dhe tha: O ju njerëz, zbatojini dënimet (hududet) mbi skllevërit tuaj, qofshin ata të martuar apo të pamartuar, sepse një robëreshë e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) bëri zina, dhe ai më urdhëroi që ta fshikulloja. Shkova tek ajo dhe pashë se ajo sapo kishte lindur (ishte në nifas), andaj u frikësova se po ta fshikulloja, do të vdiste. Shkova te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe e njoftova, e ai tha: 'Mirë ke vepruar'.»
١١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ: «خَطَبَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁، فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، أَقِيمُوا الْحُدُودَ عَلَى أَرِقَّائِكُمْ، مَنْ أَحْصَنَ مِنْهُمْ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُحْصِنْ، فَإِنَّ أَمَةً لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ زَنَتْ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَجْلِدَهَا، فَأَتَيْتُهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ حَدِيثَةُ عَهْدٍ بِالنِّفَاسِ، فَخَشِيتُ إِنْ أَنَا جَلَدْتُهَا أَنْ تَمُوتَ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ: أَحْسَنْتَ».
114 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Al-Suddi, from Sa'd ibn 'Ubaydah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, who said: 'Ali (ra) delivered a sermon and said: "O people, establish the prescribed punishments (Hudud) upon your slaves, those among them who are married and those who are not. For indeed, a slave-girl belonging to the Messenger of Allah (saw) committed adultery, and he commanded me to lash her. So I went to her and found that she had recently given birth. I feared that if I lashed her, she might die. So I went to the Prophet (saw) and informed him, and he said: 'You did well.'"

115 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, Kajsi dhe Selami, të gjithë nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Halid bin Ar'are, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Kur u rrënua Shtëpia (Qabeja) pas Xhurhumit, e ndërtuan Kurejshët. Kur dëshiruan ta vendosnin Gurin, u grindën se kush do ta vendoste atë. Atëherë ranë dakord që ta vendoste ai që hynte i pari nga kjo derë. I dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) hyri nga dera e Beni Shejbes. Ai urdhëroi të sjellin një rrobë dhe ajo u shtrua, pastaj e mori Gurin dhe e vendosi në mesin e saj. Ai urdhëroi që nga çdo fis të merrnin nga një skaj të rrobës dhe ta ngrinin atë, pastaj i dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e mori atë dhe e vendosi (në vendin e vet).»
١١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، وَقَيْسٌ ، وَسَلَّامٌ ، كُلُّهُمْ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «لَمَّا انْهَدَمَ الْبَيْتُ بَعْدَ جُرْهُمٍ فَبَنَتْهُ قُرَيْشٌ، فَلَمَّا أَرَادُوا وَضْعَ الْحَجَرِ تَشَاجَرُوا مَنْ يَضَعُهُ، فَاتَّفَقُوا عَلَى أَنْ يَضَعَهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ يَدْخُلُ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ، فَدَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ بَابِ بَنِي شَيْبَةَ، فَأَمَرَ بِثَوْبٍ فَوُضِعَ، فَأَخَذَ الْحَجَرَ فَوَضَعَهُ فِي وَسَطِهِ، وَأَمَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَخِذٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوا بِطَائِفَةٍ مِنَ الثَّوْبِ فَيَرْفَعُوهُ، وَأَخَذَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَوَضَعَهُ».
115 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah, Qays, and Sallam all narrated to us, from Simak bin Harb, from Khalid bin 'Ar'arah, from 'Ali (ra), who said: "When the House (the Ka'bah) collapsed after the time of Jurhum, Quraysh rebuilt it. When they wanted to place the Black Stone, they disputed over who should place it. They agreed that the first person to enter through this gate should place it. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) entered through the gate of Bani Shaybah. He ordered for a garment to be brought and it was laid out. He took the Stone and placed it in the middle of it, then he ordered a representative from every tribe to take hold of a side of the garment and lift it. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) took it and placed it (in its position)."

116 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, Kajs bin er-Rebi' dhe Ebu Avane - të gjithë - nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Hanash bin el-Mu'temir el-Kinani, na ka treguar Ali bin Ebi Talibi (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Kur më dërgoi i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në Jemen, një popull gërmoi një gropë (zubje) për luanin. Njerëzit u grumbulluan rreth gropës dhe luani ra në të. Pastaj një burrë ra brenda, ai u kap pas një tjetri, e tjetri pas një tjetri, derisa u bënë katër veta. Luani i plagosi ata brenda saj dhe ata vdiqën. Njerëzit morën armët dhe desh filloi lufta mes tyre. Ai tha: Shkova tek ata dhe u thashë: A do të vrisni dyqind burra për shkak të katër njerëzve? Ejani të gjykoj mes jush me një gjykim; nëse jeni të kënaqur me të, ai do të jetë gjykimi mes jush, e nëse refuzoni, çojeni çështjen te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), sepse ai ka më shumë të drejtë për gjykim. Ai tha: Kështu, ai caktoi për të parin një të katërtën e dijetit (shpagimit), për të dytin një të tretën e dijetit, për të tretin gjysmën e dijetit dhe për të katërtin dijetin e plotë. Ai i ngarkoi dijetet mbi ata që ishin të pranishëm te gropa, mbi katër fiset. Disa prej tyre u zemëruan e disa u kënaqën. Pastaj erdhën te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe ia treguan ngjarjen. Ai tha: Unë do të gjykoj mes jush. Dikush tha: Aliu tashmë ka gjykuar mes nesh. Atëherë e njoftuan atë për atë që kishte gjykuar Aliu (38)», dhe i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Gjykimi është ashtu siç ka gjykuar Aliu. Këtë e tha Hammadi, ndërsa Kajsi tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e miratoi gjykimin e Aliut.

١١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، وَقَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ - كُلُّهُمْ - عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَنَشِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ الْكِنَانِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، قَالَ: «لَمَّا بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ حَفَرَ قَوْمٌ زُبْيَةً لِلْأَسَدِ، فَازْدَحَمَ النَّاسُ عَلَى الزُّبْيَةِ، وَوَقَعَ فِيهَا الْأَسَدُ، فَوَقَعَ فِيهَا رَجُلٌ، وَتَعَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ بِرَجُلٍ، وَتَعَلَّقَ الْآخَرُ بِالْآخَرِ، حَتَّى صَارُوا أَرْبَعَةً، فَجَرَحَهُمُ الْأَسَدُ فِيهَا فَهَلَكُوا، وَحَمَلَ الْقَوْمُ السِّلَاحَ، فَكَادُوا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ قِتَالٌ، قَالَ: فَأَتَيْتُهُمْ فَقُلْتُ: أَتَقْتُلُونَ مِائَتَيْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَرْبَعَةِ أُنَاسٍ؟ تَعَالَوْا أَقْضِ بَيْنَكُمْ بِقَضَاءٍ، فَإِنْ رَضِيتُمُوهُ فَهُوَ قَضَاءٌ بَيْنَكُمْ، وَإِنْ أَبَيْتُمْ رَفَعْتُمْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِالْقَضَاءِ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ لِلْأَوَّلِ رُبُعَ الدِّيَةِ، وَجَعَلَ لِلثَّانِي ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ، وَجَعَلَ لِلثَّالِثِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ، وَجَعَلَ لِلرَّابِعِ الدِّيَةَ، وَجَعَلَ الدِّيَاتِ عَلَى مَنْ حَضَرَ الزُّبْيَةَ، عَلَى الْقَبَائِلِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ، فَسَخِطَ بَعْضُهُمْ وَرَضِيَ بَعْضُهُمْ، ثُمَّ قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَصُّوا عَلَيْهِ الْقِصَّةَ، فَقَالَ: أَنَا أَقْضِي بَيْنَكُمْ، فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ: فَإِنَّ عَلِيًّا قَدْ قَضَى بَيْنَنَا، فَأَخْبَرُوهُ بِمَا قَضَى عَلِيٌّ (38)»، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: الْقَضَاءُ كَمَا قَضَى عَلِيٌّ قَالَ هَذَا حَمَّادٌ، وَقَالَ قَيْسٌ: فَأَمْضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَاءَ عَلِيٍّ.

116 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah, Qays ibn al-Rabi', and Abu 'Awanah - all of them - narrated to us from Simak ibn Harb, from Hanash ibn al-Mu'tamir al-Kinani, Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra) narrated to us, he said: "When the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent me to Yemen, a group of people dug a pit for a lion. The people crowded around the pit, and the lion fell into it. Then a man fell in, and that man grabbed another man, and that one grabbed another, until they became four. The lion wounded them in the pit and they perished. The people then took up arms, and they were on the verge of fighting one another. He said: So I came to them and said: 'Will you kill two hundred men for the sake of four people? Come, I will judge between you with a ruling. If you are satisfied with it, then it is the judgment between you, and if you refuse, you shall raise the matter to the Messenger of Allah (saw), for he has more right to judge.' He said: So he assigned for the first one a quarter of the blood money, for the second one a third of the blood money, for the third one half of the blood money, and for the fourth one the full blood money. He placed the blood money payments upon those who were present at the pit, from the four tribes. Some of them were displeased while others were satisfied. Then they came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and related the story to him. He said: 'I shall judge between you.' Someone said: 'Indeed, Ali has already judged between us,' and they informed him of what Ali had judged (38)." The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "The judgment is as Ali judged." This was said by Hammad. Qays said: "So the Messenger of Allah (saw) upheld the judgment of Ali."

117 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be (39), nga Ebu Ishaku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Asim bin Damrah es-Seluliun duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ali bin Ebu Talibin (r.a.) duke thënë:
«Në çdo pjesë të natës Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka falur vitrin; në fillim të saj, në mes të saj dhe në fund të saj, derisa vitri i tij përfundoi në kohën e syfyrit (seher)».

١١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ (39)، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَاصِمَ بْنَ ضَمْرَةَ السَّلُولِيَّ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، يَقُولُ: «مِنْ كُلِّ اللَّيْلِ أَوْتَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ; مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ، وَأَوْسَطِهِ، وَآخِرِهِ، فَانْتَهَى وِتْرُهُ إِلَى السَّحَرِ».

117 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah (39) narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard 'Asim bin Damrah al-Saluli saying: I heard 'Ali bin Abi Talib (ra) saying: "During every part of the night, the Messenger of Allah (saw) performed the Witr prayer; at its beginning, its middle, and its end, but his Witr eventually settled at the time of Sahar (pre-dawn)."

118 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Harithe bin Mudarribin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Na pashë natën e Bedrit dhe nuk kishte asnjë prej nesh që nuk ishte në gjumë, përveç Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), i cili po falej pranë një peme dhe po lutej. Dhe nuk kishte kalorës mes nesh përveç el-Mikdadit (r.a.).»
١١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حَارِثَةَ بْنَ مُضَرِّبٍ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا لَيْلَةَ بَدْرٍ وَمَا فِينَا أَحَدٌ إِلَّا نَائِمٌ، إِلَّا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي إِلَى شَجَرَةٍ وَيَدْعُو، وَمَا كَانَ فِينَا فَارِسٌ إِلَّا الْمِقْدَادُ ﵁.»

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Harithah bin Mudarrib saying: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: "I saw us on the night of Badr, and there was none among us except that he was sleeping, except for the Prophet (pbuh), for he was praying towards a tree and supplicating. And there was no horseman among us except Al-Miqdad (ra)."

119 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Is'haku, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Hani' bin Hani'un duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun duke thënë: «Ammari kërkoi leje për të hyrë te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), e ai tha: 'I miri, i pastruari, jepini leje atij'.»
١١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هَانِئَ بْنَ هَانِئٍ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا يَقُولُ: «اسْتَأْذَنَ عَمَّارٌ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: الطَّيِّبُ الْمُطَيَّبُ، ائْذَنُوا لَهُ».
119 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Hani' bin Hani' saying: I heard 'Ali saying: "Ammar sought permission to enter upon the Prophet (pbuh), and he said: 'The good, the purified one, give him permission.'"

120 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Hubejren duke treguar nga Aliu (r.a.), se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) «i zgjonte familjen e tij në dhjetëditëshin e fundit (40)».

١٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هُبَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «كَانَ يُوقِظُ أَهْلَهُ فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ (40)».

120 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Hubayrah narrating from 'Ali (ra), that the Messenger of Allah (saw) "used to wake his family during the last ten (40)."

121 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Hubejre bin Jerimin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Pejgamberit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i dhuruan një rrobë mëndafshi, e ai ma dërgoi atë mua. Unë e vesha atë, kurse ai më tha: "Unë nuk pëlqej për ty atë që e urrej për veten time." Pastaj më urdhëroi dhe unë e preva atë në copa për t'u bërë shamia koke ndërmjet grave».
١٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هُبَيْرَةَ بْنَ يَرِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «أُهْدِيَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حُلَّةُ حَرِيرٍ، فَبَعَثَ بِهَا إِلَيَّ، فَلَبِسْتُهَا، فَقَالَ لِي: إِنِّي لَا أَرْضَى لَكَ مَا أَكْرَهُ لِنَفْسِي، فَأَمَرَنِي فَشَقَقْتُهَا خُمُرًا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ».
121 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Hubayrah bin Yarim, he said: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: "A silk suit was gifted to the Messenger of Allah (saw), so he sent it to me, and I wore it. Then he said to me: 'Indeed, I do not approve for you what I dislike for myself.' So he commanded me, and I tore it into headscarves among the women."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Naxhije bin Ka'bin duke thënë: E kam dëshmuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Kur vdiq babai im, shkova te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe i thashë: Xhaxhai yt ka vdekur. Ai tha: Shko dhe varrose. Unë i thashë: Ai ka vdekur si mushrik (idhujtar). Ai tha: Shko dhe varrose, dhe mos bëj asgjë derisa të vish tek unë. Kështu veprova, pastaj erdha tek ai, dhe ai më urdhëroi që të lahem (të marr gusël).»
١٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَاجِيَةَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ ، يَقُولُ: شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: «لَمَّا تُوُفِّيَ أَبِي أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّ عَمَّكَ قَدْ تُوُفِّيَ، قَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَوَارِهِ، قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُ مَاتَ مُشْرِكًا، قَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَوَارِهِ وَلَا تُحْدِثَنَّ شَيْئًا حَتَّى تَأْتِيَنِي، فَفَعَلْتُ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَغْتَسِلَ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Najiyah bin Ka'b, saying: I witnessed Ali (ra) saying: "When my father died, I came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and said: 'Indeed, your uncle has died.' He said: 'Go and bury him.' I said: 'He died as a polytheist.' He said: 'Go and bury him, and do not do anything until you come to me.' So I did that, then I came to him, and he commanded me to perform ghusl."

«Kur u ktheva te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) pasi e kisha varrosur atë, ai më tha një fjalë që nuk do të dëshiroja ta ndërroja me tërë botën.»
١٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْفُضَيْلُ أَبُو مُعَاذٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ السِّجِسْتَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁: «لَمَّا رَجَعْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَدْ دَفَنْتُهُ، قَالَ لِي قَوْلًا مَا أُحِبُّ أَنَّ لِي بِهِ الدُّنْيَا».
123 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Al-Fudayl Abu Mu'adh informed me, from Abu Hariz al-Sijistani, from al-Sha'bi, who said:

'Ali (ra) said: "When I returned to the Prophet (pbuh) after I had buried him, he said a statement to me that I would not love to have the world in exchange for it."

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jezid bin Ata, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga Naxhije bin Ke'bi, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Kur erdha te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) pasi e varrosa Ebu Talibin, ai u lut për mua me disa lutje.»
١٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «لَمَّا أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعْدَمَا دَفَنْتُ أَبَا طَالِبٍ، فَدَعَا لِي بِدَعَوَاتٍ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Najiyah ibn Ka'b, from 'Ali (ra), who said: "When I came to the Prophet (pbuh) after I had buried Abu Talib, he supplicated for me with several supplications."

125 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Hisham el-Fezari, nga Abdurrahman bin el-Harith bin Hisham (41), nga Ali bin Ebi Talibi (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) «thoshte në vitrin e tij: Allahumme inni eudhu bi-ridake min sehatike, ve bi-muafatike min ukubetike, ve eudhu bike minke, la uhsi niameke, ve la thenaen alejke, Ente kema ethnejte ala nefsike (O Allah, kërkoj mbrojtje me kënaqësinë Tënde nga zemërimi Yt, me faljen Tënde nga dënimi Yt, dhe kërkoj mbrojtje tek Ti prej Teje. Unë nuk mund t'i numëroj mirësitë Tua, as lavdërimet ndaj Teje; Ti je ashtu siç e ke lavdëruar Veten Tënde)».

١٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ (41)، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي وِتْرِهِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ، وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ، لَا أُحْصِي نِعَمَكَ، وَلَا ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ، أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ».

125 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Hisham al-Fazari, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin al-Harith bin Hisham (41), from 'Ali bin Abi Talib (ra), that the Prophet (saw) "used to say in his Witr: O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your blessings, nor praise for You; You are as You have praised Yourself."

126 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga el-Harithi, nga Aliu (r.a.) se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Ju kam falur zeqatin për kuajt dhe për robërit, andaj sillni një të katërtën e të dhjetës (2.5%), nga çdo dyzet dërhemë, një dërhem».
١٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «قَدْ عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ هَلُمُّوا رُبُعَ الْعُشُورِ، مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ».
126 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from 'Ali (ra) who said: The Prophet (saw) said: "I have exempted you from the zakat on horses and slaves; so bring the quarter of the tenth, one dirham for every forty dirhams."

127 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, Zaideja dhe Sulejman b. Muadhi, të cilët kanë thënë: Na ka treguar Simak b. Harbi, nga Hanash b. el-Mu'temiri, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) më dërgoi në Jemen, i thashë: Më dërgon mua ndërkohë që jam i ri në moshë dhe nuk kam njohuri për shumë çështje të gjykimit? Ai tha (42)»:
Kur të vijnë dy palë në konflikt, mos gjyko për të parin derisa të dëgjosh se çfarë thotë tjetri, sepse nëse dëgjon se çfarë thotë tjetri, do ta kesh të qartë se si të gjykosh. Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar do ta forcojë gjuhën tënde dhe do ta udhëzojë zemrën tënde. Aliu tha: Që atëherë, nuk kam pasur kurrë dyshim në gjykim.

١٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، وَزَائِدَةُ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَنَشِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «لَمَّا بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ قُلْتُ: تَبْعَثُنِي وَأَنَا حَدِيثُ السِّنِّ لَا عِلْمَ لِي بِكَثِيرٍ مِنَ الْقَضَاءِ، فَقَالَ (42)»: إِذَا أَتَاكَ الْخَصْمَانِ فَلَا تَقْضِ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَسْمَعَ مَا يَقُولُ الْآخَرُ، فَإِنَّكَ إِذَا سَمِعْتَ مَا يَقُولُ الْآخَرُ عَرَفْتَ كَيْفَ تَقْضِي، إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ سَيُثَبِّتُ لِسَانَكَ وَيَهْدِي قَلْبَكَ، قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: فَمَا زِلْتُ قَاضِيًا بَعْدُ.

127 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik, Za'idah, and Sulayman ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, they said: Simak ibn Harb narrated to us, from Hanash ibn al-Mu'tamir, from 'Ali (ra), he said: "When the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent me to Yemen, I said: 'You are sending me while I am young in age and have no knowledge of much of the judiciary.' So he said (42): 'If two litigants come to you, do not judge for the first until you hear what the other has to say. For if you hear what the other says, you will know how to judge. Indeed, Allah (azwj) will make your tongue firm and guide your heart.'" 'Ali said: "So I have remained a judge ever since."

128 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga el-Harithi (43), nga Aliu (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) «e falte vitrin në kohën e ezanit dhe i falte dy rekate në kohën e ikametit».

١٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ (43)، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «كَانَ يُوتِرُ عِنْدَ الْأَذَانِ، وَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ الْإِقَامَةِ».

128 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith (43), from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (saw) "used to pray Witr at the Adhan, and pray two rak'ahs at the Iqamah."

١٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَاصِمَ بْنَ ضَمْرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي مِنَ الضُّحَى».
129 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard 'Asim bin Damrah, he said: I heard 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to pray the Duha prayer."

130 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zuhejri, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Asim bin Damren duke thënë:

«E pyeta Aliun (r.a.) për namazin e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), dhe ai përmendi nga namazi i tij: katër rekate para drekës, dy rekate pas drekës dhe katër rekate para ikindisë.»
١٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَاصِمَ بْنَ ضَمْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ: «سَأَلْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ أَرْبَعًا، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ، وَأَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, he said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us, he said: I heard 'Asim bin Damrah saying: "I asked 'Ali (ra) about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he mentioned from his prayer four before Dhuhr, and two rak'ahs after Dhuhr, and four rak'ahs before 'Asr."

131 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Ebu Ishaku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Hani bin Hanin duke treguar nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Kur lindi El-Hasen bin Aliu, thashë: Emërtojeni Harb, sepse dëshiroja të kisha kunjen Ebu Harb. Erdhi i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe kërkoi ta sillnin atë, e pastaj tha: Si e emërtuat? Ne thamë: E emërtuam Harb. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Përkundrazi, ai është El-Hasen. Kur lindi El-Husejni, e emërtuam Harb, por erdhi Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha: Si e emërtuat? Ne thamë: Harb. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Ai është El-Husejni.»
١٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هَانِئَ بْنَ هَانِئٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «لَمَّا وُلِدَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قُلْتُ: سَمُّوهُ حَرْبًا، وَقَدْ كُنْتُ أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَكْتَنِيَ بِأَبِي حَرْبٍ، فَأَتَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَدَعَا بِهِ، فَقَالَ: مَا سَمَّيْتُمُوهُ؟ قُلْنَا: سَمَّيْنَاهُ حَرْبًا، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: بَلْ هُوَ الْحَسَنُ، فَلَمَّا وُلِدَ الْحُسَيْنُ سَمَّيْنَاهُ حَرْبًا، فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مَا سَمَّيْتُمُوهُ؟ قُلْنَا: حَرْبًا، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هُوَ الْحُسَيْنُ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Hani' bin Hani' narrating from 'Ali (ra), he said: "When al-Hasan bin 'Ali was born, I said: Name him Harb, as I used to love to be called by the kunya Abu Harb. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) came and called for him, and said: 'What have you named him?' We said: 'We named him Harb.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Rather, he is al-Hasan.'

Then when al-Husayn was born, we named him Harb. The Prophet (saw) came and said: 'What have you named him?' We said: 'Harb.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'He is al-Husayn.'"

132 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Is'haku, nga Hani b. Haniu, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Hasani, i biri i Aliut, ishte njeriu që i ngjante më së shumti Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) nga fytyra e deri te kërthiza, ndërsa Hysejni ishte njeriu që i ngjante më së shumti Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) në pjesën poshtë saj.»
١٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «كَانَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَشْبَهَ النَّاسِ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ وَجْهِهِ إِلَى سُرَّتِهِ، وَكَانَ الْحُسَيْنُ أَشْبَهَ النَّاسِ بِالنَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ».
132 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, he said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Hani' bin Hani', from 'Ali (ra), he said: 'Al-Hasan bin 'Ali was the most similar of people to the Messenger of Allah (saw) from his face to his navel, and Al-Husayn was the most similar of people to the Prophet (saw) in what was below that.'

133 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu el-Halilin - Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Emri i tij është Abdullah bin el-Halil - i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë:

«Një burrë u fal pranë meje dhe e dëgjova duke kërkuar falje (istigfar) për prindërit e tij, ndërkohë që ata kishin vdekur si idhujtarë. I thashë: "A kërkon falje për prindërit e tu, ndërkohë që ata kanë vdekur si idhujtarë?" Ai më tha: "Edhe Ibrahimi ka kërkuar falje për prindërit e tij." Nuk dita se çfarë t'i ktheja, kështu që shkova te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe ia përmenda këtë. Atëherë Allahu i Madhëruar shpalli: ﴿وَمَا كَانَ اسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لأَبِيهِ﴾ "Kërkimi i faljes i Ibrahimit për babanë e tij nuk ishte tjetër..." (ajeti).»
١٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْخَلِيلِ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: وَاسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «صَلَّى رَجُلٌ إِلَى جَنْبِي، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ لِأَبَوَيْهِ، وَقَدْ مَاتَا مُشْرِكَيْنِ، فَقُلْتُ: تَسْتَغْفِرُ لِأَبَوَيْكَ وَقَدْ مَاتَا مُشْرِكَيْنِ؟ فَقَالَ لِي: قَدِ اسْتَغْفَرَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبَوَيْهِ، فَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا أَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷿: ﴿وَمَا كَانَ اسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لأَبِيهِ﴾ الْآيَةَ».
133 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, who said: I heard Abu al-Khalil—Abu Dawud said: and his name is Abdullah bin al-Khalil—who said: I heard Ali (ra) saying: "A man prayed beside me, and I heard him seeking forgiveness for his parents, even though they had died as polytheists. I said: 'Do you seek forgiveness for your parents when they died as polytheists?' He said to me: 'Ibrahim sought forgiveness for his parents.' I did not know how to respond to him, so I went to the Prophet (saw) and mentioned that to him. Then Allah (azwj) revealed: {And the request of forgiveness of Abraham for his father...} the verse."

134 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selami, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga Ali bin Rabia el-Esediu, i cili ka thënë: «Isha dëshmitar kur Aliut i sollën një kafshë për ta kalëruar. Kur e vendosi këmbën në mbështetëse, tha: Bismilah (Me emrin e Allahut). Kur u drejtua mbi shpinën e saj, tha: Elhamdulilah (Lavdia i takon Allahut), tri herë, dhe tha: Allahu Ekber (Allahu është më i Madhi), tri herë. Pastaj tha: Subhaneke inni dhalemtu nefsi fagfir li, innehu la jagfirudh-dhunube il-la Ente (I Madhëruar qofsh Ti, vërtet unë i kam bërë padrejtësi vetes sime, andaj më fal mua, sepse askush nuk i fal mëkatet përveç Teje). Pastaj qeshi. Unë i thashë: O prijës i besimtarëve, nga çfarë qeshe? Ai tha: E kam parë të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke vepruar ashtu siç veprova unë, pastaj qeshi. Unë i thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut (44), nga çfarë qeshe? Ai tha: Vërtet Zoti yt i Madhëruar mahnitet me robin e Tij kur ai thotë: Më fal mëkatet e mia, duke e ditur se askush tjetër nuk i fal mëkatet përveç Meje.

١٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ الْأَسَدِيِّ ، قَالَ: «شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا أُتِيَ بِدَابَّةٍ لِيَرْكَبَهَا، فَلَمَّا وَضَعَ رِجْلَهُ فِي الرِّكَابِ، قَالَ: بِاسْمِ اللهِ، فَلَمَّا اسْتَوَى عَلَى ظَهْرِهَا، قَالَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَقَالَ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي، إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، ثُمَّ ضَحِكَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، مِنْ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ ضَحِكْتَ؟ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ مَا فَعَلْتُ، ثُمَّ ضَحِكَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ (44)»، مِنْ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ ضَحِكْتَ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَبَّكَ ﷿ يَعْجَبُ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ إِذَا قَالَ: اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي، يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ غَيْرِي.

134 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Ali ibn Rabi'ah al-Asadi, who said: "I witnessed 'Ali being brought a beast to ride. When he placed his foot in the stirrup, he said: 'In the name of Allah.' When he settled upon its back, he said: 'Praise be to Allah' three times, and he said: 'Allah is Greatest' three times. Then he said: 'Glory be to You, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me; indeed, none forgives sins except You.' Then he laughed. So I said: 'O Commander of the Faithful, at what did you laugh?' He said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) do exactly as I have done, then he laughed. So I said: "O Messenger of Allah (44)", at what did you laugh?' He said: 'Indeed, your Lord, Mighty and Majestic, is pleased with His servant when he says: "Forgive me my sins," knowing that none forgives sins besides Me.'"

135 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zuhejri, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Is'haku, nga Hubejra dhe shokët e Aliut, nga Aliu, i cili ka thënë: "Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar - ose më ka ndaluar mua - el-xhi'ah-un".

El-xhi'ah: është pije që prodhohet nga elbi derisa të bëhet dehëse.
١٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ ، وَأَصْحَابِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ: «نَهَى - أَوْ نَهَانِي - رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْجِعَةِ»، وَالْجِعَةُ: شَرَابٌ يُصْنَعُ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ حَتَّى يُسْكِرَ.
135 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, he said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Hubayrah, and the companions of Ali, from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade—or he forbade me—from al-ji'ah."

And al-ji'ah is a drink made from barley until it becomes intoxicating.

136 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bin Murre, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin Selimen duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Aliun duke thënë:
«Erdhi tek unë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ndërsa unë isha i sëmurë dhe po thosha: O Allah, nëse më ka ardhur exheli (vdekja), atëherë më rehato; nëse është i vonuar, atëherë më ngrit (më shëro); e nëse është sprovë, atëherë më jep durim. Ai më goditi me këmbën e tij dhe më tha: Si thoshe? Unë ia përsërita atij, e ai tha: O Allah, shëroje atë! ose tha: O Allah, jepi shëndet! Aliu tha: Që nga ajo kohë, nuk u ankova më kurrë nga ajo dhimbje».
١٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ سَلِمَةَ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ، يَقُولُ: «أَتَى عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا شَاكٌّ، أَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ أَجَلِي قَدْ حَضَرَ فَأَرِحْنِي، وَإِنْ كَانَ مُتَأَخِّرًا فَارْفَعْنِي، وَإِنْ كَانَ بَلَاءً فَصَبِّرْنِي، فَضَرَبَنِي بِرِجْلِهِ، وَقَالَ: كَيْفَ قُلْتَ؟ فَأَعَدْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِهِ أَوْ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ عَافِهِ، قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: فَمَا اشْتَكَيْتُ وَجَعِي بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ».
136 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard 'Abdullah ibn Salamah saying: I heard 'Ali saying: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came to me while I was suffering from an illness, and I was saying: 'O Allah, if my term has come, then grant me relief; and if it is delayed, then raise me; and if it is a trial, then grant me patience.' He nudged me with his foot and said: 'How did you say it?' So I repeated it to him. Then he said: 'O Allah, heal him,' or he said: 'O Allah, grant him well-being.' 'Ali said: 'I never suffered from that pain again after that.'"

137 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga Ebu Hasini, nga Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemiu, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Isha një burrë që kisha shumë medhi (lëng parapreparator), dhe meqë kisha për bashkëshorte vajzën e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), urdhërova një burrë që ta pyeste atë për medhiun. Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Nëse e sheh atë, merr abdest dhe laje atë (organin)'».
١٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً وَكَانَ عِنْدِي بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرْتُ رَجُلًا فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ فَقَالَ: إِذَا رَأَيْتَهُ فَتَوَضَّأْ وَاغْسِلْهُ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Abu Hasin, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, from 'Ali (ra), he said: "I was a man who experienced frequent prostatic discharge, and I had the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (saw) [as my wife]. So I commanded a man to ask him about prostatic discharge, and he (saw) said: 'If you see it, perform ablution and wash it.'"

138 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga Rukejn bin er-Rebi'i, nga Husejn bin Kabisa el-Fezariu, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «E pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për medhjin, e ai tha: “Nëse sheh medhj, merr abdest dhe laje organin tënd, ndërsa nëse sheh derdhjen e ujit (spermës), atëherë lahu (merr gusël).”»
١٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ الْفَزَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ، فَقَالَ: إِذَا رَأَيْتَ الْمَذْيَ فَتَوَضَّأْ، وَاغْسِلْ ذَكَرَكَ، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ فَضْخَ الْمَاءِ فَاغْتَسِلْ».
138 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Al-Rukayn bin Al-Rabi', from Husayn bin Qabisah Al-Fazari, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "I asked the Messenger of Allah (saw) about prostatic fluid (madhy), and he said: 'If you see prostatic fluid, then perform ablution and wash your penis, and if you see the gushing of water, then perform a full bath (ghusl).'"

139 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Vaki'i dhe Selami, që të dy nga Abdula'la bin Amir, nga Ebu Xhemile, nga Aliu, se një robëreshë e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) kishte bërë imoralitet, andaj Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) më urdhëroi që t'i zbatoja dënimin (hadin) asaj. Shkova tek ajo, por pashë se gjakderdhja e saj (nga lehonia) nuk ishte ndalur ende. Atëherë erdha te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe e njoftova, e ai tha: 'Kur t'i ndalet gjakderdhja, fshikulloje atë. Dhe zbatojini dënimet (hududet) mbi ata që i keni nën zotërimin tuaj'.
١٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَكِيعٍ ، وَسَلَّامٌ ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، «أَنَّ أَمَةً لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَجَرَتْ، فَأَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدَّ، فَأَتَيْتُهَا، فَإِذَا هِيَ لَمْ تَجِفَّ دِمَاؤُهَا، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: إِذَا جَفَّتْ دِمَاؤُهَا فَاجْلِدْهَا، وَأَقِيمُوا الْحُدُودَ عَلَى مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ».
139 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Waki' and Sallam narrated to us, both from 'Abd al-A'la bin 'Amir, from Abu Jamilah, from 'Ali, that a slave-girl belonging to the Messenger of Allah (saw) committed fornication, so the Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded me to carry out the legal punishment upon her.

I went to her and found that her blood had not yet dried, so I returned to the Prophet (saw) and informed him. He said: 'When her blood has dried, then lash her; and carry out the legal punishments upon those whom your right hands possess.'

Më ka njoftuar Ebu Avn eth-Thekafi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Salih el-Hanefiun duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ibn el-Kevva-në, i cili e pyeti Aliun për vajzën e vëllait prej gjirit, e Aliu tha: "Ia përmenda vajzën e Hamzës të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), e ai tha: 'Ajo është vajza e vëllait tim prej gjirit'."
١٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ الْحَنَفِيَّ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْكَوَّى ، «سَأَلَ عَلِيًّا عَنْ بِنْتِ الْأَخِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: ذَكَرْتُ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا بِنْتُ أَخِي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ».
140 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awn al-Thaqafi informed me, he said: I heard Abu Salih al-Hanafi, saying: I heard Ibn al-Kawwa', asking 'Ali about the daughter of a brother through breastfeeding, so 'Ali said: 'I mentioned the daughter of Hamzah to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he said: "She is the daughter of my brother through breastfeeding."'

141 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Abdulmelik bin Mejsere, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Nezzal bin Sebreh duke thënë: «Aliu (r.a.) e fali drekën në Rahabe, pastaj u ul për nevojat e njerëzve derisa erdhi koha e ikindisë. Pastaj i sollën një enë me ujë, mori prej tij një grusht dhe lau fytyrën e duart e tij, dha mes'h mbi kokën dhe këmbët e tij, pastaj u ngrit dhe piu tepricën e ujit duke qenë në këmbë, e pastaj tha: Disa njerëz e urrejnë të pijnë duke qenë në këmbë, ndërsa unë e kam parë të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të veprojë ashtu siç veprova unë, dhe tha: Ky është abdesi i atij që nuk ka nxjerrë hadeth (nuk e ka prishur abdesin)».
١٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّزَّالَ بْنَ سَبْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ: «صَلَّى عَلِيٌّ ﵁ الظُّهْرَ فِي الرَّحَبَةِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فِي حَوَائِجِ النَّاسِ حَتَّى حَضَرَتِ الْعَصْرُ، ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِكُوزٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ، فَصَبَّ مِنْهُ كَفًّا فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ، وَمَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَرِجْلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَشَرِبَ فَضْلَ الْمَاءِ، وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ نَاسًا يَكْرَهُونَ أَنْ يَشْرَبُوا وَهُمْ قِيَامٌ، وَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ الَّذِي فَعَلْتُ، وَقَالَ: هَذَا وُضُوءُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْدِثْ».
141 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah informed me, he said: I heard al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah saying: "Ali (ra) prayed Zuhr in al-Rahabah, then he sat to attend to the needs of the people until the time for 'Asr arrived. Then a jug of water was brought to him; he poured a handful from it and washed his face and his hands, and wiped over his head and his feet. Then he stood up and drank the remaining water while standing, and then said: 'Indeed, some people dislike drinking while they are standing, but I saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) do exactly as I have done, and he said: This is the wudu of one who has not invalidated his previous state of purity.'"

142 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Malik bin Urfuta, nga Abd Hajr el-Hajvani, se Aliu (r.a.) i sollën një karrige dhe ai u ul në të. Pastaj i sollën një brokë me ujë, i lau duart tri herë, pastaj shpërlau gojën tri herë bashkë me hundën me një ujë të vetëm, lau fytyrën tri herë me një dorë, lau krahët e tij tri herë, vuri dorën në enë, pastaj fshiu kokën e tij (mes'h), i kaloi duart mbi kokë - dhe nuk e di nëse i ktheu ato prapa apo jo - dhe lau këmbët e tij tri herë. Pastaj tha: 'Kë ta gëzojë të shohë pastrimin (abdesin) e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), ky është pastrimi i Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.).'
١٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عُرْفُطَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ الْخَيْوَانِيِّ ، «أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ﵁، أُتِيَ بِكُرْسِيٍّ، فَقَعَدَ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِكُوزٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَغَسَلَ يَدَهُ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ مَضْمَضَ ثَلَاثًا مَعَ الِاسْتِنْشَاقِ بِمَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا بِيَدٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، وَغَسَلَ ذِرَاعَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا، وَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ فِي التَّوْرِ، ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ، وَأَقْبَلَ بِيَدَيْهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، وَلَا أَدْرِي أَدْبَرَ بِهِمَا أَمْ لَا، وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَالَ: مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى طُهُورِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَهَذَا طُهُورُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ».
142 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Malik bin 'Urfutah, from 'Abd Khayr al-Khaywani, 'that 'Ali (ra) was brought a chair and he sat on it. Then he was brought a jug of water, so he washed his hand three times, then he rinsed his mouth three times along with sniffing water into his nose with a single handful of water. He washed his face three times with one hand, and washed his forearms three times. He placed his hand in the vessel, then wiped his head, and moved his hands forward over his head—and I do not know if he moved them backward or not—and he washed his feet three times. Then he said: "Whoever would be pleased to look at the purification of the Prophet (saw), then this is the purification of the Prophet (saw)."'

Më njoftoi Ebu Avn eth-Thekafi, i cili tha: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Salih el-Hanefiun duke thënë: «E kam dëgjuar Ibn el-Kevva'n duke e pyetur Aliun (r.a.) rreth vajzës së vëllait prej gjirit, e Aliu tha: Ia përmenda vajzën e Hamzës të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), e ai tha: 'Vërtet, ajo është vajza e vëllait tim prej gjirit'».
١٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ الْحَنَفِيَّ ، يَقُولُ: «سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْكَوَّى سَأَلَ عَلِيًّا ﵁ عَنْ بِنْتِ الْأَخِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: ذَكَرْتُ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا بِنْتُ أَخِي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ».
143 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awn al-Thaqafi informed me, he said: I heard Abu Salih al-Hanafi saying: "I heard Ibn al-Kawwa' asking 'Ali (ra) about the daughter of a brother through breastfeeding. 'Ali said: I mentioned the daughter of Hamzah to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he said: 'She is the daughter of my brother through breastfeeding.'"

144 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, ka thënë: Më ka lajmëruar Abdulmelik bin Mejsere, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Nezzal bin Sebreh duke thënë: «Aliu e fali drekën në Rahabe, pastaj qëndroi ulur për nevojat e njerëzve derisa erdhi koha e ikindisë.»
١٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّزَّالَ بْنَ سَبْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ: «صَلَّى عَلِيٌّ الظُّهْرَ فِي الرَّحَبَةِ، ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فِي حَوَائِجِ النَّاسِ حَتَّى حَضَرَتِ الْعَصْرُ».
144 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah informed me, he said: I heard al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah saying: "Ali (ra) prayed Zuhr in al-Rahabah, then he sat to attend to the needs of the people until the time for 'Asr arrived."

145 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Muhammed bin el-Munkediri, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Mes'ud bin el-Hakemi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «E pamë Pejgamberin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të ngrihej në këmbë, andaj u ngritëm edhe ne, pastaj e pamë atë të ulej, andaj u ulëm edhe ne».\nShu'be tha: I thashë Muhammedit: "E ke fjalën për xhenazen?" Ai tha: "Po."
١٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَسْعُودُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ، ﵁ يَقُولُ «: رَأَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَامَ فَقُمْنَا، ثُمَّ رَأَيْنَاهُ قَعَدَ فَقَعَدْنَا»، فَقَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَقُلْتُ لِمُحَمَّدٍ: فِي الْجِنَازَةِ يَعْنِي؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ.
145 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, he said: Mas'ud ibn al-Hakam informed me, he said: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: "We saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) stand, so we stood, then we saw him sit, so we sat."

Shu'bah said: So I said to Muhammad: Meaning, regarding the funeral? He said: Yes.

146 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selami, nga Mensuri, nga Sa'd bin Ubejde, nga Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemi, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Dolëm me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në një xhenaze derisa arritëm në Baki' el-Garkad. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u ul dhe ne u ulëm rreth tij. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) mori një shkop dhe filloi të gërvishë tokën, pastaj ngriti kokën e tij dhe tha: Nuk ka asnjë shpirt të krijuar, veçse i dihet - ose i është shkruar - vendi i tij në Xhenet dhe vendi i tij në Zjarr, dhe nëse do të jetë i mjerë apo i lumtur. Një burrë nga njerëzit tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, a nuk duhet ta lëmë punën dhe të mbështetemi në atë që na është shkruar? Kushdo prej nesh që është nga njerëzit e lumturisë, do të punojë për të, dhe kushdo prej nesh që është nga njerëzit e mjerimit, do të punojë për të. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Punoni, sepse çdokujt i lehtësohet ajo për të cilën është krijuar. Atij që është nga njerëzit e lumturisë, do t'i lehtësohet puna e tyre, ndërsa atij që është nga njerëzit e mjerimit, do t'i lehtësohet puna e tyre. Pastaj lexoi: ﴿Sa i përket atij që jep dhe ka frikë (Allahun), dhe dëshmon për të vërtetën më të bukur, Ne do t'ia lehtësojmë atij rrugën drejt lumturisë. Ndërsa ai që bëhet koprrac dhe mendon se nuk ka nevojë për askënd, dhe e përgënjeshtron të vërtetën më të bukur, Ne do t'ia lehtësojmë atij rrugën drejt vështirësisë (mjerimit)﴾».
١٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي جِنَازَةٍ حَتَّى انْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى بَقِيعِ الْغَرْقَدِ، فَجَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَجَلَسْنَا حَوْلَهُ، فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عُودًا فَنَكَتَ فِي الْأَرْضِ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ، فَقَالَ: مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ مَنْفُوسَةٍ إِلَّا قَدْ عُلِمَ - أَوْ كُتِبَ - مَقْعَدُهَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَمَقْعَدُهَا مِنَ النَّارِ، وَشَقِيَّةٌ أَوْ سَعِيدَةٌ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَفَلَا نَدَعُ الْعَمَلَ وَنُقْبِلُ عَلَى كِتَابِنَا؟ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنَّا مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّعَادَةِ عَمِلَ لَهَا، وَمَنْ كَانَ مِنَّا مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّقَاوَةِ عَمِلَ لَهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: اعْمَلُوا فَكُلٌّ مُيَسَّرٌ، مَنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّعَادَةِ يُسِّرَ لِعَمَلِهَا، وَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّقَاوَةِ يُسِّرَ لِعَمَلِهَا، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: ﴿فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَى وَاتَّقَى * وَصَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنَى * فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ لِلْيُسْرَى * وَأَمَّا مَنْ بَخِلَ وَاسْتَغْنَى * وَكَذَّبَ بِالْحُسْنَى * فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ لِلْعُسْرَى﴾».
146 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam narrated to us, from Mansur, from Sa'd bin 'Ubaydah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, from 'Ali (ra), he said: "We went out with the Messenger of Allah (saw) for a funeral until we reached Baqi' al-Gharqad. The Messenger of Allah (saw) sat down and we sat around him. The Messenger of Allah (saw) took a small stick and began scratching the ground with it, then he raised his head and said: 'There is no soul created but that its place in Paradise and its place in Hellfire is already known - or written - and whether it is miserable or happy.'

A man from the people said: 'O Messenger of Allah, should we not then abandon deeds and rely upon what is written for us? For whoever among us is from the people of happiness will work for it, and whoever among us is from the people of misery will work for it.'

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Work, for everyone is eased [towards their destination]. Whoever is from the people of happiness will be eased towards the deeds of the people of happiness, and whoever is from the people of misery will be eased towards the deeds of the people of misery.' Then he recited: {As for he who gives and fears Allah * And believes in the best [reward] * We will ease him toward ease * But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need * And denies the best [reward] * We will ease him toward difficulty}."

147 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Ebi Seleme, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar axha im El-Maxhishun Abdullah bin Ebi Seleme, nga Abdurrahman el-A'rexh, nga Ubejdullah bin Ebi Rafi', nga Aliu, i cili ka thënë:

«Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e fillonte namazin, merrte tekbir, pastaj thoshte: 'Uexxhehtu uexhhije lil-ledhi fateras-semavati uel-erda hanifen ue ma ene minel-mushrikin. Inne salati ue nusuki ue mahjaje ue memati lil-lahi rabbil-alemin, la sherike lehu ue bidhalike umirtu ue ene euuelul-muslimin. Allahumme Entel-Meliku la ilahe il-la Ente, Ente Rabbi ue ene abduke, dhalemtu nefsi u'tereftu bidhenbi, fagfir li dhunubi xhemia, innehu la jagfirudh-dhunube il-la Ente. Uehdini li ahsenil-ahlaki la jehdi li ahseniha il-la Ente, uasrif anni sej-jieha la jasrifu sej-jieha il-la Ente. Lebbejk ue sa'dejk, uel-hajru kul-luhu fi jedejk, uesh-sherru lejse ilejk, ene bike ue ilejk, tebarekte ue tealejte, estagfiruke ue etubu ilejk' (I drejtova fytyrën Timen Atij që krijoi qiejt dhe tokën, i pastër në besim dhe nuk jam nga idhujtarët. Namazi im, kurbani im, jeta ime dhe vdekja ime janë për Allahun, Zotin e botëve, i Cili nuk ka ortak. Me këtë jam urdhëruar dhe unë jam i pari i muslimanëve. O Allah, Ti je Sunduesi, nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Teje. Ti je Zoti im dhe unë jam robi Yt. I bëra padrejtësi vetes sime dhe e pranoj mëkatin tim, prandaj m'i fal të gjitha mëkatet e mia, sepse askush nuk i fal mëkatet përveç Teje. Më udhëzo drejt moralit më të mirë, sepse drejt tij nuk udhëzon askush përveç Teje, dhe largo prej meje moralin e keq, sepse nuk e largon atë askush përveç Teje. Të përgjigjem Ty dhe të bindem Ty, e gjithë e mira është në duart Tua, ndërsa e keqja nuk Të mvishet Ty. Unë ekzistoj me ndihmën Tënde dhe Te Ti kthehem. Ti je i Bekuar dhe i Lartësuar, kërkoj falje prej Teje dhe pendohem te Ti).

Kur binte në ruku, thoshte: 'Allahumme leke reka'tu, ue bike amentu, ue leke eslemtu, hashea leke sem'i ue besari ue idhami ue muh-hi ue asabi' (O Allah, për Ty rashë në ruku, Ty të besova dhe Ty të jam dorëzuar. Para Teje është përulur dëgjimi im, shikimi im, kockat e mia, palca ime dhe nervat e mia).

Kur ngrinte kokën (nga rukuja), thoshte: 'Semi'allahu limen hamideh. Allahumme Rabbena lekel-hamd, mil'es-semavati ue mil'el-erd, ue mil'e ma bejne-huma, ue mil'e ma shi'te min shej'in ba'du' (Allahu e dëgjon atë që e falënderon. O Allah, Zoti ynë, Ty të takon falënderimi, sa qiejt e sa toka, sa ç'ka mes tyre dhe sa të duash Ti përveç tyre).

Kur binte në sexhde, thoshte: 'Allahumme leke sexhedtu, ue bike amentu, ue leke eslemtu, sexhede uexh-hi lil-ledhi halekahu ue sauuerahu fe ahsene suuerahu, ue shekka sem'ahu ue besarahu, tebarekallahu ahsenul-halikin' (O Allah, për Ty bëra sexhde, Ty të besova dhe Ty të jam dorëzuar. Fytyra ime i bëri sexhde Atij që e krijoi, i dha formë dhe ia përsosi formën, ia hapi dëgjimin dhe shikimin. I Bekuar qoftë Allahu, Krijuesi më i mirë).

Kur jepte selam, thoshte: 'Allahumme-gfir li ma kaddemtu ue ma ah-hartu, ue ma a'lentu ue ma esrertu, ue ma Ente a'lemu bihi minni, Entel-Mukaddimu ue Entel-Muah-hiru, la ilahe il-la Ente' (O Allah, më fal ato që kam bërë më parë dhe ato që do të bëj më vonë, ato që i kam bërë haptazi dhe ato që i kam bërë fshehurazi, dhe ato për të cilat Ti di më shumë se unë. Ti je Ai që i jep përparësi gjërave dhe Ti je Ai që i lë pas ato, nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Teje)».

Ebu Bishri ka thënë: Ka thënë Ebu Davudi: Kjo është për namazin e natës.
١٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي الْمَاجِشُونُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا اسْتَفْتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ كَبَّرَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْمَلِكُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَنْتَ رَبِّي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي، وَاعْتَرَفْتُ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي جَمِيعًا، إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاهْدِنِي لِأَحْسَنِ الْأَخْلَاقِ لَا يَهْدِي لِأَحْسَنِهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاصْرِفْ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا لَا يَصْرِفُ سَيِّئَهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ، لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ، وَالْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ فِي يَدَيْكَ، وَالشَّرُّ لَيْسَ إِلَيْكَ، أَنَا بِكَ وَإِلَيْكَ، تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَعِظَامِي وَمُخِّي وَعَصَبِي، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ قَالَ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ، اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ، مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ، وَمِلْءَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ، وَإِذَا سَجَدَ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ سَجَدْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، سَجَدَ وَجْهِي لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَصَوَّرَهُ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ، تَبَارَكَ اللهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ، وَإِذَا سَلَّمَ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ، وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ»، قَالَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ: قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : هَذَا فِي صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ.
147 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abi Salamah narrated to us, he said: My uncle Al-Majishun Abdullah bin Abi Salamah narrated to me, from Abdur-Rahman al-A'raj, from Ubaydullah bin Abi Rafi', from Ali, who said:

"When the Messenger of Allah (saw) started the prayer, he would say 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is the Greatest), then he would say: 'I have turned my face towards Him Who created the heavens and the earth, as a monotheist, and I am not of the polytheists. Indeed, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. No partner has He, and with this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims. O Allah, You are the King, there is no god but You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I have wronged myself and I confess my sin, so forgive me all my sins, for indeed, none forgives sins but You. Guide me to the best of manners, for none guides to the best of them but You, and turn away from me the evil ones, for none turns away their evil but You. I am at Your service and at Your pleasure, and all good is in Your hands, and evil is not attributed to You. I am by You and to You. Blessed are You and Exalted. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.'

And when he bowed (ruku'), he said: 'O Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My hearing, my sight, my bones, my brain, and my nerves are humbled before You.'

And when he raised his head, he said: 'Allah hears the one who praises Him. O Allah, our Lord, to You belongs all praise, filling the heavens, filling the earth, filling what is between them, and filling whatever else You will besides.'

And when he prostrated (sujud), he said: 'O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it and formed it, and formed it well, and brought forth its hearing and its sight. Blessed be Allah, the Best of creators.'

And when he gave the salutation (taslim), he said: 'O Allah, forgive me what I have sent forward and what I have delayed, what I have declared and what I have concealed, and what You know better than I. You are the Advancer and You are the Delayer, there is no god but You.'"

Abu Bishr said: Abu Dawud said: This was in the night prayer.

148 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Verka, nga Abdula'la, nga Ebu Xhemile, nga Aliu (r.a.), ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) bëri hixhame dhe më urdhëroi, kështu që ia dhashë hixhamistit pagesën e tij».
١٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَأَمَرَنِي فَأَعْطَيْتُ الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ».
148 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Warqa' narrated to us, from 'Abd al-A'la, from Abu Jamilah, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was cupped, and he commanded me, so I gave the cupper his wage."

149 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Esh'ath bin Seid, na ka treguar Abdullah bin Bishr, nga Ebu Rashid el-Hubrani, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) më vuri çallmën në ditën e Gadir Humit, skajin e së cilës e lëshoi pas shpinës sime, e pastaj tha: 'Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar më ndihmoi në ditën e Bedrit dhe të Hunejnit me melekë që mbanin këtë lloj çallme.' Pastaj tha: 'Vërtet, çallma është ndarëse mes kufrit (mosbesimit) dhe imanit (besimit).' Ai pa një burrë që po gjuante me një hark persian dhe tha: 'Hidhe atë!', pastaj shikoi drejt një harku arab dhe tha: 'Përdorni këtë dhe të ngjashmit me të, si dhe heshtat prej kallami, sepse përmes tyre Allahu do t'ju mundësojë sundimin nëpër vende dhe do t'ju mbështesë me fitore.'»
١٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ الْحُبْرَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «عَمَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ غَدِيرِ خُمٍّ بِعِمَامَةٍ سَدَلَهَا خَلْفِي، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ أَمَدَّنِي يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ وَحُنَيْنٍ بِمَلَائِكَةٍ يَعْتَمُّونَ هَذِهِ الْعِمَّةَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْعِمَامَةَ حَاجِزَةٌ بَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَرَأَى رَجُلًا يَرْمِي بِقَوْسٍ فَارِسِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ: ارْمِ بِهَا، ثُمَّ نَظَرَ إِلَى قَوْسٍ عَرَبِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ: عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذِهِ وَأَمْثَالِهَا، وَرِمَاحِ الْقَنَا، فَإِنَّ بِهَذِهِ يُمَكِّنُ اللهُ لَكُمْ فِي الْبِلَادِ، وَيُؤَيِّدُ لَكُمْ فِي النَّصْرِ».
149 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Ash'ath bin Sa'id narrated to us, Abdullah bin Bishr narrated to us, from Abu Rashid al-Hubrani, from Ali (ra), he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) wrapped a turban around my head on the day of Ghadir Khumm, letting its end hang behind me. Then he said: 'Indeed, Allah (azwj) aided me on the day of Badr and Hunayn with angels wearing this type of turban.' He then said: 'Indeed, the turban is a barrier between disbelief and faith.' And he saw a man shooting with a Persian bow and said: 'Cast it away.' Then he looked at an Arabic bow and said: 'You must use this and its like, and the spears of Qana, for by these Allah will establish you in the lands and support you with victory.'"

150 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajs bin er-Rebi', nga Habib bin Ebi Thabit, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Ibn Ebi el-Hejjaxh, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë:

«Aliu (r.a.) më tha: 'Po të ngarkoj me atë detyrë me të cilën më ngarkoi i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): shlyerjen e imazheve dhe rrafshimin e varreve'.»
١٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْهَيَّاجِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «قَالَ لِي عَلِيٌّ ﵁: أَسْتَعْمِلُكَ عَلَى مَا اسْتَعْمَلَنِي عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، عَلَى مَسْخِ التَّمَاثِيلِ وَتَسْوِيَةِ الْقُبُورِ».
150 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Abu Wa'il, from Ibn Abi al-Hayyaj, from his father, who said:

'Ali (ra) said to me: "I am assigning you to the same task that the Messenger of Allah (saw) assigned me: to efface statues and to level graves."

151 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Uthman bin el-Mugira, nga Salim bin Ebi el-Xha'di, nga Ali bin Alkama, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Iu tha Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.): A t'i çiftëzojmë gomerët me pelat? Ai tha: Këtë e bëjnë vetëm ata që nuk dinë».
١٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: أَنُنْزِي الْحِمَارَ عَلَى الْفَرَسِ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا يَعْمَلُ ذَلِكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ».
151 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from 'Uthman ibn al-Mughirah, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from 'Ali ibn 'Alqamah, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:

"It was said to the Prophet (pbuh): 'Should we mate the donkey with the horse?' He said: 'Only those who do not know do that.'"

152 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Uthman bin el-Mugira, nga Zejd bin Vehbi, i cili ka thënë: «Erdhi kreu i havarixhëve te Aliu (r.a.) dhe i tha: Frikësoju Allahut, sepse ti do të vdesësh. Ai tha: Jo, për Atë që ka çarë kokrrën dhe ka krijuar shpirtin, por unë do të vritem nga një goditje prej kësaj që do ta njomë këtë - dhe tregoi me dorën e tij drejt mjekrës së tij -, ky është një premtim i dhënë dhe një caktim i paracaktuar, dhe vërtet ka dështuar ai që shpif».
١٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ: «جَاءَ رَأْسُ الْخَوَارِجِ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ﵁ فَقَالَ لَهُ: اتَّقِ اللهَ فَإِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ، فَقَالَ: لَا، وَالَّذِي فَلَقَ الْحَبَّةَ وَبَرَأَ النَّسَمَةَ، وَلَكِنِّي مَقْتُولٌ مِنْ ضَرْبَةٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ تَخْضِبُ هَذِهِ - وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى لِحْيَتِهِ -، عَهْدٌ مَعْهُودٌ، وَقَضَاءٌ مَقْضِيٌّ، وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرَى».
152 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from 'Uthman bin al-Mughirah, from Zayd bin Wahb, who said: "The leader of the Khawarij came to 'Ali (ra) and said to him: 'Fear Allah, for you are going to die.' He replied: 'No, by the One who split the grain and created the soul, rather I shall be killed by a blow from this that will soak this' - and he pointed with his hand to his beard - 'a covenant decreed, and a destiny predestined, and he who invents a lie has failed.'"

153 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Israeli, nga El-Hakemi, nga El-Mugire bin Hadhi, nga Aliu ose Hudhejfe (r.a.) se: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i bëri muslimanët ortakë në kurbanet e tyre, lopa për shtatë persona».
١٥٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ حَذْفٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، أَوْ حُذَيْفَةَ ﵄ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَشْرَكَ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي هَدْيِهِمُ، الْبَقَرَةُ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ».
153 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Isra'il narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from al-Mughirah bin Hadf, from 'Ali or Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) made the Muslims partners in their sacrificial animals, a cow for seven.

154 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Muslim el-A'war, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Habbe el-Uraniun duke treguar nga Aliu, se një burrë i tha Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.):

«Njeriu i do disa njerëz, por nuk ka mundësi të veprojë ashtu siç veprojnë ata.»

Ai tha: «Njeriu do të jetë me atë që e do.»
١٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُسْلِمٌ الْأَعْوَرُ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حَبَّةَ الْعُرَنِيَّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، «أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: الرَّجُلُ يُحِبُّ الْقَوْمَ وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَعْمَلَ بِعَمَلِهِمْ، قَالَ: الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ».
154 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Muslim al-A'war informed me, he said: I heard Habbah al-'Urani narrating from 'Ali, that a man said to the Prophet (pbuh): "A man loves a people but is unable to do as they do." He said: "A person is with those whom he loves."

155 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Seleme bin Kuhejli, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Huxhijje bin Adijin duke treguar nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) na ka urdhëruar që t'i vëzhgojmë (kontrollojmë mirë) syrin dhe veshin».
١٥٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حُجَيَّةَ بْنَ عَدِيٍّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نَسْتَشْرِفَ الْعَيْنَ وَالْأُذُنَ».
155 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Kuhayl, he said: I heard Hujayyah bin 'Adi narrating from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded us to examine the eye and the ear."

156 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Asim bin Kulejbi, ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Burden duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Isha me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në një shtëpi dhe ai tha: O Ali, kërkoji Allahut udhëzimin, dhe me udhëzimin kujto udhëzimin tënd në rrugë, dhe kërkoji Allahut drejtësinë, dhe me drejtësinë kujto drejtimin tënd të shigjetës».
١٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتٍ فَقَالَ: يَا عَلِيُّ، سَلِ اللهَ الْهُدَى، وَاذْكُرْ بِالْهُدَى هِدَايَتَكَ الطَّرِيقَ، وَسَلِ اللهَ السَّدَادَ، وَاذْكُرْ بِالسَّدَادِ تَسْدِيدَكَ السَّهْمَ».
156 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Asim bin Kulayb, he said: I heard Abu Burdah saying: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: "I was with the Messenger of Allah (saw) in a house, and he said: 'O 'Ali, ask Allah for guidance, and keep in mind, by guidance, your being guided on the path, and ask Allah for correctness, and keep in mind, by correctness, your aiming of the arrow.'"

157 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga Lejth bin Ebi Sulejmi, nga Muxhahidi, nga Abdullah bin Sahberah, i cili ka thënë: «Ishim ulur me Aliun (r.a.) duke pritur, kur kaloi pranë nesh një xhenaze, kështu që u ngritëm për të. Ai tha: Çfarë është kjo? Ne i thamë: Kjo është ajo që na sillni ju, o shokët e Muhamedit; na ka treguar Ebu Musa el-Esh'ariu se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: Nëse kalon pranë jush xhenazja e një burri musliman, ose jahudiu, ose i krishteri, atëherë ngrihuni për të, sepse ne nuk ngrihemi për të, por ngrihemi për ata që janë me të prej melekëve. Atëherë Aliu tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk e ka bërë këtë veçse një herë, dhe ata ishin ithtarë të Librit; ai u ngjante atyre në diçka, por kur ndalohej, ai ndalej».
١٥٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَخْبَرَةَ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا جُلُوسًا مَعَ عَلِيٍّ ﵁ نَنْتَظِرُ، إِذْ مَرَّتْ بِنَا جِنَازَةٌ، فَقُمْنَا لَهَا، فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا؟ فَقُلْنَا: هَذَا مَا تَأْتُونَنَا بِهِ يَا أَصْحَابَ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِذَا مَرَّتْ بِكُمْ جِنَازَةُ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ، أَوْ يَهُودِيٍّ، أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٍّ، فَقُومُوا لَهَا، فَإِنَّا لَسْنَا نَقُومُ لَهَا، وَلَكِنْ نَقُومُ لِمَنْ مَعَهَا مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: مَا فَعَلَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا مَرَّةً، وَكَانُوا أَهْلَ كِتَابٍ، كَانَ يَتَشَبَّهُ بِهِمْ فِي الشَّيْءِ، فَإِذَا نُهِيَ انْتَهَى».
157 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Layth ibn Abi Sulaym, from Mujahid, from 'Abdullah ibn Sakhbarah, who said: "We were sitting with 'Ali (ra) waiting, when a funeral procession passed by us, so we stood up for it. He said: 'What is this?' We said: 'This is what you brought to us, O companions of Muhammad (saw). Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "If a funeral procession of a Muslim man, or a Jew, or a Christian passes by you, then stand up for it; for we do not stand for it, but we stand for the angels who are with it."' 'Ali said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) only did it once, and they were People of the Book. He used to resemble them in certain things, but when he was forbidden, he desisted.'"

158 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shejbani, nga Asimi, nga Zirri, i cili ka thënë:
«Vrasësi i Zubejr b. el-Avvamit kërkoi leje për të hyrë te Ali b. Ebi Talibi (r.a.). Aliu tha: “Pasha Allahun, vrasësi i birit të Safijes sigurisht që do të hyjë në Zjarr. Vërtet, e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: ‘Çdo Pejgamber ka një havari (ndihmës), ndërsa havariu im është Zubejri’”».
١٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ زِرٍّ ، قَالَ: «اسْتَأْذَنَ قَاتِلُ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: وَاللهِ لَيَدْخُلَنَّ قَاتِلُ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ النَّارَ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ حَوَارِيًّا، وَحَوَارِيَّ الزُّبَيْرُ».
158 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Zirr, who said: "The killer of al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam sought permission to enter upon Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra). Ali said: 'By Allah, the killer of the son of Safiyyah shall certainly enter the Fire. Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: 'Indeed, for every prophet there is a disciple, and my disciple is al-Zubayr.'"

159 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Asimi, nga Zirri, nga Aliu, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Namazi i mesëm është namazi i iqindisë.»
١٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ زِرٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «صَلَاةُ الْوُسْطَى صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ».
159 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Zirr, from 'Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The middle prayer is the 'Asr prayer."

160 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Abdylmelik bin Hakim dhe Nuajm bin Hakim, që të dy nga Ebu Merjemi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Disa njerëz nga umeti im do ta lexojnë Kuranin, por ai nuk do t'i kalojë fytet e tyre; ata do të dalin nga Islami ashtu siç del shigjeta nga preja. Shenja e tyre është një burrë me dorë të gjymtuar». Ebu Merjemi tha: Më ka treguar vëllai im, i cili kishte dalë me zotërinë e tij drejt Harurijes në Nehrevan, e tha: Ai (Aliu) nuk u shkoi atyre derisa ata e vranë të dërguarin e tij. Kur e pa këtë, ai u ngrit kundër tyre dhe i luftoi. Pasi mbaroi me ta, tha: Kërkojeni të gjymtuarin! Të dërguarit filluan të shkonin e të vinin, por nuk po e gjenin dot. Pastaj erdhi një burrë më vonë dhe e përgëzoi, duke thënë: E gjetëm në një gropë të tokës nën dy burra. Atëherë ai ia preu duart dhe gjymtyrën si gjoks, e mori atë, e ngriti lart dhe tha: Për Allahun, as nuk kam gënjyer e as nuk jam gënjyer! Këtë e tha disa herë.
١٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، وَنُعَيْمِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ لَا يُجَاوِزُ تَرَاقِيَهُمْ، يَمْرُقُونَ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ كَمَا يَمْرُقُ السَّهْمُ مِنَ الرَّمِيَّةِ، عَلَامَتُهُمْ رَجُلٌ مُخْدَجُ الْيَدِ، قَالَ أَبُو مَرْيَمَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي وَكَانَ خَرَجَ مَعَ مَوْلَاهُ إِلَى الْحَرُورِيَّةِ بِالنَّهْرَوَانِ، قَالَ: لَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ حَتَّى قَتَلُوا رَسُولَهُ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ نَهَضَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَقَاتَلَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ: الْتَمِسُوا الْمُخْدَجَ، فَجَعَلَتِ الرُّسُلُ تَخْتَلِفُ فَلَا يُقْدَرُ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ بَعْدُ فَبَشَّرَهُ، قَالَ: وَجَدْنَاهُ فِي وَطْأَةٍ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تَحْتَ رَجُلَيْنِ، فَقَطَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَالثُّدَيَّةَ، فَأَخَذَهَا وَنَصَبَهَا، وَقَالَ: وَاللهِ مَا كَذَبْتُ وَلَا كُذِبْتُ، قَالَهَا مِرَارًا».
160 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Hakim and Nu'aym ibn Hakim, both from Abu Maryam, who said: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: "Indeed, some people from my nation will recite the Qur'an, but it will not go beyond their collarbones; they will pass through Islam as an arrow passes through the game. Their sign is a man with a defective hand."

Abu Maryam said: My brother narrated to me—and he had gone out with his master to the Haruriyyah at al-Nahrawan—he said: He ('Ali) did not approach them until they had killed his messenger. When he saw that, he rose against them and fought them. When he finished with them, he said: "Search for the defective one." The messengers kept coming back and forth but could not find him. Then a man came later and gave him the good news, saying: "We found him in a depression in the ground under two men." So he cut off his hands and the small breast-like growth, then he took it and held it up, saying: "By Allah, I have not lied, nor was I lied to," saying it several times.

161 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Seid bin Abdurrahmani, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Sirini, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Abide es-Selmani: «Nuk po të njoftoj veçse me atë që më ka njoftuar Ibn Ebi Talibi (r.a.): Mes tyre është një njeri me dorë të cunguar - ose me dorë të metë, ose me dorë të tharë - sikur të mos kisha frikë se do të krenoheshit tepër, do t'ju njoftoja se çfarë ka premtuar Allahu për ata që i vrasin ata, përmes gjuhës së Pejgamberit të Tij (s.a.v.s.). I thashë Aliut (r.a.): Ti e ke dëgjuar këtë nga Muhamedi (s.a.v.s.)? Tha: Po, pasha Zotin e Qabes! - e tha këtë tri herë».
١٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبِيدَةُ السَّلْمَانِيُّ : «لَا أُنْبِئُكَ إِلَّا بِمَا أَنْبَأَنِي بِهِ ابْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁: فِيهِمْ مُودَنُ الْيَدِ - أَوْ مُخْدَجُ الْيَدِ أَوْ مَثْدُونُ الْيَدِ - لَوْلَا أَنْ تَبْطَرُوا لَأَنْبَأْتُكُمْ مَا وَعَدَ اللهُ مَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لِعَلِيٍّ ﵁: أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: إِي وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ، قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا».
161 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sirin narrated to us, he said: 'Abidah al-Salmani said: "I shall not inform you except with what Ibn Abi Talib (ra) informed me: Among them is one with a defective hand - or a malformed hand, or a small hand - were it not that you might become overconfident, I would have informed you of what Allah has promised those who kill them through the tongue of His Prophet (saw)." So I said to 'Ali (ra): "Did you hear it from Muhammad (saw)?" He said: "Yes, by the Lord of the Ka'bah," saying it three times."

162 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Asim bin Kulejbi (45), i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Ebu Burden, i cili e ka dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: "Më ka ndaluar i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) që ta mbaj unazën në gishtin e mesit dhe në atë që vjen pas tij (gishtin tregues)".

(45) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rifeh ka një shtesë (ka thënë).
١٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ (45)، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ ، سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: «نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَتَخَتَّمَ فِي الْوُسْطَى وَالَّذِي يَلِيهَا».

162 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Asim bin Kulayb (45),
I heard Abu Burdah, who heard 'Ali (ra) saying: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade me from wearing a ring on the middle finger and the one next to it.'

163 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajs bin er-Rebi'i, nga Shimër bin Atije, nga Suvejd bin Gafele el-Xhu'fij, i cili ka thënë: «Aliu dilte në treg dhe thoshte: 'Ka thënë të vërtetën Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij'. Atij i thanë: 'Fjala jote: Ka thënë të vërtetën Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij (ç'do të thotë)?' Ai tha: 'Ka thënë të vërtetën Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij. Kur ju tregoj diçka nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), pasha Allahun, të rrëzohem nga qielli e të më rrëmbejnë shpendët është më e dashur për mua sesa të them: Kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) atë që nuk e kam dëgjuar. Por, kur ju flas për veten time, atëherë lufta është mashtrim. E kam dëgjuar Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Në fundin e kohës do të vijë një popull, të rinj në moshë, mendjelehtë, do të flasin me fjalët më të mira të njerëzimit, do ta lexojnë Kuranin por ai nuk do t'i kalojë (46) fytet e tyre. Ata do të dalin nga feja ashtu siç del shigjeta nga preja. Kushdo që i takon ata, le t'i vrasë ose le t'i luftojë, sepse për atë që i vret ata ka shpërblim për vrasjen e tyre në Ditën e Kiametit.»



(46) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rife ka një shtesë (besimi i tyre).
١٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ شِمْرِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ الْجُعْفِيِّ ، قَالَ: «كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى السُّوقِ فَيَقُولُ: صَدَقَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: قَوْلُكَ: صَدَقَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، فَقَالَ: صَدَقَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، إِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَوَاللهِ لَأَنْ أَخِرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَتَخْطَفُنِي الطَّيْرُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَقُولَ: سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا لَمْ أَسْمَعْ، وَإِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ نَفْسِي فَإِنَّ الْحَرْبَ خَدْعَةٌ، سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ: يَجِيءُ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ قَوْمٌ أَحْدَاثُ الْأَسْنَانِ، سُفَهَاءُ الْأَحْلَامِ، يَقُولُونَ مِنْ قَوْلِ خَيْرِ الْبَرِيَّةِ، يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ لَا يُجَاوِزُ (46)» حَنَاجِرَهُمْ، يَمْرُقُونَ مِنَ الدِّينِ كَمَا يَمْرُقُ السَّهْمُ مِنَ الرَّمِيَّةِ، فَمَنْ أَدْرَكَهُمْ فَلْيَقْتُلْهُمْ أَوْ لِيُقَاتِلْهُمْ، فَإِنَّ لِمَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ أَجْرًا فِي قَتْلِهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.

163 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, from Shimr ibn 'Atiyyah, from Suwayd ibn Ghaflah al-Ju'fi, who said: "Ali used to go out to the market and say: 'Allah and His Messenger have spoken the truth.' It was said to him: 'Your saying: Allah and His Messenger have spoken the truth?' He replied: 'Allah and His Messenger have spoken the truth. When I narrate to you from the Messenger of Allah (saw), then by Allah, for me to fall from the sky and be snatched by birds is dearer to me than to say: I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw) what I did not hear. But when I speak to you regarding myself, then indeed war is deception. I heard the Prophet (saw) saying: There will come in the end of times a people who are young in age, foolish in thought, they will speak the best words of creation, they will recite the Qur'an but it will not go beyond (46) their throats. They will pass through the religion as an arrow passes through the game. So whoever encounters them, let him kill them or fight them, for indeed for the one who kills them there is a reward for killing them on the Day of Resurrection.'"

164 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Xhemil bin Murra, nga Ebu el-Vadi' es-Suhejmi (47), i cili ka thënë: Ishim me Ali bin Ebu Talibin në Nehrevan, e ai tha:
«Kërkojeni atë me gjymtyrë të mangët (el-muhdexh)!» Ata e kërkuan, por nuk e gjetën dhe u kthyen tek ai. Ai tha: «Kthehuni dhe kërkojeni, sepse pasha Allahun, as nuk kam gënjyer e as nuk jam gënjyer!» Këtë ua tha atyre disa herë. Ata u kthyen dhe thanë: «E gjetëm nën të vrarët, në baltë.» Sikur po e shoh tani, ishte habeshi (etiopian), kishte një gji si gjiri i gruas, mbi të cilin kishte disa qime si qimet që janë në bishtin e jerboas (miut të shkretëtirës). Aliu (r.a.) u gëzua shumë me këtë.

(47) Kështu është në botimin e Dar Hexher, por e sakta është (Ebu el-Vadi' es-Suhteni).
١٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ السُّحَيْمِيِّ (47)، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ بِالنَّهْرَوَانِ، قَالَ: «الْتَمِسُوا الْمُخْدَجَ، فَالْتَمَسُوهُ، فَلَمْ يَجِدُوهُ، فَأَتَوْهُ، فَقَالَ: ارْجِعُوا فَالْتَمِسُوهُ، فَوَاللهِ مَا كَذَبْتُ وَلَا كُذِبْتُ، حَتَّى قَالَ ذَلِكَ لِي مِرَارًا، فَرَجَعُوا فَقَالُوا: قَدْ وَجَدْنَاهُ تَحْتَ الْقَتْلَى فِي الطِّينِ، فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ حَبَشِيًّا، لَهُ ثَدْيٌ كَثَدْيِ الْمَرْأَةِ، عَلَيْهِ شُعَيْرَاتٌ كَشُعَيْرَاتِ الَّتِي عَلَى ذَنَبِ الْيَرْبُوعِ، فَسُرَّ بِذَلِكَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁».

164 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Jamil ibn Murrah, from Abu al-Wadi' al-Suhaymi (47), who said: We were with Ali ibn Abi Talib at al-Nahrawan. He said: "Search for the one with the defective limb (al-Mukhdaj)." So they searched for him but did not find him. They came back to him, and he said: "Go back and search for him, for by Allah, I have not lied nor was I lied to." He said that to me several times. They returned and said: "We have found him under the slain in the mud." It is as if I am looking at him now; an Abyssinian, having a breast like the breast of a woman, with small hairs on it like the small hairs on the tail of a jerboa. Ali (ra) was delighted by that.

165 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selami, nga Mensuri, nga Rib'iu, nga Aliu (r.a.), nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ka thënë: «Asnjë rob nuk e shijon shijen e besimit derisa të besojë në kaderin në tërësi».
١٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَجِدُ عَبْدٌ طَعْمَ الْإِيمَانِ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَ بِالْقَدَرِ كُلِّهِ».
165 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam narrated to us, from Mansur, from Rib'i, from Ali (ra), from the Prophet (pbuh), he said: "No servant shall find the taste of faith until he believes in Al-Qadar (Divine Decree) in its entirety."

166 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Uthman bin Abdilah bin Hurmuz, nga Nafi' bin Xhubejr, nga Ali bin Ebi Talibi (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) nuk ishte as i shkurtër e as i gjatë. Kishte kokë të madhe dhe mjekër të dendur. Kishte shuplaka dhe shputa të forta (të mishiura). Kishte kyçe të mëdha. Fytyra e tij kishte një nuancë të kuqërremtë. Kishte një vijë të gjatë qimesh (nga gjoksi deri në kërthizë). Kur ecte, anonte përpara me forcë, sikur po zbriste nga një lartësi. Nuk kam parë para tij e as pas tij dikë të ngjashëm me të».
١٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﵁، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ بِالْقَصِيرِ وَلَا بِالطَّوِيلِ، ضَخْمَ الرَّأْسِ وَاللِّحْيَةِ، شَثْنَ الْكَفَّيْنِ وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ، ضَخْمَ الْكَرَادِيسِ، مُشْرَبٌ وَجْهُهُ حُمْرَةً، طَوِيلَ الْمَسْرُبَةِ، إِذَا مَشَى تَكَفَّى تَكَفِّيًا، كَأَنَّمَا يَنْحَطُّ مِنْ صَبَبٍ، لَمْ أَرَ قَبْلَهُ وَلَا بَعْدَهُ مِثْلَهُ».
166 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Uthman bin 'Abdullah bin Hurmuz, from Nafi' bin Jubayr, from 'Ali bin Abi Talib (ra), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) was neither short nor tall. He had a large head and a thick beard. His palms and feet were thick. He had large joints. His face was tinged with redness. He had a long line of hair from the chest to the navel (masrubah). When he walked, he leaned forward as if he were descending a slope. I have never seen anyone like him before him or after him."

167 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga Ibn Dhi Huddani, nga Aliu (r.a.), ka thënë: «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar e ka quajtur luftën përmes gjuhës së Pejgamberit të Tij (s.a.v.s.) mashtrim.»
١٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ ذِي حُدَّانَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ سَمَّى الْحَرْبَ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ الْخُدْعَةَ».
167 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Ibn Dhi Huddan, from Ali (ra), he said: "Indeed, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, named war through the tongue of His Prophet (pbuh) as deception."

168 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdulaziz bin el-Muhtar, nga Abdullah bin Fejruz, nga Hudejn Ebu Sasan er-Rakashi, i cili ka thënë: «Isha i pranishëm te Uthman bin Afani (r.a.), kur sollën el-Velid bin Ukben i cili kishte pirë alkool. Kundër tij dëshmuan Humran bin Aban dhe një burrë tjetër. Atëherë Uthmani i tha Aliut: Zbatoni dënimin (hadin) mbi të. Aliu e urdhëroi Abdullah bin Xhaferin, pronarin e dy krahëve, që ta fshikullonte atë. Ai filloi ta fshikullonte, ndërsa Aliu numëronte, derisa e fshikulloi dyzet herë. Pastaj i tha: Ndalo; i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka fshikulluar dyzet, edhe Ebu Bekri (r.a.) e ka fshikulluar dyzet, ndërsa Omeri (r.a.) e ka fshikulluar tetëdhjetë. Secila është sunet, por kjo (dyzet) është më e dashur për mua».
١٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ ، عَنْ حُضَيْنٍ أَبِي سَاسَانَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، قَالَ: «حَضَرْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ﵁، وَأُتِيَ بِالْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ، وَشَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ حُمْرَانُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، وَرَجُلٌ آخَرُ، فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ لِعَلِيٍّ : أَقِمْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، فَأَمَرَ عَلِيٌّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ ذِي الْجَنَاحَيْنِ أَنْ يَجْلِدَهُ، فَأَخَذَ فِي جَلْدِهِ، وَعَلِيٌّ يَعُدُّ، حَتَّى جَلَدَ أَرْبَعِينَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ: أَمْسِكْ; جَلَدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْبَعِينَ، وَجَلَدَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ﵁ أَرْبَعِينَ، وَجَلَدَ عُمَرُ ﵁ ثَمَانِينَ، وَكُلٌّ سُنَّةٌ، وَهَذَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ».
168 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abdul Aziz bin al-Mukhtar narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Fayruz, from Hudhayn Abu Sasan al-Raqashi, who said: "I was present with Uthman bin Affan (ra) when al-Walid bin Uqbah was brought to him for having drunk wine. Humran bin Aban and another man testified against him. Uthman said to Ali: 'Establish the prescribed punishment (Hadd) upon him.' So Ali commanded Abdullah bin Ja'far Dhu al-Janahayn to lash him. He began lashing him while Ali was counting, until he had lashed him forty times. Then Ali said to him: 'Stop; the Messenger of Allah (saw) lashed forty times, Abu Bakr (ra) lashed forty times, and Umar (ra) lashed eighty times. All are Sunnah, and this (forty) is more beloved to me.'"

169 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu et-Tejjahu, nga një burrë prej fisit Anezeh, nga një burrë prej fisit Beni Esed, i cili ka thënë: «Doli para nesh Aliu (r.a.) kur thirrësi bëri thirrjen e dytë, dhe tha: Vërtet, Pejgamberi juaj (s.a.v.s.) ka urdhëruar për vitrin dhe ka caktuar këtë kohë për të. ١٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ، رَجُلٍ مِنْ عَنَزَةَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ قَالَ: «خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا عَلِيٌّ ﵁ حِينَ ثَوَّبَ الْمُثَوِّبُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ نَبِيَّكُمْ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِالْوَتْرِ، وَوَقَّتَ لَهُ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةَ، أَذِّنْ يَا ابْنَ النَّبَّاحِ - أَوْ أَقِمْ يَا ابْنَ النَّبَّاحِ» -.

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu al-Tayyah, from a man from 'Anazah, from a man from Banu Asad, who said: "Ali (ra) came out to us when the caller for prayer (al-muthawwib) called out, and he said: 'Indeed, your Prophet (saw) commanded the Witr prayer, and he set this hour for it. Give the Adhan, O Ibn al-Nabbah - or give the Iqamah, O Ibn al-Nabbah.'"

170 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ata bin es-Saibi, nga Zadhani, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë:
Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Kushdo që lë qoftë edhe një fije floku pa e prekur uji nga xhunubllëku, Allahu do t'i bëjë atij kështu e kështu në Zjarr. Prandaj, unë u bëra armik i kokës sime - ose ka thënë: i flokëve të mi -, dhe ai i rruante flokët e tij.»
١٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ تَرَكَ شَعَرَةً لَمْ يُصِبْهَا الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فَعَلَ اللهُ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنَ النَّارِ، فَلِذَلِكَ عَادَيْتُ رَأْسِي - أَوْ قَالَ: شَعَرِي -، وَكَانَ يَجُزُّ شَعَرَهُ».
170 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Ata ibn al-Sa'ib, from Zadhan, from 'Ali (ra), who said:

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Whoever leaves a single hair without water reaching it from ritual impurity (janabah), Allah will do such and such to it in the Fire. Therefore, I have become an enemy to my head - or he said: my hair - and he used to shave his hair."

171 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Abdurrahman bin Thabit bin Thuban, nga Abdeh bin Ebi Lubabeh, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Aliu (r.a.), se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) mori abdest (duke i larë gjymtyrët) nga tri herë.
١٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا».
171 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman bin Thabit bin Thawban narrated to us, from Abdah bin Abi Lubabah, from Abu Wa'il, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (saw) performed ablution three times each.

172 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selami, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga el-Harithi, nga Aliu (r.a.), se një burrë tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë kisha njëqind ukije (argjend) dhe dhashë lëmoshë dhjetë ukije prej tyre'. Një tjetër tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë kisha njëqind dinarë dhe dhashë lëmoshë dhjetë dinarë prej tyre'. Dhe një tjetër tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë kisha dhjetë dinarë dhe dhashë lëmoshë një dinar prej tyre'. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Secili prej jush ka vepruar mirë dhe ju jeni të barabartë në shpërblim, sepse secili prej jush dha lëmoshë një të dhjetën e pasurisë së tij'.
١٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، «أَنَّ رَجُلًا، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَانَتْ لِي مِائَةُ أُوقِيَّةٍ، تَصَدَّقْتُ مِنْهَا بِعَشْرِ أَوَاقٍ، وَقَالَ آخَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَانَتْ لِي مِائَةُ دِينَارٍ فَتَصَدَّقْتُ مِنْهَا بِعَشَرَةِ دَنَانِيرَ، وَقَالَ آخَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَانَتْ لِي عَشَرَةُ دَنَانِيرَ فَتَصَدَّقْتُ مِنْهَا بِدِينَارٍ، فَقَالَ: كُلُّكُمْ قَدْ أَحْسَنَ، وَأَنْتُمْ فِي الْأَجْرِ سَوَاءٌ، تَصَدَّقَ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ بِعُشْرِ مَالِهِ».
172 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from 'Ali (ra), "that a man said: O Messenger of Allah, I had one hundred uqiyyahs, and I gave ten uqiyyahs from them in charity. Another said: O Messenger of Allah, I had one hundred dinars and I gave ten dinars from them in charity. And another said: O Messenger of Allah, I had ten dinars and I gave one dinar from them in charity. So he (saw) said: All of you have done well, and you are equal in reward; each man among you gave one-tenth of his wealth in charity."

173 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Seleme bin Kuhejli, nga Habbe el-Uraniu, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun, duke thënë: «Unë jam i pari që jam falur me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.)».
١٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ حَبَّةَ الْعُرَنِيِّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ، يَقُولُ: «أَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ».
173 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Kuhayl, from Habbah al-Arani, he said: I heard Ali saying: "I am the first one who prayed with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)."

174 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga El-Harithi, nga Aliu (r.a.), «se ai, kur kalonte pranë Gurit të Zi dhe shihte turmë mbi të, kthehej drejt tij, bënte tekbir, dhe thoshte: O Allah, në vërtetim të Librit Tënd dhe të sunetit të Pejgamberit Tënd (s.a.v.s.)».
١٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، «أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا مَرَّ بِالْحَجَرِ الْأَسْوَدِ فَرَأَى عَلَيْهِ زِحَامًا اسْتَقْبَلَهُ وَكَبَّرَ، وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ تَصْدِيقًا بِكِتَابِكَ وَسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّكَ ﷺ».
174 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Al-Harith, from 'Ali (ra), that whenever he passed by the Black Stone and saw a crowd around it, he would face it and say 'Allahu Akbar' (God is the Greatest), and say: 'O Allah, [I do this] out of belief in Your Book and the Sunnah of Your Prophet (pbuh).'

175 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Ebu Is'haku, nga el-Harithi, nga Aliu, i cili ka thënë: "Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka gjykuar që borxhi të shlyhet para testamentit, ndërsa ju lexoni: '...pasi të kryhet porosia që ka lënë, ose pasi të lahet borxhi' (En-Nisa, 11). Dhe se vëllezërit prej nene e babai trashëgojnë para vëllezërve vetëm prej babai."
١٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: «قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالدَّيْنِ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ، وَأَنْتُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ: ﴿مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ﴾ وَأَنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ».
175 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) decreed that the debt is to be paid before the will (bequest), while you read: {after any bequest he [may have] made or debt}. And that full brothers inherit to the exclusion of consanguine brothers."

176 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga Hubejre, i cili ka thënë: «Isha dëshmitar kur Aliu (r.a.) u pyet për Hudhejfen, e ai tha: "Ai pyeti për emrat e munafikëve dhe u informua për ta." Dhe u pyet për veten e tij, e ai tha: "Për veten time e di; kur pyesja, më jepnin përgjigje, dhe kur heshtja, fillonin të më tregonin."»
١٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: «شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ وَسُئِلَ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، فَقَالَ: سَأَلَ عَنْ أَسْمَاءِ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فَأُخْبِرَ بِهِمْ، وَسُئِلَ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، فَقَالَ: إِيَّايَ عَرَفْتُ، كُنْتُ إِذَا سَأَلْتُ أُجِبْتُ، وَإِذَا سَكَتُّ ابْتُدِيتُ».
176 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Hubayrah, who said: "I witnessed 'Ali (ra) when he was asked about Hudhayfah, and he said: 'He asked about the names of the hypocrites and was informed of them.'

And he was asked about himself, so he said: 'You have asked about me; whenever I asked, I was answered, and whenever I remained silent, I was initiated (with knowledge).'"

177 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Abdylmelik bin Mejsere, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Zejd bin Vehbin duke thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë:

«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) më dërgoi një rrobë 'sijera' - domethënë prej mëndafshi - dhe unë e vesha atë e dola me të. Pashë zemërim në fytyrën e tij dhe ai tha: 'Unë nuk ta dërgova atë që ta veshësh.' (Aliu) tha: 'Atëherë e preva atë (për ta ndarë) mes grave tona ose grave të mia'.»
١٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَقُولُ: «بَعَثَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِحُلَّةٍ سِيَرَاءَ - يَعْنِي مِنْ حَرِيرٍ - فَلَبِسْتُهَا، فَخَرَجْتُ فِيهَا، فَرَأَيْتُ الْغَضَبَ فِي وَجْهِهِ، وَقَالَ: إِنِّي لَمْ أَبْعَثْ بِهَا إِلَيْكَ لِتَلْبَسَهَا، قَالَ: فَشَقَقْتُهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِنَا أَوْ نِسَائِي».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, he said: I heard Zayd ibn Wahb saying: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying:
"The Messenger of Allah (saw) sent me a Siyara garment—meaning of silk—so I wore it and went out in it. Then I saw anger in his face, and he said: 'I did not send it to you for you to wear it.' He said: 'So I divided it among our women' or 'my women'."

178 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Israili, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga el-Harithi, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) më tha: «O Ali, unë dëshiroj për ty atë që dëshiroj për veten time dhe urrej për ty atë që urrej për veten time: mos lexo (Kuran) ndërsa je në ruku, as ndërsa je në sexhde; mos fal namaz kur i ke flokët e lidhura gërshet (mbi kokë), sepse ai është vendi ku ulet shejtani; mos luaj me guralecë ndërsa je në namaz; mos mbaj unazë ari, mos vish rroba prej mëndafshi (el-kassij) dhe mos hip mbi shala të buta prej mëndafshi (el-mejathir).»
١٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «يَا عَلِيُّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ لَكَ مَا أُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِي، وَأَكْرَهُ لَكَ مَا أَكْرَهُ لِنَفْسِي، لَا تَقْرَأْ وَأَنْتَ رَاكِعٌ، وَلَا وَأَنْتَ سَاجِدٌ، وَلَا تُصَلِّ وَأَنْتَ عَاقِصٌ شَعَرَكَ، مَقِيلَ الشَّيْطَانِ، وَلَا تَعْبَثْ بِالْحَصَى وَأَنْتَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَلَا تَتَخَتَّمْ بِالذَّهَبِ، وَلَا تَلْبَسِ الْقَسِّيَّ وَلَا تَرْكَبِ الْمَيَاثِرَ».
178 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from 'Ali (ra), he said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said to me: "O 'Ali, indeed I love for you what I love for myself, and I dislike for you what I dislike for myself. Do not recite while you are bowing, nor while you are prostrating. Do not pray while your hair is braided, for it is the resting place of Shaytan. Do not fiddle with pebbles while you are in prayer. Do not wear a gold ring, do not wear al-Qassi, and do not ride on al-Mayathir."

179 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Ebu Ishaku, nga Umejr bin Seid en-Nehaiu, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Aliu (r.a.): «Për askënd që i kam zbatuar një dënim (had) dhe ai ka vdekur, nuk do të paguaja dëmshpërblim (dije), përveç dënimit për alkoolin, sepse i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) nuk e ka përcaktuar atë», ose ka thënë: «përveç dënimit për alkoolin, sepse ne jemi ata që e kemi caktuar atë.»
١٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ النَّخَعِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁: «مَا أَحَدٌ كُنْتُ مُقِيمًا عَلَيْهِ حَدًّا فَيَمُوتُ فَأَدِيَهُ إِلَّا حَدَّ الْخَمْرِ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَسْتَنَّهُ، أَوْ قَالَ: إِلَّا حَدَّ الْخَمْرِ، فَإِنَّا نَحْنُ سَنَنَّاهُ».
179 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Umayr ibn Sa'id al-Nakha'i, who said: 'Ali (ra) said: "There is no one upon whom I carry out a prescribed punishment (hadd) and they die, and I would pay blood money for him, except for the punishment for wine (khamr). For indeed, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) did not establish a specific practice for it," or he said: "except for the punishment for wine, for it is we who established its practice."

180 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Amashi, nga Ibrahim Et-Tejmiu, nga babai i tij, nga Aliu (r.a.), i cili ka thënë: «Ne nuk kemi asgjë tjetër përveç Librit të Allahut dhe kësaj flete nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): Vërtet, Medina është harem (vend i shenjtë) midis Ajrit deri në Thaur. Kushdo që shpik në të ndonjë risi (në fe) ose strehon një shpikës, mbi të qoftë mallkimi i Allahut, i engjëjve dhe i të gjithë njerëzve. Allahu nuk do të pranojë prej tij asnjë vepër të detyrueshme e as vullnetare. Dhe kushdo që merr për mbrojtës (mualin) një popull pa lejen e mbrojtësve të tij të vërtetë, mbi të qoftë mallkimi i Allahut, i engjëjve dhe i të gjithë njerëzve. Nuk do të pranohet (48) prej tij asnjë vepër e detyrueshme e as vullnetare.»

١٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «مَا عِنْدَنَا شَيْءٌ إِلَّا كِتَابَ اللهِ، وَإِلَّا هَذِهِ الصَّحِيفَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: إِنَّ الْمَدِينَةَ حَرَمٌ مَا بَيْنَ عَيْرٍ إِلَى ثَوْرٍ، مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا، أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا، وَمَنْ وَالَى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ (48)» مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ.

180 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-A'mash, from Ibrahim Al-Taymi, from his father, from 'Ali (ra), he said: "We have nothing except the Book of Allah, and this sheet from the Prophet (saw): Indeed, Madinah is a sanctuary between 'Ayr and Thawr. Whoever originates an innovation (or commits a crime) therein, or gives shelter to an innovator (or criminal), then upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. Allah will not accept from him any obligatory or optional deed. And whoever takes as allies a people without the permission of his masters, then upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. No obligatory or optional deed will be accepted (48) from him."

nga el-Haxhaxhi, nga el-Hakemi, nga Mejmuni bin Ebu Shebibi,
nga Aliu (r.a.), ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ma dhuroi dy djem vëllezër, dhe unë e shita njërin prej tyre. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: “Çfarë u bë me dy djemtë?” Thashë: “E shita njërin prej tyre.” Ai tha: “Ktheje atë!”»
١٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، قَالَ: «وَهَبَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ غُلَامَيْنِ أَخَوَيْنِ، فَبِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَا فَعَلَ الْغُلَامَانِ؟ قُلْتُ: بِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا، قَالَ: رُدَّهُ».
181 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Maymun ibn Abi Shabib, from Ali (ra), who said:

"The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) gave me two young boys who were brothers, and I sold one of them. Then the Prophet (pbuh) said: 'What happened to the two boys?' I said: 'I sold one of them.' He said: 'Take him back.'"

182 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Fadale, nga El-Haseni, ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar El-Ahnef bin Kajsi, ka thënë: Ka thënë Aliu (r.a.):
«Vërtet, i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), kur bëri marrëveshje paqeje me kurejshët, shkroi: 'Kjo është ajo për të cilën ka rënë dakord Muhamedi, i Dërguari i Allahut'. Ata thanë: 'Sikur ta dinim se ti je i Dërguari i Allahut, nuk do të kishim luftuar'. Atëherë ai e fshiu atë dhe shkroi: 'Muhamed bin Abdullahu'».
١٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَحْنَفُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁: «إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا صَالَحَ قُرَيْشًا كَتَبَ: هَذَا مَا صَالَحَ عَلَيْهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللهِ، فَقَالُوا: لَوْ عَلِمْنَا أَنَّكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ مَا قَاتَلْنَاكَ، فَمَحَاهُ وَكَتَبَ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ».
182 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from Al-Hasan, he said: Al-Ahnaf ibn Qays informed me, he said: Ali (ra) said: "When the Messenger of Allah (saw) made peace with Quraysh, he wrote: 'This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, has agreed upon.' They said: 'If we knew that you were the Messenger of Allah, we would not have fought you.' So he erased it and wrote: 'Muhammad ibn Abdullah'."

183 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga el-Exhlahu, nga esh-Sha'biu, nga Abdullah bin Halil el-Hadramiu, nga Aliu (r.a.), se atij i sollën një rast për tre persona që kishin pasur marrëdhënie me një grua gjatë të njëjtës periudhë pastërtie. Ai hodhi short mes tyre dhe tha: 'Ju jeni ortakë që grindeni'. Ai ia dha fëmijën atij që i doli shorti dhe i ngarkoi atij t'u jepte dy të tjerëve dy të tretat e dijetit (shpagimit). Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u njoftua për këtë dhe qeshi aq sa iu dukën dhëmballët.
١٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ خَلِيلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ﵁، «أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ فِي ثَلَاثَةٍ اشْتَرَكُوا فِي طُهْرِ امْرَأَةٍ، فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَقَالَ: أَنْتُمْ شُرَكَاءُ مُتَشَاكِسُونَ، فَجَعَلَ الْوَلَدَ لِلَّذِي أَقْرَعَ، وَجَعَلَ لَهُمَا ثُلُثَيِ الدِّيَةِ، فَأَخْبَرَ بِذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ».
183 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Al-Ajlah, from Al-Sha'bi, from 'Abdullah bin Khalil al-Hadrami, from 'Ali (ra), that he was brought a case regarding three men who shared in the purity of a woman. He cast lots between them and said: "You are quarrelsome partners." He assigned the child to the one who won the lot, and he made him pay two-thirds of the blood money to the other two. This was reported to the Prophet (pbuh), and he laughed until his molars were visible.

184 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Jahja bin Seleme bin Kuhejl, nga babai i tij, nga Habbe el-Uraniu, i cili ka thënë:
«E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke mbajtur hytbe, dhe ai qeshi me një të qeshur që nuk e kisha parë kurrë të qeshte ashtu, ndërsa ishte mbi minber, e pastaj tha: Vërtet e kam parë veten duke u falur me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.), kur babai im na vërejti ndërsa unë po falesha me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e tha: O biri im, çfarë po bënit ju të dy? Thashë: Po faleshim. Atëherë Ebu Talibi tha: Për Allahun, për Allahun, kurrë nuk do të më lartësohet prapanica ime (mbi kokën time gjatë sexhdes). Dhe e pashë atë (Aliun) duke qeshur nga thënia e babait të tij, e pastaj tha: Vërtet e kam parë veten duke u falur para njerëzve për vite të tëra».
١٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ حَبَّةَ الْعُرَنِيِّ ، قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁ يَخْطُبُ، فَضَحِكَ ضَحِكًا مَا رَأَيْتُهُ ضَحِكَهُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي أُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَاطَّلَعَ أَبِي عَلَيْنَا وَأَنَا أُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: أَيْ بُنَيَّ مَا كُنْتُمَا تَصْنَعَانِ؟ قُلْتُ: كُنَّا نُصَلِّي، فَقَالَ أَبُو طَالِبٍ: وَاللهِ وَاللهِ لَا تَعْلُونِي اسْتِي أَبَدًا، فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَضْحَكُ مِنْ قَوْلِ أَبِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي صَلَّيْتُ قَبْلَ النَّاسِ حِجَجًا».
184 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Salamah bin Kuhayl narrated to us, from his father, from Habbah al-Arani, who said:

"I heard Ali (ra) delivering a sermon, and he laughed in a way I had never seen him laugh before while he was on the pulpit. He said: I remember myself praying with the Messenger of Allah (saw), and my father came upon us while I was praying with the Messenger of Allah (saw). He said: 'O my son, what were you two doing?' I said: 'We were praying.' Abu Talib then said: 'By Allah, by Allah, my backside shall never be higher than me (in prostration).' I saw him (Ali) laughing at his father's statement, then he said: 'I remember myself having prayed before the people for years.'"

185 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, nga Mugire ed-Dabbi, nga Umm Musa, e cila ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Aliun (r.a.) duke thënë: «Nuk kam pasur dhimbje sysh dhe as dhimbje koke që kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ma dorëzoi flamurin në ditën e Hajberit.»
١٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ الضَّبِّيِّ ، عَنْ أُمِّ مُوسَى ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ﵁، يَقُولُ: «مَا رَمِدْتُ وَلَا صُدِعْتُ مُنْذُ دَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَيَّ بِالرَّايَةِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ».
185 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Mughirah al-Dabbi, from Umm Musa, she said: I heard 'Ali (ra) saying: 'I have not suffered from ophthalmia nor a headache since the Messenger of Allah (saw) handed the banner to me on the day of Khaybar.'

186 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Amër bën Thabiti, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Fahitja, i cili ka thënë: Aliu (r.a.) ka thënë: «Na vizitoi i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe fjeti te ne. Hasani dhe Husejni ishin duke fjetur. Hasani kërkoi ujë, kështu që i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u ngrit te një kacek i yni dhe filloi ta shtrydhte atë në një gotë, e pastaj t'ia jepte atij. Husejni u zgjat që të pinte, por ai e ndaloi dhe filloi me Hasanin. Atëherë Fatimja tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, sikur ai është më i dashuri prej tyre te ti? Ai tha: Jo, por ai kërkoi ujë i pari. Pastaj i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Unë, ti dhe këta të dy - dhe mendoj se ka thënë: edhe ky që po fle - domethënë Aliun - në Ditën e Kiametit do të jemi në një vend».
١٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي فَاخِتَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ﵁: «زَارَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَاتَ عِنْدَنَا، وَالْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ نَائِمَانِ، فَاسْتَسْقَى الْحَسَنُ، فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى قِرْبَةٍ لَنَا، فَجَعَلَ يَعْصِرُهَا فِي الْقَدَحِ، ثُمَّ يَسْقِيهِ، فَتَنَاوَلَهُ الْحُسَيْنُ لِيَشْرَبَ، فَمَنَعَهُ، وَبَدَأَ بِالْحَسَنِ، فَقَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَأَنَّهُ أَحَبُّهُمَا إِلَيْكَ، فَقَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنَّهُ اسْتَسْقَى أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنِّي وَإِيَّاكِ وَهَذَيْنِ - وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ: وَهَذَا الرَّاقِدُ - يَعْنِي عَلِيًّا - يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي مَكَانٍ وَاحِدٍ».
186 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Thabit narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Fakhitah, who said: Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) visited us and stayed the night with us, while al-Hasan and al-Husayn were sleeping. Al-Hasan asked for a drink, so the Messenger of Allah (saw) went to a water skin of ours and began squeezing it into the cup, then he gave it to him to drink. Al-Husayn reached for it to drink, but he prevented him and started with al-Hasan. Fatimah said: 'O Messenger of Allah, it is as if he is the more beloved of the two to you.' He said: 'No, but he asked for a drink first.'

Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Indeed, I, you, these two - and I think he said: and this sleeper - meaning Ali - will be in one place on the Day of Resurrection.'"
